Adolescent reproductive health is basic knowledge that must be understood by Madrasah Aliyah Wihdatul Ulum students who are growing up as teenagers, in the transition period from childhood. Providing students with knowledge about reproductive health is considered important in order to create awareness about the importance of maintaining reproductive health, so that they have less potential to experience early pregnancy. Pregnancy at teenage increases the risk of giving birth to premature babies and low birth weight (LBW) which is closely related to the risk of stunting. Data from the Parangloe Community Health Center in 2021, the number of stunting cases is still relatively high, namely 43 cases, there are 26 children under the red line (BGM). ) who have the potential for stunting, in 2022 in Bontokasi Village there will be 3 toddlers suffering from stunting. Madrasah Aliyah Wihdatul Ulum students have never received literacy through Communication Information Education (KIE) regarding adolescent reproductive health in relation to stunting, because there is no UKS at the school so it cannot carry out its function in maintaining students' health status and there is no Communication Information Education (KIE) literacy. regarding health in general and regarding reproductive health in particular. An individual's attitude towards an object can be influenced by the knowledge they possess about that object. The more positive information known about the object, the more positive the attitude towards it. Adolescents experiencing physical changes often exhibit negative attitudes, such as low self-confidence, indecisiveness, and feelings of fear and anxiety. However, adolescents who can embrace physical changes have the potential to feel comfortable and proud of their bodily abilities. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge level and attitude of adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Kota Palopo regarding physical changes during puberty. A quantitative research design with a cross-sectional study approach was used. The population consisted of 158 female adolescents in the 7th grade with a sample of 62 respondents selected through Simple Random Sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. The analysis results showed a p value = 1.000 (> 0.05), indicating no significant relationship between knowledge level and attitude of adolescent girls towards physical changes during puberty at SMPN 1 Kota Palopo. It is recommended that adolescent girls continue to develop positive attitudes towards physical changes, and that future research use different data collection methods for deeper understanding.

: Indonesia, as a developing country, has a fairly large teenage population. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that teenagers are residents in the age range of 10-19 years. However, one of the developments in the industrial revolution 4.0 is a big leap in the information and communication technology sector. The development of technology among teenagers has triggered quite an increase in the use of smartphones so that it can influence teenage behavior, where teenagers also participate in sexting behavior, causing concern in various circles. The term sexting refers to the sending and receiving of sexual images through some form of virtual messaging where someone sends messages or material in the form of images and videos electronically, especially via smartphones, the internet and other electronic media. With the increasing number of teenagers and very complex teenage problems, especially the most prominent problem is teenage sexual behavior, which is the beginning of teenage reproductive health problems, this service aims to increase teenagers' knowledge about sexting behavior in order to avoid sexting behavior. The method used is a pre-test and post-test after health education regarding sexting behavior. The results show that the majority of teenagers' knowledge before counseling was less than 12 teenagers or 80%. Meanwhile, teenagers' knowledge before being given counseling was lowest at Good knowledge, namely 1 person or 6.67%. Teenagers' knowledge after counseling was highest in good knowledge, namely 14 people or 93.33%. This is an appropriate benchmark for the success of counseling.

Dysmenorrhoea is experienced by 90% of women in Indonesia, because of this, around 14% of women cannot participate in learning at school or carry out daily activities, thereby reducing their productivity. Adolescent girls are in an unstable emotional condition, if they do not get good information about the menstrual cycle then they are easy to experience primary menstrual disorders. Primary dysmenorrhea is experienced by many teenagers who are growing and developing both physically and psychologically. Several efforts have been made to reduce pain complaints in cases of dysmenorrhoea, including non-pharmacological intervention, including Rosulullah-style treatment, known as Thibbun Nabawi treatment, including listening to the Koran and breathing exercises, this treatment is cheap and can be done independently by everyone. people who experience it. The implementation of socialization at Al Islam High School is really needed considering that in this school there are many cases of Dysmennorrhea, and no one has provided an understanding of these cases and how to manage them non-pharmacologically so that they can be overcome without causing side effects. The target of this community service proposal is Al Islam Surakata High School students. The benefit of this activity is to increase understanding about menstrual disorders, especially dysmenorrhea and treatment of pain complaints when dysmenorrhea occurs at low cost and without side effects. impact, namely by means of Tibbun Nabawi.”

Anemia is one of the health problems, especially adolescent girls in developing countries. The World Health Organization (2021) shows that the prevalence of anemia in women of reproductive age (15-49) in the world in 2019 is around 29.9%. Balitbangkes 2018 states that in Indonesia anemia in adolescent girls ranges from 27.2% in the age group 15-24 years. The cause of anemia is generally due to lack of knowledge about anemia, lack of iron, folic acid, vit B12 and vit A. One of the government's efforts in preventing anemia is the consumption of blood supplement tablets. However, there are still many adolescent girls who are not compliant with consuming them, which have been distributed free of charge, this is due to the lack of awareness and knowledge of adolescent girls about the benefits of taking blood supplement tablets. So it is necessary to provide alternative solutions that are able to increase awareness and knowledge for adolescent girls about the benefits of consuming blood tablets. This activity is part of the Tridharma Community Service of Almarisah Madani University. This activity was carried out in November 2023. The method used in this service is counseling. The purpose of this service is to increase knowledge and compliance for adolescent girls at MAN 2 Makassar to routinely consume Blood Addition Tablets to prevent the incidence of anemia. Thus, it is hoped that the program run by the government can run accordingly

Sleep is a crucial part of the human circadian cycle. The quality and quantity of sleep significantly influence various aspects of health, both physical and psychological. The hormone melatonin, which plays a vital role in sleep regulation, is produced as the intensity of light received by the eyes decreases. Currently, the use of lights and electronic devices emitting blue light is widespread, especially among teenagers to adults. This blue light can interfere with the production of melatonin, potentially disrupting sleep quality and patterns. In this age group, most are active students with busy schedules. This study uses a sequential explanatory design approach, combining quantitative and qualitative questionnaires to collect data and measure the impact of light on sleep duration and patterns. The respondents of this study were 71 people, coming from various universities and different study programs in Bandung City, ranging in age from 18 to 25 years. The research data results show that 38.6% of respondents experience sleep disturbances when the light is on, impacting sleep quality. Conversely, sleep quality improvement occurs in 81.4% of respondents when sleeping with the light off. The use of night mode on electronic devices, designed to reduce blue light emissions, positively impacts sleep quality, as felt by 38% of the 67.1% of respondents who use the night mode feature.
