The mosque is a place of worship for Muslims who have a strategic role for the advancement of Islamic civilization. Islam is a religion of da'wah, namely a religion that calls on or assigns its people to spread and broadcast Islam to all mankind in all corners of the world as rahmatan lil alamin. Islamic teachings and messages should be disseminated to mankind throughout the world by way of preaching. The purpose of this study was to find out the obstacles to da'wah that occurred at the Taqwa Sikilang Mosque, Sungai Aur District, West Pasaman Regency. This type of research is a type of qualitative approach that is descriptive, namely collecting data by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the obstacles to preaching at the Taqwa Sikilang Mosque, Sungai Aur District, West Pasaman Regency are: the difficulty of inviting religious teachers to Sikilang jorong because the distance is so far.

According to Rahmi (2019) in Rimadeni et al. (2022), Sectio Caesarea (SC) is the act of removing the fetus and placenta by making an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus. SC can be an alternative delivery both for causes from the mother and from the fetus, one of which is because the fetus is entangled in the umbilical cord. The purpose of this writing is to find out and provide nursing care to Mrs. K in Nusa Indah Room, dr. Soeselo Hospital, Tegal Regency according to nursing standards. The method used is descriptive observation with a nursing process approach. From the case review, it was found that the client's main complaint was acute pain in the incision wound. There were three nursing diagnoses found, namely acute pain, risk of infection, and knowledge deficit. Interventions are prepared based on the theory of SLKI and SIKI as well as on the client's condition, and can be implemented. Based on the evaluation carried out on the client, two problems were resolved and one problem was partially resolved. The Nursing Care Guide (PAK) is a very important resource for the nursing profession in implementing nursing care, because nurses are a profession that performs nursing care for patients 24 hours a day. PPNI as the official organization of nurses has established SDKI, SLKI and SIKI as standards in providing nursing care. The purpose of this activity is to provide SAK and PAK based on SDKI, SLKI and SIKI. The method used is lectures and discussions, lectures related to the problems found and discussions related to the preparation of SAK and PAK. Participants numbered 20 people consisting of nursing students and heads of rooms. As a result of the activity, SAK and PAK were arranged which consisted of 13 medical diagnoses and 28 nursing diagnoses.

The spread of crime in cyberspace does not escape the crime of pornography, taking advantage of the large storage capacity that Telegram offers has provoked a number of ignorant people to use this social media to spread paid pornographic content. The purpose of this study is to examine and understand what criminal liability and compensation can be imposed on perpetrators of spreading and buying and selling negative content in the Telegram application. Writing scientific journal articles uses a normative research methodology, in which this research uses a statutory approach. The results of the study show that criminal liability that can ensnare perpetrators of pornographic crimes is regulated more specifically based on the principle of lex specialis derogate lex generalis in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.    

Abstrak Dalam melaksanakan pelayanan atau asuhan keperawatan, khususnya di Indonesia, perawat harus mendokumentasikan asuhan keperawatan sesuai standar profesi yang ditetapkan oleh organisasi profesi. Kebijakan terkait penggunaan standar dokumentasi keperawatan tertuang dalam Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan (KMK) RI Nomor HK.01.07/MENKES/425/2020 tentang standar profesi perawat, penyusunan diagnosis keperawatan ditulis atau disusun berdasarkan SDKI, SIKI dan SLKI. Menggunakan metode ceramah (sosialisasi), diskusi dan studi dokumentasi standar asuhan keperawatan berdasarkan referensi SDKI, SIKI dan SLKI. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berlangsung selama 1 minggu. Hasilnya terjadi perubahan format pendokumentasuan nursing care planning (NCP), pendokumentasian mengalami peningkatan di ruang bedah mengalami peningkatan 23% dan ruang internal peningkatan sebesar 26,95% setelah penerapan standar asuhan keperatan berdasarkan panduan yang di susun dengan referensi SDKI, SIKI dan SLKI.
