Training on the Use of Code.org-based Educational Games in Delivering Material in Schools is a community service activity which aims to improve teachers' skills in using video-based learning media. This activity was carried out at SDN Kedungdalem II, attended by 12 teachers. This abstract explains the reasons for choosing this topic, namely to overcome challenges in delivering material in schools and utilizing the potential of technology in the learning process. The method used is interactive training and direct practice in creating and editing educational games for learning. During the training, teachers were provided with knowledge about code.org-based educational game concepts and technical skills to create interesting and effective educational games. The results of the training show an increase in teacher skills in using code.org-based educational games and more active student participation in learning. Teachers report increased student learning motivation and better understanding of concepts after implementing code.org-based educational games in the classroom. The conclusion from this activity is that this training succeeded in providing significant benefits for teachers and students. Using educational games based on code.org can improve the quality of learning and produce a more interactive learning environment

This research reveals the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) at SD Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP with the aim of understanding the implementation of P5 in the school. The research method used is qualitative with data collection through observation and interviews. The results showed that P5 has been implemented since the beginning of the semester of 2023, with activities taking place every three months. Full participation of students and the role of educator mentors are seen in the implementation of P5. P5 is themed "Sustainable Lifestyle," where each subject has different P5 activities. For example, in Mathematics the emphasis is on numeracy skills, Indonesian focuses on communication skills and poetry, Civics emphasizes attitudes in accordance with Pancasila, while Islamic Religion directs the formation of noble morals. This research shows that the implementation of P5 has a positive impact, improving cooperation, collaboration, and enthusiasm for learning for students.

Abstract. Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with a focus on the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) has become a major concern in the world of education since 2022. This research aims to understand the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten, focusing on the topics of implementation, objectives, benefits, advantages, and evaluation. The research method involves collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research results show that the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten has had a positive impact in increasing understanding of the values ​​of Pancasila, introducing local culture, and forming character and environmental awareness in kindergarten children. Evaluation of P5 activities is carried out through learning management and involving active participation from the surrounding community. In conclusion, the implementation of P5 in the UNP Laboratory Development Kindergarten makes a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning, building student character, and community participation and empowerment. The suggestion proposed is the need for cooperation between teachers, P5 coordinators, and parents of students to better adapt the P5 program.

In this study, the complexity of motivational factors is closely related to the context of organizational culture, team dynamics, and perceptions of rewards and recognition of individual contributions. Participation in decision-making, opportunities for career development, and interpersonal relationships at work also emerged as important elements in motivating employees. The qualitative analysis highlighted that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to understanding work motivation in this environment. However, the need for recognition of achievement, a sense of involvement in the work process, and support from superiors and coworkers have a significant impact on individuals' motivation levels. This study provides an in-depth understanding of what influences work motivation at the Office of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a sensitive approach to individual needs and preferences in designing effective motivation strategies to improve productivity.

The Karang Taruna Organization (KARTAR) in Jati Sidoarjo Village, especially KARTAR RW 01, has become a significant entity in community development and empowerment efforts. With various work programs and activities, KARTAR RW 01 has succeeded in making positive contributions that have had an impact on revitalizing the spirit of youth participation. Through purchasing glass drinks when someone dies, environmental activities, and security monitoring by providing CCTV, KARTAR RW 01 is able to create a better community environment. The impact of this participation can be seen in easing the economic burden on the community, increasing environmental security, and reviving the spirit of participation of young people who were previously less involved in community activities. Regulatory support, such as Youth Law no. 40 of 2009 and Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 114 of 2014, strengthen the role of KARTAR RW 01 in youth empowerment. As an awareness agent, this organization not only participates in physical activities but is also involved in increasing the awareness and sensitivity of the younger generation towards the surrounding environment. The concept of youth participation in development, in line with national ideals and regulations governing youth empowerment, is reflected in the practices of KARTAR RW 01. This organization is not only an implementer, but also a pioneer of these values ​​in every activity. Thus, youth participation in KARTAR RW 01 is not only fulfilling social responsibility, but also becoming a real means of achieving national goals in developing an inclusive, just and sustainable society.

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.

The profile book is an important element that summarizes information about the company. This includes various aspects, such as company history, company vision and mission, organizational structure, products or services offered, as well as relevant achievements or projects. Technology that continues to develop makes profile books an effective communication tool. Profile books are designed to provide external parties with a general overview of a company's identity, goals and capabilities. This activity was carried out at the Outbound Base which is located in Ngingas Hamlet, Simpang Village, Prambon District. Alas Outbound Education offers various innovative educational programs. However, to achieve the current vision and mission, an important step in increasing community participation is to expand outreach and outreach activities. Therefore, designing the Alas Outbound profile book is an important step in marketing tourist attractions. This profile book design activity uses problem analysis methods and design analysis methods. This method is useful for determining the topic of the problem that will be studied and discussed. This method is carried out by interviewing Alas Outbound business owners. The design analysis method is useful for analyzing the flow in designing a profile book. This activity can be used to carry out field observations (site surveys) and also interviews with several Alas Outbound employees. An important aim of designing this profile book is to be an effective marketing tool for the public or potential investors to support this educational tourism destination.

This research analyzes strategies and policy innovations in managing natural resources and renewable energy laws in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, this study examines the implemented environmental policies, the roles of central and regional governments, and the challenges in their implementation. The results show that Indonesia has implemented various policies and regulations to support sustainable natural resource management. Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management is the main foundation, followed by its derivative rules. However, policy implementation still faces challenges such as land conflicts, environmental degradation, and overexploitation of natural resources. In the context of renewable energy, the government has issued fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to promote its adoption. Presidential Regulation No. 112 of 2022 is an example of a policy that provides various tax incentives and licensing facilities for renewable energy projects. This study concludes that Indonesia needs a comprehensive and collaborative approach to address challenges and optimize natural resource management and renewable energy development. Recommendations include simplifying bureaucratic procedures, increasing transparency in procurement processes, and strengthening investment guarantee mechanisms to enhance private sector participation in renewable energy infrastructure development.

Fiqh learning is an integral part of the Islamic Religious Education subject which aims to provide students with an understanding of Islamic teachings, especially in terms of sharia law, and to guide them in forming beliefs and understanding Islamic law correctly. However, the implementation of Fiqh learning which is still dominated by a teacher-centered approach tends to cause low active student participation. In addition, the use of conventional lecture methods creates a monotonous impression which has an impact on low learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Talking Stick learning model in improving the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at MI Ma’arif Sidasari. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method which is carried out in three stages, namely pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. The results of the study showed an increase in learning outcomes, with an average student score in cycle I of 73.2 which then increased to 83.5 in cycle II. The percentage of student learning completion also increased significantly. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Talking Stick learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in the Fiqh subject in fourth grade MI Maarif Sidasari.

The development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is one of the government's priorities, especially in Tebing Tinggi City. Known as an industrial city, it becomes an opportunity for the development of SMEs, which are the majority of the workers. The development of SMEs, especially "Culinary Clusters" that have high added value to economic growth, needs to be given greater attention to developed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the business performance of SMEs in Batam City. The method used to determine the relationship between these factors uses partial least square- structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of data processing show that internal and external factors influence the performance of SMEs. External factors consist of government policies, socio-economic conditions, and culture, the role of related institutions has a significant influence on the condition of internal factors consisting of aspects of human resources, finance, technical production, and marketing. External and internal factors have a positive and significant influence on the performance of SMEs.

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the village head in increasing the creativity of the economic development of the people of Kloangpopot village, Doreng sub-district. the people of Kloangpopot Village, Doreng District, Sikka Regency. Jenins research uses qualitative research, and data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the role of the village head in increasing the creativity of the economic development of the Kloangpopot village community, Doreng subdistrict, Sikka district, had been carried out. This can be seen from community participation in the implementation of Kloangpopot village economic development going well according to 3 indicators, namely through motivator indicators that encourage or motivate the community to involved in implementing economic development in the village such as carrying out the programs that have been given, the indicator of the facilitator is that the village head as a facilitator always provides supporting facilities such as meeting places. such as the village hall facilitated by the village head to discuss economic development in the village kloangpopot, the mobilizing indicator moves or invites the community to participate in taking concrete actions to develop the village, for example mobilizing the community in village meetings. While the obstacle to the role of the village head in increasing the creativity of the economic development of the people of Kloangpopot village, Doreng sub-district, Sikka district, is the lack of availability of human and community resources that are not yet professional in building creative villages.

In Kertayasa Village there are several things that are starting to disappear from the activites usually carried out in the mosque, such as worship rituals which are carried out in congregation, religious activites and even religious education that is starting to fade. The lack of community participation in managing the prosperity of mosques in this village is caused by the management’s low knowledge of the applicable mechanisms and regulations, so that the community’s social concern for ukhuwah Islamiyah begins to decline. With this happening, because Kertayasa village is a tourist village, there is also concern. Understand, intolerance and even radicalism enter through this gap. Through public dialogue activites, optimalization of strengthening the base of the mosque prosperity council to prevent radicalism in tourist village. By providing guidance to mosque managers and providing insight into intolerance and radicalism so that mosque managers and society in general can screen for the possibility of such crimes occurring. In carrying out thus public dialogue, the mosque properity council in each hamlet and the communities involved have gained knowledge about preventing radicalism through increasing national insight, the causes of radicalism/terrorism, the legal basis for eradicating terrorism in Indonesia and efforts to improve the performance of mosque management. With this, the community at least has the provisions to recognize and prepare themselves both in strengthening mosque management and in countering ideas that are contrary to Islamic teachings

Waste management is something that needs to be done to keep the environment clean. To raise awareness in processing waste, incentives are needed that are directly beneficial to the community. The presence of a Green Economy-based waste bank is the answer to problems that occur in the waste management process. The Mawar Waste Bank, which was established in Marengan Daya Village, is a community that was established to convert waste into goods that have economic value so that through waste management it can become a new source of income for the people of Marengan Daya Village. The purpose of this research is to find out what factors influence the participation of the Muslim community in Marengan Daya Village in the Green Economy-based Mawar Waste Bank program. The type of research approach used is a quantitative approach with the research subjects being members of the Mawar Waste Bank. The results of this research are the discovery of new factors that influence the participation of the Muslim community in Marengan Daya Village in the Green Economy-based Mawar Waste Bank program.

This study aims to describe how the stages of implementation stream training informal sector workers in labor offices transmigration province of East Java in the expansion work, analyze the obstacles encountered in the planning of the training program, as well as modeling appropriate training in accordance with conditions on the ground and input from various parties, this research use descriptive qualitative research methods, techniques determination of informants using purposive sampling, these techniques have been because the researcher wants to focus on parties who know the conditions on the ground. Results from this study is the first training conducted regularly and the classical, the purpose of training has reached short-term goals in training but in the long term they need more motivation for the trainees, second, obstacle training during implementation consists of matter and the overcrowded curriculum tend to be the same as the previous training, time constraints, participation is not optimal, overall, limited time, resources and costs in the post-training evaluation and monitoring, the third development training model has not been implemented in this training.

Community Service is one of the implementations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, aiming to apply students’ academic knowledge directly within society. This activity was carried out by fifth-semester students of the Islamic Banking Study Program through the organization of the Festival Ramadhan Ceria at SDN 1505 Pasir Julu. The program aimed to instill Islamic values, enhance basic understanding of Islamic finance, and foster religious and social character among elementary school students during the month of Ramadan. The implementation method employed an educational and participatory approach through various activities, including Islamic competitions, educational games, simple counseling on saving based on Islamic principles, and socio-religious activities. The results of the program indicated increased enthusiasm and active participation among students, improved understanding of Ramadan values, and early awareness of Islamic financial concepts. In addition to benefiting the students, this community service activity also served as a practical learning experience for university students in developing soft skills, leadership, teamwork, and social awareness. Therefore, the Festival Ramadhan Ceria proved to be an effective medium for strengthening the relationship between higher education institutions and the community, while also contributing positively to the character development of elementary school students.

Corruption in Indonesia is a chronic problem that damages the social and economic structure of the country. This paper explores the history of corruption from feudal times to the modern era, highlighting corrupt practices as part of the culture of government. The government has taken serious steps by establishing anti-corruption regulations and institutions to eradicate corruption that harms society and the state. This research uses the literature study method with a focus on improving governance and increasing transparency as an effort to prevent corruption. Through qualitative analysis, this research evaluates the effectiveness of existing anti-corruption regulations and institutions, as well as understanding the impact of corruption on people's social and economic rights. The results show that the government has taken concrete steps, such as establishing the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and encouraging the use of information technology. However, the fight against corruption is faced with structural, cultural, instrumental and management barriers. Measures to improve governance and increase transparency are key to preventing corruption. Challenges include organized corruption, corrupt practices in the private sector, and non-compliance with regulations. Lack of resources is a constraint, and corruption in complex bureaucratic systems complicates case handling. Improving coordination, transparency, and public participation is needed to overcome these challenges. The government needs to continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corruption-fighting measures. Regular evaluation, public participation, and human resource capacity building are key to creating a strong and resilient system against corrupt practices. Collective awareness and cooperation between the government, anti-corruption organizations, and society are essential to build an Indonesia that is clean from corruption and just for all its people.

The aim of this study is to provide a detailed account of the exhaustive methodology employed in the XI IPS 1 SMA Negeri 1 Ulakan Tapakis course to enhance the learning experience and cultivate students' enthusiasm for the study of dance culture. This investigation is classified as descriptive qualitative research, and its data collection methods include documentation, interviews, and observation. According to the results, the holistic approach utilized in class XI IPS 1 at SMA Negeri 1 Ulakan Tapakis comprised several interdependent elements, such as learning objectives, method selection, and learning media selection, all of which were in accordance with the content or learning material, teachers, and students. These components are intended to foster increased student participation and creativity in the educational process. By promoting students' ability to identify, understand, value, and implement the information presented by the instructor, this methodology guarantees the successful achievement of the Dance Culture educational goals. Class XI IPS 1 SM A N 1 Ulakan Tapakis demonstrates the implementation of a comprehensive approach to dance culture education by employing learning videos, PowerPoint presentation applications, and jigsaw method-based group discussions. Students are not only emotionally stimulated, but also intellectually, sensually, and physically enriched through the implementation of this methodology.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the execution of measures aimed at lowering the utilization of plastic bags within the retail market of Jepara Regency. The research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing descriptive analytic techniques. The data-gathering process involved conducting an interview with the Head of Hygiene and Waste Management at the Jepara Regency Environment Office, who served as a key informant. In order to gather comprehensive data, interviews were conducted with both sellers and buyers at retail stores in Welahan, Mayong, and Pecangaan sub-districts. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the policy is facilitated by socializing activities, particularly in the context of communication and transmission. The Jepara regency government has conducted socialization efforts throughout nearly all marketplaces, demonstrating a clear and consistent approach. The implementation of policies involves the participation of human resources, namely the Environment Office, as the responsible entity. The necessary financial resources for policy implementation are also obtained through the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Regarding disposition, policy implementers have a preexisting commitment to effectively executing their responsibilities and exhibit a democratic mindset. In relation to bureaucratic organization, the execution of government policies is already directed by the established Standard Operating Procedure. However, there are still challenges for the government in terms of public response and low understanding of the dangers of using plastic bags.

This study aimstodetermine the participation of pokdarwis in the development of the Meat Tourism Village and which parties are involved with the pokdarwis in the development of the Meat Tourism Village.
