The development of education in the digital era requires students to master not only academic skills, but also soft skills and hard skills as a provision to face the challenges of education and the world of work. However, the learning process at Papua High School in Sorong City is still teacher-oriented, so students' communication courage and technological skills have not developed optimally. This community service activity aims to empower students through public communication training (public speaking) and computer network cable techniques to strengthen 21st century skills. The method used is a participatory approach with hands-on practice through four stages: observation, socialization, training, and evaluation. Public speaking training is focused on increasing students' courage and confidence in communicating, while network cable training emphasizes basic technical skills such as recognizing cable types, RJ-45 connector functions, crimping techniques, and connectivity testing. The results of the activities showed high participation and enthusiasm from students, as well as increased public speaking courage and basic understanding in network cable making. The integration of public communication training and technology skills has been proven to have a positive impact on the development of student competencies. Therefore, this activity is recommended as a model for developing soft skills and hard skills for high school students, especially in areas with limited access to technology learning.

This community service initiative provides a comprehensive business analysis to evaluate financial feasibility, aiming to mitigate potential losses and ensure operational viability. By offering concrete data on business prospects and challenges, this analysis serves as a strategic guide for resource allocation and market targeting, while simultaneously enhancing attractiveness to potential investors. The program was conducted in the South Nunukan District, Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. As Indonesia's 34th province and a strategic border region, North Kalimantan faces significant challenges in food security due to limited supply chains. A central component of this study is the Break-Even Point (BEP) analysis—the threshold at which a business incurs neither profit nor loss. The BEP analysis provides critical insights into the relationship between pricing, operational costs, sales volume, and production levels. Consequently, it serves as a vital decision-making tool for business owners to optimize profitability. The results of this study demonstrate that, despite the continued use of traditional methods, the polyculture system remains highly profitable and sustainable for the local community.

The Community Service Program (KKN) conducted by students of Padang State University (UNP) focuses on community service to address social issues and improve the quality of life for a more developed nation. One of the programs implemented is digital literacy and the renovation of the village library located at the Sumpur Kudus Village Head's office, Sumpur Kudus District, Sinjunjung Regency, West Sumatra Province. Given the widespread use of technology today, accessing information related to the history, social conditions, and tourism in Sumpur Kudus Village is now easy. To create a comfortable reading space or information center, renovations were carried out at the Sumpur Kudus Village Head's Library, adding various decorations and facilities. The approach used was a qualitative descriptive approach aimed at understanding the impact of the program's implementation on increasing reading interest and access to information by the community. The results of this activity indicate that the community feels comfortable and has easy access to information in Sumpur Kudus Village.

Public speaking is an essential communication skill that plays a crucial role in enhancing self-confidence, delivering ideas effectively, and fostering social participation. However, many women in rural areas still lack opportunities to develop this skill due to limited access to training, gender stereotypes, and minimal experience in public forums. These challenges lead to low levels of women’s involvement, particularly housewives who are members of PKK, in community activities and decision-making processes at the local level. This study aims to examine the impact of public speaking training on improving the knowledge, self-confidence, and social participation of PKK mothers in Nagari Sumpur Kudus. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a participatory approach through interactive lectures, speaking practice simulations, reflective discussions, participatory observations, and qualitative evaluations. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing based on field notes, observations, and participants’ feedback. The findings indicate that the training successfully improved participants’ understanding of basic public speaking techniques, including intonation, eye contact, body language, and structured idea delivery. Furthermore, the participants experienced significant growth in self-confidence, courage to speak in front of groups, and motivation to continuously practice their communication skills. The interactive and supportive learning atmosphere also strengthened collaboration and solidarity among PKK members. Thus, public speaking training not only enhances individual competencies but also contributes to women’s empowerment and their active participation in community development at the village level.  

This Community Service activity (PKM) was carried out at the Church of Faith, Hope, and Love (IHAKA) with the aim of empowering lay members who do not have a formal theological background but have a desire to serve as Cell Group (KOMSEL) leaders. The method used is a participatory approach based on training and contextual reflection, consisting of three stages: interactive workshops, service reflection, and mentoring. The training is designed to equip participants with basic understanding of spiritual leadership, the ability to communicate the Word, as well as patterns of household worship relevant to the congregation's context. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' confidence in leading worship, the ability to actively discuss the Word, and the formation of closer service relationships through prayer and shared meals. Post-training mentorship also strengthens participants' commitment to serving with faithfulness and humility. This activity demonstrates that service is not merely a routine activity, but a calling in life that can be carried out by lay congregants through simple yet impactful guidance. This PKM is expected to serve as an initial model for other local churches in nurturing lay ministers in a contextual and sustainable manner.

The modern retail industry in Indonesia is increasingly competitive, especially in the minimarket sector, which requires every business actor to continuously improve the quality of services and products to maintain consumer loyalty. Indomaret, as one of the main players, has introduced the Indomaret Fresh concept that offers a wider variety of products and a more modern shopping experience. However, despite various innovations, there are still complaints from consumers regarding prices, product diversity, and product quality available. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product diversity, and product quality on consumer repurchase intentions at Indomaret Fresh in Medan City. The study used a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS to test the partial and simultaneous effects of these variables. The results showed that price and product diversity had a negative and insignificant effect on repurchase intentions, while product quality had a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables together had a significant effect on repurchase intentions. These findings emphasize that product quality is a major factor in building consumer loyalty, while aspects of price and product variety need to be adjusted to consumer preferences and expectations for a more effective Indomaret Fresh marketing strategy.

The rapid development of information technology has had a significant impact on various sectors of life, including micro-enterprises such as meatball stalls. Amidst increasingly fierce competition and the need for operational efficiency, many micro-enterprises are shifting from manual management systems to digital systems. This study aims to explain the background, objectives, and benefits of utilizing information technology in managing meatball stalls, with a focus on the implementation of the Odoo application as a business management solution. Odoo is an open-source Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that offers various functional modules such as Point of Sale (POS), inventory management, accounting, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Through the implementation of Odoo, meatball stalls can manage various operational aspects in an integrated manner, from recording sales transactions, managing raw material stock, financial reporting, to customer relations. The results of this technology implementation show significant improvements in data recording accuracy, service speed, and ease of decision-making based on accurate and real-time data. In addition, this technology also provides opportunities for stall owners to develop their businesses more professionally and competitively. Thus, the integration of information technology like Odoo not only improves efficiency and productivity but also contributes to economic growth by strengthening the micro-enterprise sector. This digital transformation is expected to be a strategic step in realizing a modern meatball stall that can compete in the digital era.

Mbatakapidu Village has abundant natural resource potential, especially agricultural waste and local forages that have not been optimally utilized as animal feed. This Community Service. Program (PkM) aims to educate and empower the village community through counseling and training in making silage feed for goats, as a solution in providing quality feed in the area. The implementation method includes location surveys, making silage samples, technical training and direct assistance in the process of fermenting local forage into silage, and program evaluation carried out during March - May 2025. The results of the activities showed an increase in farmers' understanding and skills in processing local feed ingredients into silage, as well as growing awareness of the importance of feed technology in supporting sustainable local potential-based livestock productivity in Mbatakapidu Village.

This community service activity aims to improve financial literacy among students of SMAN 8 Tambun Selatan through socialization of personal financial records. Based on initial identification, it was found that many students did not understand the importance of recording income and expenses, and were not used to preparing a monthly budget. Through an interactive counseling approach and evaluation questionnaire, students were provided with an understanding of the basic concepts of financial management, the importance of distinguishing needs and wants, and the practice of daily financial records. The evaluation results showed that 96.6% of students understood the material presented, and more than 60% expressed interest in starting regular financial records. This activity proves that financial literacy education can encourage changes in attitudes and financial behavior that are wiser from school age.

The role of financial literacy is very important in improving family welfare, especially in managing household income and expenses. Housewives, as the main manager of family finances, need a deep understanding of how to manage finances wisely. This educational program is designed to provide and improve the understanding of housewives in Klambir 5 Medan city about financial literacy. The activity methods used in this service include the presentation of financial literacy material accompanied by relevant examples, conducting interactive discussions and questions and answers to participants, and providing recommendations for financial strategies in realizing household financial welfare. Then provide assistance, and evaluate financial management practices carried out by participants in Klambir 5 Medan City in managing their household finances. The results of the program showed a significant increase in the participants' ability to manage family budgets, saving habits, and reduction of consumptive debt. The researcher also proposes a sustainable empowerment model to strengthen the impact of the program in various communities.

A huge number of stakeholders rely on the bank's financial statements. Such financial accounts must be of the highest caliber, particularly in light of the emergence of globalization. The International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) were created to provide high-quality financial reporting in addition to universal standards. Over the past 10 years, Nigerian banks' financial statements have been called into question to the point where several of these banks failed. The purpose of this study is to investigate how IFRSs have affected Nigerian banks' financial statements quality, with a focus on the relevance, comparability, and clarity of their goals. The study's conclusions were reached using a case study methodology. There is a survey involving various stakeholders, both internal and external, through the use of a questionnaire. To analyze the data, the Chi-Square method was used. The X2-calculated value of 14.96 is more than the X2-critical/table value of 5.99 at 0.05 LOS, indicating a substantial association between the adoption of IFRS and the comparability objectives of Nigerian banks, according to the results. Further research revealed that the adoption of IFRS has a significant impact on relevancy quality, as the X2-calculated value of 14.0 is higher at 0.05 LOS than the X2-critical/table value at 5.99. The implementation of IFRS has also been proven to have a considerable impact on Nigerian banks' clarity objectives, as evidenced by the fact that the X2-calculated value of 25.4 is more than the X2-critical/table value of 5.99 at 0.05 LOS. It was determined that the implementation of IFRS has an important influence on the standard of Nigerian banks' financial statements. This paper examines the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation and the relationship between the Nigerian economy and the Treasury Single Account Policy (2015-2024). The Nigerian economy has developed slowly over the years, which has led to little to no improvement in the country's residents' standard of living. The study's overall goal was to determine how the Treasury Single Account Policy affected Nigeria's economic developments between 2015 and 2024. Its specific goals were to determine whether the human development index, Gini coefficient, and poverty rate of the country's economy differed significantly between the pre-and post-implementation periods. The research utilized the design of the quantitative study. Nigerian citizens make up the study's population, while the citizens of Nigeria for the years 2015–2024 make up the sample size. The study employed secondary data that came from the World Bank's National Accounts Data, the National Bureau of Statistics, and the Central Bank of Nigeria's Statistical Bulletin. The paired sample t-test was used to assess the data. The outcome showed that, except the variable of human development index, which showed a significant difference between the periods before and after the implementation of the treasury single account policy, economic development indicators (gini coefficient and poverty rate) did not differ significantly between the periods before and after the policy. Consequently, the analysis found that the Treasury Single Using the poverty rate and Gini coefficient as stand-ins for economic development, account policy had no discernible effect on the Nigerian economy. Additionally, it was determined that the Treasury Single Account Policy had a major influence on Nigeria's economic development using the Human Development Index as a proxy for economic progress. Therefore, it was advised that government programs for human development be maintained and improved, particularly in the fields of health and education.

Kalirungkut Village is one of the urban areas located in Rungkut Sub-district, Surabaya. The area of Kelurahan Kalirungkut is 2.58 km2, divided into 15 RWs (neighborhood units) and 86 RTs (community units) (Statistics Indonesia, Surabaya 2016). The population of this neighborhood is approximately 22,949 people, consisting of 11,345 males and 11,604 females (Kalirungkut Village, 2022). Within the neighborhood, there are 11 active industrial companies, including 7 large-scale industries and 4 small-scale industries (Statistics Indonesia, Surabaya 2019). The significant population and industrial activities in the area require a large amount of land, resulting in a reduction of agricultural land. Therefore, the objective of the community service activity is to create a sustainable farming strategy through the design and implementation of aquaponics. The community service method consists of three stages: survey and preparation, implementation of activities, and maintenance and monitoring of results. The outcome of the community service activity is the establishment of an aquaponics farming system located in the yard of one of the residents in Kalirungkut, namely Mrs. Ismudji Rahayuningsih.

Sabun merupakan produk kimia yang sering dijumpai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dalam masa pandemi salah satu jenis sabun yaitu sabun cuci tangan menjadi produk yang banyak dicari sehingga tidak sedikit yang berkreasi membuat sabun herbal. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk memanfaatkan Loofah atau Gambas sebagai campuran dalam pembuatan sabun cuci tangan. Penelitian yang dipilih adalah deskriptif analisis dengan pemanfaatan Loofah sebagai objek penelitiannya. Dalam penelitian ditemukan jika untuk menjaga kualitas sabun dari reaksi oksidasi diperlukan bahan antioksidan yang merupakan salah satu senyawa yang terdapat dalam Loofah atau yang lebih sering disebut dengan Gambas.
