The advancement of digital technology encourages the need for innovative learning strategies capable of strengthening students’ moral character amid the decline in discipline, responsibility, and empathy among learners. This study aims to analyze how project-based digital storytelling influences the improvement of students’ morals and how its implementation process occurs within an educational context. The research method used is library research by examining books, journals, and relevant scientific sources related to students’ moral development, project-based learning, and digital storytelling. The analysis was conducted through content analysis to identify key concepts, findings from previous studies, and the relationship between storytelling strategies and the internalization of moral values. The results indicate that digital storytelling is effective as a learning medium because it can integrate cognitive, affective, and technological aspects into a meaningful learning experience. Through the processes of planning, scriptwriting, digital production, and project presentation, students are actively involved in understanding and internalizing moral values such as honesty, empathy, responsibility, and discipline. In addition, digital narratives can build emotional connectedness that strengthens moral feeling and encourages students’ moral action in daily life. These findings imply that project-based digital storytelling can serve as an innovative pedagogical strategy to reinforce character education in schools, especially in facing the challenges posed by technological development and behavioral changes in the digital generation.

Scriptwriters play an important role in effectively conveying messages and goals to the audience. A good script is able to build a logical storyline, convey a message implicitly and explicitly, and leave a deep impression on the audience. The goal to be achieved in writing this final project report is to explain the process of writing a script using narrative techniques in a feature video. In this final project, the script writing uses narrative techniques with a descriptive approach. In script writing, narrative techniques are applied in scripts as the main approach in building a structured storyline based on the attachment of cause-and-effect relationships between events. The narrative structure is divided into three stages, namely the preliminary stage (opening), the intermediate stage, and the closing stage (solution). The preliminary stage serves to introduce the phenomenon, the middle stage discusses the phenomenon more deeply, and the closing stage provides solutions to the problems raised. The application of this narrative technique proves that a good structure in scriptwriting is able to convey the message in a video feature effectively. The screenwriter has completed the tasks and roles in making an animated video entitled Kopi Nikmat Tantangan Hidup Sehat.

The film was developed through three main stages: pre- production, production, and post-production. During the pre-production phase, the writer conducted in-depth research and field observations, and developed a script framework, synopsis, treatment, and interview questions. The production phase involved filming, conducting interviews, and recording voice-over narration. Post- production included visual and audio editing as well as finalizing the distribution through the YouTube platform. The final result was a documentary that not only delivered historical information but also raised emotional awareness about the importance of preserving traditional values. In conclusion, the application of an expository narrative successfully strengthened the storytelling structure and provided a deeper understanding of the vintage bicycle community in Bandung.
