This is more widely recognized by the elderly when they are already in severe condition and with complications so that it has an impact on various aspects including increasing morbidity and mortality rates, as well as decreasing quality of life of the elderly and decreasing ability of the elderly to carry out daily activities. Metabolic disorders are caused by increased blood glucose levels in the body known as Diabetes Mellitus (DM) which is one of the health problems of the ten diseases that cause death and disability globally. The implementation of community service activities for Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus through several stages, namely the survey and field observation stages and counseling for Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus counseling is carried out for approximately 90 minutes, as well as evaluations in the form of pre-tests and post-tests. The provision of education was carried out on Wednesday, November 14, 2024 at the Antara Health Center, the number of participants was 32 people. Based on the results of the knowledge of the elderly before and after the counseling for Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus, it was found that 15 elderly people had sufficient knowledge and 17 elderly people had insufficient knowledge. After conducting counseling on Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus, the results obtained were a sufficient increase of 30 and less than 2 elderly. This means that community service on Preventive Efforts for the Elderly in Diabetes Mellitus is very effective in the elderly in order to prevent an increase in glucose levels. Counseling on preventive efforts for the elderly in diabetes regarding these degenerative diseases is very necessary so that the elderly maintain their health better. The elderly are expected to be able to understand about efforts to prevent and treat degenerative diseases in the elderly with diabetes. Hopefully this community service can be a reference for researchers and further community service, as well as the community.

Cats are one of the beloved animals that require care and development. As beloved animals, cats have their own charm thanks to their different body shapes, eyes and fur colors. Cats whose pedigrees are officially registered as purebred cats. Cats, in Latin Felis silvestris catus, are a type of carnivore. The word cat usually means a domesticated cat but can also refer to large cats such as lions, tigers and leopards. Cats have been mixed with human life for at least 6000 years BC, since cat skeletons were discovered on the island of Cyprus (Arquitectura et al., 2015).  One of the diseases that often appears in cats is feline lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD), also known as feline urological syndrome (FUS), which is a health problem that often occurs in cats, especially male cats. This health problem attacks the cat's bladder and urethra. Urethral disorders are caused by the structure of the male cat's urethra, which is tube-shaped and has a narrow section, which often causes obstruction of urine from the bladder (VU) to the outside of the body. FLUTD includes several diseases that occur in the cat's urinary tract (Indonesia, 2022).  Knowledge about diseases in cats is one of the problems. Many owners do not realize that their cats are suffering from diseases that can cause death. The cause of the cat's death occurred due to the keeper's lack of knowledge regarding the disease and symptoms the cat was experiencing. Apart from that, the problem is that there are so few doctors available that they are difficult to find, and the information obtained is only in accordance with the condition of the cat when it goes to the vet. If you see other symptoms, like it or not, you have to consult the veterinarian again and it will take additional time and money. This problem can be solved with an expert system that can diagnose the disease suffered by the cat based on the selected symptoms.

Semarang City Department's 2023 health profile data shows the number of hypertension is 24,949. Practicing holding a handgrip is a non-pharmacological therapy for treating hypertension because it stabilizes blood pressure and heart rate. Many combination therapies are used, including combining handgrip exercises with sound waves. Natural sounds will stimulate the hypothalamus, resulting in a feeling of calm and have an effect on the blood pressure regulation mechanism. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of a combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds on the blood pressure of clients with hypertension. This research method is a pre-experimental one group pre and post test design and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were clients who were recorded as suffering from hypertension at the Sekaran Semarang Community Health Center. The research instrument uses a digital spygmomanometer and SOP for action. The research stages consist of preparation, implementation and processing of research data. The steps in the preparation stage are literature study, field survey, discussions with lecturers and experts, developing procedures for the combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds, expert review, and socialization of the combination of handgrip exercise and natural sounds to clients and families.
