This study aims to assess the influence of leadership style on employee performance at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The significance of leadership style in influencing staff engagement, dedication, and productivity has been acknowledged. Having a comprehensive grasp of how leadership style may impact performance is crucial in the banking business, which is characterized by fierce rivalry and continuously evolving market circumstances. The research was carried out by distributing a questionnaire survey to workers from different work units at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The questionnaire was designed to evaluate the employees' perception of the leadership style employed inside the organization, as well as their level of performance. The population under investigation comprises all employees of UOB Bank Medan. The sample approach employed is simple random sampling. The sample size for this study consisted of 110 workers. The acquired data was subsequently examined utilizing statistical methodologies, such as regression, to assess the relationship between the independent variable (leadership style) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this study are anticipated to offer valuable insights for UOB Buana Bank Medan in enhancing leadership approaches to enhance employee performance. The practical implication of this study is that it can aid managers in selecting a leadership style that aligns with the specific attributes of the organization.

The need for education regarding the types of contraceptives will have an impact on increasing knowledge and choice of contraceptives in women. At the same time, adjustments to technological developments also need to be made, so the team designed a mobile web-based of Sistem Informasi Kontrasepsi Rasional (SIKONTRAS) which is intended for the wider community in ease of obtaining information related to contraceptives. This socialization activity resulted in two things, namely an increase in knowledge related to contraception and an increase in skills in using the SIKONTRAS Application resulting from the questionnaire at the point "The application is easy to use", out of 21 participants, 18 participants chose "strongly agree", so it can be said that the application is easy to use. use

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is one of the health IT applications that is becoming a trend around the world. EMRs are considered to improve the overall quality of care and have an impact on patient safety. EMRs can also help reduce costs, improve accessibility, and improve the quality of hospital services. Therefore, the preparedness analysis of the implementation of EMR with the DOQ-IT approach (Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology) is the goal of this research. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken from all the officers who were in direct contact with the medical records at AMC Aisyiyah Clinic. Sampling technique using a total sampling of eight officers. Primary data collection is done with a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis of frequencies, percentages, graphs and tables. From the results of analysis using the DOQ-IT method obtained a total score of 104.75 belongs to category III which shows that human resources, organizational work culture, governance and leadership, IT infrastructure AMC Aisyiyah Clinic is ready to take advantage of EMR as well as overcome the potential challenges for successful adoption of the EMR.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an indicator to see the level of women's health. Based on the Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (SDKI), MMR in Indonesia in Indonesia, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia was 305/100,000 live births, with this, maternal mortality cases in Indonesia still have not succeeded in reaching the SDG's target,. Meanwhile in Indramayu Regency in 2023, namely 34 mothers out of 42,569 births, a decrease from the figure in 2022. Indramayu Regency has the highest prevalence of anemia, namely 32.29%. The aim of this research is to determine the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia at the Plumbon Regency Health Center Indramayu. The method used is descriptive research with a cross-sectional research design. Data was obtained using a questionnaire sheet from previous research which was then retested with a total of 35 mothers as respondents. The results showed that respondents had a good level of knowledge of 48.1%, 77.8% were aged 20-35 years, 81.5% had a high school/vocational school education, and 55.6% did not work. The conclusion is that the majority of mothers who have well-informed babies are aged 20-35 years, have a high school/vocational education, and do not work.

The current phenomenon is that higher education has become a commodity that is needed by society in an effort to improve people's living standards. Where quality tertiary institutions are seen literally by the community from the facilities and infrastructure they have as well as the satisfaction of students within the tertiary institution itself. So the aim of this research is to see the influence of service quality on student satisfaction in the political science study program at Jambi University, both simultaneously and partially. The data used are primary and secondary data. Where primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 85 students who were the research samples. The research method used is a quantitative method, while the research tool used is path analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence of service quality on student satisfaction, both simultaneously amounting to 75%.

This study was conducted at Company X in 2023. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of incentives and intellectual intelligence on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. The population amounted to 35 employees while the sample in this study is: 35 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The technique of data collection is the distribution of questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies and literature studies. Data analysis using multiple linear regression análisis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously incentives and intellectual intelligence have a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. Partially, incentives have a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. Partially N intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. Adjusted R Square is: equal to 0.473 means that incentives and intellectual intelligence can explain the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023 by 47.3% and the remaining 52.7% (100-47. 3) are influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: salary, promotion and so on

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of advertising attractiveness, product quality, brand image, and price on purchasing decisions for Luwak White Coffee drinks. The quantitative approach method carried out is based on concrete research data, which is a numerical value that will be measured by statistics as a calculation test tool and related to problems, resulting in a conclusion. The population of this study was consumers of Luwak White Coffee drinks at the Virdasari store in SiDate Village. The sample was obtained from subjects 25% of the population of 332 people, obtained 83 respondents. The research instrument used is the primary data from filling out the questionnaire. The results of the study found that advertising attractiveness does not affect purchasing decisions, product quality does not affect purchasing decisions, brand image does not affect purchasing decisions, price affects purchasing decisions. Organizations, companies or government agencies basically need individuals who are capable and have high competence in creating success for an organization. Success in achieving goals depends on choosing goals to be achieved by using resources to achieve organizational goals in accordance with what is expected. The objectives of this research include: 1). The influence of work discipline on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). The influence of work motivation on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). What is the influence of work discipline and work motivation together on the work of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive format aimed at explaining and summarizing various conditions, various situations, or various variables that arise in society which is the object of the research based on what is happening. The research method used in this research is the survey method. This research uses samples from the entire research population at the Pati Regency National and Political Unity Agency office. Meanwhile, data collection is through a questionnaire that uses a design from a quantitative description survey method to describe various conditions or variables that are the object and focus of research in real terms. The results in this research include: 1). Work discipline (X1), has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 2). Work motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees. 3). Work discipline and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Pati Regency Kesbangpol Agency employees.

This research aims to shape the disciplinary character of students in elementary schools through music theory material with sub-materials of values ​​and forms of notation. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, questionnaires and interviews. The research was conducted in 7 (seven) meetings, the results of the research showed that there was a change in the theoretical understanding category with a percentage of 97.8%, and statements of disciplinary attitudes increased with a percentage of 95%. Disciplinary character is assessed based on the student's ability to sing the song Pada Mu Negeri according to the tempo, beats, and other punctuation marks contained in the score. The results showed that students were able to sing the song according to the punctuation marks in the sheet music.    

In the field of education, organizational culture and the school environment are critical variables that must be considered. Of course, this immediately improves teacher performance, which in turn improves school quality. In practice, State Elementary Schools in the Buah Batu District have established an organizational culture and created a welcoming school atmosphere, yet this appears to be insufficient. It is still discovered that instructors' behavior in carrying out their tasks does not adhere to the established culture, and there are many teachers who have not earned teaching credentials, which is an intriguing issue to explore. The quantitative approach used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis. 78 respondents were given questionnaires with the expectation that they would be able to answer the research objectives. SPSS version 25 was used for statistical testing. According to the findings of the research, organizational culture and the work environment have an impact on teacher performance, both individually and collectively. Several recommendations are made to school principals, supervisors, and instructors in the study that will help them enhance their performance.

Mental health problems in Indonesia are an important public health problem and should receive serious attention from all governments from central to regional levels. Mental Health Efforts are every activity to create an optimal level of mental health for every individual, family and community using a promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative approach which is carried out in a comprehensive, integrated and sustainable manner by the government and/or the community. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between family social support and independence in mental disorder patients. Method: The type of research used is correlational using a cross sectional design. The population in this study were families containing people with mental disorders. The research instrument is a family social support questionnaire consisting of 14 questions, while the questionnaire about independence consists of 10 questions. Result: significance value or sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000, because the sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a significant (meaningful) relationship between the family social support variable and the independence of mental disorder patients. Suggestion: The family must involve the patient in daily routine activities at home, develop social interactions and involve the patient in managing the environment around the patient so that mental disorders can carry out activities in daily life independently

This study aims to discover language choices of third year English students at Udinus in following domains: settings, participants, and topics as well as to examine those students' attitudes to Javanese. The study used descriptive qualitative method since it focused on examining the respondents to gain profound information from them. The data were collected through the questionnaire consisting of questions about the respondents' backgrounds, language choice and language attitudes to Javanese language. Language attitudes are measured with likert scale composed answers from strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, and strongly agree. The questionnaire was distributed to 20 English students of third year of Udinus who are able to speak Javanese or were born and live in one of the cities in Javanese-speaking provinces. The data were analyzed using descriptive method. It was meant to describe and interpret the data descriptively. The findings revealed the use of mix of Javanese and Indonesian and Indonesian itself are more popular in the most parts of domains due to factors of social dimensions; however, overall the respondents show favorable attitudes to Javanese. It can become input and output for related institutions to make sure its sustainability and its rising by producing program.

The purpose of this study was to identify the elements that helped and hindered the implementation of English literacy programs at SMA Negeri 1 Hawu Mehara. The descriptive qualitative method is used in this study. Open-ended questionnaires, interviews, and observation are the methods utilized to collect data. Students, librarians, English teachers, and school principals are the research's data sources. Based on the data, the author examines and discusses the factors that help and impede English literacy in SMA Negeri 1 Hawu Mehara. Two factors help. 1. internal elements, such as the students' condition, interest, motivation, and mode of learning. 2. External variables, specifically the community and the parents of students. English literacy is hampered by several internal and external factors, such as low student motivation and students who spend a lot of time on social media for play rather than to promote an English-literate culture. Other external factors include government and teacher support for the implementation of English literacy programs.

The role of cheating religion in academic cheating is the focus of this study. This study included 137 Fajar University Makassar students who attended lectures during the Covid-18 outbreak. In this investigation, saturated samples were used. Questionnaires were used to gather the data, which was then analyzed using path coefficient analysis using the Smart PLS tool. The result of this study is that academic pressure effects academic cheating behavior; opportunity does not influence academic cheating behavior; rationalization influences academic cheating behavior; capacity to influence academic cheating behavior; ethics According to the findings of multigroup study, religiosity is modest and reduces academic cheating, but not significantly. Religious students are more likely to avoid academic cheating while being under less pressure in terms of opportunity, talent, justification, and ethics. At Fajar University Makassar, there are several ways to prevent academic cheating, including conducting outreach activities about cheating and its consequences, informing students that cheating will be caught and announced, and ensuring that students do not work in an unsatisfactory manner. fraud, demonstrating that any fraud would be penalized, educating kids to write without cheating, and encouraging them to conduct ethically.

This research was conducted on consumer who work at PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and distribution channels on sales targets. The population and sample in this study amounted to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion in the study that simultaneously product quality and distribution channels have a positive and significant effect on the sales target of PT. Dinamika Synergy Elemenindo. This research was carried out to determine the factors that influence telecommunications equipment, ship  crew resources, ship seaworthiness and pilotage of cruisers at Bukit Batu port. Data collection was carrie d o ut th r o u gh observation, literature study, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. Th is research uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely the ce ns u s me th o d . The data analysis used in this research is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of th e Statistical Pack age For Social (SPSS) version 25 software. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= -0.219 + 0.308.X1 + 0.200.X2 + 0,192.X3 + 0.349. X4 + µ. Where the variables Safety (Y), Telecommunication Equipment (X1), Crew Resources (X2), Ship Seaworthiness (X3) and Guidance (X4) were tested using the t test showing that the four independent variables partially have a significan t influence on consumer decisions as the dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square figure of 0.837 shows that 83.7 percent of consumer decision variables can be explained through the four independent variables in the regression equation. Meanwhile, the remaining 16.3 percent is explained by other variables outside the four variables used in this research.

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region has experienced tremendous growth in the higher education sector with many public but internationally recognized universities, colleges, and programs. Annually, within and outside of the GCC zone, high school students and guardians undergo repeatable and time-consuming experiences for inhomogeneous university, college, and program admission and tracking processes. This research project aims to provide a unified management tool to manage the admission and tracking process to multiple accredited GCC universities, colleges, and programs through one unified central mobile-based application. The research project aimed to achieve two objectives: exploring the GCC university admission process phenomena and developing and evaluating a unified mobile-based university admission application (denoted by HEIM) for higher education institutes' mobile applications. An Agile-SDLC methodology was employed, entailing two phases; the Exploratory phase to the phenomena of the university admission process and the development and evaluation phase of the potential mobile application. The 1st phase was based on an interview with the Ministry of Education (MOE), employing SLR and CA techniques for articles and mobile applications collection and analysis, and 1st questionnaire to collect user requirements. The 2nd phase employed several design techniques, including DFD, ERD, etc., a 2nd questionnaire to collect system requirements and coding by .NET MAUI, C#, and XAML, and a 3rd questionnaire to evaluate the usability of HEIM based on Nielsen heuristics at which the empirical findings revealed 97.7% of usability.

This research aims to explore the consequences of brand image, product quality, price, and celebrity endorsers on consumers' tendency to buy Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products again. Survey participants included consumers who bought and used Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products from Yogya Mall Brebes, with a total of 464 people. The research sample was taken as much as 25% of the population, namely 116 respondents, with the implementation of random selection procedures. The information collection equipment used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity, reliability, and meets the assumptions of classical responses. The data were tested by multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, as well as coefficient of determination. The results show that brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product variables have no effect on purchasing decisions, price and celebrity endorsers have no effect on purchasing decisions. In totality, brand image, product quality, price, and celebrity endorsers have an influence on the purchase decision of Scarlet Whitening Body Lotion products.

This research aims to analyze the institutional system of coconut agro-industry businesses in Konawe Islands Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The scope of this research is the institutional processing business, namely institutional form, raw material requirements, institutional structure, capital, decision making, data collection techniques through interviews, FGD and expert questionnaires (ISM). Based on the research results, it shows that: The key elements of the palaku coconut processing business development system in Konawe Islands Regency are coconut farmers and consumers of processed coconut products. The key elements needed by players in the coconut processing business development system are easy access and guaranteed marketing of processed products, the need for rehabilitation, intensification and extensification of coconut plants. Sustainability of institutional development of coconut processing businesses requires assistance from universities (PTN-PTS) whose role is to connect between parties which have been an obstacle for farmers and coconut processors.
