This research aims to develop Biology learning media and determine the feasibility and response of students to E-Learning learning media at SMA Negeri 1 Maesaan, Maesaan District. Data was collected using interviews and questionnaires and then analyzed using quantitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. Based on the research results on "Development of E-Learning Assisted Biology Learning Media on Excretory Material in Class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Maesaan". It was found that the results of the feasibility test carried out by media experts obtained a result of 93% or "very feasible" to be used with 3 aspects of assessment, namely, technology, content, and media operations. As well as the results of the feasibility test by material experts, the results obtained were 89% or "feasible" to be used with 3 aspects of assessment, namely the technology, content, and material aspects, and the test results of student responses to the E-Book learning media obtained results of 86% with 3 aspects of assessment, namely: 1. Motivation to learn 2. Media effectiveness, 3. Language and communication. The conclusions in this research show that the development stages use a 4D (four-D) model. This 4D (four-D) development model has 4 stages: Define, Design, Develop. Disseminate is very suitable for use by reviewing a feasibility test from media and material experts and looking at the test results of student responses to the excretion system material.
The formulation of the problem in this research is how does the mapping of local tax potential in Sikka Regency based on leading sources, potential sources, developing sources, and underdeveloped sources? This research aimed to determine the mapping of local tax potential in Sikka Regency based on leading, potential, developing, and underdeveloped sources. Research methods used in data collection were interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique was quantitative descriptive analysis using Klassen Typology analysis. The results of the research concluded that of the ten sources of local tax revenue in Sikka Regency included in quadrant I (leading sources) there were no sources of local tax revenue included in the leading sources because the ten sources of local tax revenue lack of potential revenue and the ability to manage high potential. Quadrant II (developing sources) were entertainment tax and billboard tax, where the government has high revenue potential but had the ability to manage low potential. Quadrant III ( potential sources) were road lighting tax, rual-urban land and building tax, and acquisition duty on land building where the government had low potential but had a high capacity to manage. Those included in quadrant IV (underdeveloped sources) were hotel tax, restaurant tax, parking tax, groundwater tax, and non-meltallic mineral and rock tax. That five sources were lack potential revenue and the ability to manage high potential.

Sampling is done using the NonProbability Sampling method and the sampling technique using sensus Sampling. The analysis in this study used a moderation regression analasis test.
The results of this study indicate that consumer motivation consumer trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. Meanwhile consumer attitude has a positive as a moderating variable has a significant positive effect on the effect of consumer motivation and consumer trust on property purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.799 which means that together independent variables explain the purchase decision by 79.9%, while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables
There are still many challenges in the world of education in Indonesia, so that the goals of education have not been fully realized. one of the problems in Indonesian education is that learning outcomes at the elementary and secondary school levels are very minimal due to an imbalance in the effectiveness of learning and learning in the classroom. In 2019, the average teacher competency score (UKG) was 57 out of 100, with a teacher pedagogical average of 49.34 and a teacher professional average. The low literacy and competence of teachers is a benchmark for the success of education in Indonesia. Behind the success of successful online teaching and learning, there must be careful preparation in creating or building the system. Some complaints that are around us are that some students have difficulty in online-based mathematics learning. Some of them have difficulty signaling due to cloudy or rainy weather, not having money to buy internet quota, boredom during the teaching, and learning process, and difficulty understanding the material in online learning. Although there are examples that have been explained by the teacher, they still do not understand what their teacher teaches them. The teacher had already made learning materials using instructional video media, but it was still not enough for students to understand the polynomial material taught by the teacher, and according to the teacher the main problem was that the students' ability to memorize formulas was still lacking. The objectives of this research to see validity, effectiveness and practicality of the video development using PowerPoint and Filmora application. This research is development research that applies the Dick & Carey development model. This research focuses on developing learning videos using PowerPoint as a learning media, and Filmora as a learning video editing medium.
