The current phenomenon is that higher education has become a commodity that is needed by society in an effort to improve people's living standards. Where quality tertiary institutions are seen literally by the community from the facilities and infrastructure they have as well as the satisfaction of students within the tertiary institution itself. So the aim of this research is to see the influence of service quality on student satisfaction in the political science study program at Jambi University, both simultaneously and partially. The data used are primary and secondary data. Where primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 85 students who were the research samples. The research method used is a quantitative method, while the research tool used is path analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence of service quality on student satisfaction, both simultaneously amounting to 75%.

This research examines “Karang Awake Tandurin”, the oral expression of the Balinese people, which is the domain of intangible culture. Cultural expressions taken from the work of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen from Griya Intaran Sanur. This excerpt from the text Karang Awake Tandurin is published in the Traditional Balinese Literary work Geguritan Selampah Laku, a Balinese work that was composed and written by himself and tells the personal life history of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen in Bali Script. This research used a post-structural approach from critical theories. The theories used were Jauss’ reception theory, Pierce’s semiotic theory, and Barthes’ mythology theory. The meaning entities of the Balinese words ‘karang’, ‘awak’ and ‘tandurin’ actually both stand alone, however in life, the use of the three depends on each other, in humans’ relationship with nature and agrarian culture. ‘Tandurin’ is a representation of agricultural activities, ‘karang’ is a representation of nature, and ‘awak’ is a representation of humans. The aim of this research is to describe the syntactic constructs of the Javanese language for deaf and speech impaired students. This research is included in qualitative research. Data was collected by listening freely and engaging in conversation. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out. The language analysis technique in this research was carried out using the change of form technique. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the syntactic constructs of the Javanese language spoken by deaf and speech impaired children at the Deaf and Speech Impaired Rehabilitation Foundation (YRTRW) are adverbial phrases, single clauses with an active sentence type (ukara Horn) positioned as interrogative sentences ukara pitaken, ukara sambawa, and ukara cariyos.

This study delves into implementing multicultural education within Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Indonesia, employing a library research approach and descriptive analysis methods. The study investigates the influence of multicultural education on curriculum development, challenges, opportunities, and its impact on fostering tolerance and understanding among students. Through an extensive academic literature review, the study unveils multifaceted opportunities, including enhanced cultural understanding, promotion of tolerance, enriched educational experiences, and preparation for global citizenship. The document analysis reveals a curriculum at STIP Jakarta that aligns commendably with international standards, supported by comprehensive lecturer training programmes. However, the nuanced cadet perspectives spotlight a need for refined emphasis on the practical application of English proficiency in real-world maritime scenarios. Cadet self-assessment underscores both confidence in academic intelligence and an identified need for additional language support, calling for targeted interventions. Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis that affects the knee. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative process in which joint cartilage is gradually eroded. This disease often attacks middle-aged and elderly people. Osteoarthritis can be caused by excessive stress on the joints such as repeated injuries or being overweight. The aim of this activity is to provide acupressure therapy to reduce the level of pain experienced by elderly people with knee osteoarthritis. The target of this activity is elderly people who experience knee osteoarthritis in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District with a total of 16 people. This activity is carried out by providing acupressure therapy. The results of the activity showed a decrease in pain levels in elderly people with knee osteoarthritis in Bangu Rejo village, Tanjung Morawa district. It is hoped that the elderly can manage pain with knee osteoarthritis by providing acupressure therapy

PLN is a monopoly trading company that sells electrical energy sources and manages all aspects of electricity in Indonesia, especially the Ponorogo area. In this research we used a descriptive qualitative method where we carried out observations and direct interviews while conducting KKL within a period of 1 month. Based on the results of research that has been carried out previously, conclusions can be drawn, including: We carry out data processing activities on the implementation of connection work in people's homes, process data input on network maintenance and changes, and input employee hard disk data. While we were carrying out the KKL for 1 month, the problems we experienced were the ones we mentioned above, when inputting data in Microsoft Excel, it often had errors, crashes, and exited so that the data we were working on was lost and not saved.

This research aims to increase public knowledge in the Bandarharjo village environment about the dangers of phishing and scams in daily life. This community service activity is an effort to increase community knowledge. The method of transmitting the material is through giving lectures, discussions, and distributing leaflets. The use of these methods and media is effectively applied to increase public awareness regarding the dangers of phishing and scams. According to the evaluation carried out, the level of public knowledge has improved and they are aware of the importance of socialization regarding phishing-type cybercrimes. It is hoped that this activity can have a positive impact and long-term benefits in raising awareness of the dangers of cybercrime in the future in people's daily lives

Joint pain is a disease that is familiar in everyday life. and mostly in elderly people who are close to joint pain disorders which is a degenerative disease. Apart from the age factor, there are many things that influence the rate at which joint pain occurs due to the fact that many elderly people do not control their lifestyle such as regular exercise, diet and so on. Pain often occurs in the hands or fingers, knees, hips and spine. This disease generally develops gradually and gets worse over time, disrupting the sufferer's ability to do physical activity. Methods of exercise therapy for osteoarthritis are therapy in the form of active movement exercises and in the form of exercises using resistance/weights which aim to train the muscles so that the muscles become relaxed, preventing limitations. movement, maintain muscle elasticity and increase muscle strength. Exercise therapy will minimize injury by strengthening the muscles supporting the joints, restoring strength and range of motion so that activities can be carried out as before. Activities that are beneficial for health should meet the FITT criteria (frequency, intensity, time, type). Frequency is how often the activity is done, intensity is how hard the activity is done, usually divided into low, medium and high intensity. Time refers to the duration of the activity and the type of physical activity carried out. Community service activities are aimed at all elderly people in order to increase knowledge and alternatives about non-pharmacological therapies that are relatively safe from side effects.

The main purpose of this service is to provide technological solutions that facilitate the management of labor data and improve information transparency at the Samarinda City Manpower Office. The research method adopted involves a survey of user needs, an in-depth analysis of the recap process, as well as the application of the Laravel Framework to build a responsive and accessible web platform.

One of the problems caused by use of depo-medroxy progesterone acetate injection KB is increased blood pressure so many KB acceptors stop using contraception especially hormonal KB. Then, to overcome the increase in blood pressure in KB acceptors, it can be recommended to consume melon juice. The purpose this study was to determine the effectiveness of administering melon juice in reducing blood pressure in acceptors of depot-medroxy progesterone acetate injections at the Bambang Community Health Center, West Sulawesi Province. The type of research used was pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 30 mothers who received depo-medroxy progesterone acetate injections for KB and who had increased blood pressure who visited the Bambang Community Health Center who were given melon juice. The results showed that was an effect of giving melon juice on reducing blood pressure in KB acceptors of the depo-medroxy progeteron acetate injection with a value of ρ=0.000. It hoped that it can become a source of information for all health agencies as a material consideration so that the asministrasion of melon juice to be developed.

The aim of this research is to determine the completeness and compliance of radiation workers in implementing K3. The K3 system in the Conventional Radiology Room at Tk II Pelamonia Makassar is to use PPE aprons when the radiation is carried out. The PPE apron is used only if the patient requires assistance during the radiation. Radiographers also carry out occupational safety and health training and carry out routine health checks carried out by hospitals. When the radiation is carried out, the radiographer stands behind a wall/screen coated with Pb. Radiographers also always use TLD when on duty or carrying out radiation.

Nutritional intake plays an important role in optimizing baby's growth and development. The amount of nutritional intake consumed is also influenced by the process of eating activities. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Baby Led Weaning Method on baby weight in the Patingalloang Community Health Center Working Area. Quantitative research method with experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The research population was toddlers experiencing stunting who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria using purposive sampling techniques. Research results: The intervention group with a sample size of 20 children experienced an average weight gain of 0.85 kg. The control group also experienced an average increase of 0.65 kg with a test value of p value = 0.000, where it was concluded that there was an effect of giving MP-ASI using the Baby Led Weaning Method on the weight of babies aged 9-12 months in the working area of the Patingalloang Community Health Center.

Complaints of gout arthritis pain vary from mild, moderate to severe. One of the non-pharmacological therapies that can be used to relieve gout arthritis pain is warm ginger compresses. This study aims to see the effect of warm ginger compresses on the gout arthritis pain scale. Methods: This research is a type of pre-experimental research, namely experimental research without a control group. The research was conducted with a one group pre-posttest design. Sampling using total sampling technique. Results: The results of the Friedman test showed a P value (0.000). The results of this study indicate that warm ginger compresses can reduce gout arthritis pain. Conclusion: There is a significant effect on the level of gout arthritis pain before and after the warm ginger compress intervention

This study aims to assess the influence of leadership style on employee performance at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The significance of leadership style in influencing staff engagement, dedication, and productivity has been acknowledged. Having a comprehensive grasp of how leadership style may impact performance is crucial in the banking business, which is characterized by fierce rivalry and continuously evolving market circumstances. The research was carried out by distributing a questionnaire survey to workers from different work units at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The questionnaire was designed to evaluate the employees' perception of the leadership style employed inside the organization, as well as their level of performance. The population under investigation comprises all employees of UOB Bank Medan. The sample approach employed is simple random sampling. The sample size for this study consisted of 110 workers. The acquired data was subsequently examined utilizing statistical methodologies, such as regression, to assess the relationship between the independent variable (leadership style) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this study are anticipated to offer valuable insights for UOB Buana Bank Medan in enhancing leadership approaches to enhance employee performance. The practical implication of this study is that it can aid managers in selecting a leadership style that aligns with the specific attributes of the organization.

Regency roads are local roads which do not include roads connecting the district capital to other districts, but their network is diverse as a link for local activities, namely connector roads between villages, between sub-districts, production center roads and environmental roads in residential areas. This research focuses on roads in Kaur Selatan District and Maje District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province with a total length of 128.50 km with a total of 68 sections. There are several sub-district roads which are a road network that is integrated with national roads. In general, this road section is often used by various types of vehicles, from light to heavy vehicles. Utilization of roads that do not match their class and the influence of the weather climate in areas that are quite extreme result in landslides so that the road body becomes narrow and heavily damaged. As a result of damage to existing roads, community activities are hampered. The purpose of this research is to provide information to the Bengkulu Regency government in preparing priority planning, determining the type of pavement that is appropriate to the location of the road section and determining the calculation of the costs required. The results of research and calculations show that the cost required for road repairs is IDR. 70,788,844,000 for a period of 5 years. The priority scale consists of 17 sections with a cost of Rp. 57,541,204,000.
