This study aims to examine the effect liquidity risk, credit risk and financial performance, through the application of the catur purusa artha concept as a basis for risk management, at BUMDes Dwi Tunggal, Buleleng Regency. This research use multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that Liquidity risk  have a significant  effect on financial Performance. Credit risk has no significant effect on financial performance. The value of chess purusa artha with dharma as the basis for risk management encourages BUMDes managers to have the same commitment in building risk control awareness. This strategy ultimately reduces credit risk, which results in a decrease in NPL and maintains liquidity risk.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and risk tolerance owned by Sekapuk Village residents of Gresik Regency as investors. The population in this research is the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency who become investors in 2020. The sample is 80 respondents with random sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were then analyzed using SEM with the PLS application. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on investment decisions for the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on risk tolerance for residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Risk tolerance has no significant effect on investment decisions for the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Risk tolerance disable to act as a mediating variable.

Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. Infrastructure that includes STMIK Rosma, including hardware, software, data, and information, and human resources that support information systems. Hardware resources include PCs that are used for clients with application program software. Windows 10 professional 32 and 64 bit as the operating system. While the software on the server uses Linux OS and PHP programming language. Data and information include infrastructure data, device data, server data and data on staff, students and lecturers at STMIK Rosma. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. Problems that have existed in the STMIK Rosma infrastructure, such as those related to information security vulnerabilities. If this problem cannot be fixed in a sustainable manner, it will have an impact or risk on the sustainability of this infrastructure, especially the academic community. Security is an aspect that is needed by all circles today. With security, it can reduce the risk of crime and worry about the crime. This study discusses a room monitoring camera system using a PIR sensor, if a movement occurs it will be detected by this sensor. To process it, NodeMCU is used, then using the Telegram Bot as a notification if a movement occurs. The way this system works is that the PIR sensor will detect the presence of people or not in the room that is given this security system, then NodeMCU will process the data to send notifications in the form of messages and the IP Camera will display live video broadcasts.
