Vocational high school graduates are expected to master not only technical competencies but also interpersonal skills that support their readiness for the workplace. Field observations at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung indicate that students in the Online Business and Retail (Bisnis Daring dan Ritel) program still show a low level of assertive communication, evidenced by their difficulty in expressing opinions confidently, refusing requests politely, and handling direct interaction with customers. This community service program (Program Kemitraan Masyarakat/PKM) was designed to develop students' assertive communication skills through the role-play method. The program consists of five stages: needs analysis, development of training materials and role-play scenarios, training and practice, evaluation and feedback, and continued mentoring. Students are placed in simulated roles such as seller, buyer, and observer in scenarios involving customer service, complaint handling, price negotiation, and teamwork. The information-dissemination approach combines material delivery, discussion, hands-on practice, and technical guidance. The program is expected to increase students' understanding of assertive communication concepts, strengthen their interpersonal communication skills, and provide an applied learning experience relevant to the demands of the retail and customer-service industry. The expected output of this activity is a scientific article published in a nationally accredited (Sinta) journal.

Changes in labor regulations through the Job Creation Law have brought significant changes to the employment system in Indonesia, particularly in terms of labor flexibility. This study aims to analyze labor flexibility after the implementation of the Job Creation Law from the perspective of Human Resource Management (HRM). The research method used is a qualitative approach through a literature study with thematic analysis of 16 scientific journals, books, and regulations related to labor flexibility and strategic Human Resource Management (HRM) practices. The results show that labor flexibility has positive impacts on companies in improving operational efficiency, productivity, and adaptability to market changes. However, on the other hand, such flexibility also creates several challenges, including job uncertainty, decreased job security, and reduced protection for contract and outsourced workers. From the HRM perspective, companies are required to create a balance between business interests and labor protection in order to maintain harmonious industrial relations. This study is expected to provide a more comprehensive understanding of labor flexibility as part of human resource management strategies in the post-labor deregulation era in Indonesia.

In Indonesia, the implementation of EMR is supported by the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 24 of 2022, which mandates healthcare facilities to adopt electronic medical records. However, the implementation process is often challenged by various technical and non-technical factors that may affect its success. This study aims to analyze the success factors and barriers to EMR implementation in hospitals through a literature review approach. The research method used was a literature review by examining and analyzing 11 scientific articles obtained from Google Scholar and other relevant scientific sources. The findings indicate that the success of EMR implementation is influenced by three main aspects, namely human, organizational, and technological factors. Supporting factors include management commitment, user readiness, continuous training, availability of information technology infrastructure, system quality, and organizational support. Meanwhile, common barriers include limited digital literacy among healthcare workers, insufficient information technology personnel, unstable internet connectivity, system errors, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, budget limitations, and the absence of specific standard operating procedures. Furthermore, EMR implementation provides significant benefits, such as improving service efficiency, facilitating access to patient information, enhancing documentation quality, supporting communication among healthcare professionals, and increasing patient safety. Therefore, successful EMR implementation requires synergy between human resources, organizational readiness, and technological infrastructure to achieve optimal healthcare service delivery.

Toxic work environments are becoming an issue that is getting more and more attention in human resource management because of its destructive impact on the psychological well-being of employees and organizational stability. Unhealthy interpersonal relationships, authoritarian leadership, bullying, and recurrent disrespectful behavior create a work atmosphere full of stress and uncertainty. This condition not only triggers work stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion, it further exacerbates these challenges, as high work demands and a lack of work-life balance make employees, especially Generation Z, increasingly vulnerable to mental health disorders. This study aims to analyze the influence of toxic work environments on employees' mental health as well as its impact on the intention to quit their jobs. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, analyzing relevant scientific articles. The results of the study showed that a toxic work environment characterized by violence, bullying, tyrannical leadership, unfriendliness, and exclusion had a significant effect on the increase in work stress, psychological pressure, work stress and intention to quit work. Toxic leadership is the main factor in forming an unhealthy work culture. Social support, especially from supervisors, plays a protective role as a protective factor that mediates these negative relationships. Generation Z was found to be more sensitive to injustice and rights violations in the workplace. The study concludes that organizations need to prioritize psychological safety, implement supportive leadership, and provide tangible organizational policies and support to maintain employees' mental health and reduce work stress rates for long-term organizational sustainability.

This article explores the integration of epigenetics and Christian restoration theology as a new framework for understanding trauma and human restoration holistically. Epigenetics demonstrates that life experiences, particularly trauma, can influence gene expression without altering DNA structure and may even be transmitted across generations. Meanwhile, Christian restoration theology emphasizes the grace of God as a power that restores humanity completely in spiritual, psychological, relational, and embodied dimensions. This study employs a qualitative library research approach by examining recent scientific and theological literature relevant to trauma, epigenetic change, restoration, and Christian understandings of grace. The findings reveal that trauma leaves measurable biological imprints within the body, yet epigenetic changes remain reversible through healthy relationships, therapeutic interventions, and spiritual practices. These results indicate that human restoration should not be viewed only as an inward spiritual experience, but also as a holistic process involving psychological healing and biological renewal. Therefore, grace can be understood as a transformative power that works comprehensively within the spiritual, psychological, and biological dimensions of human existence, opening possibilities for intergenerational healing and renewed life for contemporary theological reflection.
