The 2025 Thematic Community Service Program (KKN-T) of Group R2 from Janabadra University Yogyakarta was carried out in Kemusuh Hamlet, Banyurejo Village, Tempel Sub-district, Sleman Regency. The main objective of this program was to develop the potential and enhance the capabilities of the local community in managing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in response to the economic impacts of the ongoing construction of the Yogyakarta–Bawen toll road near the area. Through a participatory approach and methods such as field observation, needs analysis, and solution implementation, the students aimed to empower the community to adapt to future economic changes. Key programs included training in financial management, digital wallet creation, product and packaging design, and the use of Google Maps for business promotion. The results showed improvements in awareness, skills, and readiness of the community to manage their businesses independently and remain competitive in the digital era.

This study aims to evaluate the toll road development policy in Mojo, Kediri, and Tulungagung sub-districts, and analyze the social, economic, and environmental impacts caused. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. The results show that toll road development has a positive impact on the local economy, especially in improving connectivity and encouraging investment in the industrial and tourism sectors. However, social impacts such as community dislocation and accessibility inequality are significant challenges. In addition, environmental impacts such as ecosystem damage and air pollution also need more attention. While this policy is effective in achieving economic objectives, post-construction toll road management and maintenance still need to be improved.

The road paving and ditch construction project in Balun Ijuk Village, particularly from Sahpire Boarding House Lane to Jerambah Gantung Road, aims to enhance transportation infrastructure to support mobility for local residents and students of Bangka Belitung University. This study employs a quantitative method with a financial feasibility analysis approach. Findings indicate that the total project cost is IDR 988,153,778 with an implementation duration of 2 months and 3 weeks. The financial analysis yields a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 481,705,602.62 (15%) and IDR 326,419,561.97 (20%), an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 18%, a Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) of 1.48, and a Payback Period (PP) of 2 years and 7 months. Based on these results, the project is deemed economically viable with significant positive impacts on the community, including improved accessibility, reduced flooding risks via effective ditches, and enhanced connectivity and local economic activities. Additionally, the project implementation is expected to create temporary job opportunities and support sustainable infrastructure development in the region.

The Community Service Program (KKN) implemented by universities in district or city areas is expected to provide change, sustainable development and have benefits for the community. In Group 2 KKN in Ringinanom Village, Tempuran District, Magelang Regency, several quality work programs have been implemented, one of which is the adiwiyata program which can be used to form and increase awareness of the people of Bedilan Hamlet and students of MI Al-Islam Ringinanom about the importance of protecting the surrounding environment. hamlets and school environments. The Adiwiyata program is carried out using a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach. This service was carried out to overcome problems in the environment around the hamlet and school which looked dirty and unkempt, so that the service carried out by Ringinanom Village KKN Group 2 has provided a solution to overcome existing problems through the adiwiyata program and activities that have been implemented. The Adiwiyata program that has been implemented has provided results such as making the environment of Bedilan Hamlet and MI Al-Islam Ringinanom cleaner and appearing free of plastic waste strewn on the side of the road, as well as gutters full of wild plants now looking clean so they will not cause water blockages when it rains. The construction of gates and road signs which initially did not exist in Bedilan Hamlet have now been neatly installed as a manifestation of the construction of facilities/infrastructure carried out by Group 2 of the Ringinanom Village KKN. Based on the activities that have been carried out at MI Al-Islam Ringinanom and with some knowledge about the importance of protecting and preserving the environment, students are now more active in carrying out cleanliness pickets so that the activities with Group 2 of the Ringinanom Village KKN make students accustomed to keeping the classroom and school environment clean

This research aims to determine the extent of development of community activities after infrastructure development, especially in the construction of road infrastructure in the Sinasih Village area, Silau Kahean District, Simalungun Regency, as well as aspects related to community participation in village infrastructure development. The approach taken in this research is a qualitative approach that uses informant analysis units with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and document studies. The analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that: first, the village road infrastructure that has been built step by step has had a significant influence on improving the welfare of the community, especially the community in the Sinasih Village area. Second, aspects related to community activities, namely the type of work and level of education, also influence the rate of increase in community welfare itself.

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) is a structure and mechanism that regulates the management of a company so as to create long-term sustainable economic value for shareholders and stakeholders. In achieving company goals, GCG has the principles of transparancy, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. This research uses qualitative methods and hermeneutic methods The purpose of this research is to find out how the Track Construction Company implements the principles of Good Corporate Governance in the novel "After All This Time" by Ollyjayzee, in an effort to solve the problems faced in working on the Sindur toll road project. We hope that this research can provide lessons and additional information to readers. The results obtained are that by implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance, the Track Construction Company can avoid the problems that hinder the work on the Sindur toll road project.

People with disabilities often get low social stigma in the social environment. Persons with disabilities are often marginalized from the general public, this is because persons with disabilities are considered to lack abilities that are equal to non-disabled people. As people with disabilities, they also have the same rights as society in general, namely the right to get access to education, access to infrastructure and access to other public services that can be accessed easily. but on the other hand until now there are still many persons with disabilities who still do not get their rights. one of them is the right to get access to infrastructure such as road access, easy access to open facilities, this is caused by several factors, one of which is the design made on infrastructure that is less accessible for persons with disabilities. in this study aims to see how accessibility is fulfilled, especially in public facilities provided to persons with disabilities in the city of Jember. This research method uses descriptive qualitative using social construction theory. As for data collection in research through field observations and also interviews besides that it is also supported by literature studies. The results obtained in this study show that public facilities for blind persons with disabilities in the city of Jember are still not friendly for blind persons with disabilities to access.

The company's reputation is an intangible asset that is very valuable for public companies in the midst of capital market developments. Therefore, the implementation of risk management is needed to mitigate the reputational risk that arises. This study aims to provide an overview of the analysis of reputation risk management at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. The results of the discussion analysis can be concluded that in the period 2018 to 2020 PT Jasa Marga has experienced reputational risk and has been responsively handled by reputation risk management. The existing problems tend to be related to negative publicity and misunderstandings with the media regarding news of construction services, toll road operations, as well as the extent to which projects operate and services are successfully implemented. Mitigation efforts in risk management as a whole intersect with increasing clarification, updating information, as well as building a communication network with the media, optimizing the role of the media, and building a media partnership network. In the residential area of ​​RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, many people have vehicles, especially 4-wheeled vehicles, which cannot be accommodated in their yard due to limited land or plots owned. On the other hand, there are public facilities at RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City which are neglected and not utilized which are later expected to become communal parking areas for community members. The goals of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City, include: creating a functional and good shared parking area so that residents' vehicles are no longer parked in the neighborhood road area, so that it will participate in organizing and beautifying and improving the quality of the environment. The method used in community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is through field surveys or locations where the data is then collected, designed or designed, then a budget plan is made or WED. The expected results of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces consist of 3 things namely: first the participative level of the community towards their environment, secondly the design drawings of representative communal parking spaces, thirdly the budget plan or RAB to carry out the construction of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The output of community service related to the design and RAB of communal parking spaces in RT 09 RW IX, Sendang Mulyo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is in the form of a report containing pictures and RAB which will be submitted to the community in the neighborhood and to LPM UNTAG Semarang as evidence administrative responsibility.
