This qualitative inquiry aims to explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on promoting ethical business practices within the realm of digital marketing in Indonesia. The research model adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders in the digital marketing sector. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to ensure representation from various sectors such as industry professionals, policymakers, and consumer advocacy groups. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of recurring themes and patterns related to the integration of AI in digital marketing practices and its influence on ethical considerations. Preliminary findings suggest that AI implementation in digital marketing facilitates transparency, personalization, and accountability, thereby fostering ethical practices among businesses operating in Indonesia's digital landscape. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on the ethical implications of AI adoption in emerging markets, providing insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders to develop frameworks that promote responsible AI use in business operations.

Early marriage can have negative impacts on reproductive health and the lives of those involved. This study in South Bangka Regency aimed to analyze the relationship between geographic and socio-cultural factors and early marriage. Using a cross-sectional design and Chi-Square statistical test with a 95% confidence level (ρ ≤0.05), the study found that geographic factors did not significantly relate to early marriage (p=0.102). However, logistic regression analysis indicated that female adolescents living in coastal areas had a 1.49 times higher risk of early marriage compared to those living on the mainland. Socio-cultural factors, particularly education, showed a significant relationship (p=0.016), with lower education levels correlating with a higher likelihood of early marriage. Conversely, ethnicity did not show a significant relationship (p=0.147). Although cultural factors were not statistically significant, traditions and cultural norms still influence marriage decisions. Therefore, enhancing education, increasing awareness of the negative impacts of early marriage, and community interventions are crucial. Health professionals are advised to improve education and counseling on reproductive health and the effects of early marriage, adopt a proactive approach in communities, especially in coastal and isolated areas, and collaborate with schools and community organizations. Regular training and effective monitoring systems are also necessary to ensure the success of early marriage prevention programs

The document analysis reveals a curriculum at STIP Jakarta that aligns commendably with international standards, supported by comprehensive lecturer training programmes. However, the nuanced cadet perspectives spotlight a need for refined emphasis on the practical application of English proficiency in real-world maritime scenarios. Cadet self-assessment underscores both confidence in academic intelligence and an identified need for additional language support, calling for targeted interventions. Exploring professional competences uncovers a disparity between technical proficiency and English Maritime communication, highlighting the importance of a holistic approach to bridge this gap. Cadet motivations vary from a genuine passion for maritime activities to the allure of lucrative career prospects and international recognition. Recognizing this diversity urges the need for personalised career guidance and mentorship programmes. The research also sheds light on English Maritime and Literacy proficiency, differentiating between basic skills and the ability to handle complex communication scenarios. Recommendations include integrating advanced language modules and tailored language support initiatives within the curriculum, ensuring a seamless development of linguistic skills alongside technical competences. In conclusion, this research offers a comprehensive understanding of maritime education at STIP Jakarta, unveiling challenges and opportunities that resonate globally. The synthesis of findings and recommendations forms a compass for refining pedagogical approaches, fostering linguistic and technical adeptness in future maritime professionals. As payment for conducting the audit, the auditor will impose audit fees on the entity being audited. A number of variables, such as the task's complexity, the level of skill needed to complete it, the pay scale for knowledge development programs, and other professional considerations, affect the fees that auditors charge to do audits. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of audit fees for the Indonesia Stock Exchange's banking subsector between 2021 and 2022 on corporate risk, internal audit function, and board of commissioners independence. The study's population comprises firms that have been indexed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for a certain timeframe, spanning from 2021 to 2022. Purposive selection was used to pick data from 100 banking subsectors that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the study sample. In this study, quantitative analysis is used. The Eviews 12 software was used to conduct the analysis. The findings of the partial test indicate that the audit fee is influenced by the risk of the internal audit function and the independence of the board of commissioners, but that company risk and board independence have no effect on the audit fee.

One of the common vocations of Christians is to proclaim to all people of all ages. The age of the child is a golden age in development, it needs special attention in faith formation. Companions need to get enough training so that faith building in children will be right on target. Child assistance is usually carried out on Sundays so it is called Sunday school, Sunday School assistants are not professionals who get special education such as ECCE educators in schools. Many of these Sunday School faith companions are armed only to serve or guide this child's faith. This Community Service or PKM aims to equip Sunday School faith companions to be better in mentoring. With the right learning method or model, the faith materials given are in accordance with the child's reasoning and grasping power. The assistance was carried out by involving students to be directly involved in three rayon parishes in Semarang city and inviting all Semarang Rayon Sunday School Faith companions at Oak Tree Hotel on December 10, 2023, to share experiences and provide input to children's Faith Companions. As a result of this debriefing, Sunday School Faith Companions felt cared for and greatly helped in fostering faith in children.     

This journal examines The development of english learning strategies by using flash card for early childhood in Tunas Karya kindergarten, Mojodadi Village, Kemlagi District, Mojokerto. The research aims to analyze the english learning in kindergarten.. The research is using the classroom action research to improve the learning practice in the classroom, so that the learning practice can be done in more professional way. The results indicate that some factors, such as changes, can be happened in english childhood vocabulary.

This study aims to explore the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems, as well as its implications for global financial reporting. The study was conducted for one month in January 2024 at STIE Ganesha, involving 20 college students. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The findings show that English proficiency has a significant impact on the use of accounting information systems and understanding of global financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing English language skills among accounting students and professionals to improve the quality of financial reporting accessed globally. This research is important because it fills a gap in understanding of the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems for global financial reporting. The implication is that a better understanding of the relationship between English proficiency and needs in the context of accounting information systems will help prepare accounting students for more success in their careers, especially in an increasingly connected global business environment. In addition, this research can also provide new insights for educational institutions and the world of work in designing curricula and training that are more relevant and effective in preparing accounting professionals to deal with future global challenges.

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Information Technology (IT) on Modern Accounting Systems. The research background reflects a shift in the traditional accounting paradigm towards the increasingly rampant application of information technology. The research method used is literature analysis and case studies. Research findings reveal that IT implementation in modern accounting systems not only increases the efficiency and accuracy of data processing, but also makes a significant contribution to strategic decision making and risk management. The implications of this research include the need to develop IT competencies for accounting professionals, as well as the importance of information security policies in managing financial data. Thus, this research provides insight into the crucial role of IT in the transformation of modern accounting systems and highlights important aspects that need to be considered in facing technological developments in the accounting field.    

Regarding the arrival of Islam in Indonesia, different perspectives emerge, influenced by the complexity of the phenomenon that Islam does not have a single origin in one place or a specific group.  This diversity of theories is shaped by differences in historians' evidence, interests, religious subjectivities, and  ideologies.  Although  the early arrival of Islam was concluded in 1963, research on the process of the arrival and development of Islam in Indonesia continues to develop, providing opportunities to refine or strengthen existing theories.  Ulama (Islamic scholars) play a central role in the early arrival and development of Islam in Indonesia. Arab merchants, who were also Islamic scholars, formed the first group to propagate and develop Islam, followed by professional Sufi dais (religious leaders).  The  Sufi ulama figures are closely related to two main figures: the 4,444 traders who spread Islam through trade, the economic center of society, and the sultans, who spread Islam through  authority. These features of the spread of Islam effectively contributed to the growth of Islam.The ulama developed Islam through three main channels: culture (preaching, educatin, art, culture, marriage), struture (politics and power), and economics (through trade routes). In other words, the Islaization process in Indonesia is influenced by political power and the spirit of da'wah.  In this context, keywords such as the entry of Islam in Indonesia, the development of Islam in Indonesia, the role of ulama and Sufis, and da'wah are central points for understanding these power relations.    

This research is motivated by business networks to expand professional networks, create opportunities and businesses or jobs. Achieving professional success relies heavily on having a network of quality contacts. Therefore, networking is key in work life. Breakfast in the morning has become a culture for Indonesian people. The breakfast culture has become an activity as evidenced by the diversity of sellers offering various types of food suitable for breakfast. Breakfast is an activity of eating and drinking between morning and 9 o'clock to meet nutritional needs. Based on the above, easy and practical rice innovation is needed. To respond to this, the author conducted marketing development strategy research on business networks carried out by the UMKM Nasi Gigit Candu. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing development strategy for the Nasi Gigit Candu business network. This research was conducted directly with the owner of Nasi Gigit Opium. This research looks for how the development of business network marketing is carried out by entrepreneurs of the Nasi Gigit Opium Business to decide on product marketing development starting from making breakfast products to products that are marketed into the hands of consumers. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods, namely by direct interviews with Nasi Gigit Opdu MSME owners and financial management.

The rapid advancement in information technology has transformed the landscape of accounting, making it increasingly computerized, enhancing efficiency through the automation of routine tasks, enabling real-time access to financial data, and providing more sophisticated data analytics capabilities. However, alongside these benefits, technology also brings challenges related to data security and changing regulations, necessitating accountants to continuously develop their technological skills. Online collaboration between accountants and clients is becoming more common, reflecting the influence of information technology on the evolution of accounting practices. Technological developments also affect Accounting Information Systems (AIS), changing the way data is processed, internal controls are implemented, and financial information is prepared. Despite initial concerns, the advancement of IT ultimately opens up new opportunities, such as computer-based information system audits, computer-based information system consulting, and web trust audits. This is the essence of the impact of information technology on the development of accounting, presenting opportunities and challenges that require adaptation and a strong understanding from accounting professionals in the digital era.

This research investigates the impact of training and development on employee performance in the digital era. The initial focus was on the positive effects of training, which has been shown to improve employee performance through improving technological skills, facilitating adaptation to technological change, and stimulating creativity and innovation. On the other hand, the important role of employee development in the digital era is also manifested by continuing to improve skills, empowering personal and professional aspects, and increasing employee engagement and satisfaction. Finally, the integration of training and development creates synergies between skills, addresses skills gaps, and drives increased productivity and innovation. The results of this research provide insight into the urgency of investing in development and training as the main strategy for capturing worker energy amidst the dynamics of the ever-growing digital era.

The implications highlight the necessity for a stratified curriculum, ensuring a comprehensive skill set in line with modern maritime demands. Cadets overwhelmingly endorse technology's role in enhancing education, signalling a paradigm shift. Positive attitudes towards online resources, digital simulations, and e-learning platforms advocate for an institutional embrace of cutting-edge tools. Recommendations focus on faculty development and increased technology integration, promising an enriched pedagogical landscape. The exploration of sociocultural influences uncovers a delicate balance between tradition and the necessity of English proficiency. Nuanced strategies are essential to integrate diverse cultural backgrounds. Recommendations call for cultural awareness initiatives and language support programs, aligning the institution with the global orientation of maritime education. In qualitative insights, cadets express a collective desire for a more intentional curriculum, particularly in incorporating cultural perspectives. This aligns with the broader scholarly discourse advocating for holistic education. Proposed avenues include workshops, seminars, and collaborations with cultural experts, providing a roadmap for curriculum development congruent with the diverse needs of Semester 1 cadets. This research, rooted in rigorous academic inquiry, serves as a guide for the Maritime Institute, steering its trajectory towards producing technologically adept professionals who are equally culturally astute, ready to navigate the complex global maritime landscape.

This study aims to identify effective learning management in elementary schools in preparing interesting learning plans. Teachers really determine the success of students, especially in relation to the teaching and learning process, and are the component that has the most influence on the creation of quality educational processes and results so that teachers are required to have competence or ability, quality and professionalism. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method where in-depth interviews and observations are carried out on the research subjects. The research results show that effective learning management in elementary schools requires a learning implementation planning strategy. A teacher is required to have a learning implementation plan in order to create an interesting and enjoyable learning atmosphere which of course will also create effective learning. This study also identified factors that make the learning process ineffective, one of which is the way a teacher teaches. By preparing a learning implementation plan, effective learning management in elementary schools can be realized. This research also has implications in the broader context of primary school education in Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze the influence of the professionalism of auditors and whistleblowers on disclosure of fraud. This research uses the literature study method, while data collection uses the documentation method by reviewing several journals, books, documents and other data sources that are relevant to this research. The results of this research are based on a literature review of several previous research journals showing that the professionalism of auditors and whistleblowers has a significant positive influence on disclosure of fraud.

This research aims to determine the role of investigation audit techniques, investigative audit standards and investigative audit profesionalism in determining the level of fraud. There have been many fraud cases that have occured, especially in Indonesia, so we need to know the magnitude of the influence of each variable in knowing and disclosing the level of fraud that has occurred. Audit techniques and standards that are applied optimally, complemented by high professionalism of auditors, should produce maximum results in revealing and knowing the level of fraud that has occurred. This research uses qualitative methods by conducting literature studies from previous articles and research. Data sources were obtained from journals, books and articles on the internet that were relevant to the theme of this research. The result of this researchs are that investigative audit techniques and the proffesionalism of investigative auditors have an influence in disclosing fraud to determine the level of fraud that has occurred.

The teaching profession has an important role in educational management. From here we will explain the role of driving teachers in the independent curriculum and the impact of the presence of the new curriculum, namely the Independent Learning Curriculum, which demands the role of teachers as the main guard of change to change mindsets and increase their competence to suit the demands of the new curriculum. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the role of driving teachers in managing enjoyable learning using existing technology so that students are encouraged to improve their academic achievement. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely using interview data collection techniques with teachers at schools. The data analysis technique used is in the form of notes on the results of the interviewees. The results of this research reveal that the real role of teachers in the Merdeka curriculum in the Merdeka learning era, especially the role as driving teachers, namely teachers in the Merdeka learning curriculum must be able to act as a driver to have professional teaching skills with the requirement of being able to manage the class effectively, being able to build effective relationships with students. and must be a person who is creative, innovative, skilled and has high enthusiasm to accompany teaching and learning activities at school.

In this case, Dhani Ahmad Prasetyo or more familiarly known as Ahmad Dhani, is the leader of the Dewa 19 music band, which is one of the legendary bands in Indonesia. Since Ahmad Dhani's creative work is one of the souls of the music scene in Indonesia, he forbids anyone from being a professional singer to perform his work for conventional needs. This is also in force to the former vocalist of Dewa 19, namely Once Mekel. He officially pursues a solo career who often performs Dewa 19 songs for commercial purposes without giving royalties. This is a violation of the copyright of a song and must be fulfilled by royalties towards the creator of the original musical work, namely Ahmad Dhani as the creator of the work. The research method in this study used descriptive-analytic research with normative juridical methods. Copyright is regulated in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. Commercial use of copyrighted works without permission will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of Article 113 paragraph (2) of Law No. 28 of 2014, with a maximum imprisonment of 3 (three) years and/or a maximum fine of IDR 500.000.000 (five hundred million rupiah)

This literature review explores the dimensions of emotional intelligence which include understanding one's emotions, managing emotions, empathy, and social skills. Factors that influence emotional intelligence, such as social environment, life experiences, and genetics, are an important focus. The benefits of emotional intelligence include improved psychological well-being, better interpersonal relationships, and superior academic and professional performance. This article aims to understand and develop a person's emotional intelligence. The method in this article uses literature study, namely a data collection method by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to research. This article details the contribution of various studies to enriching the understanding of emotional intelligence, providing a basis for the development of more effective training programs. in increasing individual emotional intelligence.
