Non-pharmacological therapies for managing dysmenorrhea include yoga exercises and clary sage aromatherapy. This pre-experimental research determined the effect of yoga exercises and clary sage aromatherapy to relieve dysmenorrhea pain scale among 11th and 12th-graders at Advanced High School Nurul Islami Semarang with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study consists of students from the XI and XII grades of Advanced High School Nurul Islami Semarang, 70 students, with a research sample of 42 respondents. The data collection technique for this research was purposive sampling. The numeric rating scale serves as the measuring tool. The statistical test conducted before and after yoga exercises and clary sage aromatherapy in this study is the Wilcoxon test, obtaining a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05. The result accepts the alternative hypothesis (Ha). This indicates that yoga exercises and clary sage aromatherapy relieve dysmenorrhea pain in 11th and 12th graders at Advanced High School Nurul Islami Semarang. The conclusion is that yoga exercises and clary sage aromatherapy have an impact on reducing dysmenorrhea.

Pregnancy is a period when pregnant women experience physiological and psychological changes. Physical changes that occur during pregnancy can cause complaints or discomfort during pregnancy, which include physical discomfort during pregnancy including back pain, low back pain, difficulty sleeping at night/insomnia, and leg cramps. Meanwhile, psychological discomfort that can occur in pregnant women is anxiety and fear of facing the birth process. Anxiety is one of the psychological changes in the third trimester because it is getting closer to the birth process. Resulting in excessive anxiety during pregnancy can trigger abortion, premature birth, low birth weight, fetal defects, fetal growth retardation, and postpartum depression. Three out of five third trimester pregnant women who were encountered experienced anxiety approaching labor, namely sleep disturbances. Practicing yoga during pregnancy is a useful solution as a self-help medium that will reduce discomfort during pregnancy and help with the birthing process. When pregnancy enters the third trimester, the mother will experience increasingly serious and intense anxiety in dealing with the birth process.

Hypertension is one of the issues challenging the medical community today. In Indonesia, the prevalence of hypertension is 34.1%, or 63,309,630 million individuals. Since hypertension is frequently referred to as the "silent killer," it needs to be treated right once in order to prevent problems like heart failure, stroke, and kidney failure as well as other disorders caused by hypertension. One of the treatments for hypertension is complementary therapy such as yoga therapy. Objective: This research aims to determine the changes in blood pressure as a result of the implementation of yoga exercises in hypertensive patients in Jebres Village, Surakarta City. Methods: This research used a descriptive case study  method by observing 2 female respondents aged 45-55 years who were given the implementation of yoga exercises for 4 meetings in 2 weeks with a time of ± 15-20 minutes. Results: Blood pressure dropped following the application of yoga exercises, and grade 1 patients were included. Conclusion: The application of yoga exercises can reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang cukup berbahaya di dunia karena hipertensi merupakan faktor risiko utama yang mengarah pada penyakit kardiovaskuler seperti serangan jantung, gagal jantung, stroke dan penyakit ginjal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk diketahui pengaruh senam yoga terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada usia lansia awal. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pre eksperimen dengan one group pre test post test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 28 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan pada Uji Wilcoxon didapatkan hasil p-value = 0,000 (p<0,05,  hasil ini menujukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Pemberian senam yoga terhadap penderita hipertensi di usia lansia awal memiliki dampak besar terhadap penurunan tekanan darah karena senam yoga sendiri mengaktifkan hormone endorphin yang mampu mempengaruhi kinerja jantung sehingga tekanan darah menjadi stabil. Senam yoga dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap penurunan tekanan darah sehingga lansia perlu melakukan senam yoga secara rutin untuk dapat menurunkan tekanan darah serta menjaga kebiasaan yang dapat memicu terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah.

Latar Belakang: hipertensi adalah salah satu penyakit sistem kardiovaskular yang membunuh secara perlahan dan didefinisikan sebagai tekanan darah darah diatas batas normal dengan tekanan sistolik >140 mmHg dan tekanan diastoliknya >90 mmHg. Hipertensi jika tidak ditangani dapat menimbulkan komplikasi yang cukup parah seperti penyakit jantung, gagal ginjal, stroke bahkan bisa sampai kematian. Penatalaksanaan hipertensi secara nonfarmakologis yaitu dengan senam yoga. latihan yang memberikan manfaat kesehatan fisik dan mental melalui pengaturan hipotalamus, kelenjar pituitari, kelenjar adrenal dan sumbu sintetis, memunculkan respons sistem saraf terhadap stres dan membuat para lansia lebih rileks. Tujuan: Untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan hasil dari kajian Literature review tentang pengaruh senam yoga terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia penderita hipertensi. Metode: Pada penulisan ini penulis menggunakan metode Literatur review yaitu mengumpulkan data jurnal, membaca, membandingkan dan menyimpulkan dari 10 jurnal utama. Hasil: Setelah penulis melakukan kajian literature review dari beberapa sumber, didapatkan 90% senam yoga dapat menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi. Kesimpulan: Pemberian terapi senam yoga efektif untuk menurunkan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi.
