This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee productivity at PT Harmoni Reka Cipta. The research employs a descriptive c method using Spradley’s approach, which includes place, actor, and situation. Informants were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in one key informant and four main informants relevant to the data requirements. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and field observations. The research findings, based on NVIVO analysis visualized through a word cloud, indicate that the most dominant aspect in discussions of the work environment is workplace facilities, followed by work relations, work atmosphere, and operational constraints. Interviews revealed that lighting and coworker relationships are generally in good condition; however, challenges remain, including limited workspace, insufficient facilities, and suboptimal air circulation, especially in the production area. These conditions affect employee comfort, focus, and work effectiveness. NVIVO results related to productivity show that quantity, quality, and timeliness are influenced by a work environment that is not yet fully supportive. Some delays occur due to high production intensity, heavy workloads, and inadequate facilities. This study concludes that improving facilities, reorganizing workspace layouts, and enhancing physical comfort are necessary to support optimal employee productivity

PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in Indonesia that operates in the construction industry. PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. was awarded the contract for the Yogyakarta-Bawen toll road construction project, Package 1, Section 1. Construction safety is a very important aspect in the project. The toll road construction project involves work at heights, especially on erection grider work. Erection grider work is a high-risk job, so construction safety must be guaranteed. If construction safety is not guaranteed in the work environment, workers will be more careful in working to reduce risks so that work slows down. This can reduce work productivity. However, when safety is guaranteed, workers will feel safe to work so that it can increase work productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of construction safety (X) on work productivity (Y). The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents of erection grider workers. Data processing used the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of data processing showed that construction safety had a significant influence on work productivity with a t-statistic value of 7.329 and a p-value of 0.000.

Hospitals are a crucial sector in a country due to their functions encompassing various aspects of healthcare provision. Factors supporting smooth operations and quality healthcare services in hospitals include human resources, facilities and infrastructure, health information systems, financial management, good customer service, security, occupational health, and other supporting factors. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work environment, and work stress on employee work productivity at Bhayangkara Level II Hospital in Kediri City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents who were employees of Bhayangkara Level II Hospital in Kediri City. The results of the analysis show that partially compensation, work environment, and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Compensation has a calculated t value of 2.500 with a significance of 0.015, work environment is 6.170 with a significance of <0.001, and work stress is 5.305 with a significance of <0.001. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant effect on work productivity with a calculated F value of 35.438 and a significance of <0.001. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the hospital management continue to evaluate the compensation system, create a conducive work environment, and manage employee work stress through training and counseling facilities. Further research is expected to add other variables such as internal communication, job satisfaction, and career development to obtain more comprehensive results.

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, work discipline, and job commitment on employee productivity at DP3AP2KB Kota Kediri. The research employed a quantitative approach with a population of 45 employees, all of whom were included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. The research instrument was a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS version 25, preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity). The results indicate that emotional intelligence has a significant partial effect on employee productivity, while work discipline and job commitment show no significant effect. However, simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect productivity with an Adjusted R² value of 0.846. These findings highlight that emotional intelligence is the dominant factor influencing productivity, whereas work discipline and job commitment function more as basic requirements already embedded within bureaucratic systems. The practical implication of this study suggests the need for soft skill development programs, emotional management training, and the improvement of employees’ interpersonal skills to enhance productivity in the public sector.

This research is motivated by the declining level of work productivity of PT Rayung Pelangi Nusantara Purbalingga employees, which is suspected to be caused by the suboptimal implementation of occupational safety and health (K3), low organizational commitment, and less than optimal utilization of work experience. The main focus of this study is to analyze the influence of occupational safety and health (K3), organizational commitment, and work experience on employee work productivity partially. This study applies a quantitative approach through the application of multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The number of research samples consisted of 57 respondents selected using a purposive sampling method, while the data was obtained through a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis process involved validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficients of determination (R-Square). The research findings show that occupational safety and health (K3) has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect, and work experience has a negative and not significant effect. The coefficient of determination of 0.308 indicates that 30.8% of the variation in work productivity can be explained by these variables, while the remaining 69.2% is influenced by other factors not identified in this study. In conclusion, the increase in employee work productivity is more influenced by the implementation of good OHS, while organizational commitment and work experience have not shown a significant contribution. Therefore, companies are advised to strengthen the occupational safety and health (OHS) system and evaluate HR development strategies so that organizational commitment and work experience can have a greater impact on productivity.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee productivity at the Semarak Dana Mojokerto Savings and Loan Cooperative.  The problem of low discipline and performance of marketing staff is an important background, given the limited empirical studies on human resource factors in micro cooperatives in Indonesia.  This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling technique on 35 respondents.  The instrument, in the form of a questionnaire, consisted of 28 statement items measured on a 1–5 Likert scale, with validity and reliability tests showing good results (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.70). Multiple linear regression analysis was used with the help of SPSS 26. The results of the study show that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on productivity (β = 0.723, p < 0.05), as does organizational commitment (β = 0.555, p < 0.05). Simultaneously, these two variables contribute to an increase in employee productivity with a coefficient of determination of 77.8%.  These findings support the theories of Locke (1976) and Meyer & Allen (1991) and are in line with previous studies, although the context of micro cooperatives provides unique characteristics. The practical implications of this study encourage cooperatives to strengthen their reward systems, provide training, and improve work SOPs, particularly in marketing services. The limitations of this study lie in the small sample size and cross-sectional design. Future research is recommended to use a larger sample, a longitudinal approach, and include moderator variables such as work motivation or organizational culture.
