This research aims to explore strategies for cultivating exceptional talent in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). The study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating interviews, surveys, and case studies to gather comprehensive data. The sample selection includes individuals from various industries known for fostering talent development, such as technology, education, and business. Through thematic analysis, the collected data are systematically examined to identify recurring patterns, emerging themes, and innovative practices in talent cultivation. Results reveal multifaceted strategies encompassing personalized learning, mentorship programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and proactive skill development initiatives. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent development efforts. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can harness human potential effectively amidst technological advancements, paving the way for sustainable talent management practices in the AI era.    

PT Ungaran Sari Garment is one of the Largest Export Oriented Apparel Company in Indonesia, operating world-class factories in various locations in Java supported by 11,000 skilled and professional workers. Ungaran Sari Garments' production capacity can handle 1.7 million dozen garments per year and still with great potential for expansion. In 2022 to 2024 experienced an increase and decrease in Actual Performance Production. Production Performance data at PT Ungaran Sari Garment for the last 3 years has experienced, indicates that there is a decrease in employee performance at PT Ungaran Sari Garment.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education presents both challenges and opportunities for 21st-century learning. This study explores the transformative potential of AI in enhancing personalized learning, adaptive assessments, and intelligent tutoring systems. The research aims to identify the key barriers to AI adoption in educational settings, including ethical concerns, data privacy, and technological infrastructure. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data were collected through literature reviews and expert interviews. The findings indicate that while AI can significantly improve learning outcomes and administrative efficiency, its implementation requires strategic planning, teacher training, and regulatory frameworks. This study highlights the importance of balancing AI-driven innovation with ethical considerations to maximize its benefits in education.

Financial distress is a condition whene the company are in a state financial difficultes. Every company must have an early an early warning system to detect the potential for financial distress in order to avoid bankruptcky. The Purpose of this is to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect profitability (ROA), as a moderating between liquidity (CR), leverage (DAR), sales gowth (SG), in predicting financial distress (Altman Z-Score). The population in this purpose were retail companies on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period, with a sample of 19 companies studied for 5 years so that 95 samples were obtained, using the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data in the form of information from the company’s financial statements. The data analysis technique used logistic regression and moderating regretion analysis (MRA). The rsults prove that the variables of liquidity, sales growth and profitability are able to predict financial distress, while leverage cannot predict financial distress, the profitability variable strengthens the influence of liquidity and sales growth in predicting financial distress but weakens leverage in predicting financial distress. The advince given is expected thet the company can increase the effectiveness and efficiency in managing assets and can increase sales so that the profit received by the company increases so that the company can avoid financial distress.

This research endeavours to delve into the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in bolstering Project Resource Management (PRM), discerning the principal challenges inherent in project resource planning, acquisition, and human as well as physical resource management, while also appraising the utilization of AI tools by project team members (PTM) and their efficacy in daily tasks. This research contributes a theoretical basis for what lies ahead studies in PM and unveils the benefits of AI in task monitoring, scheduling, team assignment, cost estimation, and the monitoring of physical project resource availability. This study employs a mixed-method approach, commencing with an initial literature review to identify project challenges. Data collection is facilitated through the administration of questionnaire surveys and interviews with project managers, encompassing both closed-ended and semi-structured questions. The research reveals that PTM readily embraces the utilization of AI for daily tasks and Project Resource Management can be enhanced through AI.

High school students are the young generation who have the potential and have the opportunity to play an active role in the development of the nation and the nation. To support their ability to compete in today's era, high school students are required to have self-confidence, be able to communicate politely, and be polite as part of public speaking. If you do not have the ability to communicate in public appropriately due to a lack of self-confidence, then the interaction cannot run smoothly. Therefore, to provide understanding, public speaking training is held using the CCP (Confident, Content and Performance) method. This dedication activity was a collaboration between the lecturer who held the tridharma activities of higher education and the UPTD SMAN 13 Maros which is located in Pucak Village. By using the practice method which begins with increasing self-confidence, followed by creating content and finally preparing for a live performance. the enthusiasm of the participants was very high, various questions were asked during the discussion so that this activity could provide training in the development of public speaking presentation skills

The role of the MSME sector is very important for the economic growth of a region. Where this sector reflects the local economy, a region and as a driving force for the regional economy. The existence of the Covid 19 pandemic has caused MSMEs actors to have new challenges and problems, regarding marketing in the form of digitalization. Therefore, a strategy is needed, which is able to answer these problems. This MSME Marketing Development Strategy is to see the types and characteristics of  MSMEs, potentials and problems as well as strategies for handling them. The case of this research is MSMEs Boyolali Regency. The results of this study are SWOT analysis, which requires MSME marketing activities based on MSME digitization through increased product marketing through Social Media and E-Commerce.

Early childhood is also known as the golden age, in which the potential and abilities of the physical, cognitive, language, artistic, social-emotional, moral, religious, self-concept, self-discipline and independence develop. Therefore it is important if from an early age it is necessary to instill the value of independence in children. One of the factors that can influence the process of developing independence in children is parenting style. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. The research method used is library research or library research. The results of this study are through parenting parents are able to build children's independence, including in applying habits to children. Abstract: Wamena is one of the areas with the potential to develop a wide variety of food crops and plantations in large and medium quantities because it is supported by its natural conditions. Wamena, especially throughout Jayawijaya Regency and even other Regencies in the Central Highlands of Papua, are known for their organic farming. In order to support and maintain the productivity of organic farming systems, as an academic activist in the agricultural sector, it is necessary to conduct training on making organic fertilizer through the use of banana weevils known as Local Microorganism Fertilizer (MoL). This training was based on observations of farmer groups in the Wesaput district, where all farmers in the farmer groups had never used organic liquid fertilizers or inorganic fertilizers as additional nutrients to increase the growth and production of their agricultural products. Therefore we try to provide understanding and approaches to farmer groups through community service on how to make Local Microorganism Liquid Fertilizer in order to increase the yields of local farmers in the Wesaput District, especially the village of Kama. As a result of this activity, we saw that the farmer group community in Wesaput gave a good response so they asked for similar activities to be carried out again so that the farmer group community was more independent in making and using liquid organic fertilizer using the natural resources around them.

This study discusses the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud in Satker X. This study is devoted to examining the role of e-procurement in preventing fraud, as well as the potential for fraud that may still occur when Satker X has implemented e-procurement in procurement process. The object of this research is Satker X which is one of the Central Government Work Units engaged in the field of vocational education. This research is aimed at Satker X as e-procurement users.Research espondent in this study are 3 respondents. Data collection in this study was done by in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. After the data is collected, the next step is analyze the data. Data were analyzed by data reduction, presented in tabular form, until the stage of completion of writing and drawing conclusions. The validity or credibility test of the data is done by using data triangulation.The results show that the implementation of e-procurement in Satker X is quite good, and e-procurement has been proven to increase transparency and accountability in the procurement process in Satker X. However, it turns out that e-procurement still has gaps that can later become one of the potential fraud in the future. It was found that e-procurement is considered less able to prevent fraud that can occur during the implementation of work. Where there is manipulating documents carried out by unscrupulous provider. To avoid this from happening in the future, it is hoped that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it can always evaluate the implementation of work of the procurement of goods and services, besides that Satker X and the bureaucracy above it must also start building an integrity zone, by increasing the integrity of implementers, starting from KPA, planners, PPK, UKPBJ, and the work supervisor.

The current business era is experiencing massive changes due to the uncertainty of industry fluctuations and tight competition, making businesses enter the VUCA era. This makes business activists required to adapt to circumstances that are prone to change (Volatility), the uncertainty of circumstances (Uncertainty), circumstances full of complexity (Complexity), and floating circumstances (Ambiguity). Therefore, innovation is needed so that business actors remain active in facing the challenges of the VUCA era. Digital transformation brings many changes in the industrial world. Financial Technology has the potential to play a role in increasing financial inclusion and Business Sustainability. This study aims to systematically highlight the business model of financial technology from the relevant literature. The methodology used in this research is the study of literature. The results showed that the existence of Financial Technology has a positive impact on efforts to increase financial inclusion and Business Sustainability in the VUCA Era, which can be seen from the projected growth of Financial Technology, which has increased significantly. This research is expected to provide a view of the business world in observing the adoption of Financial Technology.

Football School (SSB) is a supporting facility for children who have potential in the field of soccer in order to improve their skills. Football is a large ball game played in teams with a team of 10 players and 1 goalkeeper. In this game, teamwork is an important value that must be possessed to achieve competitive victory. However, along with problems in the form of discrepancies in operational standardization in soccer schools, causing negative public perceptions of the existence of this school. Therefore, a research was conducted to build a decision-making model in determining the choice of soccer schools in accordance with legal standards for children, namely using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is one method that can solve a problem because there is a hierarchy where there are several important aspects, namely Objects, Criteria, Sub Criteria, and Alternatives. By combining data and knowledge, it can increase effectiveness in decision makers. It is hoped that in the future, this research can help the community to support their children in the field of soccer by determining the appropriate soccer school.

In the industrial sector, human resources is an important asset and element that serves as a non-material capital that can be realized into physical and non physical potential in realizing the existence of the organization. Protection of occupational safety and health is often ignored, especially by those who tend to seek profit only. If a worker has an accident or a work-related illness then the agency simply replaces it with a new worker. In order to provide protection for the workforce, an agency needs to pay attention to the safety and health of the workforce by implementing Occupational Safety and Health Management.

Religious education aims to increase religious potential and shape children to become human beings who believe in and fear God Almighty and have noble character which includes ethics, character and morals. Religious value in children is a child's ability to understand religion that is obtained from parents, society and the surrounding environment. One of the efforts that can be made to achieve children with religious character is to instill religious values ​​themselves in children through religious activities such as the habit of praying dhuha in congregation and tahfiz Al-Qur`an activities both starting from the school environment. This study aims to instill religious values ​​in children which must be instilled since childhood, so that children get used to behaving well towards other people in their surroundings and have a love for the Al-Qur`an which increases their faith and piety to God Almighty. This research was conducted at the Subsidized Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Galagah Hulu. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method in which data collection uses observation techniques, interview techniques and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the habituation of Duha prayer carried out by children in congregation, they find several religious values, namely the value of worship, the value of spirit of jihad, moral values ​​and exemplary values. Strategies in instilling religious values ​​by motivating and setting an example. One way to instill religious values ​​is to always keep the Duha prayer time. tells the virtues of dhuha prayer, tells the virtues of memorizing the Qur'an in life so as to foster a sense of love in children. In the activities of tahfidz Al-Qur`an the religious values ​​found are children who are used to being disciplined in carrying out activities to memorize surahs while at school, children are disciplined in obeying school rules. Learning while playing, playing while learning is the principle of fun learning in PAUD. Early age at school is an effective age for developing various potentials that children have. This research is motivated by a problem, namely the application of the principle of playing while learning is still not optimal in developing multiple intelligences in early childhood. This study aims to stimulate children's brains in the long term, so that their memories are always filled with activities that give positive impressions and of course are fun for children, and to find out the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teacher's feelings about the concept of playing while learning for early childhood. The purpose of playing is basically directed at developing children's multiple intelligences. The principle of playing while learning prioritizes playing activities rather than learning, meaning that learning activities in PAUD are more dominated by fun and exciting activities for children. The theoretical foundations in this study are: the concept of playing while learning, the notion of learning, the concept of PAUD learning, the concept of early childhood education. Children are a gift from Allah SWT that should be grateful for, guarded, cared for, guided, educated and must also develop all their potential according to their nature. Education for children has got the most important place, because education is a very important factor in changing a civilization. This study aims to improve the role of parents in educating their children according to religious demands based on the Qur'an so that what is expected by parents can be applied to their children in living life. So this research is a library research. In this research will be explored about Early Childhood Education according to the Qur'an in the study of maudhu'i interpretation. Data were collected from various literatures, such as books, the Koran, interpretations and other research results are then processed into informative data. The results of this study indicate that the active role of parents in educating children is very much needed. Negligence of parents in educating children from an early age can result in unfavorable children's behavior in the future. Children's education according to the Qur'an shows how good children's behavior is, about what is the sense of responsibility for moral development in children, responsibility for attitudes towards children, responsibility for social development in children, responsibility for fostering prayer in children.

Ngijo Village, Tasikmadu District, Karanganyar Regency has various potentials, one of which is the snack industry. Observation results, Partners have a good opportunity as evidenced by an increase in sales turnover every month. Partners have taken advantage of marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, OLX. Partner's understanding of banking digitalization is important to have, the problem is that Partners have not used internet banking. Community Service Activities carried out on Saturday 23 July 2022 in the form of a Workshop aimed at introducing internet banking as a strategy to improve sales performance. In practice, all partners are very enthusiastic about participating in the Workshop. By looking at the performance of Partners participating in simulations and doing exercises, it shows an increase in understanding where student partners have gained a good understanding of the use of internet banking to improve sales performance.

Children with disabilities are part of diversity, but there are problems such as the lack of character formation of children, not yet optimal in developing the potential and limited skills and independence of children with disabilities. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta provided a mentoring activity through the application of the aquaponics system in order to empower children with disabilities in improving the life skills of children with disabilities at YPAC Professor Doctor Soeharso Surakarta. The methods applied in this service include: (1) providing counseling and socialization related to the aquaponics system, (2) aquaponics assembly, (3) training related to aquaponics seeding and care, and (4) monitoring the development of aquaponics. The result of this service is that children with disabilities who become participants during the service process have gained knowledge related to the aquaponics system. Children routinely carry out maintenance such as spraying hydroponic vegetables, feeding catfish to cleaning fish waste at the bottom of the pond. Assistance is carried out to train the independence and responsibility of children with disabilities in aquaponic care as well as become vocational skills for them which if aquaponics continues to be developed it will become a source of income for children with disabilities, especially those living in dormitories. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out with a monitoring pattern. Community service based on the development of the target schools at MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri Jepara is intended as an effort to improve learning management in partner schools. The purpose of this community service program is to build academic cooperation, develop human resource potential and improve the quality of school education through skill program innovation. The training was held in two stages, namely the theory-discussion stage and the field stage. The participants of this training were teachers, assistant teachers, and students. The class training materials are the rules of fish farming, getting to know the tools and functions of the equipment, knowing how to design aquaculture containers, the sequence of cultivation activities, caring for and feeding and monitoring fish health. While the field training includes the design of aquaculture pond containers to fish farming techniques. The result of the activity was the implementation of community service activities for the development of the target schools in the form of training on catfish cultivation techniques for students and teachers of MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri. The training participants understand cultivation techniques, starting from preparing cultivation media, spreading seeds, managing feed and maintaining water quality so that the fish grow well.
