One of Indonesia's best coffee-producing regions is located in Sumatra. Sidikalang coffee is one of the best types of coffee produced in the region, which is important information for coffee enthusiasts. Sidikalang is located in Dairi Regency, North Sumatra, where this coffee is grown. The purpose of this research is to describe so that people understand how to maintain and improve the quality of their products. The research method used is a qualitative method by analyzing through journals, books, and scientific sources and also descriptive discourse directly through whatsApp video calls with Mrs. Nurhaini Pasaribu as a robusta coffee farmer in Gurutuha village, Sidikalang, Lae Parira sub-district, Dairi district.. Information regarding the recent increase in Sidikalang coffee prices was obtained from a legitimate source, namely the Regional Executive Board of the Indonesian Coffee Exporters Association (BPD AEKI) as of July 7, 2023, data shows that the price of robusta coffee beans reached around Rp35,000/kg, an increase from the previous price of around Rp30,000/kg two months ago. This price includes coffee both in bean form and after being ground into powder. So, the increase in the selling price of Sidikalang Robusta Coffee is due to its increasingly good quality. Moreover, today's millennial farmers are more painstaking in the selection of seeds, fertilizers, soil and so on. Indeed, before the increase in the price of Robusta Sidikalang coffee, there was a problem with the quality of the coffee.

This study delves into the intricacies of the Maritime Education and Training (MET) program at the Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta), focusing on Semester 3 cadets. Adopting a qualitative and descriptive research approach, the research aims to elucidate the perspectives of 240 cadets through the lens of academic self-checked intelligence, professional competences, motivations, and their interconnections. The findings reveal diverse self-checked intelligence profiles across Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management majors, necessitating a nuanced curriculum tailored to their distinct strengths. English communication emerges as a pivotal professional competence, urging a strategic enhancement of language instruction to equip cadets for effective communication in the global maritime community. Motivations driving cadet dedication encompass familial legacies, a love for the sea, and the pursuit of international exposure. Recognising and nurturing these intrinsic motivators emerges as a crucial element for sustaining cadet engagement. The positive correlation between self-checked intelligence and professional competences underscores the importance of tailored support mechanisms, prompting recommendations for mentorship programs and supplementary resources. Implications for STIP Jakarta include the need for continuous quality improvement through periodic curriculum reviews, fostering a holistic approach that combines technical proficiency with soft skills. The research contributes to the discourse on maritime education, offering a roadmap for institutions to navigate industry dynamics and diverse cadet needs. The findings, discussions, and recommendations collectively enrich the understanding of Semester 3 cadet perspectives, offering actionable insights for educators, administrators, and policymakers to refine and elevate maritime education at STIP Jakarta.

A quality paper is a good and correct paper the writing code, the synthesis of it, and the aspects of its meaning. However, incorrect papers on writing are often found. It would be necessary to analyze the syntax error on the paper to identify any of the existing syntax errors and to provide the corresponding explanation. The approach researchers use is a methodological approach and a theoretical approach. The methodological approach that researchers use is a descriptive qualitative approach, while the theoretical approach is a syntax approach. A descriptive qualitative approach by gathering data, identifying, analyzing data, and defining analysis results. The syntax approach by reading, analyzing, analyzing, and noting the results of syntax analysis. These two approaches are what researchers use in analyzing syntax errors in the paper. The object of the study that researchers are using is a paper entitled the Theory of Learning and Learning. Research in this article shows that the KBBI and EYD codes still vary in number. Not only that, there was also cohesion, cohesive, and the squandering of words that resulted in inadequate discourse. The study is done to find out what makes it unqualified and to explain detailed analysis results.
