Background: Smoking is a habit is detrimental to health. Cigarettes are known to contain many poisons ad harmful chemicals that can cause various diseases such as heart disease, stroke and cancer. At present Indonesia is still the third country with the most active smokers in the world. This atudy aims to determine smoking behavior in adolescent in Ketintang Village, Surabaya City. Method: This type of research is quantitative, with a cross sectional approach. The total population is 206 respondents. The sample was taken by accidental sampling. This instrument uses a questionnaire. The Data was analysed by using chi square statistical test with significance level ? ? 0.05. Results: The results showed predisposed factors knowledge (? = 0,019),  behavior (? = 0,000), and perception (? = 0.000). Conclusion: The implication of this study is that the society and parents are expected to guide and pay more attention to adolescent relationships. provide information about the dangers of smoking for himself and those around him.  

Motivation is the driving factor to achieve a quality services, especially in health. Work motivation is desirable in order to improve public health, it also can be expected to produce socially optimal production in accordance with the goals and ideals of the organization in the future. Research Purposes to determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance at Puskesmas Kairatu Method. This type of research used in this study was cross sectional. This research was conducted at the health center Kairatu West Seram regency. The population in this study were all employees of the health center Kairatu totaling 84 people. While the sample is done purposive sampling amounted to 69 people. The survey results revealed that respondents are less intensive relationship with the motivation to work as much (100%). For quite intensive relationship with the motivation does not support as many (10.8%) and motivational support as many (89.2%). known relationship with the working conditions are less motivation to work as much support categories (100%). For good working conditions to do with the motivation that does not support as many (11.4%) and support as many (88.6%). it is known that the relationship is less motivated colleagues support as many categories (100%). For a good relationship with co-workers motivation does not support as many (11.1%) sedangan motivational support as many (88.9%). Chi-square test results note that there is no significant relationship between the variables relationships with colleagues with the motivation which means p = 1.000 p> 0.05.

This research aims to investigate the interplay between spirituality, sciences, school principal leadership, teacher engagement, and the link & match concept between education and business, and their impact on education quality and sports achievement. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing purposive sampling to select participants. Data analysis involves thematic analysis to derive patterns, themes, and connections within the collected data. Preliminary findings suggest intricate relationships between the identified factors, indicating their significant influence on both education quality and sports achievement. This research contributes to understanding the multifaceted dynamics shaping educational outcomes and athletic success, offering insights for educational leaders, policymakers, and practitioners.

This study is based on the fact that the need for competent teachers in the learning process is very necessary, because the main problem in this study is how much influence varies teaching on student learning achievement in ELPIDA Junior High School (Class VII) and how effective the implementation of varied teaching is on student learning achievement in ELPIDA Junior High School (Class VII). The method used in this study is Quantitative research with a classroom research strategy. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that with this student achievement, teachers can find out "whether the application of varied teaching affects student learning achievement" at ELPIDA Junior High School. From the results of the simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that the influence of varying teaching on student learning achievement is very high, namely the diterminant coefficient / KP 29.1% and the value of variable relationships is greater than the standard table, which is 0.980 > 0.428 based on these calculations, then the H1 hypothesis is accepted. Thus, the hypothesis that teaching varies has a significant effect on learning performance in Elpida Junior High School grade VII, has been proven.

This study examines the impact of ethical leadership on both employee engagement and organizational behavior through a multilevel analysis. Ethical leadership, characterized by integrity, fairness, and ethical decision-making, is increasingly recognized as a crucial factor in shaping organizational outcomes. Drawing upon data from multiple levels within organizations, including individual employees and their respective teams, this research employs statistical techniques to explore the intricate relationships between ethical leadership, employee engagement, and organizational behavior. Findings suggest that ethical leadership positively influences both employee engagement and organizational behavior at both individual and group levels. Moreover, the study elucidates the mediating role of employee engagement in the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational behavior, underscoring the importance of fostering ethical leadership behaviors for promoting a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee contributions beyond formal role requirements.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly altered the lives of many people, particularly in the social and economic domains. Coastal communities, which heavily rely on sea-based economic activities such as fishing, tourism, and maritime trade, have faced severe disruptions due to the pandemic. One of the most notable effects has been the rise in post-pandemic stress disorder (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD) among household members. The persistent stress experienced by individuals, especially in coastal households, is having a detrimental effect on both psychological and social well-being. Stressors, including financial insecurity, social isolation, and health concerns, are exacerbating the strain on family relationships and community dynamics. The goal of this research is to provide targeted education on the dangers of post-pandemic stress disorders, particularly focusing on coastal communities. Through an educational approach, this research aims to raise awareness about the symptoms, causes, and consequences of PTSD. The program also seeks to provide practical strategies and coping mechanisms that households can use to manage stress and maintain psychological resilience in the post-pandemic environment. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to community-based mental health interventions, enhance family stability, and improve overall well-being in these vulnerable populations

This research is to find out how self-harm is formed in adolescents and what causes adolescents to do self-harm. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach using a quisiner observation method and a phenomenological study, namely a research strategy where researchers identify human experiences regarding a particular phenomenon. According to the study of phenomenology, it allows researchers to apply and apply their informant and interpersonal skills in conducting research. The data collection technique used in this study was using the SSCT test, SHI Questionnaire (self Harm Inventory), observation, closed interviews via WhatsApp. Self-harm is self-harm behavior defined as a person's behavior to injure oneself in various ways regardless of whether or not there is an intention and desire to die in adolescence. 19 years old who have done self-harm behavior Since the age of 16 years, then the 18-year-old A.A woman has done self-harm since high school at the age of 15 years. .
