Marketing strategy is a very important thing for a company to do to develop and improve the quality of its products. This strategy can be carried out by any business, be it a large business, medium business, small business or micro business. In this research the author gave the title 'Analysis of Marketing Strategies Carried Out by Small Businesses'. The purpose of this research is to provide information to readers or entrepreneurs regarding the marketing strategies carried out by the Dgilangemil business. From the research, readers and entrepreneurs can take examples of what the Dgilangemil small business did in developing their business which they started from zero until their business began to be known by many people using the marketing strategy of SWOT Analysis and Marketing Mix. In this research the author used a qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative research is a research process carried out by observing and investigating a phenomenon that occurs and producing descriptive data. In this research, the author conducted observations, interviews and documentation with the owner of this business, namely Dea Puspita, which was carried out on December 11 2023 at the production site in the city of Langkat.

The development of the business world has increased rapidly in the modern era like today. This causes intense competition between business actors in developing their products in the face of developments in the business world. Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs now play a very important role in the growth of the economy in Indonesia. Mrs. Maubah's porridge business is one of the MSMEs in Cilegon City, Banten which operates in the food sector. This business can provide jobs for the local community. My mother's porridge business itself is a type of food business which sells various variations of porridge and various other fried foods. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are implemented by Ibu Majadi's porridge business to increase sales. Carrying out a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis in determining the marketing strategy. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the situation of phenomena in the field. Researchers used data collection methods in research, namely observation and interviews. To find out how the strategy is used, the Swot Analysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was concluded that the results of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), for the strength and weakness variables, each obtained a strength value of 1.89, while a value of 1.00 was obtained for weaknesses. This means that the strengths of Mrs. Matahu's porridge business are greater than the weaknesses. Meanwhile, the value obtained for the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) Matrix was 1.47 for opportunities, while the value for threats was 0.64. This means that for Mrs. Matahu's porridge business, the opportunity value is greater than the threat value. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that Ibu Ma's porridge business has strengths and opportunities so that it will be able to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support the policy of growing aggression.

Technological developments in Indonesia have an influence on current developments, especially fast food restaurants which are currently a trend among consumers, including McDonald's. With the trend of fast food such as McDonald's, many competitors have emerged with similar companies. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing McDoanald's marketing strategy using a SWOT analysis consisting of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The method in this research is a case study using SWOT analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data. On the other hand, qualitative research is a type of research that uses techniques to extract information using data sets that are larger than one point of view, such as journals, articles, and so on. This type of qualitative research is carried out by collecting clear data to analyze information related to ongoing research. The research results show that McDonald's has strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in its marketing activities. The results of the analysis show that McDonald's must use a strategy to increase the effectiveness of promotions through advertising, media and existing websites as well as adding sponsorship and collaboration with other top artists.

This research aims to find out strategies for developing integrated tourist attractions in South Central Timor Regency so that they can increase tourist attraction and also find out what components are needed in developing tourist attractions in South Central Timor Regency using SWOT analysis. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research determine the policies that should be prioritized by the government in efforts to develop integrated tourist attractions in South Central Timor district. This research shows that there is a need to increase human resources in developing tourist attractions, improving infrastructure, supporting infrastructure, then the main focus in this research based on the concept of integrated tourism is the Tour Package program that has been launched which would be very good if it received more attention.

A logo is a medium for communicating values, goals, and creating an impression of professionalism from an institution. Meanwhile, standard logo graphic manuals are a medium for communicating values, goals, and creating an impression of professionalism from an institution. These two elements are interrelated and inseparable. This journal discusses visual identity design, especially logos and graphic manual standards for the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise which is implemented in the Merdeka College Competency Program (PKKM). Village Development Students at the East Java "Veteran" National Development University, Visual Communication Design Study Program were assigned to create a new logo design and standard graphic manual for the business entity. This design was carried out by means of direct observation, interviews and data collection through SWOT analysis. The aim of this design is to facilitate the identification of the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise, reflect the institution's values and mission, and improve its image and reputation. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is a company engaged in the distribution of food and beverages specifically from Garudafood products. Founded by Mr. Sudhamek as the owner of SNS in 1994, SNS's role is very decisive for the development of Garudafood. Because of its role, various kinds of Garudafood products can be obtained by consumers in remote areas throughout Indonesia. SNS already has a number of depots serving hundreds of thousands of customer outlets throughout Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the marketing strategy implemented based on the internal and external environment in increasing the sales volume of Garuda Brand products at PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. The types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. Quantitative data is calculated data or data in the form of numbers based on the results of questionnaires from respondents which include opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of Garuda Brand products at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that judging from the internal and external factor indicators, the position of the company PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is based on Growth Strategy, namely a strategy aimed at stabilizing the company or a strategy implemented without changing the direction of the marketing strategy. The strategies that can be used are: Market diversification strategy, namely a strategy that uses its strengths to take advantage of long-term opportunities. The suggestions given are that the company should also try to improve its strengths to reduce the weaknesses it has so far so that the company's position can be raised and able to compete competitively. And by anticipating weaknesses so that they do not become threats, companies should be careful with the current situation, by understanding the market more seriously to try to rise through exploiting existing opportunities and minimizing the threats they face through new breakthroughs to find and enter market opportunities. existing ones, for example by marketing new products that are more acceptable to consumers in accordance with current consumer buying interests.

The main problem in this research is how to implement the marketing promotion strategy for koi fish by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar uses SWOT Analysis, aiming to find out and describe the right promotional strategy using SWOT Analysis. This can be seen from the lack of activity or promotional activities carried out by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar and many competitors in the same business field. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, interviews and literature study. The instruments in this research are the researcher himself, interview guidelines, documentation and field notes. The analysis technique used is SWOT Analysis using the SWOT Matrix. Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis, it is proven that the strength value is greater than the weakness value, namely with a difference of (+) 0.56. Meanwhile, the opportunities value is greater than the threats value, namely with a difference of (+) 0.77. The SWOT diagram shows that the shaded area is in quadrant I. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies (Grow Oriented Strategy). Under these conditions, the most appropriate strategy was implemented by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar uses the SO strategy, namely a strategy that utilizes strengths to manage existing opportunities.

Azyanu Batik is an MSME engaged in the field of batik art based on local Minangkabau culture with "1000 Rumah Gadang" batik motifs which was founded by Zulmi Aryani since 2021, having its address at Muara Labuh, Solok Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province.  In this case, Azyanu Batik already has a visual identity but has not applied design principles and logo criteria to the fullest.  The purpose of this design is to redesign Azyanu Batik's visual identity by applying design principles and good logo criteria as an effort to increase brand awareness and Azyanu Batik's image.  The design method used is the 4D method, consisting of 4 stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate.  While the design analysis used is through SWOT analysis.  Azyanu Batik's visual identity redesign will be implemented into the main media and applicable media that can support the effectiveness of the visual identity created.

In 2023, the Indonesian government projects rice production of 54 million tons, while the need for rice is projected to be 32 million tons. This fact shows that the rice business is still profitable in Indonesia because rice remains the staple food that is most consumed by the community. Although wheat consumption continues to increase, rice remains the main choice. CV. Rahmat Jaya is a company that has long been engaged in the production and sale of rice. Despite facing fierce competition and market uncertainty, this company managed to manage the rice business well. CV. Rahmat Jaya is able to produce 40,000 kilograms of rice per month and sell 60,000 kilograms of rice per month. This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy carried out by CV. Rahmat Jaya in increasing sales. The research uses the SWOT Analysis approach to classify a company's position and determine marketing strategies that suit its environment. Data analysis is carried out with a SWOT matrix, which consists of strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat factors. From the results of the analysis, four alternative strategies were produced that can be considered by company management.

This type of personnel expenditure is one of the plans that needs to be calculated carefully because in personnel expenditure problems often occur minus or surplus budgets at the end of the year which result in not achieving proper reporting. The purpose of this analysis is to carry out an analysis of the occurrence of minus budgets in personnel spending and strategies to solve these problems using SWOT analysis. This analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach. The types of data used in this study are primary data types, namely observations and interviews during the Forum Group Discussion and secondary data types, namely documents, journals, financial reports and other data related to the problem being analyzed. The results of this study are as follows: 1) the placement of personnel expenditures for all work units in a district/city area is in the Secretary General's DIPA which can break the chain of minus budget problems evenly so that it makes it easier to solve problems, 2) the problem of adding tasks to the finance section can be done by improving the performance management of the financial section. Conclusion: the completion of the minus budget can be used by placing the employee budget in one work unit, 3) pathology in bureaucracy conducted in readiness of employee and lack of reward. Placement of the budget in a work unit must be followed by the consequences affected by the transfer so that it does not cause problems.

This research aims to first determine and analyze the Lake Toba Tourism development strategy by the Lake Toba Authority Implementing Body. Second, to find out the results of the SWOT analysis of employee performance improvement strategies using the IFAS and EFAS matrices, important factors can be identified from both the external environment and the internal environment which are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for improving performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the author also uses SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is the systematic identification of various factors to formulate company strategy. From the results of the analysis, a growth strategy or growth oriented strategy is obtained. This strategy indicates that the company is strong and able to continue to develop by taking advantage of existing opportunities. This strategy was chosen because the calculation results were in quadrant I where the total weighted score of strengths-weaknesses was 3.36 while the total weighted score of opportunities-threats was 3.314. Positions in this quadrant are very profitable and can be implemented optimally.

This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Meanwhile, these external factors include: price competition and the promotion strategy of Elzatta Jambi's competitors.

The solutions for the problem of less optimal strategy implementation in BBI Sukamaju need to be found, and as the first step, efforts are needed to evaluate the chosen strategy, to review and to re-evaluate the situations (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and business threats), and also to update the formulated strategy so that it suits the developments of the external environment in order to support the efforts of function development of Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) on Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis at Supplying of Quality Fish Seeds in Ciamis Regency. This study explains the steps for choosing the right strategy based on the Routweer concept approach by comparing the performance of the strategy before the new strategy is introduced, which is the development strategy or known by the name Restructurisation. By using a semi-structured interview method, SWOT analysis and QSPM, there will be found an effective strategy that can help achieve the organization’s objectives effectively and efficiently to support the vision, mission and the goals of regional development. From this research, based on QSPM calculation results, it can be concluded that the strategy improves coordination with various work partners (7,8), increases the partnership with UPR to increase the seed production, increases the cooperation with universities, research institutes and other partners (6,25), and becomes a priority strategy.

This thesis discusses the Analysis of Marketing Strategies in Nawasena Efforts to Increase Consumer Buying Interest. In this study raised issues in the form of: influencing factors in the development of SMEs and marketing strategies of SMEs. This study aims: to determine the factors that influence the marketing strategy of SMEs. This research method is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis method on 4 respondents, namely business owners and 3 employees. The data was collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires filled in by respondents, as well as documentation. Then the data obtained from the results of data collection were analyzed using SWOT, IFAS and EFAS analysis.

This study aims (1) to determine the marketing strategy used by Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin in increasing sales. (2) To find out marketing strategies that can be implemented by utilizing SWOT analysis to improve marketing performance at Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee in Banjarmasin. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The informants in the study were the Owners of Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that Cafe Bree Sweetandfreeze Banjarmasin uses various marketing strategies, such as advertising promotions, collaboration with influencers, new product development and creating Instagramable photo areas. The SWOT analysis shows strengths in product quality, cafe design and strategic location, while weaknesses relate to understanding customer preferences and digital marketing. The cafe has opportunities in forging local partnerships and leveraging social media, but faces threats from intense competition and changing consumer trends. In conclusion, Cafe Bree Sweetandfreezee Banjarmasin can capitalize on strengths, overcome weaknesses and seize opportunities to strengthen their brand and increase their market share.

Sumenep Regency has cultural diversity, which is supported by a culture of social life that is different from other districts in Madura.  In accordance with government policy in developing tourism, especially in Sumenep Regency, it is necessary to have a guideline for a directed and integrated development plan. Tourist objects that are interesting to visit besides being good attractions also need an orderly and neat arrangement, especially from a physical point of view.  In addition, the need for tour packages that are supported by travel agencies, travel agent services, and tour guides. In this study "Strategy for Development of the Lombang Beach Tourism Area, Sumenep Regency" uses SWOT ( Strength , Weakness, Opportunity and Threat )  analysis as an effort to solve problems using a quantitative approach with the type of research in the form of case studies. The Lombang Beach tourism development strategy is seen from the internal factors which are still dominant in having weaknesses in Lombang beach tourism objects, so the stability strategy is the current choice, namely reducing the weak factors gradually according to the existing priority criteria so that the weaknesses disappear and turn into  strength.  While the internal factors that become strengths must be maintained.

Pasar Ramadhan is an MSME business that sells various kinds of culinary or snacks that are very popular with the community. Food and drinks are sold such as fried meatballs, chips, cakes, boba, lemon tea, chicken noodles, grilled chicken, satay, and so on. This journal article was created to discuss SWOT analysis in an effort to develop a culinary business in the Ramadan market. This study aims to identify internal and external factors that influence culinary business development in the Ramadan market and provide recommendations for appropriate business development strategies. The research method used is descriptive analysis by collecting data through interviews with traders and visitors to the Ramadan market as well as through literature study. The results of the study show that internal factors such as product quality, price and promotion influence the culinary business development in the Ramadan market, while external factors such as market conditions, competition and regulations also play an important role in the culinary business development in the Ramadan market. Recommendations for the right business development strategy include improving product quality, price adjustments, and increasing promotions to increase the attractiveness of the culinary business in the Ramadan market. In addition, traders are also advised to pay attention to market conditions and existing competition and comply with applicable regulations to optimize culinary business development in the Ramadan market.

Asas good water resources governance baru akan dapat tercapai apabila pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) dilakukan melalui suatu perencanaan yang utuh dan terpadu (hulu, tengah, hilir), menyeluruh (antar dan lintas sektor), berkelanjutan dan berbasis kelestarian lingkungannya, mencakup aspek teknis, aspek asas legalitas yang kuat dan mengikat bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan, aspek tata kelola pemerintahan desentralisasi yang berlaku; dan aspek masyarakat dan pihak swasta yang terlibat dalam pemanfaatan DAS serta aspek kontrol, transparansi, akuntabilitas hasil yang dilakukan mulai dari tahap perencanaan sampai pelaksanaan pengelolaan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pengumpulan data yang luas dan banyak mengenai pengelolaan DAS hasil Diskusi FGD Pemangku Kepentingan, sedang evaluasi kebijakan pengelolaan DAS dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity dan Threat). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Kebijakan Pengelolaan DAS secara terpadu dan berkelanjutan perlu dikuatkan melalui : (1) Meningkatkan hermonisasi dan sinkronisasi peraturan perundang-undangan pengelolaan DAS; (2) Mewujudkan pembentukan Forum DAS dan komitmen bersama antar stakeholders; (3) Mewujudkan adanya partisipasi masyarakat dan dunia usaha dalam pengelolaan DAS dan (4) Mewujudkan Pemahaman Bersama tentang Pengelolaan DAS.
