The development of transportation in the city of Semarang, especially in the Banyumanik area, has an impact on increasing the movement of people, stuff and services. this greatly encourages an increase in transportation facilities and infrastructure in the Banyumanik area. An increase in the number of vehicles that is not matched by the development of infrastructure will cause conflicts on the road, especially at intersections or roundabouts. So far, on roads in the Banyumanik area, at certain hours there is often an ineffective traffic rush with road performance being an important infrastructure in transportation. This study used calculations based on MKJI 1997. The data collection was carried out by survey directly at the intersection location in this study determined 5 days and 3 observation sessions every day. It was found that the tirto agung intersection had 322 types of intersection and the highest traffic was on Wednesday 21 June 2023 with a traffic flow value of 3528 pcu/hour, capacity 2722 pcu/hour, degree of saturation 1.296, intersection delay 92.938 sec/pcu, queue probability 69.225% - 143.302%. Based on the research results, the performance value of the Tirto Agung intersection does not meet the 1997 MKJI requirements where the degree of saturation allowed for the unsignalized intersection type is <0.75, it is necessary to have a physical intersection engineering (APILL) or non-physical (Traffic Engineering) at the intersection location.

This service management is a crucial process as it can prevent various service-related issues when serving customers. This study aims to understand how the Service Management of Islamic Banks in the New Normal era is perceived in terms of the dimensions of Empathy and Responsiveness. In this research, a qualitative method with a case study approach was employed. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results indicate that in terms of Service Management at the bank, there have been changes in the dimension of Empathy. For example, in welcoming customers, before the existence of the coronavirus, employees greeted customers without wearing masks, there were no barriers or partitions, and their facial expressions were visible. In the new normal, employees must wear masks, there are barriers between customers and employees, and customers cannot discern the facial expressions of employees, whether they are smiling or not. This can lead to customer uncertainty about whether the employee is serving sincerely or not. As for the dimension of Responsiveness, significant changes are evident in customer queues. Before the coronavirus, customer queues could be quite long, whereas during the pandemic, customer queues are limited, and the service takes longer than before. The speed of service is also constrained.

The slow speed of internet access is often a problem that most users of computer network services complain about because there are no restrictions or efficient bandwidth management. Bandwidth management is a concept in which several computers in an office or office environment can be connected to each other and share data and information in accessing the internet. In the application of bandwidth management with the simple queues method for optimizing computer network security systems on proxy routers, it is proven to be able to solve problems that are often complained of by most users of computer network services that are located in terms of availability, reliability, stability, performance stability and can provide protection to prevent unauthorized access or minimize attacks coming through the network against owned resources. It is often found that the process of accessing data communications and information for each user connected to the network feels slow, this is due to the existing bandwidth capacity being insufficient. Mikrotik is an operating system that is capable of turning a computer into a network router or often called a PC router. The operating system includes a full range of features for wireline and wireless, one of which is bandwidth management. With an upload bandwidth of 50 Mbps and a download of 50 Mbps, a bandwidth management of 2 Mbps, 5 Mbps, 10 Mbps and 15 Mbps.

Muhammadiyah Ponorogo General Hospital is one of the private hospitals in Ponorogo Regency. At this time the Muhammadiyah Ponorogo General Hospital has received Plenary accreditation from the Indonesian Hospital Accreditation Institute (LARSI). The problem that is often faced by hospitals is that there is a lot of waste that occurs in the service process at the Eye Polyclinic of RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. The most critical level of waste for eye polyclinic services is waiting with a weighting value of 4.00, waste inventory with a value of 3.16, waste overproduction with a weighting value of 3.00, waste defects with a weighting value of 2.91 , waste inappropriate processing with a weight value of 2.66, waste unnecessary motion with a weight value of 2.58, waste transportation with a weight value of 1.41, and waste underutilized abilities of people with a weight value of 2.25. The initial activity time before the repair was 14,677 seconds or 244 minutes (4 hours) and after the repair was reduced to 6,577 seconds or 109 minutes (1 hour 61 minutes). The highest waste is waiting, namely doctors often do not come on time and there is a lack of nurses or pharmacists in the pharmacy with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) score of 252 and 224. Recommendations for improvement that can be proposed are adding doctors to the eye poly department to reduce doctor delays because there are surgery schedules that often collide with the schedule for opening eye poly services and adding medical personnel to the pharmacy department, to reduce queues you can use a drug delivery application that can be accessed by patients without having to queue again at the hospital.
