PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is a company operating in the retail sector. In running a business, a company needs to pay attention to the management control system. As one part of carrying out management functions, planning cannot be separated from control. The management control system itself has the aim of planning, evaluating and making decisions in order to develop and maintain the company's survival. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of data analysis show that the strategic planning process at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is good and budget preparation is carried out per division as well as to make it easier to detail the budget for activity needs. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the management system control function at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is quite good and running well. The company has focused on increasing brand awareness as a step in achieving its sales target of 2 billion. Apart from marketing its products offline, the company also utilizes technology that supports the popularity of the online market. Employee placement is carried out appropriately to ensure the effectiveness and productivity of each division. Overall, PT Andalan Inti Indonesia has a structured and holistic approach to company management, with a focus on adapting to market changes, evaluating performance, and implementing short-term strategies that are in line with online market trends.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the execution of measures aimed at lowering the utilization of plastic bags within the retail market of Jepara Regency. The research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing descriptive analytic techniques. The data-gathering process involved conducting an interview with the Head of Hygiene and Waste Management at the Jepara Regency Environment Office, who served as a key informant. In order to gather comprehensive data, interviews were conducted with both sellers and buyers at retail stores in Welahan, Mayong, and Pecangaan sub-districts. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the policy is facilitated by socializing activities, particularly in the context of communication and transmission. The Jepara regency government has conducted socialization efforts throughout nearly all marketplaces, demonstrating a clear and consistent approach. The implementation of policies involves the participation of human resources, namely the Environment Office, as the responsible entity. The necessary financial resources for policy implementation are also obtained through the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Regarding disposition, policy implementers have a preexisting commitment to effectively executing their responsibilities and exhibit a democratic mindset. In relation to bureaucratic organization, the execution of government policies is already directed by the established Standard Operating Procedure. However, there are still challenges for the government in terms of public response and low understanding of the dangers of using plastic bags.

Coconut is a plantation crop that contributes quite a lot to the Indonesian economy. The largest supply of coconuts in the city of Bengkulu comes from Seluma and North Bengkulu. This study aims to analyze the supply chain management of coconuts in Bengkulu City. It begins with the initial exploration stage of the coconut supply chain. The primary and secondary data obtained were analyzed by descriptive tabulation and simple statistics, added value analysis used was added marketing value. The results showed that the primary members of the coconut supply chain in Bengkulu City were inter-regional traders, wholesalers, retailers, household consumers and home industries. The supply chain flow pattern in Bengkulu City is 3 patterns. Added value analysis conducted by retailers can provide greater added value of Rp. 1000 compared to other supply chain members with a percentage of 100%. Meanwhile, wholesalers and inter-regional traders, after deducting labor, namely Dewa market of Rp. 996.30 with a percentage of 89.97%, Sunday market of Rp. 766.67 with a percentage of 65.71%, Panorama market is Rp. 956.90 with an added value percentage of 82.22%, Seluma of Rp. 764.71 with a percentage of 776.47% and North Bengkulu of Rp. 700 with a percentage of 87.5%.

Today the development of the retail business in Indonesia shows a very positive trend. This is shown by the ever-increasing number of minimarkets in Indonesia. This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan and aims to determine the implementation of retail management strategies at PT. Bumi Nyiur Supermarket head office. This research is a qualitative research and primary data sources using data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the implementation uses four management aspects, namely marketing aspects, production aspects, human resource management aspects and financial aspects.

Focusing on the retail and manufacturing sectors, the study reveals that digital tools improve visibility, reduce delays, and optimize inventory management. The findings suggest that digital transformation is essential for businesses aiming to increase agility and resilience in a globalized supply chain.

Activities involved in the Supply Chain of PT. Unilever Indonesia is a supplier, packaging, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, retailer. PT. Unilever Indonesia decided to implement an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and implement a fully operational SAP system to facilitate the company in the process of business integration to support the company's growth targets in the following years.
