The development of student learning creativity is inseparable from the role of teacher competence as an educator in transferring effective learning, as well as in SKI learning. This paper aims to see how the four SKI teacher competencies are implemented at SD IT Hidayatul Jannah. This study used a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method. As for the results of the study: (1) There are aspects of pedagogic competence that have been fulfilled, it can be seen that the teacher has provided educational learning, can communicate and interact actively, (2) Aspects of personality competence as seen by the stability and personal integrity of a teacher, being fair, honest, objective, and also disciplined in carrying out assignments, (3) Aspects of professional competence that can be seen from the mastery of material, structure, and also scientific thinking concepts that support the subjects that the teacher already has, (4) Aspects of social competence of teachers who can accept the advantages and disadvantages of others, and are able to adapt to the environment, especially to students.

Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

Problematic Social Media Use (PSMU), namely being too busy with social media, having a strong or uncontrollable motivation to use social media, and spending too much time and effort on social media that causes disruption to social life, personal or other people, and health psychological and well-being. PMSB is complex and is formed by many factors, including biological, psychological, social, and cultural. In addition, interrelated factors such as personality, environmental factors, and behavioral systems can develop behavior problems such as PMSB. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a role of Dark Trait Personality (DTP) with Problematic Social Media Use (PSMU). The subjects in this study were 202 early adults who used social media. The instruments used were the Short Dark Triad Scale (SD3), Short Sadistic Impulse Scale (SSIS), and Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS). The analysis technique used is process by Hayes. The results of the study have a positive significance (0.00 > 0.05), which means that the higher the Dark Characteristics namely Psychopathy, Makiavelianism, /narcissism, and Sadism that a person has, then a person will tend to increasingly use his social media with bad or negative purposes so that have negative consequences for him. The results also show that there are a number of roles assigned by Dark Trait Personality (DTP) to Problematic Social Media Use (PSMU) of 27.1%, while the rest are influenced by other factors.

Leadership style plays a very important role in determining employee discipline because the leader can be used as an example and determinant for his subordinates. The style of a disciplined leader can affect the discipline of employees / subordinates. Another phenomenon is the provision of proper motivation, where it will be able to generate enthusiasm, passion and sincerity of work. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of women's leadership style on work discipline, 2) the effect of work motivation on work discipline, 3) the influence of women's leadership styles on performance, 4) the effect of work motivation on performance, and 5) the effect of work discipline on performance. This type of research is causal associative quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted on a ship crew where there was a female leader/officer on the deck and the engine department with a total population of 60 people. The results showed 1) leadership style had a significant effect on work discipline, 2) work motivation had a significant effect on work discipline, 3) women's leadership style had a significant effect on performance, 4) work motivation had a significant effect on performance and 5) work discipline had significant effect on performance.

The information system is one of the strategic means in patient care-oriented management. So far, Regional Hospital RAA Soewondo Pati has never conducted an evaluation related to the management information system (HMIS), so it is not known that the existing system is effective and efficient to answer patient needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hospital management information system with the structural equation modeling method approach. This research is a case study research with data collection method using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using SEM analysis. The results of his research stated that the quality of the system had a significant positive effect on the use of information systems. There is a significant effect of system quality on user satisfaction. There is a significant positive effect between the quality of information on the intensity of the use of information. In this study, the intensity of the use of information systems does not play a role in increasing user satisfaction in using information systems. User satisfaction has a significant positive effect on net benefits.

The role of the MSME sector is very important for the economic growth of a region. Where this sector reflects the local economy, a region and as a driving force for the regional economy. The existence of the Covid 19 pandemic has caused MSMEs actors to have new challenges and problems, regarding marketing in the form of digitalization. Therefore, a strategy is needed, which is able to answer these problems. This MSME Marketing Development Strategy is to see the types and characteristics of  MSMEs, potentials and problems as well as strategies for handling them. The case of this research is MSMEs Boyolali Regency. The results of this study are SWOT analysis, which requires MSME marketing activities based on MSME digitization through increased product marketing through Social Media and E-Commerce.

Suppliers play an important role in determining product quality, costs, product development, and access to finance for companies. If the company is less selective in choosing its suppliers, the costs incurred may become ineffective. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in Fast Moving Consumer Good companies. In this study, a literature review approach is used by examining 10 journals that have discussed supplier selection procedures. Each journal used as a basis for this study also has different problem objects, models, variables, methods and results. The results of the cross-reference analysis are used to design a procedural model for selecting suppliers for non-critical items. The design of the non-critical item supplier selection model uses several criteria which will later be used as the basis for selecting non-critical item suppliers. From several journals that have been studied, several criteria are obtained that are in accordance with the company that the researcher will conduct research, and will later be re-elected according to the company's needs. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) companies. By using the F-AHP (Fuzzy – Analytical Hierarchy Process) and TLS (Traffic Light System) model, companies that have never had a procedure for selecting suppliers for non-critical items can carry out this procedure so that in the future this procedure can become a standard in companies in terms of choosing supplier.

Current learning after the pandemic is more towards the Hybrid learning method where this method combines online learning with face-to-face learning. In this learning, interactive learning media is needed by teachers. Prezi application is a software for internet-based presentation (SaaS). In addition to presentations, it can also be used as a tool to explore and share ideas on a virtual canvas. It is superior because this program uses the en:Zooming User Interface (ZUI), which allows Prezi users to zoom in and out of presentation media. The partner problem is that teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda Mijen Demak still need training and assistance in making interactive multimedia. Therefore, the community service team at the Faculty of Language and Culture, University of 17 Agustustus 1945 Semarang conducted intensive communication with the manager of the MA Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda to find solutions to these problems. There are three methods applied in this service, namely Presentation, Demonstration, and Practice Method. Presentation method is applied in the introduction of the Prezi Application, its benefits, and its application in making interactive learning media, Demonstration Method regarding the operation or use of the application and Practical Method where teachers practice directly making interactive learning media according to their respective subjects. After this service, teachers can position and use learning media as a needed component of a learning process. Learning media has an important role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Teachers are always required to be able to develop and use learning tools available in schools in accordance with current developments.

This study discusses the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud in Satker X. This study is devoted to examining the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud, as well as the potential for fraud that may still occur when Satker X has implemented e-procurement in procurement process. The object of this research is Satker X which is one of the Central Government Work Units engaged in the field of vocational education. This research is aimed at Satker X as e-procurement users.Research espondent in this study are 3 respondents. Data collection in this study was done by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. After the data is collected, the next step is analyze the data. Data were analyzed by data reduction, presented in tabular form, until the stage of completion of writing and drawing conclusions. The validity or credibility test of the data is done by using data triangulation.The results show that the implementation of e-procurement in Satker X is quite good, and e-procurement has been proven to increase transparency and accountability in the procurement process in Satker X. However, it turns out that e-procurement still has gaps that can later become one of the potential fraud in the future. It was found that e-procurement is considered less able to prevent fraud that can occur during the implementation of work. Where there is manipulating documents carried out by unscrupulous provider. To avoid this from happening in the future, it is hoped that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it can always evaluate the implementation of work of the procurement of goods and services, besides that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it must also start building an integrity zone, by increasing the integrity of implementers, starting from KPA, planners, PPK, UKPBJ, and the work supervisor.

The purpose of this study is to examine specifically related to the governance and accountability of cooperatives that have been carried out in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative design, with a population of 125 journals and through purposive sampling, a sample of 35 journals was obtained. The results of the journal review can be concluded: (1). The trend of research on governance and accountability of cooperatives in Indonesia is mostly done with a qualitative design, obtained the concept: to improve governance can be done through socialization and training on SPI to managers; comply with ethical principles and rules; the accountability aspect must be audited by KAP; the role of government; principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Measurement of the dimensions of democracy, the quality of human resources, transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Good financial planning, transparency and accountability in financial management, increasing management commitment, knowledge, understanding of the duties and authorities of management regarding business risks and communication. Factors of members, administrators and supervisors as well as honesty and understanding; Sharia good corporate governance requires supervision from the Supervisory Board. Understanding of the important role of cooperatives for improving the community's economy, consistency in preparing financial reports. (2). Based on the quantitative design, it is concluded: cooperative governance and accountability have a positive and significant effect and accountability as a mediating variable on cooperative performance, there is no difference between financial accountability performance before and during the pandemic, cooperative reform has a positive and significant effect on cooperative governance and cooperative governance has no effect on the effectiveness of lending.

The current business era is experiencing massive changes due to the uncertainty of industry fluctuations and tight competition, making businesses enter the VUCA era. This makes business activists required to adapt to circumstances that are prone to change (Volatility), the uncertainty of circumstances (Uncertainty), circumstances full of complexity (Complexity), and floating circumstances (Ambiguity). Therefore, innovation is needed so that business actors remain active in facing the challenges of the VUCA era. Digital transformation brings many changes in the industrial world. Financial Technology has the potential to play a role in increasing financial inclusion and Business Sustainability. This study aims to systematically highlight the business model of financial technology from the relevant literature. The methodology used in this research is the study of literature. The results showed that the existence of Financial Technology has a positive impact on efforts to increase financial inclusion and Business Sustainability in the VUCA Era, which can be seen from the projected growth of Financial Technology, which has increased significantly. This research is expected to provide a view of the business world in observing the adoption of Financial Technology.

Human Resources is one of the resources that determine the success of an organization. Proper management of human resources can create a strong managerial system to support the productivity and success of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to have factors that can form quality human resources. This article aims to explore employee performance which is influenced by transformational leadership and internal CSR. Internal CSR also has a role as an intervening variable between transformational leadership and employee performance. The research model is multivariate and the analysis will use SMARTPLS. The research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Grobogan Regency with 110 employees who participated in this study. The sampling method used accidental sampling. The results show that transformational leadership and internal CSR can affect employee performance. Internal CSR can act as a mediation between transformational leadership and employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's strategy in teaching speaking. The problem in this study is that students feel unconfident in speaking English and also have a limited vocabulary. This type of research is called qualitative research. The sample for this study is the MTSN 8 Agam teacher. The instruments used in this study were observations and interviews. The results of this study, the strategies used by teachers in teaching speaking are drill, roleplay, simulation, and group discussion.

Kota Lama Semarang telah menjadi salah satu daya tarik wisata yang menarik minat wisatawan baik dari dalam kota Semarang maupun luar kota Semarang. Pemerintah Kota Semarang melalui Badan Pengembangan Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang merevitalisasi Kota Lama Semarang sehingga menjadi tempat yang nyaman untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Selain memperbaiki kondisi fisik, pemerintah juga memperbaiki dan meningkatkan fasilitas di Kota Lama Semarang. Salah satunya adalah dengan menyediakan pemandu wisata yang juga memiliki peran penting dalam kemajuan pariwisata. Dengan demikian ketrampilan seorang pemandu wisata juga harus diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan teknik kepemaduan para pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan dan praktek langsung di Kota Lama Semarang. Dengan mengikuti kegiatan ini diharapkan ketrampilan berbahasa dan kepemanduan pemandu wisata Kota Lama Semarang meningkat dan pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan pariwisata di kota Semarang. Kata Kunci: pariwisata, pemandu wisata, Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang.   Semarang Old Town has become one of the tourist attractions that attracts tourists both from within the city of Semarang and outside the city of Semarang. The Semarang City Government through Badan Pengembangan Kawasan Kota Lama Semarang revitalized Semarang Old City so that it became a comfortable place for tourists to visit. In addition to improving physical conditions, the government also improves and improves facilities in Semarang Old City. One of them is by providing tour guides who also have an important role in the progress of tourism. Thus the skills of a tour guide must also be considered and improved. This community service activity is carried out with the aim of improving the language skills and guidance techniques of the Semarang Old City tour guides. This activity is carried out by providing training and hands-on practice in Kota Lama Semarang. By participating in this activity, it is hoped that the language skills and guidance of the Semarang Old City tour guide will increase and in the end can increase tourism in the city of Semarang. The purpose of this study is to investigate both the influences of perceived organizational support and work-family conflict on job satisfaction. In addition, this research aims to investigate the impact of the mediation of work-family disputes in the connection between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction. We utilize a quantitative approach to acquire data from the subject of the study. For the sampling strategy, we employ random sampling with questionnaire distribution as the data collection tool. The data analysis method was called Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). In addition, the findings of this research indicate that a favorable and significant influence on work satisfaction may be attributed to a perceived high level of organizational support. The perception of organizational support is another factor that contributes negatively to work-family conflict. Meanwhile, the tension between work and family life has a positive and noticeable impact on job satisfaction. The latest finding is that work and family conflict might be a negative mediator in the association between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of GCG in moderating the influence of Economic CSR, Environmental CSR and Social CSR on Corporate Value. In this study use of purposive sampling method, using certain considerations relevant to the research objective. The number of samples obtained are 13 SOEs listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange  in the 2017-2020. The data were analyzed using panel data regression with the Eviews program. The results of the study indicated that economic CSR has an effect on corporate value, however environmental CSR has no effect on corporate value and social CSR has a negative effect on corporate value. GCG can weakens the relationship between Economic CSR and corporate value and GCG does not moderate the relationship between Environmental CSR and corporate value, however GCG can strengthen the relationship between Social CSR and corporate value.

Accounting information systems play an important role in recording a company's transactions. Because it can assist companies in working on their financial reports, so that the resulting data is well organized and can speed up the data processing process. CV. RR Wasilah Teknik is a company engaged in welding and lathe services. The main problem that occurs in this company is that it is still recording transactions manually and using Microsoft excel. This results in the system not running effectively and efficiently. So, it is necessary to make a computerized application. The research method is applied to the research phase such as data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, and system testing. The results of the study are cash management applications that help companies record incoming and outgoing cash transactions. This application helps the system running in the company to be more effective and efficient.

Economic growth is a process of economic change that occurs in a country on an ongoing basis to lead to changes for the better over a certain period of time. The development of the Indonesian economy cannot be separated from the influence of various factors, including factors from abroad. Economic growth is influenced by several factors including exports, imports, fiscal deficits, and foreign debt. This study aims to determine the effect of exports, imports, fiscal deficits and foreign debt on economic growth in Indonesia for the 2017-2020 period. The sample selection in this study used the cluster sampling method because the objects and data sources to be studied were very broad, consisting of 34 provinces in Indonesia, the total data used was 680 samples. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that exports have a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Imports have a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth. The fiscal deficit has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth. Foreign debt has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Further researchers can also continue this research with a qualitative approach, where several variables that have no significant effect can be studied and analyzed by several key stakeholders who have a direct role in economic growth, so that further research models can be better.

This study aims to determine student learning outcomes after participating in learning with the Card Sort method in SKI lessons on Muslim Scientists and their role during the Umayyad dynasty. This research is a class action research (PTK), the subject of this research is class VII-1 students of MTs Nurul Hidayah Majalangu Watukumpul District, Kab. Pemalang for the 2020/2021 school year with a total of 33 students. The instruments used in this study were observation, interviews, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The results showed that before the card sort method was applied (pre-cycle activities) student achievement was still relatively low, namely the percentage of students who achieved KKM was 39.39%, after learning using the card sort method the percentage of students could increase, namely achieving KKM in cycle I 72 .73% then becomes 90.45% in cycle II. Overall it can be concluded that the card sort method can improve students' learning achievement (results) in SKI lessons about Muslim Scientists and their role during the Umayyad dynasty.
