Magang Industri (KPI) berfungsi sebagai media bagi siswa untuk menerapkan pengetahuan akademis ke dalam lingkungan kerja nyata, khususnya melalui keterlibatan dalam proses rekrutmen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Asri Dharma Sejahtera, sebuah perusahaan milik daerah di sektor minyak dan gas, di mana Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia memainkan peran strategis dalam mendukung operasi. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tahapan rekrutmen dan mentransmisikan efektivitas metode yang diterapkan. Data dikumpulkan secara kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan staf SDM dan observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan rekrutmen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. ADS menerapkan proses rekrutmen yang sistematis, mulai dari perencanaan tenaga kerja, pengumuman lowongan pekerjaan, penyaringan aplikasi, tes, dan wawancara. Dua metode utama yang digunakan: bursa kerja dan platform dare, masing-masing dengan kelebihan dan keterbatasan yang berbeda. Bursa kerja efektif untuk interaksi pribadi dan merek pemberitaan kerja, sementara platform berani menawarkan jangkauan yang lebih luas dan efisiensi yang lebih besar. Kesimpulan menyimpulkan bahwa strategi rekrutmen hybrid mengoptimalkan kekuatan kedua metode, menghasilkan proses rekrutmen yang lebih efektif dan adaptif. Rekomendasi tersebut mencakup SOP pemeliharaan yang terperinci, penerapan sistem e-rekrutmen yang komprehensif, dan pelaksanaan evaluasi berkala guna meningkatkan transparansi, kualitas, dan daya saing perusahaan.

Industri portal lowongan kerja daring mengalami persaingan ketat, menuntut platform seperti Toploker.com untuk membangun brand awareness yang kuat, di mana iklan video menjadi strategi promosi yang sangat efektif. Namun, produksi video konvensional menghadapi kendala biaya tinggi dan waktu pengerjaan yang lama. Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) menawarkan solusi dengan mengotomasi produksi konten, mulai dari penyusunan naskah hingga personalisasi audio-visual. Penelitian empiris menunjukkan bahwa iklan video berbasis AI dapat meningkatkan tingkat engagement hingga 6–9 persen poin lebih tinggi dibandingkan iklan baseline dan meningkatkan efektivitas persuasi hingga 12,5% lebih tinggi dalam hal ekspektasi pendapatan. Untuk memastikan proses pengembangan konten video promosi yang menarik, efisien, dan relevan bagi audiens digital Generasi Z, penelitian ini mengadopsi kerangka kerja Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), yang mencakup tahap Konsep, Perancangan, Pengumpulan Bahan, Produksi, Pengujian, dan Distribusi. Tujuannya adalah merancang panduan teknis yang terstruktur untuk mengintegrasikan alat AI modern (seperti CapCut, Suno AI, dan Freepik AI) demi mengoptimalkan kualitas dan efisiensi produksi konten.

The main objective of this study is to examine whether agreements reached in electronic transactions through online shopping platforms comply with the fundamental principles of contract law. The principles tested include the principle of freedom of contract, the principle of consensualism, the principle of pacta sunt servanda, and the principle of good faith. In addition, this study also aims to understand the legal protection framework for consumers in the context of digital transactions. The methodology applied in this study is normative law, using an approach that focuses on legislation and a conceptual approach. The legal material used consists of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The collection of legal material was carried out through a literature study, which was then analyzed using deductive logic.Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it was concluded that agreements formed in electronic transactions through online shopping sites have fulfilled the principles of freedom of contract, consensualism, pacta sunt servanda, and good faith. Legal protection for consumers in e-commerce transactions has been adequately provided through the regulation of Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions and Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection.

Program pengabdian masyarakat bertajuk “Menenun Inovasi: Transformasi Kelembagaan dan Bisnis Digital Berkelanjutan bagi UMKM Batik Khas Jember di Desa Sumberpakem” bertujuan memperkuat daya saing UMKM batik melalui transformasi digital dan penguatan kelembagaan kolektif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara partisipatif melalui tiga tahapan terintegrasi: pelatihan Digital Marketing dan E-Commerce, penerapan Business Model Canvas (BMC) terpadu, serta inisiasi pembentukan Koperasi Batik Sumberpakem. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam literasi digital, kemampuan promosi daring, dan pengelolaan bisnis peserta. Seluruh UMKM mitra kini memiliki akun aktif di berbagai platform digital (Instagram, TikTok, dan Shopee) serta mampu menghasilkan konten promosi yang kreatif dan profesional. Selain itu, terbentuknya tim inisiator koperasi menjadi langkah konkret menuju kemandirian ekonomi kolektif yang berkelanjutan. Program ini tidak hanya mendorong adaptasi teknologi, tetapi juga membangun ekosistem kolaboratif antara akademisi, pemerintah desa, dan pelaku UMKM. Dampak keberlanjutan diarahkan pada pendampingan koperasi, penguatan jejaring pasar, serta peningkatan infrastruktur digital desa.

The flipped classroom model emerges as an innovative pedagogical approach that fosters active student participation and cultivates personal responsibility for learning, particularly within the context of distance education. This method presents a valuable alternative for delivering practical-oriented courses such as Applied Ethnomusicology. In practice, the instructor’s role shifts from a traditional knowledge transmitter to a learning facilitator whose responsibilities include guiding, inspiring, and supporting students in achieving optimal learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the flipped classroom model in the online learning of the rapa’i musical instrument at the Department of Performing Arts, Syiah Kuala University. Additionally, it seeks to describe the subjective perceptions and responses of both students and lecturers toward this instructional approach. Online learning was conducted using Zoom Meeting as the primary platform for synchronous interaction, supported by WhatsApp for content distribution and communication. A formative research methodology was employed, involving 20 students enrolled in the Applied Ethnomusicology course. Qualitative data were collected through observations of each flipped classroom phase and in-depth interviews with participants. Quantitative analysis was conducted to assess effectiveness via N-gain calculations. Results indicate that all stages of the flipped classroom model were successfully implemented, and the online learning process proceeded adequately despite challenges such as limited internet access and the scarcity of personal rapa’i instruments. Quantitatively, the model demonstrated moderate effectiveness, with an N-gain value of 0.3. Overall, students displayed high levels of enthusiasm and consistent engagement during each learning session, reflecting a significant increase in learning involvement.

Perkembangan media sosial telah mengubah strategi pemasaran digital secara signifikan, dengan TikTok Shop menjadi salah satu kanal e-commerce yang berkembang pesat untuk memperkuat keterlibatan merek dan loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi pemasaran online, konten marketing, dan brand engagement terhadap loyalitas merek pada platform TikTok Shop dengan studi kasus merek lokal Shiyu Shopeu. Pendekatan penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain survei potong lintang terhadap 120 responden yang dipilih secara purposive, mencakup konsumen aktif yang telah melakukan pembelian melalui TikTok Shop. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner skala Likert lima poin, sedangkan analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda setelah melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketiga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek (nilai F-hitung = 103,26; Sig. < 0,001), dengan brand engagement sebagai variabel dominan (t-hitung = 5,922; Sig. < 0,001), sementara nilai R² = 0,692 mengindikasikan bahwa 69,2% variasi loyalitas merek dapat dijelaskan oleh model. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya interaksi emosional dan keterlibatan aktif konsumen dalam membangun komitmen merek di lingkungan digital yang dinamis. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya literatur pemasaran digital, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengoptimalkan komunikasi daring dan konten kreatif guna meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online learning on student academic achievement using a mixed methods approach. Data were collected through questionnaires involving 25 students and in-depth interviews with lecturers and students from STMIK Pesat Nabire. Quantitative findings show that aspects such as interaction, learning motivation, assessment, and overall satisfaction were positively rated by most respondents (70%). However, the aspect of technological readiness and accessibility scored only 60%, indicating significant technical barriers. Qualitative findings supported these results, with major concerns related to limited learning platforms and distracting home environments. It is concluded that online learning is moderately effective but requires improvements in digital infrastructure and interactive teaching strategies. This research offers recommendations for higher education institutions to adapt teaching methods to be more responsive to current digital challenges.

The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of using Canva-based learning media on the creativity of eleventh-grade students in economics. The background of this study stems from the low level of student learning creativity caused by the minimal use of innovative and engaging media in the learning process. Creativity is an important aspect in economics learning because it encourages students to think critically, create solutions, and understand abstract concepts more contextually. Static and monotonous learning media such as blackboards and textbooks often do not sufficiently stimulate student interest and participation. Therefore, a more interactive and visual approach is needed, one of which is using Canva. Canva is an online graphic design platform that allows teachers and students to easily create presentations, infographics, and other visual materials. Using Canva in learning can provide a more enjoyable learning experience and motivate students to be actively involved. This study used a quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. Data analysis was carried out by comparing creativity scores before and after treatment. Student creativity was measured using a test instrument that included aspects of fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The study subjects were 34 11th-grade students at SMAN 1 Tulungagung. The results showed a significant difference in scores between the pretest and posttest results, indicating that the use of Canva-based learning media had a positive impact on increasing student creativity. Students became more active in expressing ideas, more daring to experiment with concepts, and better able to present learning outcomes visually and attractively. These findings support constructivism theory, which states that effective learning occurs when students actively construct knowledge through meaningful experiences.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah meningkatkan kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten di bidang analitik data dan pemrograman, khususnya bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Sistem Informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model klasifikasi guna mengidentifikasi kecenderungan mahasiswa sebagai Data Analyst atau Programmer menggunakan algoritma Naive Bayes. Sebanyak 220 data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring, dengan indikator penilaian yang dikelompokkan dalam dua dimensi: kemampuan analis data dan kemampuan pemrograman. Data kemudian dilabeli berdasarkan skor per dimensi dan diolah menggunakan model Complement Naive Bayes pada platform Google Colab. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model mampu mengklasifikasikan dua kelas mayoritas (Data Analyst dan Programmer) dengan baik, ditandai dengan akurasi keseluruhan sebesar 80,30% dan nilai precision, recall, serta f1-score yang tinggi. Namun, performa model terhadap kelas minoritas (Netral) masih rendah akibat ketidakseimbangan distribusi data. Penelitian ini menyarankan penggunaan teknik lanjutan seperti resampling, class weight, atau model ensemble untuk mengatasi bias terhadap kelas mayoritas. Temuan ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pembimbingan akademik dan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis potensi mahasiswa.

Speech acts are communication activities that occur when someone delivers a speech to an interlocutor in a certain context and situation. Understanding the context and situation is very important to understand the intent of the speech. However, misunderstandings can occur, especially in indirect communication through digital media, such as YouTube channels. This study focuses on illocutionary speech acts that appear in 5 dare learning videos on the Ruangguru platform. Illocutionary speech acts contain the intent and function of speech, with various variations. The purpose of this study is to analyze the intent of speech in various illocutionary speech acts contained in the video. This study uses theoretical and methodological methods, with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected by watching videos and recording illocutionary speech which was then analyzed. The results of the study showed five types of illocutionary speech acts: (1) assertive, (2) commissive, (3) directive, (4) expressive, and (5) declarative. These findings provide an understanding of the intent of the utterances spoken, so that the speaker's message can be understood well by the interlocutor.
