Industry concentration is centered on the number and size distribution of companies. In this case it can be said that the fewer the number of companies in the market, the level of industry concentration tends to be linked to the ability of sellers (producers) in the market. This can be a form of suppressing competition and coordinating price policies which tend to be high.

In the era of the new normal, maintaining health and hygiene has become critically important, especially in preventing the spread of viruses. One effective way to achieve this is through regular handwashing. Schools are particularly susceptible to the transmission of viruses and bacteria, which is why it's crucial to implement an effective hand sanitizer system. However, the use of conventional hand sanitizer bottles that require manual pressing or opening still carries the risk of virus transmission. Therefore, there is a need for the development of an automatic hand sanitizer system to reduce the risk of virus transmission. This research aims to design an Arduino-based automatic hand sanitizer system at SD Kanisius Genuk. The automatic hand sanitizer system utilizes an ultrasonic sensor to detect the distance between an object, in this case, a hand, and the hand sanitizer. When the hand approaches within a certain distance, the hand sanitizer fluid is dispensed automatically through a mini 5V pump. Additionally, the device features a liquid level sensor that provides information about the hand sanitizer fluid level via an LCD screen. The theoretical significance of this research lies in enriching knowledge about programming using the C++ programming language in designing an automatic hand sanitizer system. Furthermore, the research is expected to enhance creativity, innovation, and knowledge development in response to technological advancements. The practical benefits of this research include facilitating students, teachers, and guests at SD Kanisius Genuk in using the automatic hand sanitizer, thus reducing the risk of virus transmission. Additionally, this research can serve as a reference for universities and contribute to the field of human resource management knowledge.

Breast milk is the perfect and best food for babies, especially babies 0-6 months because it contains the nutritional elements needed for optimal growth and development of babies (Ministry of Health, 2021). Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding for 6 months without giving any drinks or food, including clear water, vitamins and medicine (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2020). Exclusive breastfeeding can be given directly or indirectly. Direct breastfeeding is by breastfeeding, while indirect breastfeeding is done by expressing or pumping breast milk, storing it, and then giving it to the baby. Giving breast milk based on the definition above, the mother is said to give exclusive breast milk if the baby is only given breast milk for the age of 0-6 months, while the mother is said to give non-exclusive breast milk if the baby is given other additional food or drink at the age of 0-6 months (Proverawati, 2015). Exclusive breastfeeding with growth in babies aged 7-12 months at the BP Nauli Community Health Center, Kec. Siantar Marihat Pematangsiantar City In 2023, the majority will be given exclusive breast milk with 18 people growing fat, 15 people will not be given exclusive breast milk with a normal body. The results of the Chi-square test show that with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and growth in babies aged 7-12 months at the BP Nauli District Health Center. Siantar Marihat, Pematangsiantar City in 2023. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that out of the 62 respondents, 35 babies were given exclusive breast milk (56.6%) and 27 people were not exclusively breastfed (43.5%). There were 27 mothers who did not give exclusive breast milk to their babies (43.5%). This is due to the mother's lack of knowledge about the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding and there are also mothers who work so they say they do not give exclusive breast milk to their babies because of the mother's lack of knowledge about expressed breast milk.

Babies get their main nutrition, namely breast milk, through the breastfeeding process. However, in some cases breast milk can be low, one of the reasons is the mother's psychological condition. Mothers who feel unhappy, not calm, not relaxed, this will affect their breast milk. Hypnobreastfeeding is a relaxation technique to help smooth the breastfeeding process, by adding positive affirmations to your mind when you relax. Deep and regular relaxation makes the endocrine system, blood flow and other systems in the body function better because the endorphins produced by the mother will flow to the baby through breast milk and also make the baby feel comfortable and calm. Research objective: to determine the effect of hypnobreastfeeding on the smooth flow of breast milk in postpartum mothers at PMB Soraya Palembang. Semiotically, poetry is a systematic and meaningful structure of signs determined by convention. Understanding poetry is nothing other than understanding the meaning of poetry. The meaning of poetry is a work that arises from language which is arranged based on literary structure according to its conventions. Therefore, to study poetry, it is necessary to conduct a semiotic analysis of the land, remembering that poetry is a structure of meaningful signs. The semiotic approach is considered capable of expressing the meaning contained in poetry, so this approach has received a lot of attention, namely with the research that has been produced. This article aims to discuss the hidden meaning of poetic texts through discussion and explanation from a semiotic perspective. This theory is used as a basis for explaining poetry in terms of the signs and interpretations thereof. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on poetry as the object and research data. The results of this research show that the poem "Aku Brings the Wind" by Heri IsnaIni has a strong structure with signs that form meaning.
