Kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) senantiasa harus ditingkatkan, guna menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat  di Era 4.0. Peningkatan komptensi dapat melalui hard skill maupun soft skill dan intergrasi di antara keduanya, hard skill dan soft skill. Pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) pegawai PT. Bumida Kantor Pusat dan Kantor Cabang DKI Jakarta, baik pendidikan formal melalui peningkatan jenjang pendidikan ke Strata-1 atau Strata-2 dan non formal, berupa peningkatan kompetensi hard skill atau soft skill. Manfaat dari peningkatan kompetensi hard skill dan kompetensi soft skill sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja, karena kedua hal ini adalah saling melengkapi dan menyatukan kompetensi hard skill dan soft skill untuk keberlangsungan (survive) perusahaan dan kesuksesan seorang pegawai menjadi seorang professionalisme.  

Development to achieve educational goals certainly leads to instruments that are responsible for the implementation. The teacher is the instrument, which is required to bring out all the potential possessed, both knowledge and review of self-aspects as a reflection that should be imitated. Thus, it is absolutely necessary to have a complete personality professionalism and role model points that are certainly inherent in every teacher. Teachers are required to maintain stability in speaking and acting as a reaction to the practice of integrity values that do not know place, time and situation. The personality in question does not create a chasm to limit oneself in interacting with others, but how the whole existence can be a role model. School is a place of interaction in the daily life of a teacher, here the teacher does what is his responsibility and obligation in fostering students (towards the desired goal). The implementation pattern certainly requires good performance starting from personality, discipline and how a teacher can be relied on and become a role model for students. The moral integrity of students is the expectation of a teacher, of course. In relation to this review, a teacher, especially a PAK teacher, is required and of course has a very strategic and core role in the implementation of the process of forming moral integrity as a role model for students.

Main Objective: This study explores the work vacancy advertising for graphic designers in some countries and appraises differences in economic, and educational infrastructure. Background problem: The designer's role is changing and building a more critical advancement to the organization. The job and expertise of a graphic designer as commonly associated with boundless visual results, equally designing for flyers and having knowledge of typography and visual content. Apart from that, graphic designers job and competent in equal employment, study, and technology. The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. As a suggestion for investigating future professional development, design researchers should make more careful use of the opportunity and scope contributed by job advertisements. Infrastructure is an important thing in an organization/company that is used to support activities carried out within the organization. Infrastructure that includes STMIK Rosma, including hardware, software, data, and information, and human resources that support information systems. Hardware resources include PCs that are used for clients with application program software. Windows 10 professional 32 and 64 bit as the operating system. While the software on the server uses Linux OS and PHP programming language. Data and information include infrastructure data, device data, server data and data on staff, students and lecturers at STMIK Rosma. So the need for the sustainability of this system is increasingly important. Problems that have existed in the STMIK Rosma infrastructure, such as those related to information security vulnerabilities. If this problem cannot be fixed in a sustainable manner, it will have an impact or risk on the sustainability of this infrastructure, especially the academic community. This study aims to determine the effect of Obedience Pressure, Independence, and Audit Expertise on Audit Judgment at Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. The population of this research is all auditors who work at the Public Accounting Firm in the East Surabaya Region which consists of 28 Public Accounting Firms that are registered in the Public Accounting Firm Information System at the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Secretariat General of the Center for Financial Professional Development. These are 40 auditors who work at 9 Public Accounting Firms in the East Surabaya Region. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis model to test the previously proposed hypotheses. PLS analysis was tested using SmartPLS version 2.0 for windows software. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded as follows: that Obedience Pressure on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant negative effect. Independence from Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect. Audit expertise on Audit Judgment is proven to have a significant positive effect.

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis adanya Manajemen Kasitif dan signifikan Kualitas Pelayanan service excelent terhadap kinerja Perusahaan PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Restu Klepu Makmur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan bersama-sama ada Manajemen Kasitif Makmur, sudah sesuai dengan misi yaitu mengetahui Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) khususnya dalam pelayanan ditujukan untuk memasarkan produkproduk, dan memberikan pelayanan prima kepada nasabah. Dalam menjalankan budaya kerja yang meliputi pelayanan prima, inovasi, keteladanan, professionalisme, Integritas, dan kerjasama sudah sesuai dengan SOP dan budaya kerja yang diterapkan dan diharapkan di BPR Restu Klepu Makmur. Para karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah juga sudah memperhatikan dan menerapkan strategi 5s, yaitu senyum, salam, sapa, sopan, dan santun. Kemudian saat melayani juga selalu memberikan edukasi produk, pelayanan, perhitungan margin, bagi hasil sampai manfaat perbankan. Penulis menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen pelayanan prima (service excellence) di BPR Restu Klepu Makmur, 80% sesuai dengan SOP yang ada.

This of course cannot be separated from our efforts in maintaining safety and health both in the environment where we live and in the workplace, especially in the kitchen. As an effort to improve the quality and quality of production, Ivanna Catering requires a guideline in implementing Hygiene, Sanitation and Work Safety in the Kitchen. The preparation of Standard Operating Procedures in the form of guidelines aims to assist in carrying out the functions of a professional and safe workplace. Of course, if food or drinks are processed without hygiene and sanitation standards, it can cause several diseases for consumers. In addition, by not applying good hygiene and sanitation standards, it may endanger employees.

Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit

Abstract Solo is a traffic lane for drug trafficking because of its position in the middle. Apart from being a route for drug trafficking, Solo is the city with the highest drug abuse in Central Java compared to other cities. The problem of drugs must be continuously communicated to all components of society, especially among the younger generation. For this reason, the Slamet Riyadi University Community Service Team conducts effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers as team partners so that they have the capacity to inform the younger generation about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this service is to improve the competence (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) and integrity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and to increase the communication capacity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers so that they can work well and professionally, and show maximum performance. The activities carried out are effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers. The output of this service is the journal Senadimas UNISRI. Selain sebagai jalur peredaran narkoba, Solo adalah kota dengan penyalahgunaan narkoba tertinggi di Jawa Tengah dibanding kota -kota lainnya. Permasalahan narkoba harus terus dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat terutama para kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Slamet Riyadi melakukan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada para relawan anti narkoba sebagai mitra tim agar memiliki kapasitas untuk menginformasikan kepada generasi muda tentang bahaya narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) dan integritas Relawan Anti Narkotika serta untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi Relawan Anti Narkotika agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan komunikasi efektif bagi relawan anti narkoba. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah jurnal Senadimas UNISRI. Arzara company is a company engaged in the garment sector, the development of the company affects the level of production of goods, so that in order to balance the production needs, it must increase the number of employee needs. The problem that often occurs in Arzara's company is the lack of professionalism of the company's employees, resulting in unilateral termination of employment. Termination of employment of employees of course will also affect the amount of production of goods. The SAW method or often called Simple Additive Weighting is an algorithmic method used for decision making, using certain criteria as the weight of the assessment in decision support. In making employee admission decisions using the SAW method using several criteria, which include expertise (skills), work experience, age, gender, education, health, talent, character, temperament, character, general knowledge tests, psychological tests. By using the PHP programming language, it can be used to assist the company to perform valid recruitment of employees . Applications that have been made can be used as a tool for decision makers while remaining based on a decision support system that is more effective in selecting employee admissions using the SAW ( Simple Additive Weighting ) method .
