Making pralines filled with dried starfruit with the addition of cherry leaf powder, is an innovation in developing chocolate products, which are varied with candied starfruit filling. In the processing, candied star fruit and chocolate are added with cherry leaf powder, to add aroma to the pralines. The objectives of this study are: 1) To determine the characteristics of candied star fruit with the addition of cherry leaf powder. 2) Knowing the characteristics of candied star fruit pralines with the addition of cherry leaf powder. 3) Knowing the public's acceptance of pralines filled with candied star fruit with the addition of cherry leaf powder. The research methods used are library, experimental, documentation, organoleptic, and hedonic methods. Data analysis using descriptive. The results showed the characteristics of dried star fruit candied with the addition of cherry leaf powder, textured dry on the outside and soft on the inside, sweet taste like raisins, brownish yellow in color, and scented with cherry leaves. Characteristics of pralines filled with candied starfruit with the addition of cherry leaf powder, sweet taste, distinctive aroma of chocolate and cherry leaf powder, dense and slightly rough texture, dark brown color. Public acceptance of candied starfruit pralines with the addition of cherry leaf powder through hedonic test results, the most preferred and accepted by the community is product code 657. Suggestion, it is necessary to test the shelf life, and test the nutritional content of pralines filled with candied starfruit with the addition of powder cherry leaf.

Kecamatan Bandungan merupakan wilayah di Kabupaten Semarang dengan komoditas hasil pertanian yang melimpah.  Pusat pemasaran hasil pertanian di daerah ini adalah Sub Terminal Agrobisnis Jetis. Secara kultural petani biasanya memasarkan hasil pertaniannya dengan dua cara, yaitu pasca panen dan pra panen. Permasalahan pemasaran yang dihadapi para pelaku agribisnis di daerah ini diantaranya adalah sulitnya calon pembeli (pedagang) dan calon penjual (petani) untuk saling menemukan pada saat saling membutuhkan untuk bertransaksi. Survei APJII (Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia) menunjukkan bahwa perangkat akses internet paling banyak digunakan di Jawa Tengah adalah perangkat mobile. Kondisi tersebut tidak ada pengecualian pada kebanyakan masyarakat di Kecamatan Bandungan. Setiap kepala keluarga di wilayah ini sebagian besar telah memiliki akses internet dengan perangkat mobile (smartphone). Berdasarkan temuan masalah dan potensi yang ada, peneliti melakukan sebuah penelitian rancang bangun E-Commerceb B to B berbasis web mobile yang bertujuan menjadi portal informasi agribinis yang memudahkan petani dan pedagang di wilayah ini untuk menyebarkan dan mencari informasi hasil pertaniannya, baik yang membutuhkan produk maupun yang memiliki produk pertanian. Bentuk ­E-Commerce yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah listing iklan produk pertanian oleh petani dan iklan kebutuhan produk pertanian oleh pedagang. Penelitian-pengembangan ini dikerjakan dengan metode R&D Sugiono, sedangkan pemrogramannya dikembangkan dengan pattern MVC CodeIgniter dan menggunakan antarmuka web-mobile jQuery mobile pada bagian GUI-nya. Penelitian ini menghasilkan propotype sistem Ecommerce  berbasis web mobile yang telah diujikan secara terbatas pada Personal Computer(PC) dan smartphone Android dengan pengguna dari kalangan aktor admin, petani, dan pedagang. Hasil pengujian secara fungsional menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja dengan cukup baik pada perangkat PC maupun Smartphone Android. Hasil penilaian rata-rata dari aktor yang dilibatkan dalam pengujian semuanya diatas 30 dari skala penilaian 1-40. Artinya secara umum sistem ini sudah bekerja dengan baik dan bisa diterima oleh semua kalangan calon pengguna.

The punishment imposed on TNI soldiers is actually heavier than the punishment that applies in the general court. The punishment imposed on TNI soldiers is not only limited to prison sentences or fines imposed, but sometimes for serious criminal offenders are often sentenced to additional penalties in the form of dishonorable dismissal (PDTH) from military service. The purpose of this study is to show that for legal subjects with military status, the role of superiors who have the right to punish or called the term Ankum is very dominant. For military members involved in criminal acts, two punishments are imposed, namely first, in the form of disciplinary punishments imposed in the form of punishments for postponement of promotion, demotion to dismissal. This research is qualitative that uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that the determination of absolute competence based on the emphasis on the consequences of the losses incurred can be said to be in line with what is stated in Article 3 paragraph (4) letter a of TAP MRP Number VII of 2000 concerning the Role of the Indonesia National Army and the Role of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia which reads that "Soldiers of the Indonesia National Army are subject to the power of the general judiciary in the case of general criminal offenses." It is strengthened by Article 65 paragraph (2) of the TNI Law which reads "Soldiers are subject to the power of the military judiciary in the event of a violation of the military criminal law and are subject to the power of the general judiciary in the event of a violation of the general criminal law regulated by the Law."

This study is an evaluative descriptive study, in particular the concept of Christology in 'The Davinci Code'. The research method is descriptive research that aims to describe (explain, describe) data. And evaluative mean to be giving an evaluation of the circumstances or specific data. So this study will provide an explanation at the same time give an assessment (evaluation) of the data (Christology in The Da Vinci Code) using data Sinotik Gospel.  This research has a purpose: First, to explain the ideology.  Christology contained in The Da Vinci Code. Second, to present an evaluation of Christology contained in The Da Vinci Code, based on the teachings of Christology in the Synoptic Gospels. The scope of this article are: Firstly, this study only discusses the fundamental Christological contained in The Da Vinci Code. Second, the data used to evaluate Christology in The Da Vinci Code is only the data of the Synoptic Gospels.

Provisions regarding dishonorable discharge are regulated in Article 53 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation Number 39 of 2010 concerning Administration of TNI Soldiers, which regulates dishonorable discharge from military service, as an implementation of the provisions of Article 62 paragraph (3) of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning Indonesian national army. The aim of this research is to show that the norm for imposing an additional penalty of dismissal by a judge in a court trial is Article 26 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code which confirms that the defendant, based on the crime he committed, is deemed no longer fit to remain in the military. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that from the perspective of Military Criminal Procedure law, it can be said that dismissal is the sole authority of the Military Judge taking into account the unfitness of the soldier to be retained to continue serving in the military environment, so that this authority cannot be delegated to a civilian Judge, because the decision will be made basis by the TNI leadership to be followed up. For these military members, dismissal from military service is the end of their career and service within the Indonesian National Army (TNI), the consequences of which will be followed by the termination of the rights they have received so far.

Kinerja pegawai dalam sebuah perusahaan dapat dilihat dari pencatatan kehadiran atau presensi pegawai setiap harinya. Selama ini para pegawai  melakukan presensi kehadiran setiap harinya dengan menggunakan mesin presensi berupa fingerprint. Namun dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 maka memunculkan permasalahan baru yaitu resiko penularan yang semakin besar menggingat mesin tersebut menggunakan sentuhan telunjuk tangan dalam melakukan pendeteksiannya. Selain itu juga selama pandemi perusahaan mewajibkan untuk bekerja dari rumah (Work From Home) sehingga sebagian besar pegawai tidak dapat masuk kerja untuk melakukan presensi. Dengan masalah tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi dimana pegawai dapat melakukan presensi tanpa harus bersentuhan dengan alat presensi serta aktifitas presensi dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa ada unsur kecurangan karena titip absen. Disisi lain perkembangan smartphone dirasa sangat pesat dibandingkan teknologi yang lainnya. Salah satu teknologi dalam smartphone yang sedang berkembang saat ini yaitu pemanfaatan kamera smartphone untuk scan QR Code. Dalam penggunaannya user cukup mengarahkan kamera smartphone nya ke arah tampilan QR Code yang ada pada layar situs WEB PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri. Dengan menggabungkan platform QR Code dan WEB, diharapkan mampu mengatasi salah satu masalah presensi yang dialami  oleh perusahaan PT.Swakarya Insan Mandiri Semarang. Kedua  platform ini dibangun dengan bahasa permrogaman PHP dan penyimpanan data menggunakan MySql serta program tools MIT App Inventor. Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu presensi kehadiran pegawai menggunakan QR Code berbasis WEB yang dapat dilakukan di rumah dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi penularan dan penyebaran Covid-19.

The judge's decision of peace deed has binding power for litigants and there is legal certainty and has executive power, namely the power to carry out what is stipulated in the decision by force by state instruments. Likewise with the decision of the District Court No. 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr. The problem is whether the decision number 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr can be appealed or cassed, how will it be resolved if the defendant in the peace deed does not comply with the contents of the deed. This research uses a normative juridical research type, which is carried out by studying legislation, theories and concepts related to the problems to be studied. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the legal force of the peace deed is regulated in Article 1858 of the Civil Code and Article 130 paragraphs (2) and (3) of the HIR. This Peace Deed is essentially irrevocable. Cancellation of the Peace Deed may be requested, if its contents are contrary to the law. The legal basis for the Supreme Court Decision Number 454 K/Pdt/1991. The Plaintiff and the Defendant must comply with the contents of the Deed of Reconciliation, because it is a mutual agreement. The Deed of Peace cannot be appealed or appealed. The legal basis is Article 130 paragraph (2) of HIR. If the defendant does not comply with the decision of the Peace Deed, it can be executed by force through the court. Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) merupakan organisasi yang dibentuk untuk membantu memajukan pengelolaan tanah wakaf di Indonesia. BWI dapat membentuk perwakilan di provinsi, kabupaten atau kota sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kecamatan Rangkasbitung merupakan salah satu wilayah yang berada di bawah naungan BWI perwakilan Kabupaten Lebak. Pendataan tanah wakaf di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung saat ini belum terorganisir dengan baik. Masih banyak tanah wakaf yang belum memiliki akta wakaf dan belum dikelola dengan baik. Hal ini menimbulkan kesulitan dalam pencarian lokasi tanah wakaf tersebut. Untuk membantu penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dibangun aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) Pemetaan Tanah Wakaf berbasis Web di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem ini adalah prototype. Aplikasi ini dirancang berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter, GeoJSON dan LeafletJS, untuk database menggunakan MySQL. Hasil dari analisis persebaran ini berupa peta digital web untuk pengetahui informasi lokasi tanah wakaf secara lebih tepat, sehingga dapat membantu untuk melakukan pencarian lokasi tanah wakaf menjadi lebih mudah. The use of young jackfruit which has low prices and abundant production is only as a basic ingredient for making traditional foods. Considering the benefits and nutritional content of young jackfruit, it is necessary to innovate the manufacture of young jackfruit cream soup with fusion techniques. The research objectives are 1) to know the process of making young jackfruit cream soup using fusion technique; 2) knowing the formula and thickening agent for young jackfruit cream soup; 3) find out the community's acceptance of young jackfruit soup cream. The experiment was carried out three times by making cream soup with 3 different thickeners, namely wheat flour with a roux system, pumpkin and potatoes. The experiment was carried out to obtain the best formula. The experimental results show how to make young jackfruit with fusion food processing techniques, starting with material selection, weighing ingredients, boiling young jackfruit, making spices, sauteing spices, boiling all ingredients, sorting bones, thickening with, wheat flour/ pumpkin/potatoes and blending. soup, filter soup. The right formula for young jackfruit cream soup is young jackfruit 120 g, pumpkin thickener 40 g(531)/roux flour 20 gr (351)/ potato 40 gr (253), 50 ml liquid milk, 2 g salt, 10 g onion, 4 g granulated sugar, 5 g margarine, 500 cc water and 140 g claws. The three experimental products were tested hedonic by 10 semi-trained people and code 531 was preferred because it has the characteristics of creamy soup with a creamy texture, savory taste, light brown color, and has the aroma of young jackfruit mixed with milk.

Patient satisfaction cannot be separated from the code of ethics and quality service carried out by medical personnel. This study aims to determine the effect of Ethics and Service Quality of Health Workers on Patients Satisfaction at dr. Soepraoen Hospitals Malang. The research method used is descriptive analytic research. With a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were 100 people. The result of this study is there is a positive and significant effect of ethics health workers partially on patient satisfaction, there is a positive and partially significant effect of partially Service Quality on patient satisfaction, there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of ethics health workers and Service Quality on patient satisfaction.

The proposed database design is a DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Implementation of the program using Android Studio. With the design of the program is a solution to solve problems that exist in the presence system at STMIK Rosma Karawang, and can achieve an effective activity in supporting activities at STMIK Rosma Karawang.

MERAPI UTAMA PHARMA which can take a long time, and by using the web makes it easier for customers to place orders quickly by minimizing the risk of errors in writing item codes.
