Agility is an important aspect in futsal because it plays a role in the player's ability to make quick movements and changes of direction. Two types of exercises commonly used to improve agility are shuttle runs and zig-zag runs; however, the effectiveness of each exercise has not been clearly determined. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the difference in the effects of shuttle run and zig-zag run exercises in improving the agility of futsal players at Tunas Muda Eleven. Research Design: This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design. A total of 22 male futsal players aged 13–15 years were divided into two groups. Group 1 received shuttle run training and Group 2 received zig-zag run training for 3 weeks, 4 sessions per week, with a total of 12 training sessions. Agility was measured using the Agility T-Test before and after the intervention. Results: Both shuttle run and zig-zag run training significantly improved agility scores (p < 0.05). But Independent Sample T-Test showed no significant difference between shuttle runs and zig-zag runs (p > 0.05). Conclusion: there was no difference in the effect of the two exercises on the agility of futsal players at Club Eleven.

Futsal is a high-intensity team sport that requires a combination of speed, agility, and physical endurance, particularly cardiorespiratory endurance. Cardiorespiratory endurance is crucial because it directly relates to a player's ability to maintain optimal performance throughout a match, particularly when facing fast-paced and stressful play. Therefore, variables that can influence this ability, such as body composition and nutritional status, are crucial in developing athlete performance. One indicator that can be used to measure nutritional status and body composition is the Body Mass Index (BMI), which is obtained by measuring weight and height. BMI not only reflects whether a person is within the ideal weight range but also potentially influences the efficiency of the body's organs, including the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. In the context of futsal, players with a higher BMI tend to have a higher body weight, which can hinder movement efficiency and increase fatigue during matches. Conversely, players with a lower BMI may have insufficient energy reserves and muscle mass to maintain stamina during matches. This study shows a significant negative relationship between BMI and cardiorespiratory endurance in futsal players at Bali International University. The results of statistical tests using the Spearman rank correlation method showed a correlation coefficient (r) of -0.504 with a significance value of p = 0.005. This indicates that the higher a player's BMI, the lower their cardiorespiratory endurance tends to be. These findings support the importance of ideal body weight management in futsal athlete training, both through dietary adjustments and measured physical exercise programs.

Sports are an important physical activity to engage in, but they can also lead to issues such as injuries, particularly for futsal players. The risk of injury is higher in sports that involve physical contact with opponents, such as futsal, and athletes who have experienced injuries may experience anxiety. This research used a cross-sectional design and a descriptive research methodology. The sample consisted of 18 respondents obtained through purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used descriptive percentages. The results of the study showed that the anxiety levels of the respondents were categorized as “very low” 0 (0%), “low” 7 players (39%), “moderate” 3 players (16%), ‘high’ 7 players (39%), and “very high” 1 player (6%). Based on the average value of “27.11,” the anxiety level of UNESA futsal players falls into the “moderate” category. The injury levels of the respondents were as follows: “Level 1 injury” for 5 respondents (28%), “Level 2 injury” for 11 respondents (61%), and “Level 3 injury” for 2 respondents (11%). The injury levels of the respondents were categorized as “Level 2 Injury.” The conclusion of this study is categorized as “Moderate” with a percentage of 27.11%.

Kebugaran jasmani adalah kondisi yang diinginkan oleh semua manusia. Dengan memiliki kebugaran jasmani yang baik, seseorang bisa dilihat lebih dinamis dan penuh semangat, serta meningkatkan produktivitas kerja individu. Futsal adalah olahraga tim yang mengandalkan aktivitas dan intensitas tinggi, sehingga memerlukan atlet dengan kebugaran jasmani yang baik. Pemain futsal yang ideal memiliki kondisi fisik dan kemampuan yang baik, seperti memiliki daya tahan, daya ledak otot tungkai, kecepatan, dan kelincahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode survei memakai desain deskriptif kuantitatif dalam bentuk persentase. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMA Negeri 1 Pesanggaran sebanyak 30 siswa. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) usia 16-19 tahun dan instrument non-tes berupa observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 siswa yang di survei, 1 siswa memiliki persentase 3,3% termasuk dalam klasifikasi “baik sekali”, 9 siswa dengan persentase 30% tergolong dalam klasifikasi “baik”, 7 siswa mempunyai persentase 23,3% tergolong klasifikasi “sedang”, 11 siswa presentase 36,7% masuk dalam klasifikasi “kurang”, 2 siswa memiliki persentase 6,7% tergolong dalam klasifikasi “kurang sekali”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri 1 Pesanggaran mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani tergolong dalam kriteria “kurang”. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa peningkatan kebugaran jasmani sangat penting untuk mendukung prestasi siswa. Penelitian ini diharapan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani dan memotivasi mereka untuk meningkatkannya.

The problem in this study is the ability to dribble the ball in futsal games at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang is not optimal. Some of the causes of the athlete's less than optimal dribbling ability are because in dribbling, players have not been supported by good agility, coaches have never provided agility training methods that lead to these abilities, as seen by the frequent loss of the ball by athletes while being dribbled and easily taken by opponents. The population in this study were 30 extracurricular futsal students at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. The sample in this study was 30 extracurricular futsal students at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. The technique for taking samples in this study used Total Sampling. This research method is Experimental research, The design in this study is "two group pretest posttest design" the results of Hypothesis H1 in this study where the results of the t-test are known that the t-count value is 6.770 while T table α 0.05 (15-1) = 14 is 1.761, because the t-count value> t table (6.770> 1.761), this means that there is an influence, namely HA 1: There is an influence of ball feeling training on the ability to dribble the ball in futsal players at SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, the results of the second hypothesis t-test H2 are known that the t-count value is 4.297 while T table α 0.05 (15-1) = 14 is 1.761, because the t-count value> t table (4.297> 1.761), this means that there is an influence, namely HA 2: There is an influence of ball agility training on the ability to dribble the ball in futsal players SMP Negeri 3 Palembang, the results of the third hypothesis t-test H3 that the t-value of the pretest-posttest ball feeling is greater, namely 6,770, than the t-value of the pretest-posttest agility, namely 4,297, then this means that ball feeling training is more effective than agility training in improving dribbling skills

Physical condition is a basic need for every sports athlete to support the performance of the players in carrying out activities to reach their achievements. The purpose of this study is to determine the physical abilities of futsal athletes at vasco Academy Lamongan. The method used is a survey with a test and measurement techniques. Samples were taken from 15 vasco academy lamongan futsal players. The components include speed, agility, power and aerobic endurance. The result of physical conditioning with very good categories, were speed and power medium category was agility and in less category was aerobic endurance. With an average value of 4.5 speed, agility 19.77, power 232 and endurance 39.46. The conclusion from the study is that the physical condition of futsal players at vasco academy Lamongan is in the good category, with the percentage shown at 81% according to the prevailing norms.

The dominant characteristics of movement in futsal are fast and agile in changing direction of movement, which is explained as agility. To maximize the physical components of agility, an ideal body composition will certainly be needed, which can be seen through the body mass index. Body mass index is a measuring tool to determine a person's ideal body composition through the calculation of weight and height. This study investigates the relationship between body mass index and agility of futsal players at the AL-Hadid Academy Surabaya aged 20 years in 2024. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach that focuses on correlation. The data collection method is carried out using 2 instruments, including measuring height and weight to calculate body mass index with the formula  and conducting an agility test using the illinois agility test which is only measured once on each instrument. Body mass index is the independent variable in this study, and agility is the dependent variable. using descriptive statistical data analysis methods, linearity tests, and product moment correlation analysis. The results of data analysis show that body mass index has a linear relationship in the linearity test with a significant deviation form linearity value of 0.165> 0.05. Then in the product moment correlation test, a significance value of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient value of 0.709 were obtained, which can be said to be correlated, the direction of the relationship is positive, and indicates a very strong degree of relationship. Based on the statistical results, it can be concluded that body mass index has a very strong relationship to the agility of futsal players.

Futsal is a sport that is carried out with high intensity and involves movements that give rise to eccentric contractions, causing stiffness and increased pain in the muscles or called DOMS. This causes SMKN 1 Driyorejo futsal players to experience complaints of muscle pain and limited joint mobility due to DOMS. Efforts are needed to overcome these complaints, one of which is with Sport Massage. This study aims to determine the effect of Sport Massage treatment on the recovery of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness after physical activity in futsal players of SMKN 1 Driyorejo team. The types of exercises performed in this study as DOMS inducers include squat jump, high knee, jump lunges, and single leg lateral jump. The pretest data collection time was carried out 2 days after the sample performed the exercise. Sport Massage was performed on day 3 on the lower extremities by observing the research SOP that has been given including the frequency of treatment 1 time and manipulation in the form of effleurage, petrissage, walken, and shaking with a massage duration of 20 minutes per sample. Posttest data will be taken the next day after the sample is given a Sport Massage.This research is quantitative with pre-experimental method and one group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 23 futsal players of SMKN 1 Driyorejo team. Based on the analysis of the statistical description of the initial data (pretest) obtained an average of 7.17 with a minimum value of 5 and a maximum value of 9 and a standard deviation of 0.984. While the final data (posttest) obtained an average of 2.26 with a minimum value of 0 and a maximum value of 4 and a standard deviation of 1.010. To determine whether there is a significant effect of Sport Massage treatment on DOMS recovery, a hypothesis test is conducted using Independent Sample T-Test. The test criteria are if the significance value (2-tailed) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while if the significance value (2-tailed) > 0.05 then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The results of testing the hypothesis of this study obtained a mean value of 4.913 with a standard error of 0.294 and a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it is concluded that there is a significant effect of pretest and posttest data on the treatment of Sport Massage on the recovery of Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness after physical activity in futsal players of the SMKN 1 Driyorejo team.

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an increase in self-confidence in futsal players after participating in mental training. This study used a pre-experimental research method with 15 futsal extracurricular players at SMA Negeri 6 Malang as subjects. The instrument in this research uses the confidence scale The State Sport Confidence Inventory (SSCI). The data analysis technique used is the paired sample difference test method (paired sample t-test). The results showed that mental training had an effect on increasing the confidence of futsal extracurricular players at SMA Negeri 6 Malang. The test results showed that the mean pre-test result was 79.2, then there was an increase in the post-test, which was 94.6 after mental training. Of the 15 subjects, all experienced an increase. It can be concluded that there is an influence of mental training on the self-confidence of extracurricular players at SMA 6 Malang.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of giving variations of ladder drill exercises on the agility of futsal extracurricular players at Senior High School 6 Malang. Given the characteristics of a fast and dynamic futsal game, a futsal player or athlete needs a good agility component. This study used a pre-experimental method using a one group pretest-posttest design. This research lasted for six weeks with meetings three times a week. There are 10 variations of exercise movements that will be used with the provision that once a week 5 different variations of movements will be selected. The population studied was futsal extracurricular players at Senior High School Negeri 6 Malang with a purposive sampling technique for sampling so that 15 samples were selected according to the research criteria. The instrument used was the Illinois agility test. The data analysis technique used in this study was the paired sample t-test. The results of the t-test show that the analysis of the paired sample t-test of the agility test shows a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the 0.05 significance level. This shows that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that variations in ladder drill exercises have a significant impact on player agility.

Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penilitian ini yaitu, “Untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran pada pemain futsal Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Instrumen dalam pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik yang terdiri dari tes push-up, tes sit-up, illionis tes, lari 30 meter, vertical jump, dan Vo 2 max. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pemain futsal Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta yang mengikuti kejuaraan Liga Futsal Mahasiswa DIY sebanyak 20 pemain. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian diperoleh tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada pemain futsal Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta yang berkategori baik sekali sebesar 0 % ( 0 orang), pada kategori baik sebesar 30 % (6 orang), pada kategori sedang 60 % (12 orang), pada kategori kurang sebesar 10 % (2 orang) dan pada kategori kurang sekali 0 %. Hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada pemain Futsal Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta berkategori Sedang.

Futsal merupakan olahraga yang membutuhkan ketahanan fisik yang lebih dibandingkan dengan sepak bola. Banyaknya tenaga yang dikeluarkan oleh pemain mengakibatkan kelelahan sebelum pertandingan berakhir. Kelelahan dapat menyebabkan seseorang mengalami dehidrasi dan menurunkan performa. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian air kelapa dan air gula aren terhadap status hidrasi dan performa pada pemain futsal SMK Makarya 1 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimen dengan pendekatan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling diperoleh sebanyak 18 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah perlakuan pada kelompok air kelapa muda, air gula aren muda dan air mineral (p-value=0,00) terhadap status hidrasi. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah perlakuan pada kelompok air kelapa muda dan air gula terhadap performa (p-value=0,027 dan p-value=0,028). Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah perlakuan pada kelompok air mineral terhadap performa (p-value=0,917). Adanya peningkatan status hidrasi dan performa lebih tinggi pada kelompok air kelapa dibandingkan dengan air gula aren dan air mineral. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kelompok yang mengonsumsi air kelapa muda lebih efektif meningkatkan status hidrasi dan performa.

Olahraga merupakan kegiatan yang melibatkan gerak tubuh dan digemari oleh masyarakat pada umumnya. Salah satunya adalah sepak bola yang sering dimainkan oleh kaum pria. Sepak bola merupakan olahraga yang membutuhkan keberanian karena sering terjadi kontak fisik antar pemain sehingga resiko cedera lebih besar. Menurut Sudijandoko (2000) cedera olahraga adalah nyeri yang diakibatkan oleh olahraga, sehingga dapat menimbulkan kecacatan, cedera, dan kerusakan pada otot atau persendian dan bagian tubuh lainnya. Menurut Fousekis, Tsepis, & Vagenas (2012) sebagian besar cedera yang terjadi pada pertandingan sepak bola/futsal (68%-88%) terjadi pada ekstremitas bawah terutama pergelangan kaki dan paha. Cedera pergelangan kaki menyumbang hampir 14%-17% dalam aktivitas sepak bola/futsal. Di antara berbagai cedera olahraga adalah kram otot, memar, patah tulang, tegang, keseleo, dan lain-lain. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya edukasi yang baik agar cedera ini tidak terulang kembali dan ditangani dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyuluhan dan penyuluhan hipertensi berdampak baik dalam membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota masyarakat tentang cedera pergelangan kaki dan lutut.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of lying leg curl exercises in increasing leg muscle strength among futsal players. Optimal leg muscle strength is crucial for futsal players to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury. The research employed an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design, involving 20 futsal players divided into two groups: the intervention group, which participated in an 8-week lying leg curl exercise program, and the control group, which did not receive any intervention. Leg muscle strength was measured using a dynamometer before and after the training program. The results showed that the intervention group experienced a significant increase in leg muscle strength compared to the control group (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that lying leg curl exercises are effective in improving leg muscle strength among futsal players, contributing to better on-field performance. This study is expected to provide insights for coaches and athletes in designing more effective training programs to enhance muscle strength.
