School-aged children need adequate nutrients that support children's growth and development. Children can learn, play and develop optimally which is supported by nutritious and balanced food intake (Marfuah et al., 2022). School-aged or elementary school (SD) children are easily affected by malnutrition. Several factors that cause nutritional problems in school-aged children include parents' economic difficulties and low intake of nutritious food. Apart from that, parents' lack of awareness of the importance of nutrition, irregular eating patterns, and wrong eating habits also have negative effects related to nutrition (Rahmi, 2020). Apart from that, eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia are related to social pressure, unhealthy body image and other emotional problems. Therefore, there is a need to increase awareness about the importance of healthy eating patterns, provide access to nutritious food, strengthen nutrition education in schools, and involve parents in supporting good eating habits at home, collaboration between parents, schools and communities as well. plays a role in supporting healthy eating patterns for children (Susanti et al., 2024).  The aim of this service activity is to increase students' knowledge about the importance of optimal nutritional intake in accordance with children's nutritional needs so that it can support optimal growth and development, producing an intelligent and accomplished generation, therefore it is necessary to carry out health promotion efforts in the form of providing education and evaluation to increasing knowledge about nutrition in school-aged children so as to create a healthy, superior and achieving generation.

Children's emotional development during childhood is a very important basis in forming attitudes, values ​​and behavior in the future. Parenting styles play a very important role in the formation and emotional development of children. This research examines various types of parenting patterns applied by parents and their impact on children's psychological well-being. Based on literature analysis from ten journals, it was found that positive parenting styles, such as authoritative, can support the development of children's emotional regulation and self-confidence. On the other hand, authoritarian or permissive parenting can actually hinder a child's ability to express emotions in a healthy way. The results of this study show that early social experiences and a positive family environment greatly influence children's emotional development, which ultimately has an impact on their success in the future. Learning technology continues to develop as time goes by. Technology is the science of tools and skills that make humans work more efficiently. The implementation of daily learning often follows technological developments in the world of education, as do teachers and lecturers. In the field of education, technology has an influence on improving the quality of education, types of educational technology, information technology and communication and learning technology have a major role in learning. The role of technology in the field of education is as an information center and doing new things to illustrate learning and determine online learning methods. With increasingly developing technology, it can also provide benefits that have both good and bad impacts. One of the developments in technology has had a good influence by increasing self-openness in terms of expanding knowledge as information for all life in the world across borders, places and times. Negative impacts include changes in behavior, morals, rules or morals of life so that they conflict with the moral rules that apply in society. Therefore, to prevent the negative impact of using technology in learning, it is necessary to supervise parents and educators who work together in carrying out teaching and supervising children in using technology. The presence and function of technology in the world of education provides the development and growth of human resources as a determinant in achieving success in education. This kind of thing is caused by human resources themselves which are still lagging behind in using this technology in training. With today's technological developments in education, there are many new innovations to support learning. In this case, one way is to provide changes in educational facilities which are increasingly increasing and developing rapidly through technology.

Difficulty reading the Qu’ran in students will usually be obvious. With the emergence of unusual behavior, one of them is difficulty in reading the Qu’ran. So the efforts of Al-Quran Hadith teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Al-Quran in class VII at MTs Al-Ma'ruf Denpasar are very much needed in overcoming students' difficulties. Based on the problems above, the focus of the research is: 1) What difficulties do students experience in reading the Koran? 2) How do Al-Quran Hadith teachers try to overcome students'difficulties in reading the Al-Quran? 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for Al Quran Hadith teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Al-Quran? The aims of this research are 1) To find out what difficulties students experience in reading the Qur’an, 2) Efforts of Al-Quran Hadith teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Al Quran 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for Al-Quran Hadis teachers in overcoming difficulties in reading the Al-Quran. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach,informants are determined purposively. The informants are the head of the madrasah, Alquran Hadis teacher, class VII students and parents. Data is collected by interviews, observation and documentation, then analyzed using the stages of data reduction and presentation. data and drawing conclusions The research results show that 1) Difficulties in reading the Qur’an include: difficulty in pronouncing makharijul letters, difficulty applying the laws of reciting tajwid, difficulty in recognizing punctuation, not knowing the length and shortness of reading the Qur’an and lack of fluency in reading the Qur’an. 2) The Al-Quran Hadith teacher's efforts to overcome difficulties in reading the Al-Quran are by making morning recitations of the Al-Quran, arousing students' interest in reading, providing encouragement and motivation, selecting and developing learning methods and providing good role models. 3) Supporting factors for teacher efforts in overcoming difficulty reading the Koran, there is guidance to read the Koran every morning, supporting facilities and infrastructure. The inhibiting factors for teachers in overcoming student difficulties include: low student interest and also family factors.

This study aims to analyze the factors that cause smoking behavior in class XI students at SMP X Surakarta. Smoking behavior among teenagers, especially in school environments, is a significant problem, because it can affect students' physical and mental health. This research uses observation and interview methods with students who are involved in smoking behavior. The results of the research show that the main factors influencing students' smoking behavior are the influence of peers, boredom during class, and the emotional pressure or stress felt by students. Apart from that, family factors also play a role in smoking habits, such as the presence of family members who smoke. Smoking intensity varied between students, with the most frequently chosen smoking areas being hidden areas at school and home. The impacts of this behavior include serious health risks and reduced quality of life. Therefore, this research suggests increasing health education in schools, providing education to parents, strict supervision in the school environment, and providing alternative positive activities for students. It is hoped that this research will provide insight into efforts to prevent smoking among teenagers and create a healthier environment.

Cases of Sexual Violence in Southeast Sulawesi have been increasing from year to year, in Kendari City recorded cases of violence against women and children in the year 2022 from January 2022 to December 2022 as many as 40 cases. There were 38 cases in 2021, while in 2022 there were 40 cases. This research aims to find out the difference in the role of parents in the prevention of sexual violence in school age children between SMAN 1 Kendari and SMAN 3 Kendari. This research uses a cross sectional study design. The population in this research is all 2nd and 3rd grade students who are 758 people in SMAN 1 and 746 people in SMAN 3 in Kendari City. The sample in this research is 85 students of SMAN I Kendari and 85 students of SMAN 3 Kendari, sampling using the proportional random sampling technique using the Mann-Whitney test. Obtained the results of the research by comparing between SMAN 1 & SMAN 3 Kendari City, it is seen that there is no significant difference in the role of parents as counselors, the value of p = 0.134 is found, and there is a significant difference in the role of parents as caregivers, the value of p = 0.000 is found. This research is expected to indicate the importance of the role of parents as a key factor in creating a safe and supportive environment for PKS in children.

This research aims to explore the role and strategy of community relations at SMA Antartica Sidoarjo in improving internal and external collaboration. Effective public relations can strengthen communication between schools, students, parents and communities, and create an environment that supports the teaching and learning process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that Antarctica High School has implemented various public relations strategies, such as organizing collaborative events, utilizing social media, and partnership programs with external institutions. It is hoped that these findings can become the basis for developing further strategies to strengthen collaboration and improve the quality of education at Sidoarjo Antarctic High School.

This research explores the emotional development of preschool children in a family environment with democratic parenting through a systematic analysis of the literature. Preschool-aged children are in a critical period of emotional development, where the role of parents and the parenting styles implemented have a significant influence on their emotional growth. This research examines various studies that focus on the impact of democratic parenting on the emotional development of preschool children. The results show that democratic parenting contributes positively to children's emotional development, helping them develop independence, self-confidence and the ability to solve problems. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which includes identification, evaluation, and interpretation of relevant research. The studies analyzed show consistency in the findings that democratic parenting supports optimal emotional development in preschool children.

Marriage at an early age is a phenomenon that still occurs in various parts of the world, including Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the factors that cause marriage at an early age and its juridical implications based on applicable laws and regulations. The research method used is a qualitative approach with normative juridical analysis, which involves literature study and interviews with various parties, including community leaders, parents and teenagers. The research results show that the factors causing marriage at an early age include social pressure, cultural norms, poverty and lack of education. In addition, although Law no. 16 of 2019 has set a minimum age limit for marriage, implementation of the law still faces various challenges, such as community non-compliance and lack of socialization regarding these regulations. This research recommends the need to increase public education and awareness about the negative impacts of marriage at an early age as well as strengthening the role of child protection institutions in preventing this practice. In this way, it is hoped that a safer and more supportive environment for children's development can be created.

This study aims to analyze the role of social media and explore how it influences the views and understanding of religious knowledge among Muslim youth. Using a qualitative approach, the study provides a detailed exploration of adolescents' perceptions of religious content accessed through social media and its impact on their understanding of Islam. The findings indicate that social media plays a significant role in enhancing religious understanding among youth. The majority of participants access religious content through platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, with most feeling that this content helps them gain a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings. This positive influence includes increased motivation to engage in worship and improve daily behavior in accordance with religious principles. However, participants also noted challenges related to the quality of information, which is often inaccurate or superficial. Nonetheless, social media fosters a strong sense of community through interactions in discussion groups and collaboration in religious learning. The study concludes that while social media has great potential to enrich religious knowledge among youth, it is important for adolescents to select credible sources, and for parents and educators to provide guidance on the wise use of social media.

The development of empathy character in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students plays a crucial role in shaping a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also socially sensitive. This study aims to explore effective learning strategies to instill empathy in students. The method employed is a literature review by analyzing various sources related to Islamic value-based learning strategies. The findings indicate that strategies such as project-based learning, simulations, reflective discussions, story-based learning, collaborative activities, and social actions effectively foster empathy. These strategies provide profound emotional and social experiences while aligning with Islamic teachings. For example, storytelling about prophets and charity activities effectively instill empathy through direct and contextual experiences. In conclusion, fostering empathy requires a holistic approach integrating practical experiences with Islamic values. Educators are advised to receive training on implementing these strategies, while parents should model empathetic behavior at home. Future research is recommended to empirically evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in various educational settings.

Through a literature approach, this research will analyze the meaning of these verses and their implications in the context of child care in the modern era. that teaching love is not just about giving instructions, but also creating an environment full of love and attention. Through qualitative research, I explore or provide an understanding from a theological and practical perspective regarding the importance of their (parents') role or responsibility in forming children's character who has the character of Christ.

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic education in character development within the family, focusing on strategies for fostering faith, worship, and ethics in the face of the challenges of globalization and digitalization. The family, as the primary educational institution, plays a crucial role in shaping the character of children, encompassing spiritual, moral, and social development. In the modern era, external influences through social media and globalization present significant challenges to family education, particularly in maintaining faith, practicing worship, and developing noble ethics. This research employs a qualitative approach, using literature review and in-depth interviews with parents and Islamic educators. The findings indicate that the strategy for fostering faith is carried out through the teaching of religious values, such as discipline in worship, and strengthening the relationship with Allah SWT. Worship development is emphasized through the practice of congregational prayer and voluntary worship, while the formation of ethics is achieved through role modeling, positive communication, and the habitual practice of good behavior in daily life. However, families face considerable challenges in implementing these educational strategies, including the influence of foreign cultures, the misuse of technology, and the busyness of parents. Nonetheless, with the wise use of technology and consistent family-based education, the goals of character education based on faith, worship, and ethics can be achieved. This study provides recommendations for parents and educators to continue strengthening the role of the family in educating children by emphasizing the importance of Islamic values in everyday life and utilizing technology to support positive educational processes

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of character education in students of Mawar Saron Karangpasar Kindergarten, Tegowanu District, Grobogan Regency in 2020/2021 based on 18 character values, namely religious, honest, tolerant, disciplined, hard working, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love of the homeland, respect for achievement, friendly/communicative, love of peace, love of reading, care for the environment, care for society, and responsibility. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were the principal, class teachers, Character Education subject teachers, and parents of students. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique. The data validity test used was the credibility test, reliability test, and confirmability test. Based on the research results, information was obtained that the implementation of character education for students of Mawar Saron Karangpasar Kindergarten, Tegowanu District, Grobogan Regency in 2020/2021 in learning activities and outside learning activities was carried out in various ways. The implementation of character education in learning activities is implemented through five models, namely habituation, learning methods, conditioning, role models, and providing motivation, advice, understanding and appreciation. The most prominent character values ​​in the implementation of character education in learning activities are religious, disciplined, independent, and curious. Meanwhile, the implementation of character education outside learning activities is implemented through habituation, provision of school facilities, provision of school programs, role models, and provision of motivation and appreciation. The most prominent character values ​​in the implementation of character education outside learning activities are the values ​​of tolerance and caring for the environment.

Schools play a strategic role in developing students’ potential and preparing them to face the challenges of a dynamic life. This study aims to analyze the implementation of organizational management at SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bandung. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and document analysis. The objective is to understand the processes of planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating school management. The findings indicate that school management organization is carried out by emphasizing the role of the principal as the main leader and coordinator. This is demonstrated through efforts to effectively allocate resources, conduct teacher training, develop student socialization activities, and establish constructive relationships between the school and parents. The results show that good management positively impacts creating a conducive learning environment and achieving educational goals. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to understanding the importance of systematic and sustainable school management.

In essence, technology has become an inseparable part of children's lives today. However, inappropriate use of technology can impact their development. The technology that exists today has a big influence on the progress of a nation and for this reason the role of parents and educators must be to be able to encourage and provide control and supervision to children so that they do not become addicted to technology. because technology can expand knowledge through the internet and digital devices, increase creativity to be creative in developing skills and can facilitate learning. However, current technology can also have negative impacts, such as children becoming dependent and spending time in front of screens, social interactions and even children having more fun in front of the screen than playing in the surrounding environment. In today's sophisticated era, being free from gadgets is difficult. Because gadgets are a major need for children and parents, because they can be used to communicate and carry out other needs. The aim of this research is to describe or describe in full the impact of gadget use on the social behavior of young children. The method used in this research is a qualitative method that will allow us to explore and analyze more complex problems, understand the perspectives of various stakeholders, and gain a deeper understanding of the context of the influence of devices on a child. The research hopes that the results obtained can be used as a benchmark for parents and teachers in controlling children's use of technology.

In modern society, many families face challenges such as conflict and divorce, so an understanding of healthy family relationships is becoming increasingly relevant. The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of family harmony in the perspective of Colossians, as well as how this teaching can be applied in everyday life. The methodology used is a descriptive qualitative approach with an analysis of the scriptural text, specifically Colossians 3:18-21, to draw the theological meaning of Paul's teaching on roles and responsibilities in the family. The main results of the study show that family harmony is characterized by love, mutual respect, and obedience in a spiritual context. Emphasis on the reciprocal relationship between husband and wife, as well as positive parenting between parents and children, is key to creating a healthy family environment. In conclusion, applying the values found in Colossians can help families face the challenges of modern times and create more harmonious and equitable relationships.

The aim of this research is to explore the role of parents in shaping the religious character of children through Christian Religious Education in the city. The type of research conducted is field research with a qualitative research model. The data sources used in this study include both primary and secondary data. The data collection methods employed are Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Data analysis is carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that parents play a crucial role in shaping the religious character of their children through several approaches. These include educating through behavioral examples, implementing an early education system, establishing a system of habituation, fostering a culture of dialogue between parents and children, and applying principles of justice in managing available time. Behavioral examples provided by parents have proven to be highly effective in guiding children to become useful individuals. For these behaviors to be truly effective, they must be supported by consistent policies applied across all aspects of daily life.

Literacy in the sense of the ability to read and write initially has a very important role, literacy in the early grades is the basis for determining success in student learning activities, but there are still students in elementary schools who are not able to read and write (literacy) well. So researchers are interested in conducting research with the title "Student Abilities and factors that influence literacy". This service activity was carried out at SDN 032 Tanjung Batu Tarakan on September 21 2024 at 08:00-11:30 WITA. The formulation of the problem in this research is "What factors influence the literacy of children at SD Negeri 032 Tanjung Batu Tarakan?". This research aims to determine various factors that influence children's literacy taught at school. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The subjects in this research were students whose literacy was still lacking at SD Negeri 032 Tanjung Batu Tarakan, totaling 68 students consisting of 44 boys and 24 girls. Data collection was carried out using tests and interviews. The research results obtained in this study are that there are several factors that influence children's literacy, including the educational background of parents, the tutoring they receive, the family (level of family concern) and genes (heredity).
