The acceleration of stunting reduction in Ponorogo Regency faces challenges regarding the complexity of the issue and regional fiscal constraints, necessitating strategic cross-sectoral collaboration. This study aims to evaluate the synergy of Bank BCA's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program through the "Bakti BCA" scheme in supporting local government policies related to specific and sensitive nutrition interventions. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with key informants from Bank BCA Ponorogo management, Bappeda, the Health Office, and beneficiary families, complemented by participatory observation and a review of the Regional Action Plan (RAD) documents. Data analysis was performed interactively by integrating the Collaborative Governance framework from Ansell and Gash, William N. Dunn's six policy evaluation criteria, and Mark Moore's Public Value concept to analyze the dynamics of cooperation and program performance achievements. The results indicate that the established synergy meets the criteria of appropriateness and effectiveness, where CSR interventions successfully bridged the gap in sanitation services and nutritional fulfillment in stunting locus villages uncovered by the regional budget (APBD). This collaboration proved successful in creating public value in the form of improved physical health status of toddlers, regional budget efficiency, and high community responsiveness. It can be concluded that this strategic partnership effectively accelerates the achievement of stunting reduction targets through equitable resource distribution. This study recommends that private sector engagement be formally integrated from the development planning deliberation (Musrenbang) stage to ensure long-term impact sustainability.

The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata/KKN) implemented in Jorong Padang Rantang, Nagari Koto Tuo, Lima Puluh Kota Regency, represents a tangible contribution of university students in supporting the acceleration of stunting reduction at the local level. This community service activity focused on stunting prevention socialization targeting mothers of toddlers as the primary target group. An educational and participatory approach was employed to encourage active engagement of participants throughout all stages of the activity. The socialization materials covered the definition of stunting, its causes and impacts on child growth and development, the importance of adequate and balanced nutrition, appropriate parenting practices, and the strategic role of families during the First 1,000 Days of Life (1,000 HPK).The implementation of the activity involved cadres from the Amanah Bunda Integrated Health Post (Posyandu), village midwives, and KKN students from Universitas Negeri Padang as facilitators. The methods applied included interactive lectures, group discussions, and simple simulations related to nutritional practices and healthy parenting. The results indicated an increase in participants’ knowledge, awareness, and active community participation in early stunting prevention efforts. Furthermore, the activity strengthened the role of the Posyandu as a primary center for basic health services and community education. This community service initiative is expected to serve as a sustainable community-based intervention model that can be replicated in other areas facing similar challenges.

Stunting is a serious problem because it impacts long-term development, preventing children from reaching their full potential, leading to lower cognitive abilities, and increasing their susceptibility to future illnesses. It also impacts both macroeconomic and microeconomic income. SSGI data from 2022 shows that the stunting rate in Central Java was 20.8%, with the highest stunting rate in Central Java Province being in Brebes Regency at 29.1% in 2022. Pandansari Village is one of the villages in Paguyangan District with the highest stunting prevalence, with 129 children in 2023. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the stunting reduction acceleration program in Pandansari Village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of this study uses Budiani's effectiveness theory, namely. The results of the study are seen from five aspects, the first is the accuracy of the target in the aspect of the accuracy of the target of toddlers recorded by the posyandu cadres and village midwives so that the program is in accordance with the targets that have been previously determined and is in accordance with existing policies. Second, the aspect of program socialization where the existing program has been well socialized to program recipients through various existing activities which include stunting prevention. Third, the program objectives from this aspect, the objectives of the existing program have been effective because the stunting rate in Pandansari Village has decreased every year and also parents of toddlers have better understanding and pay more attention to healthy lifestyles for toddlers. And fourth, program supervision in this aspect, village cadres and midwives have provided regular supervision to program recipients and also provided reports to the village government, sub-district government and community health center every six months.

Stunting is a major public health problem that has long-term impacts on the quality of human resources, affecting physical growth, cognitive development, and socio-economic outcomes. The Indonesian government has identified the acceleration of stunting reduction as a national priority, requiring cross-sector collaboration and active community participation. This article aims to describe the implementation and outcomes of a Community Service Program (Community Service) based on a collaborative approach to support stunting reduction efforts in Kelurahan Laksamana. The program employed a participatory method through health education, interactive discussions, and partnership strengthening among the community, health workers, and educational institutions. The results indicate an increased level of community awareness and understanding regarding stunting, the importance of routine health check-ups, and the role of families in stunting prevention. Furthermore, the program strengthened partnerships and enhanced community trust in local health services. This community service activity contributes positively to building collective awareness and serves as a strategic initial step toward sustainable stunting reduction at the local level.

The Student Care for Stunting Program is an innovation by BKKBN in collaboration with universities to support the acceleration of stunting reduction through real work lectures or other community service activities. This program is part of the government's efforts to achieve the target of reducing the stunting rate to 14% by 2024, as mandated by the President. This study identifies the implementation of the BKKBN Student Program for Stunting Prevention in Banten Province, specifically in Kilasah Village, as well as the challenges faced in its implementation. The study employs government action theory and the welfare state theory using a legal-empirical method through a qualitative field approach. Data was collected through literature reviews and interviews, analyzed descriptively and analytically. The results show that the program's implementation has included 15 outreach and mentoring activities. Fifteen adolescents received reproductive health education, 21 pregnant and breastfeeding mothers received nutrition and pregnancy health counseling, and 20 prospective couples participated in socialization on healthy pregnancy planning and the use of the Elsimil application. Growth monitoring was conducted at nine Posyandu centers with a total of 60 infants, and 37 cases of infants indicated as stunted were identified. Challenges faced include the absence of specific regulations regarding the program and resistance from the target groups, particularly adolescents and prospective brides and grooms who struggled to understand the Elsimil app. In conclusion, the program has a positive impact on efforts to accelerate stunting reduction, although improvements are still needed in terms of regulations, coordination, and culture-based education.

A number of regions in Indonesia still have a fairly high percentage of stunting cases, including NTB being one of the 5 provinces with the highest percentage of stunting cases in Indonesia in 2022. Since 2019 until now, Labuhan Bajo Village, Utan District in Sumbawa Regency has been one of The stunting locus village in NTB province has a long record as a stunting locus area. The results of the Stunting Case Audit Evaluation Meeting Phase I in 2024, the Sumbawa Regency Stunting Acceleration Handling Team, led by the Regional Secretary of Sumbawa Regency, stated that there are at least around 200 families in Utan District at risk of stunting. These include prospective brides (catin), young women, pregnant women, postpartum mothers and others. Such conditions are of course not only the responsibility of the government, but more broadly, the community should also be part of the group responsible for the conditions that occur. Therefore, the role of the community in ensuring stunting prevention and reduction programs must be truly ensured. This service is carried out with the aim of optimizing the role of the community in implementing stunting prevention and reduction programs. This service is carried out using counseling methods and discussions with the community to enlighten the community about the importance of preventing and handling stunting. It is hoped that the results of this activity will make the community more aware of the risks and incidents of stunting, that stunting incidents can be reduced or even eliminated.

This study analyzes the evaluation of stunting reduction policies in Kuantan Singingi Regency, Indonesia, using William N. Dunn's policy evaluation theory. Stunting is a serious nutritional problem that impacts children's growth and development, especially in the first 1000 days of life. Although there has been a decrease in stunting prevalence in Riau Province, Kuantan Singingi Regency experienced an increase in stunting rates from 17.8% in 2022 to 23% in 2023, making it the highest in the province. The evaluation was conducted based on five criteria: effectiveness, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. The results showed that despite significant efforts in policy implementation, the target for reducing stunting prevalence has not been achieved, with communication between officers and the community still lacking. There is a shortage of skilled personnel and funds, and unequal access to health services. The policy provides a clear framework, but information about the program is still lacking in the community. The assumptions underlying the policy are quite strong, and positive impacts are starting to be seen, but challenges such as lack of training for officers remain. Overall, despite progress, there are still many challenges that need to be addressed to achieve the goal of reducing stunting effectively.

Stunting is a form of nutritional problem in the life cycle that is very important to be considered and addressed immediately, because stunting is a form of growth and development failure caused by chronic malnutrition and repeated infections that require immediate intervention or management. As an effort to accelerate the reduction of stunting in the UPTD Puskesmas Kilan work area, the Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT) was implemented. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the stunting reduction acceleration program through the Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT) at UPTD Puskesmas Kilan, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The theory used in this research is Budiani's (2007) program effectiveness theory with 4 (four) indicators, namely the accuracy of the Program Targets, Program Socialization, Program Objectives, and Program Monitoring. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the acceleration program to reduce stunting through Supplementary Feeding (PMT) at UPTD Puskesmas Kilan, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu Regency has not been effective. There are several inhibiting factors faced, namely the lack of ability of the implementing officers in implementing the program, then the communication factor because the program conveyed to the community has not been able to increase public understanding of the program.

Efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting are carried out through two interventions, namely specific nutrition interventions and sensitive nutrition interventions. Specific nutrition interventions are interventions that are directly targeted at households in the First 1,000 Days of Life (HPK). Meanwhile, sensitive nutrition interventions are interventions aimed at various development activities outside the health sector. The target is the general public. This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The informants in this research were 8 people including stunting program holders, nutrition officers from community health centers, posyandu cadres, stunting cadres, PKK cadres, and the State Government. The results of the research show that the Tawiri Community Health Center has implemented various specific nutritional intervention programs, including distribution of TTD for adolescent girls, distribution of PMT for pregnant women with KEK, PMT for toddlers, counseling, sweeping for pregnant women, classes for pregnant women, PHBS counseling, as well as counseling on the use of clean water. . However, giving PMT biscuits to toddlers is not appropriate because the consumption standard is 3 boxes per month. The State Government as implementer of specific nutrition interventions also contributes to reducing stunting by making efforts in the form of activating cadres, allocating village funds to resolve stunting. Obstacles in implementing the stunting reduction acceleration program are the minimal level of knowledge of parents or mothers who have stunted toddlers, as well as the low income of parents which causes inadequate nutritional intake for children.

Stunting is a lack of nutritional intake with a long duration, starting from pregnancy to 24 months. The prevalence of stunted children recorded at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control, and Family Planning Office increased by 1.3% in 2020 to 3.49% in 2021 and 3.91% in 2022. Based on these data, it can be seen that there has been an increase in stunting cases in Tanjungpinang City. The problem that will be the focus of discussion in this study is how to implement stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office. This study aims to analyze the implementation of stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office. The research approach used in this study is explained using a qualitative approach. The theory used by researchers in implementation uses Soren C. Winter's theory which includes indicators: the behavior of relationships between organizations, the behavior of lower-level implementors (apparatus / bureaucrats) and the behavior of target groups. The implementation of the stunting alleviation program at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office has been going well, but it is still not optimal. This is because there are still people who do not know about stunting, socialization carried out by puskesmas officers and posyandu cadres has not been thoroughly carried out. However, the response from the community itself is very good or positive, this is because puskesmas officers continue to provide assistance and check regularly. The commitment made by the health Office in collaboration with the Ministry of Religious Affairs made an MOU so that these brides-to-be get IEC (Educational Information Communication) and with the formation of the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team at the Tanjungpinang City level, this is nothing but an effort to reduce stunting rates in Tanjungpinang City.

This study aims to determine the suitability of Service Innovation (ELSIMIL) in Family Planning program services according to the characteristics of the community in Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency and to determine the factors of suitability and incompatibility between service innovations (ELSIMIL) and the characteristics of the people of Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency. . This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used interviews by interviewing the KB Service Unit Coordinator, District Admin, TPK (Family Assistance Team), Catin (Bride and Groom Candidates), observation and documentation studies. The results of this study are catin's habit of registering marriages in villages that are close to the time of marriage. The appropriate factor in the innovation of the ELSIMIL application service is that the target catin is still young, so making the application easy, there are many TPK in one village there are 12 TPK cadres. Factors that are not appropriate in the innovation of the ELSIMIL application service are many women who work outside the city, marriage registration in the village is also close to the time of marriage and many TPK are still confused about using the ELSIMIL application
