This service activity was carried out in the Domestic Trade Sector, Central Java Provincial Industry and Trade Office with the aim of supporting the data collection process and updating the prices of basic necessities. This activity focuses on providing accurate and up-to-date price data as the basis for making price stabilization policies by local governments. The implementation of activities includes observation of the internal data collection system, daily price data input, data validation, and preparation of price development reports. In addition, the service team also coordinates with field officers and market managers to ensure the completeness of information and consistency of the data received. The technical assistance process related to the use of data collection application tools is also carried out to improve the competence of apparatus in managing information more effectively. The results of the activity show that systematic data updates are able to improve administrative efficiency, database accuracy, and support decision-making processes related to regional economic stability. Furthermore, the availability of more reliable price data allows local governments to detect potential price fluctuations early and formulate more timely and targeted intervention steps.

The web-based MSME Data Collection Information System at the Central Sumba Cooperative, SME, Industry and Trade Office aims to improve efficiency in managing data and information related to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Central Sumba region. This system is designed to simplify the process of data collection, monitoring, and reporting on MSMEs, which was previously done manually. Using web-based technology, this system can be accessed by MSME managers, local governments, and other relevant parties in order to accelerate data-driven decision making. This information system provides MSME data collection features, structured data storage, MSME development reporting, and statistical analysis that can assist in policy planning to improve the competitiveness and welfare of MSMEs in Central Sumba. With this system, it is hoped that it can support the development of the MSME sector in Central Sumba to be more transparent, accurate, and integrated.

Farida Olshop, sebuah toko yang menjual berbagai macam baju, merupakan salah satu contoh UKM. Dalam operasionalnya, Farida Olshop memiliki tantangan utama dalam hal pengelolaan persediaan produk. Masalah seperti kekurangan stok barang yang banyak diminati, kelebihan stok barang yang kurang diminati, serta keterlambatan pengadaan produk sering kali menjadi kendala yang dapat menghambat kelancaran bisnis. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pengelolaan persediaan produk baju di Farida Olshop menggunakan metode EOQ. Teknik EOQ dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan proses pendataan barang masuk dan barang keluar serta dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas dan dengan adanya teknik ini, sehingga dapat mengetahui jumlah persediaan barang yang bisa dilakukan dengan cepat dan mudah serta menghemat waktu sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam menghitung jumlah persedian produk yang ada.

The Information System for Participant Data Management in Vocational Training Institutions (LPK) is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of participant data management at the Department of Manpower in Asahan Regency. This system focuses on managing training participant data, encompassing registration, grouping, and reporting processes. The data management process includes recording participant identities, the type of training attended, training schedules, and evaluation results. The system is designed to streamline administrative workflows, minimize manual errors, and accelerate access to information. Participant data is recorded and stored automatically using a structured format, including details such as participant names, addresses, identification numbers, and training programs attended. This system is developed using web-based technologies, such as HTML and other supporting technologies, to ensure flexibility and ease of access for users. By implementing this system, it is expected that the data management of vocational training participants in LPKs can be conducted more efficiently, accurately, and integratively, thereby supporting the improvement of administrative service quality at the Department of Manpower in Asahan Regency.
