This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment on job performance at PTSP in the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Semarang Regency. Job satisfaction reflects employees' positive feelings towards their work, while affective organizational commitment reflects employees' emotional attachment to the organization. Both of these factors are believed to play an important role in improving job performance, especially in the public service sector. This study uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 PTSP employees as respondents. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance, which means that the higher the job satisfaction, the better the job performance. In addition, affective organizational commitment also has a positive and significant effect on job performance, indicating that employees with high emotional commitment to the organization tend to be more productive and dedicated. These findings confirm that increasing job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment can be an effective strategy in improving job performance in the public service sector. Therefore, organizations are advised to create a work environment that supports and strengthens employees' emotional ties to the organization.

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) merupakan elemen penguat struktur Perekonomian Indonesia. Namun, ada kendala dalam pengembangannya Untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk UMKM yaitu belum adanya sertifikasi Halal. Kebutuhan Sertifikat Halal merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi UKM, karena Sertifikat Halal atau logo merupakan jaminan Halal bagi pelanggan untuk mengkonsumsinya. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi UMKM dalam proses pengajuan sertifikasi halal. UMKM yang menjadi sasaran kegiatan adalah usaha kuliner Roti The Vos Bakery. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui observasi, diskusi dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan untuk penyusunan dokumen, pendaftaran sertifikasi halal melalui sistem informasi dan audit halal. Proses sertifikasi halal dilakukan melalui metode pendampingan untuk pendaftaran pada sistem ptsp.halal.go.id dengan mengunggah berbagai macam dokumen yang menjadi persyaratan

Transparency is an important concept in line with the desire to enforce good governance practices. The government is required to be open and ensure that the public can access various information on public policy processes, budget allocation dor policy implementation, and monitor and evaluate policy implementation. The cocept of transparency point to a state in wich all aspects of the service process are open. This study aims to evaluate the impact and affectiveness of the implementation of One-Door Integrated services (PTSP) in improving public services, especially in  term of investment licensing. The research method used is a quantitative approach, with analysis if case studies at the One-Door Integrated Investment and Service Office. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of related documents. The results of this study suggest in improving investment services, with of information, convenient facilities supporting investment. This study provide recommendations to identify the positive impact of the DPMPTSP’s effort in promoting investment growth through transparency in public services in creating a more conducive ivestment environment.

Ministerial Regulations are regulations set by the minister depending on how the regulations will be used to carry out certain government affairs. DPMPTSP has the task of assisting regional heads in carrying out government affairs in the field of investment and one-stop integrated services, in accordance with Chapter III Article 4 of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Permendagri) Number 25 of 2021. This research aims to examine the implementation of employee performance in the Provincial DPMPTSP North Sumatra is in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 25 of 2021 which focuses on Chapter III Article 4. Data collection is carried out using the observation method. The findings of this study emphasize the importance of performance quality.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, reward and punishment on the work productivity of employees of the Jombang Investment and PTSP Office. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample size of 35 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R^2). The results showed that the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment partially had a significant effect on work productivity and the non-physical work environment, reward and punishment simultaneously had a significant effect on work productivity.
