Incestuous abuse is a very serious problem among society, especially among minors. In this research, the main aim was to prevent and understand the main causes of criminal acts of incestuous sexual harassment. So that we can examine in more depth the low level of public awareness and low level of education, the research was conducted using normative juridical methods. So, by socializing PPPA to the community, it can reduce the level of sexual harassment that occurs.

Sexual harassment is an unexpected and unwanted action, but the rise of sexual harassment in society cannot be covered up starting from verbal and nonverbal actions. This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research that uses qualitative research methods and uses a phenomenological approach. We can know that the perpetrators of sexual harassment are dominated by men, but it is unfortunate that even though this sexual harassment has been widely known by the wider community and the authorities still cannot take serious attention or take legal action quickly.

It is important to understand the true definition of sexual abuse of children. Child sexual abuse refers to behavior in which adults or older individuals take advantage of children to fulfill their sexual needs. Actions carried out on children can have long-lasting traumatic impacts that can disturb them and even the people around them. Sexual violence against children is so common that it has become a global problem today. In particular, Indonesia has its own law protecting children who experience sexual abuse. The purpose of this article is to explain the implications of criminal law and the challenges faced in dealing with sexual abuse of children. As well as explaining the impact of abuse on children. To help provide an explanation of the research, the method used in this research is literature study and analytical methods

During teaching observations at the school, the author encountered cases of physical and verbal harassment as well as sexual violence. The problem started with sexual jokes or shouts made by students at SDN Pantai Hurip 02. While teaching at the school, the author observed the behavior of the victim who felt uncomfortable if he received verbal sexual harassment. Verbal sexual harassment involves sentences or words directed at the victim to humiliate and intimidate them. The authors provide insights for children to help them understand themselves, respect themselves, and differentiate between safe and unsafe touch as effectively as possible. This is done so that students can understand the material presented. This socialization program was carried out at SDN Pantai Hurip 02 and involved 36 students. Efforts to increase students' self-awareness at SDN Pantai Hurip 02 have had a significant positive impact on students. There has been an increase in their knowledge and awareness regarding the prevention of sexual harassment and violence, as well as an increase in their self-awareness. This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test which show an increase in the percentage of students who have high self-awareness by 77%, in the medium category by 13%, and in the high category by 10%. A very significant difference occurred after providing an understanding of preventing sexual harassment and violence. In the low category it decreases to 20%, in the medium category it decreases to 10%, and in the high category it increases to 70%.

Dear David menimbulkan kontroversi dan perdebatan panjang kalangan penonton di media sosial. Akibatnya karena dianggap menormalisasikan tindakan pelecehan seksual terhadap kaum laki-laki. Penelitian ini mengkaji representasi stereotip perempuan melalui petanda dan penanda di balik skenario, gambar, adegan, dan teks yang terdapat dalam film. Penelitian ini menggunakan deksripstif kualitatif yang mengacu pada teori semiotika Roland Barthes. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode dokumentasi dengan teknik rekam dan teknik catat sehingga diperoleh data primer. Teknik rekam dilakukan dengan mengamati lalu mendokumentasikan data pada film Dear David. Teknik catat dilakukan dengan mencatat data yang dibutuhkan pada cuplikan film Dear David. Analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari makna denotasi, makna konotasi, dan mitos yang terdapat dalam film Dear David untuk kemudian ditarik representasi stereotip perempuan di dalamnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa antara lain, (1) makna denotasi dalam film Dear David yang tergambar jelas melalui adegan-adegan merupakan makna yang sebenarnya terjadi di dalam film tersebut, (2) terdapat pula makna konotasi menggambarkan makna tidak langsung atau makna kultural yang muncul akibat adanya stereotip masyarakat, maka ditemukannya stereotip-stereotip positif dan negatif masyarakat terhadap perempuan di dalam film Dear David, (3) terciptalah mitos yang memunculkan pandangan masyarakat sehingga muncul pemikiran-pemikiran negatif dari stereotip-stereotip yang ditemukan. Secara naluriah setiap  laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki saling ketertarikan. Ketertarikan dalam wujud saling menyukai, saling mencintai dan saling menyayangi, (Q.S. Al-Imron: 14). Ternyata, cinta sebagai anugrah dari Allah, SWT kadang disalurkan dengan cara-cara yang bertentangan dengan ajaran agama yang tertata dan berfungsi untuk mengatur prilaku manusia. Pelecehan seksual telah marak dibicarakan dan telah menjadi prilaku yang terpublikasikan baik melalui media eletronik maupun media cetak. Perbuatan pelecehan seksual akan berakibat buruk terhadap kejiwaan korban dan  traumatiknya sejalan dengan perkembangan jiwa korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan langkah-langkah mengantisipasi terjadinya prilaku pelecehan seksual melalui edukasi  pendekatan sosial keagamaan. Pelecehan seksual merupakan prilaku penyimpangan akibat  tekanan nafsu seksual yang tinggi sementara untuk melakukan perkawinan juga tidak mampu, penyaluran nafsu melalui pelecehan seksual telah menjadi penyakit sosial yang terjadi dimana-mana, akan berakibat traumatik berkepanjangan bagi korbannya, yang berujung pada rusaknya masa depan korban pelecehan seksual.

This journal discusses efforts to improve the protection of victims of sexual harassment through education and legal action. The research was conducted by collecting data through interviews with victims of sexual harassment and legal experts. The research results show that proper education and effective legal action are very important in providing protection to victims of sexual harassment. In addition, strong cooperation is needed between government agencies, communities and families to ensure the safety and welfare of victims. This journal provides recommendations to increase public awareness about the importance of protecting victims of sexual harassment and strengthen existing legal measures to protect victims. It is hoped that the results of this research can assist in efforts to protect victims of sexual harassment and strengthen the existing protection system.

Violence or sexual harassment is a problem that is quite serious and often occurs socially. In this case, it usually occurs in a problem that is complex. The rise of news on social media related to sexual violence experienced by some people is enough to shock the public. Most cases of sexual violence are experienced by a woman who is the victim. Cases of violence or sexual harassment against women are still an iceberg phenomenon. This is because many women who are victims of sexual harassment are reluctant to report what they have experienced. Violence or sexual harassment that occurs to women is often blamed on the way they dress. In fact, if you look at clothes, it is not one of the main causes of women becoming victims of sexual harassment. Violence or sexual harassment that occurs never looks at any clothes, in fact often the victim of sexual harassment is a woman who wears closed clothes. In addition, violence or sexual harassment can also be caused by a patriarchal culture that dominates and seems to justify the action. Where in patriarchal culture itself men are often considered more dominant and have a higher position than women. Therefore, men feel they have more power over women and can act as they please. Until now, patriarchal culture is still developing in society. Even though this shouldn't have been done. Therefore, there is a need for radical feminism with the aim of making changes in society and obtaining equality between men and women, especially in obtaining equal rights in society from a social and economic point of view.

Sexual harassment, which jeopardizes human rights and poses a threat to individual’s well-being within society, is a type of violence. The increasing prevalence of sexual harassment cases has become a crucial societal concern, as it can transpire indiscriminately. This study intends to elucidate how Pancasila is implemented to address sexual harassment in the community. Pancasila, as the fundamental principles of the Indonesian state, encompasses pertinent values such as justice, unity, equality, and humanity, which serve as a foundation for combating sexual harassment. The research methodology employed entails a literature review incorporating library studies.

Instinctively every man and woman have mutual attraction. Attraction in the form of liking each other, loving each other and caring for each other, (Q.S. Al-Imron: 14). Apparently, love as a gift from Allah, SWT is sometimes channeled in ways that are contrary to religious teachings that are orderly and function to regulate human behavior. Sexual harassment has been widely discussed and has become a behavior that is published both through electronic and print media. Acts of sexual harassment will have a negative impact on the victim's psychology and traumatic in line with the development of the victim's soul.                This study aims to find steps to anticipate the occurrence of sexual harassment behavior through education on a socio-religious approach. Sexual harassment is a deviant behavior due to high pressure of sexual desire while not being able to enter into marriage, channeling lust through sexual harassment has become a social disease that occurs everywhere, will result in prolonged traumatic consequences for the victim, which will lead to the destruction of the future of the victim of sexual harassment .
