Improving students' learning motivation in Natural Sciences (IPA) in fifth grade students of SDI Tabene through the application of the Quantum Teaching learning model. The Quantum Teaching learning model, with the TANDUR principle (Grow, Experience, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, Celebrate), is designed to create a fun and relevant learning environment to students' experiences. This Classroom Action Research was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 32 fifth grade students of SDI Tabene. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The results showed an increase in students' learning motivation. In cycle I, the average student learning motivation was 60.7%, which was classified as sufficient. After improvements were made in cycle II by optimizing each stage of TANDUR, the average student learning motivation increased to 82.1%, classified as very good. This increase was seen from students' higher enthusiasm, active participation in discussions, and increased curiosity about science materials. It can be concluded that the application of the Quantum Teaching learning model is effective in improving students' learning motivation in fifth grade students of SDI Tabene.

This study aims to identify differences in student learning outcomes between those who receive learning using the Quantum Teaching model and those who receive conventional learning on the material of reaction rates at SMA Negeri 1 Tapa. This study is a quantitative study that applies a quasi-experimental method through a control group design with pretest and posttest. The results of the study indicate that after the application of the Quantum Teaching learning model in the experimental class and the use of the conventional learning model in the control class, there was an increase in student learning outcomes. The average pretest score of the experimental class was 34.37 and the posttest score reached 77.31, while for the control class, the average pretest score was 39 and the posttest score was 58.21. It can be seen that both groups of classes showed significant progress , which can be seen from the higher scores in the experimental group when compared to the control group . The hypothesis was tested through a mean test ( t- test ). The results of the Paired Sample t-test in the experimental group showed a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results, with a significance value of 0.000 , which is much lower than the limit of α = 0.05. This study shows that learning using the Quantum Teaching model has a positive impact on improving students' conceptual understanding.

The advancement of science and technology has significantly impacted the education sector. Quantum Teaching and Quantum Learning emerge as innovative approaches that optimize teacher-student interactions to create effective learning experiences. Quantum Learning emphasizes enjoyable learning, while Quantum Teaching focuses on teaching strategies that build student motivation through suggestive approaches. These methods are developed from various theories, such as Suggestology, Accelerated Learning, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Research findings indicate that implementing Quantum Teaching and Quantum Learning enhances learning motivation, creativity, and academic performance. Therefore, these methods are highly relevant for educational systems to foster a more interactive and enjoyable learning environment.

The aim of this research is to determine the increase in interest in learning for fourth grade students in science subjects with the topic of discussing the characteristics of plants on Ceremai trees through the Quantum Teaching Learning Model at SDI Duarato for the 2024/2025 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this research were 15 grade IV students at SD Inpres Duarato, consisting of 8 male students and 7 female students. The object of this research is Natural Sciences (IPA) learning using the Quantum Teaching learning model. Based on research and data analysis, it can be concluded that the Quantum Teaching learning model can increase interest in learning science in class IV students at SD Inpres Duarato for the 2024/2025 academic year. This can be seen before implementing the Quantum Teaching learning model in science learning. Of the 15 students, 6 students (40%) completed it, and 9 students (60%) did not complete it. Furthermore, by applying the Quantum Teaching learning model, it was obtained that 9 students (60%) had completed their learning interest in cycle I, while 6 students (40%) had not completed it. In cycle II, 13 students (86.66%) completed it, and 2 students (13.33%) did not complete it. From the data above, there was an increase from the initial data, cycle I and cycle II.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Quantum Teaching model on the fairy tale writing skills of class III students at SDN Kecil Topae, Enrekang Regency. This research is pre-experimental researchin the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest research. The population of this research is class III students at SDN Kecil To’pae in Enrekang Regency which consists of one class, namely 9 students. The research instrument used was a fairy tale writing test. The data obtained was then analyzed using descriptive statistical data analysis and inferential statistical data analysis. The result of this research show that the pretest result show that the average student learning score is 58,3 with categories, very high 0%, high 33,33%, medium 33,33%, low 33,33% and very low 0%. And the average score for posttest learning outcomes after using Quantum Teaching is 84,44 with categories very high 66,66%, high 33,33%, medium 0%, low 0%, very low 0%. These variations show that there is a significant influence of using the effectiveness Quantum Teaching learning model on fairy tale writing skills. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the Quantum Teaching learning model is effectively used in learning to write fairy tales in class III students at SDN Kecil To’pae, Enrekang Regency.
