A feasibility study is a critical stage in the planning of hospital establishment to ensure investment viability, particularly from a financial perspective. This community service program aims to provide reinforcement in the preparation of a feasibility study for the establishment of a Regional Public Hospital (RSUD) in Barukan Village, Tengaran District, Semarang Regency, through financial feasibility analysis conducted by financial experts. The implementation method was carried out through partner needs identification, delivery of financial analysis materials, interactive discussions, and assistance in developing financial models encompassing cash flow projections, discounted payback period (DPP), net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), and sensitivity analysis, all of which yielded feasible and acceptable results. The outcomes of the activity demonstrated an improvement in partners' understanding of financial feasibility analysis as well as their ability to interpret investment assessment criteria. In addition, the activity yielded an early-stage draft encompassing the financial feasibility aspects, which is intended to guide stakeholders in making informed decisions related to the founding of the Semarang Regency Regional Public Hospital. This activity contributes to strengthening the planning of healthcare facility investment in an effective and sustainable manner.

This community service activity aimed to improve financial literacy and family financial management skills based on priority scales among housewives in the pandan mat weaving artisan community in Sei Balai District, Batubara Regency, North Sumatra Province. The main problems faced by the community partners included limited understanding of simple financial record-keeping, the absence of separation between business and household finances, and low saving habits due to fluctuating income levels. The implementation method employed a participatory approach through observation, lectures, interactive discussions, household budgeting practices, and simple financial recording training. The results of the activity indicated that participants experienced an improvement in their understanding of the importance of distinguishing between needs and wants, arranging expenditure priorities, and developing saving habits as well as preparing family emergency funds. In addition, participants also began to recognize the importance of financial record-keeping as an effort to control household expenditures more effectively and efficiently. The participants’ enthusiasm throughout the program demonstrated that the materials delivered were highly relevant to community needs. Therefore, this outreach activity contributed positively to enhancing family financial management capabilities and supporting the economic well-being of the pandan mat weaving artisan community.

Tenank Cafe Medan is one of the culinary businesses with strong development potential, yet it continues to experience difficulties in transaction recording, cash flow management, and preparing simple financial reports, which may affect business sustainability and operational effectiveness. This Community Partnership Independent Service Program (PMKM) aims to improve the financial literacy of business partners in supporting sustainable business development. The implementation methods included observation, socialization, training, direct practice, and mentoring activities focused on business financial management and transaction recording. The results of the program indicate an increase in the partner’s understanding of financial management, transaction recording, and the preparation of simple profit and loss reports. In addition, the partner has started to separate business finances from personal finances. Therefore, this activity provides a positive contribution toward strengthening business management practices and supporting the sustainability and long-term development of Tenank Cafe Medan.

Local wisdom is an important part of a nation's cultural identity, but its existence is beginning to be marginalized in the midst of modernization. The Kajang Indigenous People in Bulukumba Regency, South Sulawesi, are one of the communities that still maintain their traditional values through a customary legal system called Pasang ri Kajang. This community service activity aims to introduce the potential of Kajang cultural tourism to students as an educational effort in instilling the values of local wisdom. The partners in this activity are the Kajang indigenous people and local traditional leaders, including Ammatoa as the traditional leader. The activity is carried out with a participatory and educational method based on direct experience, which involves students in observation, discussion, and reflection on local culture. The results of the activity showed an increase in student knowledge by 31% and a significant change in attitudes towards the preservation of local culture, where more than 80% of participants showed an appreciative attitude towards the values inherited by the Kajang community. This activity also received a positive response from the local community because of its approach that respects traditional values. In addition, this activity produces several outputs, such as cultural introduction modules, activity documentation, and draft service articles. This activity shows that student involvement in the introduction of local culture can be an effective strategy in building multicultural awareness and preserving the nation's cultural heritage.

Legal education in higher education institutions remains predominantly dominated by cognitive approaches, which have not fully succeeded in shaping students’ character, particularly in terms of integrity, professional responsibility, and legal empathy. This condition highlights the need for learning approaches that integrate practical experience with professional ethical values. This community engagement activity aims to strengthen the character of law students through a clinical legal education-based intervention integrated with professional ethics education. The activity was conducted using a participatory approach involving 35 law students from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Madura over the period from 21 April to 13 May 2026. The intervention consisted of a series of activities, including legal education sessions, basic legal consultations, and structured ethical reflection. The community partners were local residents with limited access to legal information and services.The results indicate an improvement in students’ character scores across several dimensions, namely integrity (from 3.42 to 4.21), professional responsibility (from 3.51 to 4.28), and legal empathy (from 3.37 to 4.35). In addition, more than 80% of students reported that the activity enhanced their understanding of legal practice and the social conditions of the community. The activity also had a positive impact on the community, particularly in improving legal literacy. These findings demonstrate that experience-based legal clinics are effective in strengthening law students’ character while simultaneously providing tangible benefits to the community. Therefore, community engagement activities based on clinical legal education can be developed as a strategic medium for strengthening character education in law faculties.

Empowering student health unit (UKS) cadres in the areas of eye health and entrepreneurship is crucial for preventing visual impairment and fostering a smart and productive generation. This activity aims to improve the quality of life and future of students through health education, eye health services used in learning, vision care, and entrepreneurship. The benefits of this educational activity include increased understanding of health, particularly regarding visual impairment and its management, preventing visual impairment, and enhancing entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. This community service activity utilizes a participatory educational method, prioritizing a needs-based approach for the target partners, namely junior high school students and, in particular, the UKS cadres. The activity was conducted in stages and divided into several main phases to ensure effective and sustainable transfer of knowledge and skills. The activity was conducted in several main sessions involving all 440 students in grades 7 and 8, including 27 UKS staff. The results of this community service program include increased knowledge of junior high school students about healthy vision, awareness of maintaining near and far vision within normal limits through healthy behaviors in using the sense of sight. Students' understanding of entrepreneurship from outside sources is also enhanced, as students have already received entrepreneurship lessons. However, information provided by outside sources will further strengthen and inspire them to create opportunities that align with their interests and talents. The skills of the Health Unit (UKS) cadres in conducting visual acuity checks independently and with peers are expected to be conducted periodically and routinely every three months, and incidentally if needed or if someone needs it due to complaints of decreased vision. The eye health and entrepreneurship education model can serve as a reference for other schools. It needs to be implemented continuously and in stages, in line with technological developments and the latest health policies.

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding of local business actors in Kanekes Village (Baduy Luar) regarding the implementation of a sales information system to support the management and marketing of traditional handicraft products. The main problems faced by partners include unstructured transaction recording, low utilization of sales data, and business management that is still based on memory. The implementation method uses a participatory approach through socialization, training, hands-on practice, and mentoring, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews and field observations. The activity was conducted on April 17, 2026, involving MSME handicraft actors as the main partners. The results show an increase in business actors’ understanding of the importance of sales recording systems as a basis for business management. Participants began to be able to record transactions in a more structured and simple manner and utilize sales data to monitor business performance and identify the most in-demand products. In addition, there was a shift in business management patterns from memory-based to simple data-based systems. This activity also encouraged improvements in digital literacy through the introduction of social media utilization and digital marketing strategies. Overall, this program contributes to strengthening the capacity of business actors and supporting the more effective and sustainable development of traditional product marketing. The distribution of takjil in Pucang Village, Buduran, Sidoarjo a tradition of sharing food to break the fast is not only viewed as a form of individual worship but also plays a vital role in strengthening social bonds among residents. In addition to fostering brotherhood, the practice of sharing takjil also serves as a means of instilling social values such as empathy, mutual cooperation, and a sense of responsibility toward the surrounding community. In the context of the takjil-sharing activity, social solidarity is key to strengthening bonds of brotherhood. In the social life of Muslim communities in Indonesia, the tradition of sharing takjil during Ramadan is not merely a routine distribution of food for breaking the fast, but a social practice that can strengthen the sense of brotherhood among residents. This study employs the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, an approach that positions the community as both the subject and an active partner throughout the entire research and community service process. The primary purpose of the iftar-sharing activities during Ramadan is not merely to meet the practical needs of breaking the fast, but also to strengthen social bonds and brotherhood among community members through shared experiences and direct interaction.

This Community Service Program aims to strengthen the role of Baduy youth in decision-making based on local wisdom in facing social change. Baduy youth hold a strategic position as successors of cultural values; however, they also face challenges due to increasingly dynamic social changes. Therefore, strengthening efforts are needed to ensure that they are able to preserve traditional values while adapting to contemporary developments. This activity was conducted in Kanekes Village, Lebak Regency, on April 17, 2026, using participatory, educational, and collaborative approaches involving customary leaders and Baduy youth as the main partners. The implementation methods included socialization sessions, group discussions, and simulations of decision-making based on local wisdom. The results show an increase in the understanding and involvement of youth in recognizing the importance of local wisdom as a foundation for decision-making. The participatory approach proved effective in enhancing awareness and encouraging active participation of youth in preserving cultural values. In conclusion, this program successfully strengthens the role of Baduy youth as both cultural preservation agents and social adaptation actors in responding to ongoing social change.

Assistance in obtaining a Business License Number (NIB) and halal certification at Rewwin Housing was carried out as a strategic effort to promote legality and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs. In general, many business actors still do not have legal status due to limited knowledge regarding administrative procedures and digital licensing systems. In fact, business legality is a crucial aspect that can increase consumer trust, expand market access, and strengthen a business's position amidst competition. Sobar et al. (2023), "improving product quality and becoming a service are key factors in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs," which is supported, among other things, by having a business legality. The mentoring activity was carried out on February 7–8, 2026, using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which emphasized active participation between the mentor and business actors in identifying obstacles and completing the mentoring process together. Through this process, MSME partners gained practical understanding regarding NIB registration through the OSS system and halal certification applications. The results of the activity showed an increased awareness that business legality is not only an administrative responsibility, but also a strategic increase in business credibility and professionalism. Ridwan et al. (2024) legal assistance can increase the understanding and readiness of MSME actors in developing their businesses sustainably.

Strengthening the capacity of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a strategic effort to enhance business competitiveness and sustainability, particularly within the Pamulang MSME Friends (SUP) community. This community service activity aims to improve MSMEs’ financial management capabilities and increase production efficiency through the development of a joint production house. The main challenges faced by partners include limited financial literacy, the absence of systematic financial transaction records, and inadequate production facilities. The implementation of the program was carried out through training activities, mentoring in the use of the APIK financial recording application, and facilitation in designing a collaborative production house model. The results indicate an improvement in MSMEs’ understanding of financial management, including the ability to record transactions systematically, separate business and personal finances, and calculate production costs more accurately. Furthermore, the establishment of a joint production house contributes to greater cost efficiency, increased production capacity, improved product quality, and stronger collaboration among MSME actors. Therefore, this activity contributes to creating a more structured, efficient, and sustainable MSME ecosystem that supports long-term business development.

The digital era demands a fundamental transformation in the role of early childhood educators, shifting from passive technology consumers to active architects of digital literacy. However, the dominance of technocentric views often acts as a substantial psychological and pedagogical barrier for teachers in regional areas. This collaborative community service project aims to reconstruct the paradigm of 50 kindergarten teachers in Bulukumba Regency by integrating "unplugged coding" logic and deep learning into play-based learning. Utilizing a Product-Based Intensive Training method with a "Logic over Laptop" strategy, the program focused on deconstructing technology-related stigmas and reconstructing teachers' ability to transform abstract concepts into safe, concrete media for children. Data analysis revealed a significant shift in teacher paradigms; while the majority were initially in the "less successful" category, 100% of participants reached positive categories (successful and very successful) post-intervention. Statistically, the program's effectiveness was evidenced by a dramatic increase in mean scores from 18.04 to 31.24 (p < 0.05) and an N-Gain score of 0.778, classified as highly effective. Furthermore, the partner satisfaction index reached 4.82 (very satisfied), confirming that the tri-campus collaboration model (STAI Al-Gazali, UNM, and Unismuh) is highly relevant to the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. This project concludes that strengthening digital literacy through non-digital algorithmic reasoning effectively dismantles technical barriers for teachers while ensuring the safety of child development in the digital age.

The synchronization of physical and juridical land data is a fundamental prerequisite for ensuring legal certainty in every land rights transfer process. Discrepancies between physical field conditions and juridical documents frequently trigger land disputes that impede the performance of Notary/PPAT offices. This community service article reports on a Field Practice (PPL) activity conducted at the Office of Notary/PPAT in Jember Regency during January–February 2026. The primary objective was to provide technical assistance in accelerating physical-juridical data synchronization to guarantee the validity of issued deeds. The method employed was participatory observation, in which students were directly engaged in the partner's workflow. Assistance activities covered document inspection, file digitization, coordination with BPN and tax authorities, and factual field verification. Results indicate that PPL student assistance measurably accelerated the office's administrative workflow, enhanced data validation accuracy, and confirmed conformity between the physical condition of rice-field land and the certificate documents.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a fundamental pillar of the Indonesian economy, but their potential is often hampered by the digital divide, especially in rural areas. The Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) initiative is a way for the government to encourage digital transformation and make payments more accessible to everyone. This article aims to document and analyse the process and impact of a community service programme that facilitated the adoption of QRIS among 10 MSMEs in Pematang Tengah Village, Tanjung Pura Sub-district. This activity used the Community-Based Participatory Action Research (CBPAR) method, which emphasises active collaboration between the service team and MSME partners. The process included participatory planning, collaborative action in the form of intensive training and mentoring, and joint evaluation. The results showed that all 10 MSME partners successfully adopted and used QRIS for daily transactions. The significant benefits included increased transaction efficiency, improved financial record-keeping, and a more modern business image. The main challenges identified were initial doubts about the technology and unstable internet connectivity, which were successfully mitigated through personalised mentoring based on trust. It was concluded that the CBPAR (Community-Based Participatory Action Research) method is a highly effective framework for implementing technological innovation in rural MSME communities because it not only addresses technical skill gaps but also builds crucial social capital such as trust and digital confidence.

Information systems are an important element in the business world that helps businesses increase work efficiency and reduce human error. In practice, many businesses still produce financial reports manually. Manual preparation of financial reports is inefficient and tends to have a higher potential for delays, lateness, or errors in data entry. This makes the financial reports presented inaccurate and unreliable as a basis for making decisions. To address this problem, a community service program was implemented by designing an accounting system using Microsoft Access, which provides various features that can help users in data processing. The method carried out starts with observation, system design, and evaluation by the partner. The result of implementing this program is that the system designed in Microsoft Access successfully accelerated the work process for partners, making the preparation of financial reports more efficient and timely.
