In recent decades, the development of Islamic business has experienced significant progress, with an emphasis on sharia principles as the foundation of operations. In this context, Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a very strategic role in shaping Islamic work culture, improving employee performance, and ensuring compliance with sharia principles. This study aims to analyze the role of HRM in Islamic business.The results show that effective HRM in the context of Islamic business involves several aspects, such as recruitment and selection processes based on Islamic values, training that unites professional competence with spirituality, implementation of a fair and sharia-compliant compensation system, and performance management based on the principles of justice and trust. Although there are challenges, such as limited human resources who understand sharia principles, these challenges can be overcome through HR development strategies and an inclusive organizational culture. The findings of this study make an important contribution to the development of HRM policies and practices that are not only efficient, but also ethical and in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Prima Allioy Steel Universal Gedangan is a company operating in the field of steel. Every year this PT carries out selection of new employees. To find out whether the addition of employees will reduce productivity, research is needed entitled "THE INFLUENCE OF EMPLOYEE SELECTION ON WORK PRODUCTIVITY AT PT.  PRIMA ALLOY STEEL UNIVERSAL GEDANGAN ". This research data was taken from employee selection data in 2006 and 2007 and actual production data during that year.  This data is then processed with regression and correlation analysis as well. From the regression analysis that has been carried out, it can be seen that the more new employees who pass the selection, the more their productivity will decrease. This happens because the coefficient value of new employee acceptance has a negative sign. From the correlation obtained, it can be seen that the relationship between new employee recruitment selection and productivity is 54.8%.

A Decision Support System is a system designed with the capability to solve problems, particularly in decision-making. One example is making decisions regarding the recruitment of prospective employees or crew members for a company. In this research case study, the Decision Support System will be implemented to assist in recruiting crew members for Wedding Organizer Rahwana. A Wedding Organizer is a service-oriented business that plans and manages all aspects of a wedding event. In this case, Rahwana WO is still facing difficulties in selecting potential crew members. The implemented Decision Support System will use the MOORA method, a multi-objective optimization technique that has been successfully applied to solving various complex decision-making problems. The system’s performance was evaluated using the SUS method, and the implementation of this approach for Rahwana WO’s crew selection received a good rating, categorized as GOOD, with a score of 78.6.
