Background; Emesis gravidarum is a physiological thing but if it is not treated immediately it will become a pathological thing. Most emesis gravidarum can be treated with outpatient treatment, but a small number of pregnant women cannot cope with nausea and vomiting, so that it interferes with their daily activities and falls into a condition called hyperemia gravidarium. From these problems can be overcome by being given a treatment that can reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women in the first trimester, namely PC6 acupressure point. Objective; Knowing the effect of PC6 point acupressure on reducing the frequency of emesis gravidarum. Method; In this study using a quantitative design with an experimental approach to the design of one group pre test post test. The data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon test. Sample; the sampling technique used in this study was quota sampling with a sample size of 28 respondents. Results; Based on the results of the analysis with the Wilcoxon test, the p value was obtained - 0.000 or (0.000) < (-0.05) then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of PC6 acupressure on the frequency of Emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women at the Independent Practice of Midwife Yohana Puspiyati A.Md Keb Mukiran, Kaliwungu, Semarang. Conclusion; There was a decrease in emesis gravidarium after PC6 point acupressure was performed on first trimester pregnant women.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan menganalisis peran motivasi kerja dalam memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 84 orang karyawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Subregional Jawa Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik proporsional sampling. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan.

One of the causes of failure in investing is a lack of understanding in investing. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market with technological advances as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative research. Using the path analysis method in SPSS V.20. The results of this study indicate that knowledge has a direct effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, knowledge influences technological progress as a mediating variable in interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, technological advances influences interest in investing in the Islamic capital market and knowledge influences interest in investing in Islamic capital markets. Human resource management (HR) has a very important role in managing human capital and talent management in organizations. The presence of qualified and professional human resources can become strategic players in achieving organizational goals and improving individual and collective performance. This study aims to examine the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management and talent management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. Respondents to this study were HR managers, employees and team leaders working in various companies in the private sector. The collected data were then analyzed using a thematic approach. The results of the study show that the function of HR as a strategic player in human capital management includes the process of recruitment, selection and appropriate placement, competence development, performance management, as well as coaching and fair rewards. Good human resources can help organizations manage human capital effectively, increase productivity, and build a positive organizational culture. In addition, the function of HR as a strategic player in talent management involves identifying and developing individual potential, creating clear career paths, managing knowledge and experience, and leadership development programs. Human resources who are able to manage and utilize existing talent will help the organization face the challenges of intense competition and ensure long-term sustainability.

Adolescents should aware of leucorrhea symptoms. Continuous pathological vaginal discharge will disrupt the function of the female reproductive organs, especially in the ovarian tract, which can cause infertility. Women who lack knowledge and information about genital hygiene will also have an impact on their behavior in maintaining genital hygiene, because knowledge and good care behavior are determining factors in maintaining genital hygiene. This study aimed to determine and analyze the factors that influence leucorrhea in female students. This is quantitative and qualitative mixed methods research. The research was conducted at SMA Harapan Mekar Medan. The population was all class XII female students totaling 33 people. The sampling used was total sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test, and multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression test at 95% confidence level (?=0.05). The results showed that the factors influencing leucorrhea in class XII female students at the School were knowledge (p=0.005), attitude (p=0.016), behavior (p=0.005), and source of information (p=0.006) and there was no effect of the adolescent care health program on leucorrhea (p=1.000).  The conclusion shows that knowledge of personal hygiene is the most dominant variable affecting leucorrhea in female students. It is suggested to the School to pay attention to facilities such as clean water sanitation and toilets and cooperate with the Health Center to organize health counseling and demonstrate how to take care of genital hygiene using a phantom of external reproductive organs so that students can directly practice genital hygiene actions
