Lightning has always been a dangerous threat to the equipment of electric power systems consisting of: power plants, substations, transmission lines and distribution lines. Generally, overhead high-voltage transmission lines are exposed to lightning strikes. Therefore, the degree of protection against lightning is determined based on the degree of insulation of the equipment. To prevent damage to equipment due to lightning strikes, arresters are used. In this study, three arrester models were used as comparisons, namely. IEEE arrester model. The system was simulated using Alternative Transients Program (ATP) software. The results showed that the lightning rod was declared successful in protecting the transmission system, where the three lightning rods had a Margin Protection (MP) of arresters that reached 28%. In the simulation, it is known that the IEEE arrester successfully cut off the lightning current in the transmission system so that the transient overvoltage recorded on the transformer does not exceed the Basic Insulation Level ((BIL) trafo.  

The Maluku Province Library and Archives Service found that the physical quality of the space did not meet the requirements, such as no ventilation, air conditioning and only a few windows that were open. This causes a lack of air coming in from outside so that employees feel hot and stuffy in the room. The aim of this research is to determine the physical and bacteriological quality of indoor air on health problems in the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service. The method used in this research is descriptive to determine the physical and bacteriological quality of indoor air on health problems at the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service. The population in this research is the entire library and archives space of Maluku Province. The samples in this research were 2 sample points, namely the reading room and the staff room of the Maluku Province Library and Archives Service. The research results show that lighting, temperature and germ numbers meet the requirements, while humidity does not meet the requirements. In accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2023 concerning Environmental Health. The conclusion is that lighting, temperature and germ numbers meet the requirements, while humidity does not meet the requirements

Cadet self-assessment underscores both confidence in academic intelligence and an identified need for additional language support, calling for targeted interventions. Exploring professional competences uncovers a disparity between technical proficiency and English Maritime communication, highlighting the importance of a holistic approach to bridge this gap. Cadet motivations vary from a genuine passion for maritime activities to the allure of lucrative career prospects and international recognition. Recognizing this diversity urges the need for personalised career guidance and mentorship programmes. The research also sheds light on English Maritime and Literacy proficiency, differentiating between basic skills and the ability to handle complex communication scenarios. Objective of this study: To determine the influence of product quality on customer loyalty. To determine the influence of price perception on customer loyalty. To determine  the  influence  of  advertising  on  customer  loyalty.  This  research  uses  a quantitative approach.  Sampling techniques used are  nonprobability sampling with random samplings, while the researcher deliberately determine their sample according to the area and qualified by some requirements. Population of this study is all gender aged 15 - 45 years and customer of Liyanti Beauty Store in Blora City, Central Java, sample of this research amounted to 90 respondents. Data collection method used is a scale with a dependent variable is customer loyalty and its independent variables, i.e., product quality, price perception, and advertising. Data analysis techniques use a double linear regression analysis test with application of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 22.0 for Windows program. The result of this research : Product quality has the most influence over customer loyalty. Price perception has no influence on customer loyalty. Advertising has no influence on customer loyalty. While the results of research simultaneously show that product quality, price perception, and advertising influence over customer loyalty.

Radio Communications Media of the Republic of Indonesia (RRI) Aims to: Objectives 1) To find out the role of one of the communication media, in this case Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Biak, which is used as a means of information presented by Radio in the form of news events, information and environmental education to the community through non-formal channels. 2) To find out the responses given by the community regarding radio programs/broadcasts related to the environment. Subjective Objectives to fulfill one of the requirements in completing a bachelor's degree at the North Sulawesi University of Technology. To find out the expectations and experiences of the listeners of RRI Biak, the data collection technique in this study was the data triangulation method. Document analysis is carried out before respondents or informants, direct interviews will be conducted with respondents or informants along with direct observations in the field. The data analysis used in this research is using qualitative analysis. Data analysis is a process in which the data is simplified into a form that is easier to read and interpret. This research was also conducted in the Biak Numfor City area of ​​RRI Biak, with the criteria of the respondents being radio broadcast listeners. Based on the results of interviews with several respondents or informants, it can be concluded several things as follows: RRI can be a bridge or link of information to the community regarding an event or events that occur.

This study aims to assess the influence of leadership style on employee performance at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The significance of leadership style in influencing staff engagement, dedication, and productivity has been acknowledged. Having a comprehensive grasp of how leadership style may impact performance is crucial in the banking business, which is characterized by fierce rivalry and continuously evolving market circumstances. The research was carried out by distributing a questionnaire survey to workers from different work units at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The questionnaire was designed to evaluate the employees' perception of the leadership style employed inside the organization, as well as their level of performance. The population under investigation comprises all employees of UOB Bank Medan. The sample approach employed is simple random sampling. The sample size for this study consisted of 110 workers. The acquired data was subsequently examined utilizing statistical methodologies, such as regression, to assess the relationship between the independent variable (leadership style) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this study are anticipated to offer valuable insights for UOB Buana Bank Medan in enhancing leadership approaches to enhance employee performance. The practical implication of this study is that it can aid managers in selecting a leadership style that aligns with the specific attributes of the organization.

This research examines “Karang Awake Tandurin”, the oral expression of the Balinese people, which is the domain of intangible culture. Cultural expressions taken from the work of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen from Griya Intaran Sanur. This excerpt from the text Karang Awake Tandurin is published in the Traditional Balinese Literary work Geguritan Selampah Laku, a Balinese work that was composed and written by himself and tells the personal life history of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen in Bali Script. This research used a post-structural approach from critical theories. The theories used were Jauss’ reception theory, Pierce’s semiotic theory, and Barthes’ mythology theory. The meaning entities of the Balinese words ‘karang’, ‘awak’ and ‘tandurin’ actually both stand alone, however in life, the use of the three depends on each other, in humans’ relationship with nature and agrarian culture. ‘Tandurin’ is a representation of agricultural activities, ‘karang’ is a representation of nature, and ‘awak’ is a representation of humans. The current phenomenon is that higher education has become a commodity that is needed by society in an effort to improve people's living standards. Where quality tertiary institutions are seen literally by the community from the facilities and infrastructure they have as well as the satisfaction of students within the tertiary institution itself. So the aim of this research is to see the influence of service quality on student satisfaction in the political science study program at Jambi University, both simultaneously and partially. The data used are primary and secondary data. Where primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 85 students who were the research samples. The research method used is a quantitative method, while the research tool used is path analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence of service quality on student satisfaction, both simultaneously amounting to 75%.

Brushing teeth properly and correctly is an important factor for maintaining oral health. The success of maintaining oral and dental health is also influenced by the pattern of brushing teeth. The pattern of brushing teeth includes the technique of brushing teeth, the time and frequency of brushing teeth. The problem in this study is poor oral and dental hygiene in elementary school children (46.4%). Dental and oral hygiene is an important factor for dental and oral health to be free from disease, therefore dental and oral hygiene must be maintained and maintained in order to create optimal health. Objective: Knowing the relationship of brushing patterns with dental and oral hygiene in elementary school children. Method:. Collecting data on brushing patterns by filling out a checklist on the observation sheet and interview sheet. Collecting dental and oral hygiene data using an examination sheet. Respondents in this study amounted to 110 students, who were taken by simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used was the Chi-square test. Results: The pattern of brushing teeth in the poor category is 89 respondents (80.9%), dental and oral hygiene is in the bad category, namely 51 respondents (46.4%). The results of the Chi-square test are P value 0.002.Conclusion: That there is a relationship between the pattern of brushing teeth with dental and oral hygiene in elementary school children.

Technological advances have given birth to various kinds of innovations, one of which is the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). SIMRS is a tool in the process of making medical recaps for patients in hospitals. This is due to the daily activities of PKL (Field Work Practice) students who have to make reports about patient medical recaps.

Hypertension in pregnancy is a common pregnancy complication, affecting 2% of pregnant women worldwide. It is the cause of death of pregnant women in the world, hypertension is treated conventionally, namely hypertension-reducing drugs, but this conventional treatment has many problems because it is related to pregnant women which will definitely be related to the fetus they are carrying. At the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, the health status of mothers and children is good, but there are still problems for pregnant women who experience hypertension during their pregnancy, which is around 30%. The incidence of hypertension in pregnancy is high in the working area of the Bestari Community Health Center, Medan Petisah District, because people consume more than the amount of salt, the food menu is haphazard, and if they are treated with hypertension medication, they are not consumed because it will have a bad impact on their child, to solve the problem, to resolve the treatment. An alternative to non-pharmacological treatment is using music therapy and providing counseling about correct eating patterns. The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge and reduce the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women by using counseling methods and applying music therapy. Method: By providing counseling and music therapy, the results of the implementation of Beethoven's classical music therapy activities are: knowledge of the community (pregnant women) about eating patterns increased by approximately 89% and hypertension which was successful decreased in the 2-4th week of therapy, namely on average 110/70 mmHg..

Postpartum infections, such as sepsis, are still the main cause of maternal death in developing countries. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about personal hygiene and perineal wound healing in post-partum mothers at the Batang Jambu Pratama Clinic, Sidodadi Village in 2023. The research method used is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population was all 32 post partum mothers with birth canal lacerations, and all of them were used as research samples. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between knowledge about personal hygiene and healing of perineal wounds in post-partum mothers, seen from the results of the chi-square test, which showed a p value of 0.003 < 0.005. It is hoped that health workers at the Batang Jambu Pratama Clinic will provide counseling to post partum mothers about personal hygiene so that mothers get information about how to carry out personal hygiene correctly so that perineal wounds can heal in <6 days.

Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis that affects the knee. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative process in which joint cartilage is gradually eroded. This disease often attacks middle-aged and elderly people. Osteoarthritis can be caused by excessive stress on the joints such as repeated injuries or being overweight. The aim of this activity is to provide acupressure therapy to reduce the level of pain experienced by elderly people with knee osteoarthritis. The target of this activity is elderly people who experience knee osteoarthritis in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District with a total of 16 people. This activity is carried out by providing acupressure therapy. The results of the activity showed a decrease in pain levels in elderly people with knee osteoarthritis in Bangu Rejo village, Tanjung Morawa district. It is hoped that the elderly can manage pain with knee osteoarthritis by providing acupressure therapy

This research is motivated by the importance of critical discourse analysis in the Representation of Indonesian Leaders Post Covid-19. This study aims to reveal the representation of the Indonesian government after covid-19 through covid-19 news. This research method uses a critical paradigm that focuses on multilevel methods. Discourse analysis in research also focuses on the ideology carried by online media. The approach in this study uses an approach developed by van Dijk. Research data is sourced from COVID-19 news throughout 2020. The accuracy of this research is also maintained because it uses layered search sources according to the critical discourse analysis approach in accordance with Fairclough's theory. The results of the discourse analysis show that CNN and BCC have similarities in representing the handling of Covid-19 in Indonesia, namely: the Indonesian government, under Jokowi's leadership, is not able to handle Covid-19 properly. From the point of view of critical discourse analysis, such representations contain partiality. This strengthens van Dijk's (2013) opinion that a text contains dominance and partisanship. In fact, according to Holmes & Castañeda (2016), representation can be considered as truth. The representation provided by CNI and BCI is also motivated by social elements, as stated by Fairclough (2013) that discourse is always related to social elements, including power, ideology, institutions, and other identities.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. Rapid developments in the business world pose challenges and risks for business people to remain competitive and maintain company continuity. In an effort to win competition, maintain market share and capture existing markets, companies must be able to adapt their business strategies considering the ever-changing environment. High quality products or services play a key role in shaping consumer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the product or service provided, the higher the consumer satisfaction, which in turn provides profits for the company. One element that influences consumer satisfaction is business ethics. Business ethics provide incentives for consumers to form strong bonds with companies. This study aims to analyse the effect of Islamic business ethics on customer satisfaction with PT Paragon Technology and Innovation products. The research approach uses the survey method. The sample in this study were 97 consumers who have used PT Paragon Technology and Innovation products. The sampling method used is the incidental sampling method. Primary data in this study are the results of respondents' answers. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis using simple regression analysis tools. The results showed that there was an effect of Islamic business ethics on customer satisfaction with PT Paragon Technology and Innovation products.

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine and explain the influence of financial knowledge on family financial management behavior, 2). To determine and explain the influence of financial attitudes on family financial management behavior, 3). To determine and explain the influence of financial knowledge and financial attitudes on family financial management behavior. The population in this study were residents of Kaligangsa Kulon Village, Brebes District, Brebes Regency who were 17 years old and over and totaled 5879 people. The study was conducted based on probability sampling techniques, simple random sampling. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Financial knowledge does not affect family financial management behavior, 2). Financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior, 3). Financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior.
