PT Ungaran Sari Garment is one of the Largest Export Oriented Apparel Company in Indonesia, operating world-class factories in various locations in Java supported by 11,000 skilled and professional workers. Ungaran Sari Garments' production capacity can handle 1.7 million dozen garments per year and still with great potential for expansion. In 2022 to 2024 experienced an increase and decrease in Actual Performance Production. Production Performance data at PT Ungaran Sari Garment for the last 3 years has experienced, indicates that there is a decrease in employee performance at PT Ungaran Sari Garment.

PT GMP Sukses Makmur Indonesia is a company engaged in the production of Bubble Wrap (bubbled plastic). This company produces 818,680 rolls with an average monthly production of 68,223 rolls. The problem that often arises at Pt Gmp Sukses Makmur Indonesia is the high production machine delay time with a downtime of 705.43 hours and a breakdown of 663.33 hours in one year, so the engine performance is less effective. This can lead to not achieving production targets which cause losses. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Bubble Wrap production machine using the Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) measuring tool and to find the causes of the problems that have been carried out using the ORE method on Bubble Wrap production machines during the period September 2021 – August 2022. ORE is a method that is useful in measuring the effectiveness of production time by taking into account the resources which include humans, machines, materials and methods. In the ORE method there are seven factors that are measured including readiness, availability of facility, changover efficiency, availability of material, availability of manpower, performance efficiency, dan quality rate. The results of measuring machine effectiveness using the Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) method for Ektruder machines were 76.41%, Crushers 99.59%, Cooling 98.99%, Mixers 99.79%, and Air Compressors 98.88%. Based on the method used, it is known that in the Bubble Wrap production process, the extruder machine does not meet the ORE standard of 85%, while the influencing factors are performance efficiency and quality rate. where the value of performance efficiency and Quality rate does not meet the standard so that it affects the high value of Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE).

Teenagers are the next generation of the nation. Adolescent girls in their life cycle experience menstruation. Menstruation is a natural cycle that occurs in a woman's body. Some women experience disturbances in the process of the menstrual cycle. So that every woman should know the problems that occur in her body so that early detection of accompanying diseases can be carried out. This activity aims to provide information and increase youth knowledge about reproductive health and PCOS. This educational process uses the lecture method with the help of leaflets. The results obtained from this activity are that young women understand reproductive health, especially menstruation and PCOS and understand the importance of early detection. The assessment is based on the response and enthusiasm of the participants in receiving the material provided. Including the positive response of participants in answering questions correctly when asked questions by the speaker.

A small cassava chip business is a household business that produces snacks made from special cassava snacks. The single most important factor influencing the performance of small businesses in Singapore is their marketing strategy, which takes into account their products, prices, promotions and distribution locations. This research was conducted in the small business community of Bandar Khalipah Village in Percut Sei Tuan district. The purpose of this study was to understand the mix marketing strategies used by the Singapore government. Descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques with notes, and documentation are the methods used for analysis.  Research results 1) the marketing mix strategy used by small businesses in Singapore is a product made with good quality materials, good quantity, has a handle, and is wrapped in plastic. The quoted price is equal to the price. The traditional promotional method still used in Cassava Chips is "lewd mouth to mouth" and "place/distribution channel" is "products marketed slim in the place of production then exist" i.e. "channeled to consumers" through "wholesalers". 2) Product and price are internal determining factors. Externally influenced factors include increased sales during peak hours, while internally influenced factors include sluggish production and promotion locations. External factors that become obstacles include business competitors and seasonal raw materials.

It is hoped that the gluten free roll cake with dori fish substitute with gotu kola leaf jam can be a snack variant that can be accepted by consumers, as well as provide sponge cake technique knowledge in making roll cake. The aims of this study were: 1) To find out the composition of the ingredients of the gluten free roll cake product, substitution of dori fish with gotu kola leaf jam. 2) Knowing the public's acceptance of gluten free roll cake substitution of dori fish with gotu kola leaf jam. The methods used in this study are library methods, experiments, hedonic tests, laboratory tests and documentation. The experimental stages in this study consisted of 2 stages, namely preliminary research and main research. The results of the study showed that the gluten-free roll cake product with the addition of 25% dory fish was the most preferred product by the panelists. The hedonic test was carried out by 35 untrained panelists who filled out a complete questionnaire. The nutritional content of gluten free roll cake with dori fish substitute with gotu kola leaf jam per 100 g is 44.68% carbohydrates, 22.08% fat, 17.22% protein, and 23.61% fiber. The technique used in making gluten free roll cake substituting dori fish with gotu kola leaf jam is the sponge cake technique. Suggestions that can be given are: 1) It is necessary to calculate the Nutrition Label Reference (ALG) for gluten free roll cake substituted for dori fish with gotu kola leaf jam 2) It is necessary to carry out a cost analysis to find out the basic cost of production and the selling price of the gluten free roll cake substituted for dori fish with gotu kola leaf jam, 3) In subsequent studies dori fish was replaced or substituted with other ingredients.

Writing can be said as an activity that forms symbols. But writing is more than producing graphic symbols, just as speaking is defined not only as the production of sound. These symbols must be arranged, according to certain conventions, to form words and words arranged to form sentences. The ability to write is not an ability that can be obtained automatically. The aim of teaching Arabic-Malay writing is to recognize, train, and develop the ability to understand and carry out how to read and write properly and correctly according to Arabic-Malay regulations, as well as express simple ideas or impressions orally and in writing. In conducting this research the authors used a type of quantitative research. In this study the data collection method was carried out by testing the ability to write Malay Arabic words in the questionnaire given. After conducting research on the ability to write Malay Arabic words for students in grade 4a at SD Negeri 148 Pekanbaru, it was found that the students in grade 4a at SD Negeri 148 Pekanbaru as a whole had the ability to write Malay Arabic words in the low category with a percentage of 18.62%. In two-syllable Malay Arabic words, students in grade 4a SD Negeri 148 have a low ability category with a percentage of 7.93% and for Malay Arabic words with more than two syllables are also in the low category with a percentage of 19.31%. This proves that students do not understand how to write Arabic Malay words in two or more syllables.

Abstract: Wamena is one of the areas with the potential to develop a wide variety of food crops and plantations in large and medium quantities because it is supported by its natural conditions. Wamena, especially throughout Jayawijaya Regency and even other Regencies in the Central Highlands of Papua, are known for their organic farming. In order to support and maintain the productivity of organic farming systems, as an academic activist in the agricultural sector, it is necessary to conduct training on making organic fertilizer through the use of banana weevils known as Local Microorganism Fertilizer (MoL). This training was based on observations of farmer groups in the Wesaput district, where all farmers in the farmer groups had never used organic liquid fertilizers or inorganic fertilizers as additional nutrients to increase the growth and production of their agricultural products. Therefore we try to provide understanding and approaches to farmer groups through community service on how to make Local Microorganism Liquid Fertilizer in order to increase the yields of local farmers in the Wesaput District, especially the village of Kama. As a result of this activity, we saw that the farmer group community in Wesaput gave a good response so they asked for similar activities to be carried out again so that the farmer group community was more independent in making and using liquid organic fertilizer using the natural resources around them.

Viral evolution is a subdiscipline of evolutionary biology and virology that focuses on the evolution of viruses. Many viruses, especially RNA viruses, have relatively high mutation rates and short production durations (on the order of one point mutation or more per genome per round of replication). The rapid pace of viral mutation paired with natural selection enables viruses to rapidly adapt to changes in the host environment, despite the fact that the majority of viral mutations offer little benefit and frequently prove to be harmful. Additionally, because viruses often make several copies in an infected host, altered genes can be rapidly transmitted to a large number of offspring. The high mutation rates of RNA viruses, which are the result of an error-prone RNA-dependent RNA polymerase, make them a veritable gold mine for researchers interested in discovering evolutionary novelty and developing new methods to study evolution in action. There are two different forms of genetic changes: antigenic drift and antigenic shift. This article covers briefly the evolution of viruses in terms of genetic variation.  

Abstract: The number of lemang entrepreneurs typical food of Bolo Village is decreasing even from lemang entrepreneurs who are still in production, their sales volume is decreasing. The main factors that cause this condition are low business management skills, no touch of technology, unattractive product displays, dirty and dusty, unhygienic, no labels and packaging so that it has an impact on reducing people's buying interest. Another problem faced by partners is that the production of lemang does not last long, as well as the low ability of partners to make jam as a complementary product from lemang. The activity methods used in community service activities include assistance in the form of changing mindsets regarding business management, training, and practice, as well as tool design as well as design/brand and packaging development. At each stage of the activity an evaluation is carried out both process evaluation and outcome evaluation so that the output of the activity can be measured. The results of this activity: 1) there is a change in mindset regarding business management; 2) the innovation of Lemang products; and 3) the existence of a label/brand design and product packaging

Nationalism is a form of ideology that places the highest love, loyalty, and commitment on the nation-state. The concept of nationalism leads to the desire to live together as a nation that has goals and aspirations to be achieved together. Nationalist understanding and behavior must be based on the awareness of being part of a nation and oriented toward achieving common national goals. In the context of practicing nationalism and supporting national defense, the defense industry is a vital strategic industry to pay attention to. The defense industry is engaged in the area of ​​national defense-supporting products. With the arrival of the 4.0 industrial revolution era, the defense industry cannot remain silent and requires adaptation in its application both in the production of defense products and in their use to support national defense. Nationalism is the basis for the development of national independence as the main capital for realizing the ideals of independence, namely becoming an independent, sovereign, and prosperous nation. For this reason, the independence of the defense industry is an implementation of nationalism and part of the national defense strategy in dealing with state threats that are always developing in tandem with technological developments. The independence of the defense industry must be implemented and fully supported by the government and related parties so that it can play a role in realizing the aspirations of the nation and fostering a spirit of nationalism for the Indonesian people.

Nirwana Collection is a shell craftsman in Kendal Regency. Nirwana Collection does not yet have a system for calculating the cost of production. In accounting records done manually, the data is not well organized and has not produced information as expected. Nirwana Collection produces goods based on orders, the calculation of the cost of production is still not correct, because it does not calculate other costs incurred and only focuses on raw materials. This of course results in an inaccurate selling price and results in a profit that is not as expected. The Accounting Information System for the Cost of Production at the Nirwana Collection with the Job Order Costing method can process recordings and transactions at the Nirwana Collection more effectively, as well as making it easier to produce production cost reports quickly and accurately.

This study aims to utilize rice washing wastewater as a potential raw material for bioethanol production using enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation methods. The wastewater is treated with amylase enzyme to break down starch into simple sugars, which are then fermented using yeast to produce ethanol. The research involves optimizing process conditions such as temperature, pH, enzyme concentration, and fermentation time. The results indicate that rice washing wastewater has the potential to be an efficient raw material for bioethanol production. Thus, this study contributes to the development of renewable energy sources and the utilization of agricultural waste to create a more sustainable economic cycle.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the characterization of the short film Lenyap dalam Sunyiusing Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The meaning of the denotation related to the depiction of the film characters Vanishing in Silence appears in scene 1 with the main characters Prana, and Bardi with the boarding house setting in the morning, then the supporting characters, namely Ziya and Sukma, appear in scenes 4 and 5, scenes meeting at the campus park. The connotative meaning that appears in the character description of the film Lenyap dalam Sunyiis that the character Bardi is a religious person, Bardi is a figure who always reminds Prana in terms of kindness. Prana is a young man who is energetic, looks fashionable, and likes poetry (a poetic person), while Ziya is a Muslim woman, marked by a syar'i dress that covers her nakedness. Ziya is a cousin of Bardi, while Sukma is a symbol of a Muslim woman who is characterized by wearing a khimar and syar'i robe that covers her genitals. Sukma's character is different from Ziya, the depiction of Sukma's character is an energetic woman who seems shy. The myth in this study is the reality that occurs in society that everyone has different characters according to the upbringing of both parents, as well as their education.

Based on the experimental study about corncob conducted before, this village has managed to create a new breakthrough production of processed foods such as corn chips since 2003. The foods that use raw materials of corn is the only one in Probolinggo. Corn chips production as small industries is run by 7 women farmers starting in 2008. (Wahmuda, 2013). The problem of this industrial activity is unbalancing the marketing area with market demand that obstruct continues to increase. This causes decrease on the productivity of the industry. In addition corncob waste left over from a small industrial activities corn chips squashed every day as much as 60 kg. This would be a major obstacle when marketing targets to reach market demand. As a result of waste corn cobs will be more numerous and uncontrolled, even less the corn cob waste is only used as cooking fuel. This research includes experiments on corn cobs process is divided into several stages, namely the process of forming, heating, curing, mixing and merging material, as well as coloring. From the research-based experiments, it turns out corn cobs to have a variety of characteristics. The uniqueness and characteristics process of corncobs, can give some variant forms such as cubes, cylinders, triangles, and a chopped form. Of these forms can be created several patterns of merger between a very interesting form to be used as a hanging lamp shade products. In the manufacture of a hanging lampshade required supporting materials such as iron chandelier hook pipe diameter of 16 mm and an iron plate with a thickness of 3 mm. The large number of products produced in the Segunung Traditional Village is an interesting addition for implementers to focus on increasing promotions and marketing activities that can be carried out independently by the Segunung Traditional Village. The facilities owned by the Segunung Traditional Village ranging from coffee plantations, coffee shops, and springs should be able to make economic potential and tourism education potential that can be offered and make Segunung Traditional Village into a village that has independence in terms of the creative economy. However, the potential possessed by this Traditional Village is still not a tourism product that is well packaged and attractive for tourists who visit in a sustainable manner. This is partly due to the fact that activities have not been documented, village products are not properly published and are not published in an interesting way. Dusun Segunung has several social media options, but partners feel that creative content ideas are very difficult to grow. Starting from how photos, videos of creative products and designs can be managed properly and produced sustainably. The method of implementing community service is in the form of consultation, socialization and assistance on digital marketing strategies, especially in the form of creative videos and social media management. The socialization and mentoring covered material and practice on videography and video editing techniques using simple technology, smartphones. Through this activity, partners are expected to be able to optimize social media in promoting the potential of their villages, events and business products in order to reach a wider market so that business development and progress can ultimately increase the income of the Segunung Traditional Village.

Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a degenerative disease caused by damage to the pancreas in production or insulin cannot work effectively. Purslane Leaf Extract (Portulaca Oleracea) can help lower blood sugar levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of purslane leaf extract (Portulaca Oleracea) on blood sugar levels in alloxan-induced rats as a diabetes model.Methods: The rats in this study were 30 rats divided into 5 groups, each group consisting of 6 rats. The negative control group was only given aquadest and standard rat feed, while the other group was induced with 35 mg/200gBW of alloxan. The positive group was treated with standard rat diet, treatment group 1 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 60 mg/200grBB, treatment group 2 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 90 mg/200grBB and treatment group 3 was given purslane leaf extract at a dose of 110 mg/200grBW rats. Analysis of the results used the Kruskall Wallis test followed by Post Hoc Mann Whitney analysis. Results: The results of the Kruskal Wallis test on blood sugar levels showed that there was an effect after administration of purslane leaf extract among the five treatment groups p= 0.000 (p<0.05). The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that purslane leaf extract had effective antidiabetic at a dose 60 mg/200grBB p= 0.011 (p<0.05).Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that purslane leaf extract can reduce blood sugar levels.

Da'i in conveying his da'wah message can be played by a player character in a film production, it doesn't have to be a lecture like taklim. Indirectly, the audience does not feel that they are being lectured on. Da'wah messages in films are easier to convey to the public. The research used is qualitative research. This study describes how Roland Barthes's Semiotics analysis is contained in the film "Laa Tahzan" by Danial Rifki. Analysis of the film Laa Tahzan is presented in the form of image fragments using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. As a Muslim, you can determine a firm stance on invitations to follow the procedures for worship of other religions in a good way. That an Indonesian Muslim can survive in a foreign country (Japan) to be able to defend his faith and the level of trials in life remains the same and will apply as long as we live. It is certain that interfaith marriages will not be possible to realize the Sakinah family as the main purpose of carrying out marriages. In Islam, there are clear laws regarding marriage. Advise everyone who will marry should pay attention to the prospective bride.

Electrical energy continues to grow over time, power plants with large capacities are the main sources of electricity in Indonesia, one of which is the Steam Power Plant (PLTU). In the field of power plants that use coal always need air during the electricity production process. This study aims 1) to determine the protection management system on the Forced Draft fan motor using GE Multilin 269 Plus, 2) Setting GE Multilin 269 Plus as protection, 3) The results of the protection in the form of Normal Motor, Alarm, and Trip conditions in the accumulation of imbalance (Unbalance) ). The method used is a quantitative research method based on analysis, taking data and then analyzing the data obtained. The results of this quantitative study regarding the Unbalance value or imbalance of the electric motor analyzed resulted in a value of 5.8% for normal conditions, 10.86% for alarm conditions on multilin and 15.50% in trip conditions or the motor had stopped. These values ​​are obtained from the results of calculations comparing negative sequence currents and positive sequence currents (In/Ip). The conclusion obtained is that the GE Multilin 269 Plus protects the electric motor from system damage by using a current sensor and through a setting point that is adjusted to the provisions of NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) with an unbalance value of more than 15% for trips, more than 10% for alarm conditions and less than 10% under normal conditions

This study aims to obtain data on the impact of noise pollution by conducting a noise test from the operation of the PLTD and modeling it to get the noise impact hue. Finite element software modeling the impact of noise generated from the operation of PLTD to determine the hue of the noise impact. LISA, a popular finite element analysis application, was used to estimate and complete this study using the finite element model. Noise data retrieval, some data is carried out according to the engine power load during production and the machine stops with a certain distance reference to the affected area, namely residential areas, with a zone radius of up to 100 m from the machine point. The condition of the impact of noise exposure that occurs, where in general the area that has a major impact on settlements is a linear area of openings at the noise source because noise waste is free to come out of building openings without any obstacles. , so that the nominal sound impact that occurs without these obstacles, the average noise value is above the 70 dB.A threshold with the category of very disturbing.

Anemia in pregnant women can increase maternal and child mortality and morbidity rates. Anemia increases the risk of abortion, KJDR, premature birth, hemorrhagic and so on. Anemia in pregnancy affects the growth and development of the fetus both before and after birth. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia is 48.9%. One of the ways to reduce the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is to provide nutrition education that can help reduce anemia to the community, especially pregnant women. Tanakaraeng Village is used as a counseling location. The method used in this community service activity is lectures and discussions using powerpoint, LCD. From the results of data processing using a paired T test with a sample of 21 people, it was obtained that there was an increase in knowledge from the average value of the pre-test questionnaire, which obtained a value of 45.23 and post-test: 74.76. The result of the paired T test is 0.000. There is an average knowledge before being given counseling and after being given counseling.
