Recurrent hypertension is a repeated increase in high blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg. Factors that can cause a recurrence of high blood pressure include: consuming unhealthy foods, consuming caffeine and smoking, rarely exercising, not maintaining body weight, consuming fatty foods, consuming foods high in fat and consuming unlimited alcohol. To prevent the recurrence of high blood pressure, patients should keep the following in mind: Get enough rest, change to a healthy diet, exercise, avoid alcohol, avoid stress, and handle the daily workload. The capacity to manage oneself and be positive, such as managing emotional intensity and reactivity, is important for preventing recurrence of hypertension and managing blood pressure. The aim of this study is to identify factors related to the prevention of hypertension recurrence in hypertensive patients. This type of research involves observational analysis with a cross-sectional research design. The study population consisted of 71 hypertensive patients who lived in the Wua Wua Community Health Center working area. The research results show the value of P = 0.263 < a = 0.05. This means that knowledge about high blood pressure and recurrence prevention is irrelevant. The research results show a value of P = 0.002< a = 0.05. This means that there is a link between treating hypertension and preventing recurrence. The research was conducted for 61 days.

Radiotherapy is a treatment for cancer using high-energy radiation, usually X-rays. The type and amount of radiation received is calculated by oncologists and medical physicists to destroy cancer cells, these cells are abnormal cells. This stops the cancer cells from dividing properly and as a result the cancer cells are destroyed. This treatment is planned to protect healthy tissue as much as possible from radiation which has destructive properties, however some healthy tissue can be affected which will later cause side effects. Radiotherapy uses a Linear Accelerato (LINAC) device in its treatment. The LINAC can produce two beams, namely photons and electrons. Photon beams are usually used to illuminate tumors in deeper tissue in the body, for example breast cancer, cervical cancer and nasopharyngeal cancer, while electron beams are used for cancer therapy in surface tumors. The role of radiotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer has a long and controversial history. One of the first clinical trials ever conducted, it began in 1949, and remains the subject of new trials still being initiated today. Early trials clearly showed that radiotherapy reduced local recurrence, with a relative risk reduction now known to be approximately 70%, but a reduction in recurrence rates did not translate into a reduction in mortality. Theories explaining this difference are numerous, including the detrimental effects of radiotherapy on immune function.

Dyspepsia includes a collection of clinical symptoms consisting of discomfort or persistent (episodic) or recurrence in the upper abdomen. Dyspepsia can be influenced by several factors, including increased gastric acid secretion, diet, and environmental factors, as well as psychological factors such as stress. This research aims to determine the use of dyspepsia medication at the Puskesmas Pamarayan. The type of research used in this research is descriptive observational with a purposive sampling method. The population in this study was 230 dyspepsia patients who visited the Puskesmas Pamarayan. The sample in this study was 31 respondents who had been determined using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance limit of 5%. Data were analyzed descriptively using rationality guidelines which include correct diagnosis, correct drug selection, correct dose, correct time interval, alertness to side effects, and correct information. The results of the study showed that the treatment of dyspepsia at the Puskesmas Pamarayan was rational.

Introduction: Older adult with hypertension often experience several problems, one of which is disturbed sleep patterns. Disorders of sleep patterns experienced by the elderly have an impact on the recurrence of the disease, therefore the problem of sleep quality in the elderly must be addressed immediately One of them is providing foot massage reflexology Methods: This study uses a descriptive research design with a case study approach. This research is a study of the application of foot reflexology in the elderly with hypertension with nursing problems with sleep pattern disorders Result: The results of the study at the beginning of the study, on 3 Mey 2023 it was known that the respondent had problems with sleep patterns with a PSQI score of 18. Based on the evaluation results on 5 Mey 2023, it can be concluded that there was an increase in the quality of sleep of respondents with a PSQI score of 9 by giving intervention for 3 days starting from 3-5 Mey 2023 Discussion: Providing an effective foot massage reflexology intervention to overcome the problem of sleep pattern disorders in the elderly with hypertension, foot massage reflexology can relax the body so that sleep will feel more restful, foot massage reflexology intervention is recommended to be given every bedtime.

According to available data, colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of the most common malignant neoplasms. Depending on location, type of cancer, or gender, this disease ranks 2nd to 4th in terms of worldwide incidence. CRC from year to year shows an increasing trend both in terms of morbidity and mortality. Many factors may be responsible for the development of this disease, including genetic and environmental factors. Although CRC-related mortality is very high in high-income countries, CRC-related incidence and mortality is also increasing in developing countries. CRC that is detected early is completely curable with surgery and subsequent treatment. However, the recurrence rate is high, and cancer drug resistance increases the treatment failure rate. Access to early diagnosis and treatment of CRC for survival is somewhat possible in developed countries. However, these facilities are rarely available in developing countries.

Perianal fistula is a condition where a cavity forms in the area around the rectum and fills with pus. Perianal fistula is an anorectal disorder that arises due to obstruction of the anal crypts. If left untreated perianal fistula can lead to serious complications such as perineal gangrene and sepsis. A large number of perianal abscesses will recur within a year or two, especially if predisposing factors are present. This study aims to determine patient characteristics and management of perianal fistula patients at Cut Meutia General Hospital in 2018-2021. This is a retrospective descriptive study using secondary data from perianal fistula patients at Cut Meutia General Hospital. The results of the study were 11 patients diagnosed with perianal fistula based on medical record data that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the age range criteria, the most patients with perianal fistulas were in the age group range of 20 - 40 and 41-60 years, each of which was 5 patients (45.45%), male patients were the most, namely 9 patients (81.18%), based on the operation of perianal fistula patients who underwent surgery the most using LIFT procedures were 7 patients (63.63%), and based on the history of recurrence, the most patients who experienced new/primary cases of perianal fistula were as many as 9 patients (81.8%).

Background: Mental health is a picture of positive characteristics with harmony and psychological balance that reflects the maturity of his personality. Meanwhile, mental disorders are behavioral patterns that clinically occur in individuals related to distress or disability or are accompanied by a significantly increased risk of death, illness, disability, or loss of independence. According to WHO (World Health Organization) the prevalence of mental disorders in the world is around 450 million people. The high rate of recurrence in people with mental disorders requires us to be more active in knowing the causes. The purpose of this study is to find out an in-depth description of the biological causal factors of a person experiencing mental disorders. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Samples were taken randomly with the criteria of someone with a Mental Disorder (ODGJ). The population of this study were mental patients who were treated at RSJD Dr. Amino Gondhohutomo Semarang. The research instrument used a mental disorder predisposition questionnaire. The questionnaire has construct validity and reliability and has been used during Residencies I to III. The results of this study showed that of the 106 respondents who had biological predisposing factors, a history of mental disorders was 39%, followed by a history of drug withdrawal of 38.1%, and the lowest was nutritional disorders.
