This study aims to examine the effect of financial ratios on financial distress in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2024 period. The research employed a documentation method by collecting secondary data from the companies’ financial statements within the observed period. The financial ratios analyzed include profitability, liquidity, leverage, and activity. The level of financial distress was measured using the Altman Z-Score method. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, consisting of 22 companies observed over six years. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression with the assistance of EViews 12, with the selected model being the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The partial test results indicate that profitability, liquidity, leverage, and activity ratios do not have a significant effect on financial distress. However, the simultaneous test results show that the four variables together significantly affect financial distress. These findings suggest that financial ratios cannot serve as a single indicator in assessing a company’s financial distress. Nevertheless, when used collectively and combined with the Altman Z-Score measurement, they can provide a more accurate assessment of a company’s financial distress condition.

This study aims to analyze the effect of changes in interest rates, exchange rates, economic growth, and world oil prices on stock returns in the transportation and logistics sector in Indonesia during the period 2006–2024. This sector was chosen because it is highly vulnerable to fluctuations in macroeconomic factors that have a direct impact on companies' operating costs and financial performance. The method used is multiple linear regression with an annual panel data approach, using a sample of transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables include changes in interest rates, exchange rates, economic growth, and oil prices, while the dependent variable is stock returns. The results show that, partially, only changes in interest rates have a significant negative effect on stock returns. Conversely, exchange rates, economic growth, and oil prices have no statistically significant effect. Simultaneously, these four variables also show no significant effect on stock returns. This study makes a new contribution through the use of a long observation period and a focus on the transportation and logistics sector, thereby providing a deeper understanding of this sector's sensitivity to macroeconomic conditions.

This research aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Earnings per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TAT) on Stock Prices. The population of this study consists of companies in the Transportation and Logistics sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2024. Secondary data is used in this research, and purposive sampling techniques are employed, resulting in a sample of 22 companies within the Transportation and Logistics sub-sector from a population of 37 companies listed on the IDX during the same period. The research employs multiple linear regression analysis, with data processed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 22. The results of the study reveal that ROA, EPS, and TAT significantly affect stock prices, while the DER does not have a significant effect on stock prices. The findings provide insight into the importance of financial indicators such as ROA, EPS, and TAT in determining the stock prices of companies within the Transportation and Logistics sub-sector. This study contributes to the literature on the relationship between financial performance metrics and stock prices, offering useful insights for investors and decision-makers in the financial market. Further research may explore other factors influencing stock prices and the role of corporate governance in shaping financial outcomes.

This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, profitability, and liquidity on firm value in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2023. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from annual financial reports. The sample was selected through purposive sampling and resulted in 11 companies over 4 years, totaling 44 observations. Panel data regression analysis was performed using STATA-14. The results show that partially, firm size and liquidity do not significantly affect firm value, while profitability has a significant positive effect. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect firm value. This finding implies that profitability is a main concern for investors when assessing firm value.

This study was conducted to examine the influence of GCG and CSR on company value with company size as a moderation variable. The sample selection technique in this study uses the purposive sampling  method and was obtained from 20 transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 – 2023 period. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using  SPSS software version 25. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that managerial ownership and institutional ownership have no effect on the company's value, while the independent board of commissioners and CSR have a positive effect on the company's value. The size of the company is able to moderate managerial ownership and institutional ownership on the value of the company, but it is not able to moderate the influence of the independent board of commissioners and CSR on the value of the company. It is recommended that researchers further add other factors that affect the value of companies, as well as expand the scope of companies so that the sample will be more and more.

Kajian literatur sistematis ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi praktik pengelolaan dan operasional dalam perusahaan transportasi. Penelitian ini menelaah berbagai metodologi yang digunakan dalam studi-studi sebelumnya, mengevaluasi efektivitasnya, dan mengidentifikasi tren dan tantangan umum. Dengan menganalisis secara sistematis 30 jurnal yang relevan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang kondisi terkini pengelolaan dan operasional di sektor transportasi. Temuan penelitian menyoroti strategi-strategi penting yang telah berhasil, serta area yang memerlukan peningkatan lebih lanjut. Implikasi dari penelitian ini sangat penting untuk pemahaman akademis dan aplikasi praktis dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan transportasi.

This study aims to determine the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and the exchange rate partially towards the stock prices of transportation and logistics sector companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. This study used quantitative research method. The population in this study was transportation and logistics sector companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample used was 27 companies using the total sampling method. The analysis tool used is the analysis tool multiple linear regression analysis tested using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). The results of the research conducted indicated that partially, variables namely ROA, ROE, DER and CR, do not have a significant influence towards the stock prices of transportation companies registered in the IDX in 2021-2023, while the exchange rate variable have a significant influence towards the stock prices of transportation companies registered in the IDX in 2021-2023. It is recommended that the companies can increase its value with effective steps to increase company profits.

This research is quantitative research which aims to determine and test the influence of company size, audit opinion, reputation of public accounting firms and auditor switching. This research uses annual financial report data on transportation and logistics sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the 2020-2022 period. Testing this research hypothesis uses logistic regression analysis with the SPSS 26 program with a significance level of 5.5% (0.55). The results of this research test state that partially 1) the audit opinion variable has no effect and has a negative value on auditor switching; 2) the public accounting firm's reputation variable has no effect but has a positive value on auditor switching. 3) auditor reputation has no effect and has a negative value on auditor switching and does not affect the condition of the company.

Adanya permintaan jasa transportasi dari sektor-sektor lain (seperti pertanian, perindutrian, perdagangan, pertambangan, perikanan dan lainnya) menyebabkan timbulnya penyediaan jasa transportasi (Adisasmita:2011). Hal ini seperti yang terjadi di daerah Pandaan, Jawa Timur. Karena banyaknya pabrik yang memproduksi barang-barang yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat khususnya air minum dalam kemasan maka permintaan akan jasa transportasi juga semakin tinggi. Jadi kapasitas transportasi harus disediakan secara seimbang dengan permintaan, agar mampu melayani pengembangan kegiatan di sektor lain.

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure and net profit margin on company value in transportation and logistics sub-sector companies with a sample of 21 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange using the purposive sampling method and based on the 2018-2021 sampling criteria. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that capital structure has a significant effect on the firm value of the transportation and logistics sector studied. this is proven by using the t test with a significant value of 0.003 > 0.05 and tcount 3.040 > ttable 1.989. so it can be concluded that capital structure has a significant effect on value based on statistical analysis it can be concluded that the net profit margin has no effect on the value of the companies in the transportation and logistics sector being studied. this is proven by using the t test with a significant value of 0.205 > 0.10 and tcount 1.277 < ttable 1.989. conclude that net profit margin has no effect on company value. it can be concluded that capital structure and net profit margin have a significant effect on company value in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021, with Fcount is 5.272 > Ftable 3, 11 significant value of 0.007 is smaller than the targeted significant level of 0.05. R Square of 0.115. This means that there is a contribution of 11.5% from the independent variables, namely capital structure (X1) and net profit margin (X2) to firm value (Y). While the remaining 88.5% is contributed or influenced by other variables.

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, Leverage and Operating Costs on Tax Aggressiveness in Transportation and Logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011 – 2021. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling so that the number of samples used in the study were 15 companies. The data analysis method in this study uses panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity, Profitability and Leverage have a negative effect on Tax Aggressiveness. Meanwhile, operational costs have a positive influence on tax aggressiveness

Kota Kupang merupakan ibukota Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dengan luas wilayah sebesar 180,27 km². Letak Kota Kupang yang strategis, sebagai Ibukota Propinsi NTT menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi warga pendatang dari daerah-daerah lain. Jumlah penduduk di Kota Kupang pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 412.708 jiwa. Pertumbuhan penduduk Kota Kupang dalam waktu 8 tahun sejak tahun 2009 sekitar 121.708 jiwa atau sekitar 15.000 jiwa/tahun. Pertumbuhan penduduk di Kota Kupang memicu terjadinya peningkatan jumlah kendaraan yang berujung pada peningkatan pencemaran udara dari sektor transportasi. Sampai pada bulan Oktober tahun 2018 jumlah kendaraan di Kota Kupang tercatat sepeda motor sebanyak 25.362 unit dan mobil sebanyak 5.357 unit. Perkembangan kota dan pertumbuhan penduduk juga akan mengakibatkan konversi terhadap lahan-lahan hijau yang menyebabkan lahan untuk ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) semakin sempit. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengetahui luas RTH yang dapat mereduski total cemaran yang terjadi diwilayah BWK II Kota Kupang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketersediaan RTH di Kota Kupang hanya sebesar 17,10% yang terdiri dari RTH Publik sebesar 13,11% dan RTH Privat sebesar 3,99%, total kebutuhan RTH di Kota Kupang agar dapat memenuhi syarat yang telah diatur dalam undang-undang yaitu sebesar 5408,1 Ha yang terdiri dari RTH Publik membutuhkan 6,88% atau 1241,49 Ha dan RTH Privat membutuhkan 6.00% atau 1082,7 Ha. Total emisi yang terjadi di sepanjang Jalur Hijau BWK II Kota Kupang sebesar 2727,5 Kg/Jam dan kemampuan daya serap RTH eksisting sebesar 1301,34 dan masih menyisakan sisa emisi sebesar 1426,16 Kg/jam, sehingga membutuhkan tambahan RTH sebesar 10,3Ha untuk dapat menyerap seluruh emisi yang dihasilkan dari sektor transportasi pada kawasan jalur hijau BWK II. Beberapa Strategi yang dapat dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan RTH di Kota Kupang adalah (1) Memadatkan RTH jalur hijau dengan cara memanfaatkan lahan kosong yang terdapat pada jalur hijau untuk menanam jenis-jenis vegetasi yang memiliki daya serap tinggi. (2) dengan menggantungkan spesies tanaman penyerap emisi pada pohon-pohon yang ada pada RTH jalur hijau dan menerapkan metode vertical garden,Roof garden dan tree adoption.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemungkinan terjadinya financial distress pada perusahaan sub sektor transportasi akibat dari adanya dampak pandemic covid-19 pada periode 2020 dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan sub sektor transportasi periode 2020 yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penilaian financial distress menggunakan rumus Z-Score Modifikasi atau Model III yang dikemukakan oleh Altman dengan menggunakan 3 kategori kalsifikasi yaitu kategori sehat, rawan atau grey area, dan financial distress. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 13 perusahaan yang mengalami financial distress, 5 perusahaan berada pada kondisi rawan atau grey area, serta 5 perusahaan yang berada pada kondisi sehat. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan sangat berpengaruh pada hasil perhitungan analisis Altman Z-Score, terutama apabila perusahaan mengalami defisiensi modal maka kemungkinan terjadinya financial distress pada perusahaan juga semakin tinggi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan bagi Potensi Objek Wisata terhadap Perekonomian Masyarakat Kabupaten Karimun Provinsi Kepulauan Riau , Sektor pariwisata akan menjadi salah satu kegiatan ekonomi yang penting dalam suatu negara. Pariwisata merupakan salah satu bidang yang memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi di negara berkembang, termasuk di negaraIndonesia. Pariwisata memiliki potensi untuk menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan meningkatkan pendapatan bagi masyarakat yang berkerja di Objek Wisata tersebut dan juga masyarakat sekitar , pertanyaan melibatkan para pengunjung , para masyarakat , dan kementrian parawisata . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi sumber daya alam di Kabupaten Karimun adalah Pariwisata di Indonesia memiliki potensi yang cukup baik dan merupakan salah satu sektor yang memacu perekonomian di Indonesia. Perencanaan pariwisata sangat penting dilakukan mengingat sektor pariwisata kini dijadikan sector unggulan karena dapat memacu sektor lainnya seperti bisnis transportasi, hotel, restoran, hiburan, dan lain-lain. Pulau Karimun sebagai salah satu pulau yang terdapat di Kepulauan Riau memiliki peluang untuk memberikan keuntungan baik bagi masyarakat maupun bagi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Karimun

Perkembangan bisnis saat ini yang sangat kompetitif dan berkembang pesat karena aktivitas aktivitas dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup tidak terlepas pada sektor transportasi dalam pengiriman barang dan material. Semua penyedia jasa mulai beralih ke media E-commerce dan menggunakan internet untuk media pertukaran informasi dan komunikasi. Perusahaan di Indonesia yang menggunakan media E-commerce yaitu Go-Jek di mana memiliki 100 ribu cabang di 50 kota. peneliti ingin mengetahui tingkat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan pada jasa E-Commerce Go-Jek termasuk pelayanan pengirimannya terhadap keputusan pembelian masyarakat. Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menyatakan bahwa semakin banyak penyedia layanan, yaitu Go-Food, yang memberikan kualitas layanan yang diharapkan, maka akan meningkatkan penjualan produk karena terdapat pengaruh yang cukup positif dan signifikan antara variabel  kualitas pelayanan Go-Food terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian.
