This article aims to analyze Semarang's city diplomacy in solving environmental problems. Cities have an increasingly large role to play in this globalization era due to complex global issues, especially environmental issues. Cities are also having difficulty dealing with globalization due to the speed of population growth, economic pressures, excessive land use, and the increasing use of motor vehicles that release pollutants into the air. To address these issues, cities around the world are doing their best to find cooperative solutions through diplomacy. In addition, many national capitals cannot handle multiple tasks and, therefore, need to delegate some of their burden to other cities. In line with these objectives, this study utilizes an exploratory and descriptive qualitative research method, focusing on Semarang's diplomacy efforts. This study found that the Semarang city government has been perceived as an institution with clear political objectives that is fully committed to the practice of city diplomacy to engage directly, albeit in a limited way, in multilateral and bilateral international cooperation to find solutions to its environmental problems. The city government is no longer seen as an object of implementation of program plans formulated at the central level but also has the opportunity to formulate strategic plans or bottom-up procedures based on the needs of local communities and the suitability of the model with environmentally sustainable urban development.

The Halal Product Guarantee Administering Body (BPJPH) is an official institution that has been authorized based on the mandate of Law no. 30 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees. BPJPH has high authority in implementing halal certification. Halal certification is mandatory for halal business actors in Indonesia. This research aims to find out how the halal certification process is carried out by BPJPH and the reasons behind why BPJPH implements regulations like this. The research method used is qualitative with a juridical or normative legal approach. This research is included in library research or library research by reviewing literature that is appropriate to the research object. The data sources used are the Halal Product Guarantee Law (UU JPH) and its derivatives and the official BPJPH account which is normative and can be accessed by the public. The research results show that halal certification by BPJPH is carried out in two ways, namely independently/regularly and self-declare. Each has a different halal certification flow. The legal basis for implementing halal certification by BPJPH is Law no. 30 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantees, Government Regulation Number 31 of 2019 concerning Implementation of Halal Product Guarantees, Minister of Religion Regulation Number 26 of 2019 concerning Procedures for Halal Certification, and BPJPH Regulation Number 61 of 2022 concerning SOPs for Halal Certificate Application Services at BPJPH.

General Election (Pemilu) is a fundamental pillar of democracy that often faces various challenges, including legal violations that undermine its integrity. To overcome this, the Integrated Law Enforcement Center (Gakkumdu) was formed as a collaboration between Bawaslu, the Police, and the Attorney General's Office to accelerate the handling of election violations. However, the strict handling time limit of 14 working days is a major challenge in achieving fair and effective decisions. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the handling time of election violations by Gakkumdu and identify the inhibiting factors. Using a descriptive-analytical qualitative method, this study found that the main obstacles include inter-agency coordination, sectoral ego, limited human resources, and lack of supporting technology. In addition, differences in legal interpretation and low public legal awareness also slowed down the enforcement process. In conclusion, the effectiveness of Gakkumdu handling time is not optimal and requires policy reform. Recommendations include simplifying procedures, cross-agency training, utilizing technology, and educating the public. These reforms are expected to improve election integrity and support a fairer democracy.

Internship is a learning process and or work practice for students to develop themselves and increase their knowledge about the world of work. This program functions to introduce the world of work to students, as well as improve their competence in the theories that students have learned in lectures to then be applied in the world of work. This internship is carried out by students at the Surabaya Religious Court. The activities carried out include providing consultations and making lawsuits/applications at the posbakum, providing information about court procedures in the information section, further processing lawsuits/applications registered in the registration section, mediating the parties in the case in the mediation room, and finally observing the course of the trial in the courtroom including conducting trial simulations.

The recovery of state/regional assets is one of the important strategies in preventing corruption in Indonesia. The AGO, as a law enforcement agency, has a central role in restoring state assets suspected of being the proceeds of corruption. However, in practice, the AGO faces various obstacles that affect the effectiveness of asset recovery. Legal constraints such as overlapping regulations, complicated procedures, and asset ownership, are core difficulties. In addition, limited human resources and technology, as well as socio-political factors involving corruption in government institutions, also worsen the asset recovery process. This research focuses on identifying and analyzing the obstacles faced by the AGO in recovering state and regional assets. It also aims to outline the necessary steps to enhance the AGO's effectiveness in preventing corruption.

This study aims to design an effective cash accounting information system for an agrotourism hotel in Batu City. The data collection methods used are field studies and literature review, employing techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The important significance of this research is to enhance the cash receipt procedures for hotel room rental payments by incorporating additional digital payment methods through e-wallets and QRIS, thereby increasing transaction efficiency that benefits both the hotel and consumers. The significant importance of this research is to enhance the efficiency of payment transactions, making it easier for both the hotel and consumers. The qualitative analysis in this study aims to improve the accuracy of cash recording, reduce the risk of errors and misuse of funds, enhance internal control, broaden payment options, and provide practical guidance for hotels and consumers regarding payment and cash receipt procedures. With improved cash receipt procedures, the hotel will be better prepared to meet consumer needs and increase competitiveness in response to changes.

The Community Service Activity (PKM) by ITSKes Muhammadiyah Selong aims to improve the ability and readiness of TPS Supervisors in carrying out supervision and understanding the rights and obligations in supervising TPS in the 2024 Simultaneous Elections (Pilkada) in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency. The Capacity Building Activity in the Technical Supervision Work Meeting was carried out for 1 day with a pull day system. In the first session from morning to afternoon, the capacity and abilities of TPS Supervisors were strengthened regarding the tasks and strategies for supervision before voting at TPS. After that, in the afternoon session, a technical understanding was provided regarding the procedures for supervision at TPS during the voting process until the vote counting for the 2024 Simultaneous Election based on KPU Regulation Number 7 of 2024. The last session was a discussion about the material or things that might arise when carrying out supervision at TPS. Capacity building activities in the technical work meeting for Supervision for the 2024 simultaneous elections took place at Lesehan Kebon Dowe, Lendang Belo Village, Montong Gading District on Saturday, November 23, attended by 71 participants from TPS Supervisors throughout Montong Gading District. The agenda for the capacity building activities for TPS Supervisors took place smoothly and conducively and all participants were able to understand the material presented, starting from the regulations or technical instructions for voting and vote counting as well as the supervision patterns that must be carried out by TPS Supervisors based on the provisions of laws and regulations applicable to the 2024 Simultaneous Elections.

This study analyzes the procedures for employee payroll documentation and data transfer at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of human resource (HR) administration. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through library and field research. The findings indicate that digitalizing HR administration improves operational efficiency, transparency, and compliance with regulations. Digital transformation also minimizes errors and supports data risk management. The author's internship experience highlights the importance of responsibility and accuracy in data management to meet professional standards. This research contributes to the development of technology-based administrative systems in the energy sector.

This activity aims to increase the capacity and competence of the Polling Station Supervisory Committee (PTPS) in Ranteangin District, North Kolaka Regency. PTPS plays an important role in ensuring the implementation of honest, fair, and transparent elections. However, limited understanding of election regulations and procedures is a challenge in carrying out supervisory duties. The method used in this program is debriefing, which includes providing structured material regarding election regulations, supervision techniques, handling violations, and reporting procedures. The debriefing was attended by 10 participants from all villages/sub-districts in Ranteangin District. The results of the evaluation showed a significant increase in the participants' understanding and skills related to their duties and responsibilities as PTPS. This program is expected to strengthen the role of PTPS in maintaining the integrity of the electoral process and supporting the realization of quality democracy at the local level

It cannot be denied that every Muslim believes in the oneness of Allah and the apostleship of the Prophet Muhammad. But we also need to realize that humans are not only required to believe in the Prophet, but are required to follow and imitate him. Thus, just believing is not enough. However, you need to realize that imitating the Prophet does not mean following exactly everything the Prophet did, and abandoning everything he did not do. There are at least three problems that will arise if the establishment of Islamic law ignores ushuliyah rules; ambiguity in the use of ushuliyah rules, errors in understanding texts in the Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and broad interpretations because they are not focused on one or several ushuliyah rules. This illustrates that the position of ushuliyah rules: al-am, al-khas, al-amru and an-nahyu is very important as a methodology for determining Islamic law. The aim of the research is to determine the ushuliyah al-am, al-khas, al-amru and an-nahyu approaches as methodologies, procedures and problems in determining Islamic law. This research is qualitative research in the form of literature with an Ushul Fiqh approach.

Sustainable Food Yard (P2L) is one of the priority programs in maintaining community food security. However, in the implementation of the program there are still problems, including the late delivery of assistance which has an impact on the delay in the implementation of activities so that the P2L program does not run in accordance with the technical instructions that have been issued each year, and assistance that is less than optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the program to increase diversification and community food security through sustainable food yard activities (P2L) in farm women's groups in South Tangerang City. The method in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used three ways, observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Then the collected data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results showed that the achievement of the program has not yet shown the expected effectiveness due to the delay in disbursement of funds which has an impact on the delay in the implementation of activities and has not yet achieved the program objectives in fulfilling food and nutrition sources, especially for stunting so that it has not been able to contribute to helping Posyandu in providing animal protein in the stunting locus determined by the Mayor of South Tangerang. The integration indicator is not yet fully effective because there are still farm women groups that have not received intensive assistance from the program assistants. In addition, the implementation of P2L procedures applied in South Tangerang City has not been maximized because the concept of seedling houses is not suitable for the hot conditions in South Tangerang City. The adaptation indicator has not run optimally because the use of facilities and infrastructure for P2L activities is still limited to conventional agricultural tools.

This research aims to analyze students' understanding of consumer protection and its influence on confidence in purchasing goods on Shopee. The research used a qualitative approach with in-depth interview methods with high school students in Pasuruan. The research results show that students' shopping frequency at Shopee varies, with a fairly high level of satisfaction although there are still doubts about the effectiveness of the consumer protection features. Most students understand consumer rights and obligations as well as procedures for filing complaints, but some students feel the need for further education regarding steps to handle fraud. Product information on Shopee is considered accurate and buyer reviews provide additional confidence, but the implementation of consumer protection is considered not optimal. In conclusion, students' understanding of consumer protection contributes positively to their confidence in making purchases, but there is a need for improvement in education and transparency of protection features. It is hoped that the implications of this research will become a reference for e-commerce, schools and the government in increasing consumer awareness and protection in the digital era.

Teacher certification is carried out through the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) which is organized by universities determined by the Minister. However, in its implementation there are still problems, including a lack of socialization regarding in-service teacher certification policies and complex teacher certification procedures and limited quotas. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the Teacher Certification Policy in South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection methods were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used in this research is the Implementation Model according to Charles O Jones which consists of Organization, Interpretation and Application. The results of this research explain that the organizational indicators related to resources are that the implementation of this policy has not run optimally, there is a lack of training and coaching for implementing staff.  The interpretation of the implementation of the teacher certification policy has provided clarity regarding the goals and objectives of all parties involved in implementing the policy. The implementation of this policy is going well, the Government provides the SIMPKB platform which contains complete information about PPG for pursuing an educator certificate.

Agriculture plays a crucial role in Indonesia's economy and food security, with subsidized fertilizers being a vital component in supporting productivity and the quality of harvests. The subsidized fertilizer policy, as regulated in Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 01 of 2024, aims to ensure the targeted distribution of fertilizers. However, issues related to distribution and the misuse of subsidized fertilizers remain significant challenges. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the subsidized fertilizer distribution policy in Jombang Regency based on Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 01 of 2024. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research gathered data through interviews with informants, observations, and documentation at the Agriculture Office of Jombang Regency. The findings show that although the e-RDKK system has improved farmers' access to subsidized fertilizers, administrative barriers and distribution delays remain major issues. Uneven distribution coverage and the misallocation of fertilizers in several areas reduce the policy's effectiveness. Improvements in distribution management and stricter supervision are necessary to ensure the sustainability of the agricultural sector and food security in Jombang Regency. The distribution of subsidized fertilizers in Jombang Regency needs to be improved through more intensive education for farmers and simplification of administrative procedures.

This study aims to identify the effect of “jellyfish” learning media on numeracy skills for grade II students at SDN 06 Ciputat on multiplication material. Based on initial observation early observations, students had difficulty mastering the concept of multiplication due to monotonous learning procedures and the lack of use of interactive media. The research was conducted through 4 meetings with a simple experimental approach including a pre-test, implementation of the “jellyfish” media, and a post-test to evaluate the learning outcomes. post-test to evaluate the learning outcomes. The results showed that the “jellyfish” media was able to increase students' understanding of multiplication multiplication material, as well as increasing their active involvement in the learning process. learning. This research aims to explore the effectiveness of human resource risk management in dealing with employee data security risks in the technology sector. Given the increasing threats to information security, especially in today's digital age, this research uses a qualitative approach with systematic literature analysis of various related articles and studies. The results show that the existence of clear security policies and procedures, regular employee training, the use of appropriate technology, and an organizational culture that supports information security are key factors that influence the effectiveness of risk management. In addition, evaluation and gathering feedback from employees are important elements in adjusting policies to meet evolving security challenges. This research provides recommendations for companies in the technology sector to improve their risk management systems through the integration of comprehensive policies, effective training programs, and the implementation of advanced technology, in order to protect employee data and increase trust within the organization.

The rapid development of the financial technology (fintech) industry has brought various innovations in financial services, but also poses challenges related to conflict resolution between users and service providers. This study aims to analyze the user experience in resolving disputes through fintech platforms, with a focus on the effectiveness of existing dispute resolution mechanisms. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with active users of fintech platforms who have been involved in disputes. The results of the study show that although fintech platforms provide various channels for settlement, such as mediation or arbitration, many users complain about transparency, complexity of procedures, and unclear information regarding their rights and obligations in the process. In addition, the trust factor in third parties involved in the settlement is also a major issue. These findings provide insight into the need to improve the resolution system by improving communication between fintech service providers and users, as well as clarifying settlement procedures to create a better user experience. This study is expected to contribute to the development of policies and regulations related to dispute resolution in the fintech sector. The method used in discussing the formulation of the problem is normative legal research. Normative legal research is an approach carried out based on primary legal materials by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and laws and regulations related to this research. The working relationship between the police functional units in disclosing criminal acts at the Medan Helvetia Police, namely starting from the SPKT Unit of the Medan Helvetia Police coordinating with the police functional units at the Medan Helvetia Police to conduct a crime scene check (TKP); the Samapta Unit carries out security around the house object; the Intelkam Unit conducts an investigation into the case, collects information or (Pulbaket); the Criminal Investigation Unit conducts an in-depth investigation at the crime scene; the Traffic Unit regulates traffic around the crime scene; the Binmas Unit coordinates with the Head of the Environment and local sub-district and the Samapta Unit of the Medan Helvetia Police carries out patrols in the area. Meanwhile, the factors that hinder the working relationship between the police functional units in disclosing criminal acts at the Medan Helvetia Police are external factors such as the lack of public knowledge of the importance of handling the crime scene (TKP); time factors; weather factors. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising policy in Kuantan Singingi Regency using qualitative methods and a phenomenological approach. The policy evaluation theory used is William N. Dunn's model, which emphasizes six success criteria, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation, and analyzed using interactive data analysis. The research results show that advertising policies have not been fully effective in achieving the expected goals, such as increasing regional income and arranging the aesthetics of the city. Findings indicate the existence of illegal advertisements that hinder tax revenues and public dissatisfaction with the government's response to their complaints. Even though the resource structure is in place, implementor skills need to be improved to achieve better efficiency. Licensing and supervision procedures are also considered inadequate, and policies do not provide equal opportunities for all business actors, especially small businesses. This research provides recommendations for improving future policy implementation, with the hope of increasing effectiveness and responsiveness to community needs.
