Beauty and elegance are characteristics that are inherent in a woman and cannot be separated, beauty is often contested using the term beauty contest. Beauty can be seen from different perspectives, for example skin color, slender body shape and straight or wavy hair. Currently, girls from adolescence to adulthood are competing to be beautiful, the term often used for beauty tools is skincare. Focusing on body beauty and facial beauty makes women forget about the beauty of their hearts. Caring for and cleaning the body is the right action to do, this means that we respect the body that God has given us. However, it is much more important than just body beauty, character beauty is also the main thing, it would really be better if inner beauty and physical beauty (innerbeauty) could be had. A person's inner beauty can lead him to the gates of success, like the story of Queen Esther (Esther 2:1-18). This research uses a literature review method. This research aims to examine how the beauty of a person's character is the main foundation for behavior, thereby bringing success in a person's life.

This qualitative inquiry aims to explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on promoting ethical business practices within the realm of digital marketing in Indonesia. The research model adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders in the digital marketing sector. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to ensure representation from various sectors such as industry professionals, policymakers, and consumer advocacy groups. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of recurring themes and patterns related to the integration of AI in digital marketing practices and its influence on ethical considerations. Preliminary findings suggest that AI implementation in digital marketing facilitates transparency, personalization, and accountability, thereby fostering ethical practices among businesses operating in Indonesia's digital landscape. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on the ethical implications of AI adoption in emerging markets, providing insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders to develop frameworks that promote responsible AI use in business operations.

Women have a deeper attachment when in a romantic relationship because they have an orientation towards having a mutually supportive relationship with their partner and gaining love and intimacy (Wiraswati, 2014). Violence against women is prone to causing post-traumatic stress disorder or PTSD. PTSD includes the emergence of unwanted intrusive thoughts, avoiding activities related to the traumatic experience, and exhibiting excessive emotional and physiological reactivity. In this study, interviews were conducted based on the PSSI-5 and mapping of the severity of PTSD symptoms using the Davidson Trauma Scale on three respondents. The research results showed that two respondents showed sub-clinical PTSD symptoms, while one other person showed high PTSD symptoms that interfered with daily activities. All respondents showed the emergence of PTSD symptoms including the emergence of repetitive intrusive thoughts without intention, avoiding stimuli that resemble traumatic events, feeling emotional dullness, and showing increased reactivity.

Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.

However, the nuanced cadet perspectives spotlight a need for refined emphasis on the practical application of English proficiency in real-world maritime scenarios. Cadet self-assessment underscores both confidence in academic intelligence and an identified need for additional language support, calling for targeted interventions. Exploring professional competences uncovers a disparity between technical proficiency and English Maritime communication, highlighting the importance of a holistic approach to bridge this gap. Cadet motivations vary from a genuine passion for maritime activities to the allure of lucrative career prospects and international recognition. Recognizing this diversity urges the need for personalised career guidance and mentorship programmes. The research also sheds light on English Maritime and Literacy proficiency, differentiating between basic skills and the ability to handle complex communication scenarios. Recommendations include integrating advanced language modules and tailored language support initiatives within the curriculum, ensuring a seamless development of linguistic skills alongside technical competences. In conclusion, this research offers a comprehensive understanding of maritime education at STIP Jakarta, unveiling challenges and opportunities that resonate globally. This research examines “Karang Awake Tandurin”, the oral expression of the Balinese people, which is the domain of intangible culture. Cultural expressions taken from the work of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen from Griya Intaran Sanur. This excerpt from the text Karang Awake Tandurin is published in the Traditional Balinese Literary work Geguritan Selampah Laku, a Balinese work that was composed and written by himself and tells the personal life history of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen in Bali Script. This research used a post-structural approach from critical theories. The theories used were Jauss’ reception theory, Pierce’s semiotic theory, and Barthes’ mythology theory. The meaning entities of the Balinese words ‘karang’, ‘awak’ and ‘tandurin’ actually both stand alone, however in life, the use of the three depends on each other, in humans’ relationship with nature and agrarian culture. ‘Tandurin’ is a representation of agricultural activities, ‘karang’ is a representation of nature, and ‘awak’ is a representation of humans. Delve into yourself, understand yourself, reflect on it to its roots, and your perception will become higher. Melting into and becoming the idea of Ida Pedanda Made Sidemen invites every reader to look inside themselves and no longer look elsewhere to start simple life

The development of an institution cannot be separated from the role of the community it self. Apart from quality, the institution must also give priority to the community, consumert or customers to maintain the continuity of the institution or argency. The activities of Islamic banking institutions must be carried out as closely as possible in introducing the products and services offered by Islamic banking with the aim of increasing or even increasing public interest and trust. In connection with this research, this thesis aims to determine the lack of public interest in choosing Islamic banking products. This type of research is qualitaive research and the data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. This research involved 30 respondents in Mekar Sari Village, Kumpeh districh, consisting of various professions. From the results of research conducted by researchers, 8 respondents stated that they were interested in Islamic banking , but only 3 respondents had used Islamic banking services, and the remaining 14 respondents were not interested and used conventional banking services, then 8 respondents did not respond because they assumed that Islamic banking and conventional bank are the same. Based on the data analysis from this research, the public understanding of Islamic banking are internal and external factors, including personality, motivation, attitudes, beliefs lifestyle, religion, experience, family, culture, society and service. Of   these factors, the most dominant main factors are attitude and belief factors, personality factors and community factors themselves.

Bullying is an act of violence committed by an individual or group to another person so that they suffer injuries that have a very serious impact both physically and psychologically. This activity was carried out on December 14, 2023 at schools in Kemlagi Village. This activity was carried out because of the many victims in the current era which are mostly carried out by students, therefore we hold educational counseling on the impact of bullying. This activity was carried out with the aim of fostering and preventing aggressive mindsets and attitudes. This activity was attended by 30 students.

To effectively achieve educational goals, teachers employ a myriad of methods to convey instructional materials. This research endeavors to scrutinize the communication strategies implemented by teachers while educating visually impaired children, delving into the intricate communication dynamics between educators and students. The study delves into the exploration of multimodal learning techniques employed by teachers to impart educational messages within the classroom setting. The results elucidate distinct phases within the learning strategies embraced by teachers, ranging from the cultivation of personal and intimate connections to the meticulous selection of teaching materials. The study sheds light on the application of multi-modal learning, encompassing auditory-kinesthetic, kinesthetic-visual, and audio-visual styles. Additionally, the research delineates stages pertaining to learning outcomes and the responses of teachers to their students.    

Graphic design has become a necessity in various areas of life, including branding and website design. Nowadays, graphic design has become an important part of various sectors of life, especially to support the economic and marketing sectors. Therefore, graphic design visual arts abilities and skills are very necessary. This is an opportunity to equip young people with graphic design skills. The results of a survey conducted by the service team showed that Medan city teenagers have a high interest in graphic design art. So real efforts need to be made to equip Medan city teenagers with graphic design skills. Therefore, in this community service activity, graphic design training and assistance was carried out using the Canva application to increase the creativity of Medan city teenagers. The method of implementing community service is in the form of lectures providing material directly by resource persons to partners.

In general, a person's career is divided into four groups, namely being civil and government civil servants, BUMN employees in various sectors, private employees in various sectors, as well as being an entrepreneur and the like. This research will focus on career choices and orientation in the millennial generation. The millennial generation or generation Z who were born after 1995. Generations that are different from previous generations are the baby boomers, generation X, and generation Y. This research gap has caused policy makers in corporate organizational management to start adapting and seeing what trends are different from other generations. other. This study uses qualitative studies from various recent journals. The results of the study show that most of the millennial generation have career habits with various career patterns, starting from a career as a stepping stone to getting out of their comfort zone by starting a business. The millennial generation is more concerned with salary or income as satisfaction at work.

Stroke is still the main cause of disability in the world. The impact of a stroke relies heavily on the location and extent of damage, and age. Post-stroke is the most difficult period for patients in they personal care. Family support is essential to increase confidence for rehabilitation in post-stroke patients. Rehabilitation  in post-stroke patients is done so that post-stroke patients are able to perform daily activities independently. The aims of this study to determine the relationship family support with increasing muscle strength rehabilitation in  post-stroke adult. The Method : This research was an analytical observational and was conducted in Bukittinggi City on July, 2023. The variables studied family support with muscle strength. This research is a quantitative research with Cross-sectional design. The population in this study were post-stroke patients 50 people and the sample amounted to 42 respondent. Results : The result of this research shows that there is a strong relationship between family support and increasing muscle strength in rehabilitation p-value 0.006<0.05. The conclusion is family support has impact to inceasing muscle strength rehabilitation of post-stroke adult patients. It is recommended for health workers to provide counseling to improve family support in curing stroke patients. The study confirms the importance of family support in terms of information support and awards support to the quality of life of patients with post-stroke.

Poverty is a condition in which a person or region is unable to improve quality of life or standard of living. Binjai cities are mentioned in a good category in the presentation of poverty compared to other cities in northern Sumatra. This study aims to find out the application of the standards of the poor society in the Central Statistical Authority (BPS) of Binjai City, using qualitative descriptive methods. The research finds that the concept used is that poverty is seen as an inability on the economic side to meet the food base not food measured on the expenditure side, and the concept is confined only to indicators of the poverty line, the presentation of the poor, the depth index of poverty, the index of misery.And there are two types of poverty data: micropoverty data and macro-poverty data.

Trichuris trichiura egg infection or commonly called whipworm in children is a mild and severe helminthiasis infection. Mild infection does not give obvious clinical symptoms so fecal examination must be done. Therefore, it is important to perform diagnostic techniques which is one of the important aspects to determine the presence of helminth infection, which can be established by identifying and recognizing the stage of the parasite found. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of Trichuris trichiura eggs examination in feces specimens of Mutiara Kindergarten students in Waiheru, Ambon City. The method used in the descriptive research design where the analysis technique uses laboratory tests, with a total sample of 35 Mutiara Kindergarten Students in Waiheru Ambon City, using Consecutive sampling technique. The results showed that out of 35 samples of Mutiara kindergarten children, there was 1 person who had Trichura trichiura worms. The conclusion is that the research conducted on the examination of worm eggs using the Kato katz method in the feces of Mutiara Kindergarten Students in Waiheru Ambon City resulted in 1 positive student with Trichuris trichiura worms.

Character building is one of the most crucial aspects in supporting national development in the current era of globalization. Education is not only intended to transfer knowledge, but also plays a role in shaping the personality and moral values of students from an early age. This is important so that students have a strong character provision to face the challenges of the ever-changing era. Instilling character values from an early age is expected to be a fortress in maintaining students' personal and social integrity. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the role of teachers as role models (modeling the way) in the process of character building for students in the Elementary Madrasah environment. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation in the field and in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and students involved in learning activities. This research was conducted in an Elementary Madrasah that has implemented an exemplary approach in the character education process. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers as role models is very influential in shaping the character of students. The attitudes, words, and actions of teachers in everyday life in the madrasah environment are real examples that are imitated by students. Thus, it can be concluded that the modeling the way strategy is very effective in internalizing character values to students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

Late adolescents experience a critical phase of individual development with various challenges that can affect their mental and emotional well-being. The focus of this research is resilience, namely the ability to overcome, adapt and recover from stress or life pressure. The research aims to understand the factors that increase resilience in late adolescents, with a review of emotional regulation, impulse control, optimism, empathy, casual analysis, self-efficacy and achievement. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and observations with 7 late adolescent sources using random sampling. The research results show that the level of resilience of the majority of teenagers is in the good category. Factors such as optimism, self-efficacy, and impulse control play a key role in the formation of positive resilience. The conclusion of this research is that it emphasizes the importance of approaches in developing resilience in late adolescents. Empowerment efforts, particularly in emotional regulation and optimism, can help them face challenges, develop robust personal growth, and better prepare for the transition to adulthood. This research provides in-depth insights for the development of effective interventions to support the positive development of adolescents in their transition phase.

Juridical Review of the Digital Banking System for Customer Protection discusses legal certainty for customers in banking transactions via internet banking. The study highlights the protection of customers' personal data and the security of banking information regulated in related agreements including Law no. 10 of 1998 concerning banks and Law no. 11 of 2008, which was changed to Law no. 19 of 2016 concerning electronic information and transactions. Legal protection of online banking users from cybercrime also serves as a research focus. This Entrepreneurship activity aims to stimulate positive character development and increase children's independence from an early age. By exploring business concepts practically, children are invited to develop creativity, critical thinking, perseverance and collaborate with each other. This research illustrates how the ADNI Islamic School Surabaya Kindergarten integrates the principles of Entrepreneurship into the curriculum, providing a learning experience that is more than just theory. Interactive and inclusive learning methods help children understand business values, responsibility and teamwork. The results of this program are expected to create children who not only have practical knowledge in business, but also foster positive attitudes, such as courage, perseverance, never giving up, and a responsible attitude. By utilizing Entrepreneurship activities as a means of stimulating character development and independence, research This notes the positive impact of this program on the formation of children's independent personalities. Analysis of research results and observations presents a clear picture of how these activities respond to the developmental needs of early childhood. Therefore, this research provides valuable insights for educators, parents and educational practitioners who are interested in developing comprehensive and relevant educational models to shape children's character and independence from an early age.

One form of text that can express emotions is lyrics. Lyrics are a type of literary work expressed in the form of words, the contents of which can express the songwriter's personal feelings, thoughts, and emotions. Therefore, the lyrics can be used as an object of research on the classification of emotions. The classification of song lyrics really requires bi-LSTM to be the input value when classifying data in the form of song lyrics in order to get high accuracy results. This research was carried out systematically and the results were measurable. Descriptive qualitative research was used in this research. The results of identification based on case studies and statistics show that the reviews of popular topics are identical.
