This research is a needs assessment evaluation which aims to determine the effectiveness of the information technology-based learning program, namely online or online learning to emphasize the difference between the desired or should be or expected conditions (what is) or real / real conditions. in the Covid-19 era with truth and validity data, facts, or information. The research was conducted using mixed methods research or a combination of qualitative and quantitative research in one study with evaluation of "needs assessment", data analysis with descriptive statistics. Collecting data using observation instruments, documentation and questionnaires, distributing questionnaires by means of random or random techniques, data processing refers to the Likert scale with the SPSS program computer The research results from the data on the achievement of class based learning process performance and information technology in 2020 15.78%, while from the research results; the highest score was 88, the lowest score was 50, the mean 66.47, the standard deviation was 11,780, the score scale ranges from 50 to 88, meaning that The effectiveness of online informatics technology-based learning methods in the Covid-19 era can be categorized as unsuccessful according to predetermined learning outcomes    

Aminah Islamic Hospital in Blitar City has workload problems, including calculations that are still done manually, long workload calculation formulas that also make it difficult for officers to carry out monitoring, rarely do evaluations resulting in uneven workloads, and. In this 4.0 era, it is possible to have an information system to assist in the process of calculating workload analysis. In making an information system analysis is needed according to user needs. Needs analysis is useful for determining what information systems should be done in a problem solving. This is done to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the needs of the Android-based WMA (Workload Measurement Analysis) application for calculating workload analysis at RSI Aminah Blitar. This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This study resulted in an analysis of the needs of the WMA application using an Android-based smartphone. The WMA application menu consists of a login display, data input, conclusion, and history so as to produce a WMA application that fits user needs to calculate workload requirements analysis at RSI Aminah Blitar.

This paper aims to find out the process of issuance of grosse deed of vessel at KSOP Khusus Batam and to find out the document requirements attached to the issuance of grosse deed of vessel. The methods used in this research are field research and library research. The process of issuance of ship deed grosse at KSOP Khusus Batam is conducted through procedures and requirements that have been set. It aims to ensure the validity and legality of ship ownership in accordance with the provisions of the prevailing laws and regulations. The results of the research in the discussion of the problem of the process of issuing the ship's deed grosse are regulated in PM No. 39 of 2017 concerning Registration and Nationality of Ships authorised by the Minister of Transportation. The process of issuing Grosse Deed of Ship at KSOP Khusus Batam at PT Gardatama Anugerah Segara Sejahtera Batam has been done well but there are still obstacles, namely the error in uploading attachment documents on the ship registration application system so that it causes the submission to be revised, as well as in bringing and checking the physical requirement documents at the time of physical file validation at KSOP Khusus Batam.    

Background: Medical records at Udayana Denpasar Level II Hospital that exceed capacity are caused by double medical records, misfiles occur during the implementation of retrieval, the retention process has not run optimally and the increasing number of patient visits. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of medical record storage overload on the response time of medical record provision. Methods: The research design used is a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The data analysis used is the Chi Squere test. With a total sample of 16 medical record officers and medical record documents contained in 30 medical record storage shelves where each shelf consists of 5 sections.   Results: The results of the Chi Squere test show that the p value is 0.002, the value is less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an impact of overload of medical record storage on the response time of providing medical records, thus impacting the quality of hospital services, the services provided become long because they wait for medical records to be delivered to the polyclinic. Based on these results, it is necessary to transfer media by scanning medical records then stored in sharing folders and uploaded to the interface system. This media transfer is expected to provide a solution in dealing with the overload of medical record storage so that it can be more efficient in providing medical records.       Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that there is an impact of overloaded medical record storage on the response time of medical record provision, which has an impact on the quality of hospital services, the services provided will be long because they wait for medical records to be delivered to the polyclinic, so that doctors experience problems in patient examinations because they cannot see the patient's previous examination history.

Background: Children with disabilities, especially mentally retarded, have difficulty distinguishing between appropriate and inappropriate touches, which will make it difficult for disabled children to identify actions that lead to sexual harassment directed at them. Intellectual disability or mental disability is a condition where a person's intelligence development experiences obstacles so that they do not reach the optimal stage of development. Digital pop up books are very easy to understand in the learning process and are an effective medium in providing sexual education for mentally retarded children. Purpose: The aim of this community service is to increase awareness of mentally retarded teenagers about preventing sexual violence through digital pop up book media. Method: The stages include planning and preparation, implementation of service activities with workshops, Popi Dita fungame, barcode story corner hut and evaluation. The activity was held on Wednesday 7 June 2023 at SLB Samudra Lavender Bangkalan. Measuring the success of this digital pop up book media uses a pre-test and post-test with a questionnaire containing 16 short questions. Result: The results showed an increase in student knowledge scores from 4.95 to 7.36. The paired t-test obtained a p- value of 0.019 which shows that sexual violence prevention interventions can increase the knowledge or awareness of mentally retarded children regarding the prevention of sexual violence.    Conclusion: This activity was successfully carried out with high participation and enthusiasm from students in taking part in this activity. It is hoped that this pop up book can be a useful educational tool for schools in an effort to minimize the number of victims of sexual violence.

Febris or fever is a state when the body temperature becoming higher than usual, and this is a symptom of illness. Body temperature that is said to be normal ranges from 36.5-37.50C. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and fever management in children aged 1-5 years in the working area of the Bohabak health center. This study used a correlation analytical method with  a cross sectional design. The sample was taken based on the number of subject as many as 30 people using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and filling out questionnaires. Furthermore, the data collected processed using the SPSS Version 16.0 of computer program to be analyzed using the Chi-Square  test with a meaning level (α) of 0.05. The results showed there were subjecet with the knowledge and fever management well as much as 5 (16.7%), and good maternal knowledge with poor fever management as much as 0 (0.0%). While the mother's knowledge is not good with good fever management as much as 4 (13.3%) and maternal resistance is not good with poor fever management as much as 21 (70.0%). In the ρ Value 0.000 This value ρ is smaller than the value α=0.005. The conclusion : there were the relationship between maternal knowledge and fever management in children aged 1-5 years in the Bohabak Health Center area. The suggestion  of this study is to increase the knowledge of mothers in handling fever.

PLN is a monopoly trading company that sells electrical energy sources and manages all aspects of electricity in Indonesia, especially the Ponorogo area. In Ponorogo there is a company under the auspices of the Indonesian Electrical and Mechanical Contractors Association (AKLI) with the company name PT. Heroine of Eternal Blessing. In carrying out its work PT. Srikandi Berkah Abadi did not run smoothly, but there were many obstacles that disrupted the work process, one of which was the data input process. In this research we used a descriptive qualitative method where we carried out observations and direct interviews while conducting KKL within a period of 1 month. Based on the results of research that has been carried out previously, conclusions can be drawn, including: We carry out data processing activities on the implementation of connection work in people's homes, process data input on network maintenance and changes, and input employee hard disk data. While we were carrying out the KKL for 1 month, the problems we experienced were the ones we mentioned above, when inputting data in Microsoft Excel, it often had errors, crashes, and exited so that the data we were working on was lost and not saved.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. Religious moderation plays a crucial role in Indonesia, a society with diverse beliefs and religious backgrounds. Religious leaders, with government support, strive to prevent violence and intolerance in Indonesia. One approach used is interfaith moderation. The concept of moderate Islam becomes a significant religious perspective in addressing diversity in Indonesia. To strengthen the role of Islamic schools (madrasah) in combating radicalism and extremism, religious moderation needs to be incorporated into the madrasah curriculum. The aim of this approach is to mediate between two extreme poles while emphasizing the importance of internalizing religious teachings on one side and understanding the context of religious texts on the other side. To examine this issue, the research was conducted using qualitative methods, particularly a case study. This method aims to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain in-depth understanding of individuals, groups, or situations. In analyzing the data, the researcher applied an interactive model. Data analysis activities include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results indicate that religious moderation instilled in students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Khairat Kwandang, North Gorontalo Regency, not only occurs in formal settings but is also integrated into every learning session. One form of moderation practiced by students is providing advice to fellow students, fostering a sense of care among them.

Every company always wants to achieve its goals while maintaining its existence in society. A company needs humans as implementers to achieve its expectations. Behind the success of a company, it is actually inseparable from the role of leaders who contribute to it. In addition to the role of leaders, employees will be able to carry out their activities well, if supported by good working environment conditions. This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang. The object of this study is employees of PT Apparel One Indonesia 1, especially the production department with a total population of 1950 employees and a sample of 95. The data collection technique in this study uses random sampling, where everyone in the target population has an equal opportunity to be selected. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. The research data processing used SPSS version 25. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 2. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 3. Leadership style and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang.

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO)  affect  the  Return  On  Assets  (ROA)  of  food  and  baverage  Manufacturing Companies  Listed  on  the  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  (IDX)  in  2016-2020.  The independent variables used are Current Ratio (CR) and Total Assets Turnover (TATO). While the dependent variable used is Return On Assets (ROA). This type of research uses quantitative research methodology. The  population  in  this  study  is  food  and  baverage  manufacturing  industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period, namely 72 companies. For sampling using purposive sampling techniques, 23 food and baverage manufacturing companies were obtained that met the criteria. The amount of data processed by 23 companies times 5 (five) years, so there are 115 data. Data analysis techniques in this study using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study show that 1). The Current Ratio partially have a positive and significant impact on Return On Assets.  2). Total Assets Turnover (TATO) partially have a positive and significant impact on Return On Assets. 

Nutritional intake plays an important role in optimizing baby's growth and development. The amount of nutritional intake consumed is also influenced by the process of eating activities. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Baby Led Weaning Method on baby weight in the Patingalloang Community Health Center Working Area. Quantitative research method with experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The research population was toddlers experiencing stunting who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria using purposive sampling techniques. Research results: The intervention group with a sample size of 20 children experienced an average weight gain of 0.85 kg. The control group also experienced an average increase of 0.65 kg with a test value of p value = 0.000, where it was concluded that there was an effect of giving MP-ASI using the Baby Led Weaning Method on the weight of babies aged 9-12 months in the working area of the Patingalloang Community Health Center.    

This study aims to see the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT. Prima Kencana Kima Gas. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data as well as data sources, namely primary data with a sample of 42 people. The collected data were analyzed descriptively, meaning that the data obtained in the field was processed using the SPSS 22 application so as to provide a systematic understanding, then statistical calculations of determination, f-test and t-test were carried out. From the results of the regression calculation, a value of Y = 5,228 + 0.587 X_1 + 0.295 X_2 is obtained. This value is the result of a correlation coefficient (r) of r = 0.514 and a coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.717 (71.7). The result of this calculation is the F table test (20.606> 2.85) and the result is the calculation of the T test where tcount>ttable is (3.683>1.684). These results state that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT. Prima Kencana Kima Gas.

Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.

The design of the Web-Based Recap System is a strategic step in addressing issues related to data management and information efficiency that occur at the Samarinda Manpower Office. The focus of this service is centered on developing a system that facilitates the recapitulation process of labor-related data. The main purpose of this service is to provide technological solutions that facilitate the management of labor data and improve information transparency at the Samarinda City Manpower Office. The research method adopted involves a survey of user needs, an in-depth analysis of the recap process, as well as the application of the Laravel Framework to build a responsive and accessible web platform.

Training and accompaniment in the financial management of female fishermen in catch processing and marketing groups by accounting lecturers has a significant role in increasing financial literacy in Tasikmadu Village, Prigi, Trenggalek Regency. This community service article discusses the importance of efforts to increase financial literacy. Accounting lecturers provide training on financial management and accounting practices to the Catch Processing and Marketing Group, as well as providing guidance in applying these concepts in daily business operations. Apart from that, lecturers can introduce financial management guidebooks, accounting applications and help business groups understand financial records and create accountable financial reports. The positive impacts include increasing economic prosperity, reducing business risks, sustainable growth, contributing to local economic growth, and improving the overall community economy.

A good organization image is one of the factors for an organization to be able to achieve competitive advantage. To create a good image of an organization, an effective communication process is needed to the public. Online communication media and social media are effective organizational communication tools and can improve the organization's image. This community service activity is packaged in the form of training which aims to improve the skills of SDN 2 Mojosari teachers in mastering online media and social media as a means of organizational communication. Effective organizational communication can create a good image of the organization. This research aims to analyze and study the influence of marination with Arabica coffee grounds on processed beef in terms of physical quality and consumer acceptance. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of the Culinary Education Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, from March 22, 2022, to September 25, 2023. The research method employed was experimental. The samples used in this study were processed beef marinated with Arabica coffee grounds for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes. Subsequently, a panel test was conducted with 30 moderately trained panelists who evaluated predetermined aspects of consumer acceptance. Based on the results of the statistical hypothesis test using Anova for the physical quality test, it was found that there is an influence of marination with Arabica coffee grounds for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes on the aspect of meat tenderness. According to the results of the statistical hypothesis test for consumer acceptance using the Friedman test, it was found that the texture of processed beef was influenced. Based on the results of the Tukey's test, in terms of product preference for surface color, coffee flavor, meat flavor, texture, coffee aroma, and distinctive meat aroma, the product most preferred from the research was processed beef marinated with Arabica coffee grounds for 120 minutes.

During this pandemic, most of people’s activities are carried out through digital media. Both learning and working processes are using the video-conference platform, a platform deemed effective to facilitate the needs of distance communication. One of the limitations of using video-conference lies in difficulty in understanding emotional conditions based on solely camera video. Hence, speakers generally do not know their interlocutors’ feelings related to the materials being presented. Grounded on this issue, we examined a facial expressions-based emotion recognition tool. Micro expression is one of the micro-languages of communication. Machine learning model developed in this study was Deep Learning with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The library that was used was Keras, this was used to recognize micro expression pattern. Additionally, OpenCV was also used for the general face recognition process. Both libraries were operated using Python programming language. The result of the micro expression test involving thirty participants detected three types of facial expression, namely joy, sadness, and anger expression. However, face recognition applied in the present study still needed some improvements, especially for anger and sadness expression. With regard to joy expression, 89% of the expression were recognized. Based on the recorded data, it is necessary to improve the recordings criteria to obtain a clearer expression.
