Churches and Christian institutions frequently face the challenge of congregations whose understanding of ministry remains confined to the spiritual dimension alone, while the holistic ministry mandate calls for active engagement across social, educational, and economic spheres. This study examines two primary objectives: first, how Christian Religious Education (CRE) shapes congregational understanding of holistic church ministry; and second, how CRE equips congregants with the concrete capacity to serve comprehensively. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed at Yayasan Sola Gratia Medan. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews with seven informants comprising foundation leaders, program coordinators, active church members, volunteers, and beneficiaries. Analysis followed a thematic framework encompassing data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Findings reveal that: (1) consistent CRE implementation at Yayasan Sola Gratia has successfully shifted the congregational ministry paradigm from exclusively spiritual to holistically transformative; and (2) congregants who have internalized CRE values demonstrate more structured ministry capacity, stronger theological motivation, and significant cross-dimensional engagement. This research contributes a contextual CRE model relevant for church-based institutions operating in multidimensional urban environments.

The elderly population in Indonesia, particularly in Surabaya, has been growing significantly, making the need for facilities serving the elderly increasingly urgent. Elderly rehabilitation services must be provided holistically, covering four main aspects: social, health, psychological, and spiritual. However, the implementation of holistic services in some nursing homes still shows differences in quality and has not fully met the expected standards. This study aims to analyze and compare holistic services in two nursing homes, namely Griya Lansia Husnul Khatimah in Malang and UPTD Griya Wreda Jambangan in Surabaya. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative comparison, with a field observation approach and a literature review to establish assessment criteria based on the four aspects of holistic services. The research results show that both nursing homes analyzed have shortcomings in the social and psychological service aspects. This indicates a gap in the quality of services received by the elderly in both homes, which needs attention to ensure that holistic services can be applied more effectively and in line with the established standards. This study is expected to provide recommendations for improving the quality of services in nursing homes in Indonesia.

he digital era brings significant changes in various aspects of life, including early childhood (ECD) parenting patterns. Easy access to gadgets ultimately results in excessive use that has a negative impact on children's growth and development. This study aims to examine strategies for overcoming the impact of excessive gadget use on ECD through optimizing Holistic Integrative Early Childhood Education (PAUD HI) services at TK Negeri Pembina Salakan. The methods used are literature studies and participatory observations of the implementation of the PAUD HI program. The results of the study indicate that the PAUD HI approach that includes integrated education, health, nutrition, care, protection, and welfare services can be an effective solution. At TK Negeri Pembina Salakan, its implementation is realized through learning activities that stimulate all aspects of development, active involvement of parents in digital parenting education, provision of an environment rich in non-gadget stimulation, and collaboration with health services and the community. It is concluded that PAUD HI has a strategic role in mitigating the negative risks of gadgets and supporting optimal growth and development of ECD.

The GPP Maranatha congregation is a congregation that has a majority of farmers. At this time, many congregations are experiencing difficulties in managing congregational businesses, especially in the agricultural sector, many congregations are having difficulty getting fertilizer. According to the author's observations, this is due to the increasing price of fertilizer, in this case the church needs to pay attention to the congregation. The method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research implementation uses procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written and spoken words from people whose behavior can be observed through interviews or observations using a qualitative approach. This research aims to determine congregation growth efforts through evangelism models and entrepreneurship strategies in holistic services at the Maranatha Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP). From the results of the research, it can be seen that the efforts that must be made by the church to help increase the growth of the congregation both spiritually and physically are: providing assistance to the congregation such as: the church re-holding Communion that was previously held by the congregation at the Maranatha Fellowship Protestant Church (GPP), The church made visits to the congregation and the church provided training in making liquid fertilizer and provided livestock business. Kelurahan Barong Tongko merupakan salah satu tempat yang berada di Kabupaten Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur. Kelurahan ini walaupun dikatakan sudah maju, namun masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak mau datang beribadah di gereja dan tidak mau ikut kegiatan-kegiatan rohani lainnya. Oleh sebab itu penulis bersyukur dengan adanya pelayanan  pengabdian kepada masyarakat, penulis bisa melayani mereka secara jasmani dan rohani, yang bedasarkan kasih Kristus. Penulis bersyukur juga karena masyarakat di kelurahan Barong Tongko mau dibimbing dan mau dilayani untuk mendekatkan diri mereka kepada Tuhan Yesus Kristus. Memang segala sesuatu maslah tidak ada yang tidak bisa diselesaikan bersama Tuhan Yesus, asalkan kita mau melakukan, berusaha dan berdoa.
