Program Makanan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) diperkenalkan pada 6 Januari 2025 melalui Peraturan Presiden No. 83 Tahun 2024, menjadi salah satu inisiatif sosial terbesar di Indonesia dengan dana sebesar Rp71 triliun dan memperkirakan 82,9 juta penerima manfaat. Pengelolaannya ditangani oleh Badan Gizi Nasional (BGN) melalui SPPG. Studi ini menganalisis pemanfaatan TikTok sebagai alat transparansi dalam manajemen SOP MBG untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas publik dalam konteks hubungan keuangan antara pusat dan daerah melalui DAK Nonfisik. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melibatkan analisis dokumen dan konten publik di TikTok. Sumber data terdiri dari dokumen resmi BGN, Juknis No. 401.1 Tahun 2026, laporan dari ICW dan CISDI, akun TikTok SPPG, serta penelitian akademik. Validitas ditentukan melalui triangulasi serta analisis perbandingan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa TikTok SPPG berperan dalam tiga dimensi transparansi: verifikasi di tingkat pusat, pengawasan lokal, dan akuntabilitas publik di tingkat nasional. Namun, ada empat tantangan utama, yaitu kurangnya konsistensi konten di berbagai akun SPPG, ketimpangan digital di daerah 3T, ketiadaan mekanisme tindak lanjut resmi, dan potensi kriminalisasi partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan model optimalisasi yang mencakup standardisasi konten, perlindungan partisipasi masyarakat, serta integrasi dengan sistem pengawasan resmi untuk memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas MBG dengan pendekatan digital.

Andi Nuryadin, SE., M.Si. and Ansar Mulkin Bas, S.E., M.M. This research aims to determine the effect of Human Resources Quality and Work Effectiveness on Employee performance. The object of this research is the Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency South Sulawesi. The type of research used is quantitative research quantitative research by distributing questionnaires via google from. Sampling using saturated sample technique. The results of this study shows that the partial test of the Quality of Human Resources has a significant effect of 0.000 or below 0.05 while the Effectiveness of Human Resources has a significant effect of 0.000. significant influence of 0.000 or below 0.05 while Work Effectiveness also has a strong influence on Employee Performance but Work Effectiveness also has a strong influence on Employee Performance, however when compared between the Quality of Human Resources and Work Effectiveness.

The Effect of Reward and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the South Sulawesi Agricultural Instrument Standardization Agency. Sampling using saturated sample technique. The results of this study indicate that the partial test Award (Reward) has a significant effect of 0.000 or is below 0.05 while Work Motivation also has a strong influence on Employee Performance but when compared between Award and Work Motivation.

Pendidikan Karakter siswa dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan saat ini sering kali diabaikan karena dampak dari teknologi dan kurangnya pengawasan oleh orang tua maupun guru. Keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter siswa ini salah satunya ditentukan oleh adanya guru yang berstandar dan memiliki kompetensi melalui proses standardisasi guru. Hal ini yang mendasari dilakukannya penelitian di MI Tawakkal Denpasar Bali yang memiliki siswa yang prestasi belajarnya cukup baik. Tujuan penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program standardisasi guru di MI Tawakkal, untuk mengetahui program standardisasi guru dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter siswa MI Tawakkal, dan untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dan solusi yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter siswa MI Tawakkal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tiga teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan, bahwa: Program standardisasi guru di MI Tawakkal berjalan dengan baik karena berpedoman pada aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh yayasan dan lembaga, Program Standardisasi Guru menghasilkan guru yang berkualitas sesuai standar kompetensi guru, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran dan pendidikan karakter siswa, dan Faktor penghambatnya yaitu keluarga yang tidak berperan sepenuhnya dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter di rumah, pengaruh negatif sosial media, serta lingkungan negatif.

Character Education of students in an educational institution today is often neglected because of the impact of technology and lack of supervision by parents and teachers. One of the successes in improving the character education of students is determined by the existence of standardized teachers who have competence through the teacher standardization process. This is what underlies the conduct of research at MI Tawakkal Denpasar Bali which has students whose learning achievement is quite good. The research objectives in this thesis were to determine the implementation of the teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal, to find out the teacher standardization program in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students, and to find out the obstacles faced and solutions made in improving the character education of MI Tawakkal students. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study reveal that: The teacher standardization program at MI Tawakkal is running well because it is guided by the rules set by foundations and institutions, the Teacher Standardization Program produces quality teachers according to teacher competency standards, so as to improve student learning and character education, and factors. the obstacle is the family that does not fully play a role in implementing character education at home, the negative influence of social media, and the negative environment.
