Background: Sectio Caesarea is a method of giving birth to a fetus by making an incision in the uterine wall through the front wall of the abdomen (Amru Sofian, 2013). Giving birth by cesarean can drain more energy on the body and the recovery process takes longer. To speed up the recovery process, early mobilization exercises are needed. However, there are several factors that prevent mothers from doing early mobilization For this reason, it is important that efforts to increase early mobilization are carried out in order to speed up the healing process. Objective: To describe the description of nursing care in post sectio caesarea patients in practicing early mobilization. Research Methods: This study uses a literature review method in a journal that discusses early mobilization in post sectio caesarea mothers. Research Results: The results of the research from the literature review that the authors obtained through 10 journals, namely the mobilization efforts of post-SC postpartum mothers in carrying out early mobilization are influenced by pain in the surgical wound, knowledge/experience, motivation and beliefs. These results are relevant to the case managed by the author, namely Mrs. K was reluctant to do early mobilization because of pain and fear. Conclusion: From the results of the literature study above, it can be concluded that early mobilization of post sectio caesarea mothers can be improved by implementing pain management nursing, motivation, education and support from families and health workers

Pregnancy is a period when pregnant women experience physiological and psychological changes. Physical changes that occur during pregnancy can cause complaints or discomfort during pregnancy, which include physical discomfort during pregnancy including back pain, low back pain, difficulty sleeping at night/insomnia, and leg cramps. Meanwhile, psychological discomfort that can occur in pregnant women is anxiety and fear of facing the birth process. Anxiety is one of the psychological changes in the third trimester because it is getting closer to the birth process. Resulting in excessive anxiety during pregnancy can trigger abortion, premature birth, low birth weight, fetal defects, fetal growth retardation, and postpartum depression. Three out of five third trimester pregnant women who were encountered experienced anxiety approaching labor, namely sleep disturbances. Practicing yoga during pregnancy is a useful solution as a self-help medium that will reduce discomfort during pregnancy and help with the birthing process. When pregnancy enters the third trimester, the mother will experience increasingly serious and intense anxiety in dealing with the birth process.

Sectio is a surgical operation to help pregnant women give birth by making an incision in the abdominal wall (laparotomy) and uterus (hysterectomy). Compared with regular births, which only cause about 9% more suffering, births by cesarean section cause about 27.3% more pain. Pharmacology and non-pharmacology can be used together to treat pain. Within 24 hours after a caesarean section, patients can experience a five times greater reduction in pain thanks to lavender aromatherapy. There are no risks associated with using the main active components of lavender oil, linalyl acetate, and linalool, which may provide a calming effect. When lavender aromatherapy is inhaled, the compounds it contains trigger the hypothalamus to produce endorphins which can calm and soothe. Lavender aromatherapy also has properties that make it antibacterial, analgesic, antidepressant and antispasmodic. By offering and using lavender aromatherapy, this research approach is descriptive and takes the form of a case report. The aim of this research is to determine whether the use of lavender aromatherapy can help patients after giving birth by caesarean section reduce their discomfort. After receiving lavender aromatherapy, the research findings changed from a scale of 7 to 3. Research findings show that the use of lavender aromatherapy can help postpartum patients undergoing cesarean section reduce their discomfort.

Afterpains are a common physiological complaint experienced by mothers during the postpartum period due to uterine contractions that occur after childbirth. This pain can disrupt comfort, inhibit the involution process, and affect the mother's physical and psychological well-being. Non-pharmacological treatment efforts such as the Effleurage Massage technique are an effective alternative because they can increase relaxation and stimulate the release of endorphins that play a role in reducing pain perception. This study aims to determine the effect of the Effleurage Massage technique on the level of afterpains in postpartum mothers at Midwife Sulastri, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2022. The research design used was a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest without a control group. The study sample consisted of 45 postpartum mothers selected using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through observations with a numeric pain scale and analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in pain levels after Effleurage Massage with a p value = 0.000 (<0.05). These findings demonstrate that the Effleurage Massage technique is effective in reducing the intensity of postpartum afterpains. Consequently, this massage can be used as a complementary therapy in postpartum midwifery care to increase comfort and accelerate the mother's recovery process.
