Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) is a very serious health problem in Indonesia. According to the Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS) the highest ARI diseases were in the provinces of East Nusa Tenggara (41.7%), Papua (31.1%), Aceh (30.0%), West Nusa Tenggara (28.3%), and East Java (28.3%). In Riskesdas 2007, East Nusa Tenggara is also the province with the highest ARI. The time period for the spread of ARI in Indonesia according to Riskesdas in 2013 was 25.0%, not much different from that in 2007 which was 25.5%. People are sometimes reluctant to go to the doctor and tend to ignore this disease. For solutions to these problems, we need a system that can help the community in diagnosing respiratory disorders so that later the community can more easily consult to anticipate a worse impact. One system that can be used to assist diagnosis is an expert system. This system is not to replace the position of an expert, but to promote the knowledge and experience of an expert.

At the present time of the pandemic, it is difficult for the world's most unusual cuttlefish to market its products. Thus, umkm needs to be provided with facilities to market the products online. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

The research aims to examine and empirically analyze the presence of information content of Free Cash Flow, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and economic value added on stock returns in the study of LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population the research is the companies that are included in the LQ45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015, 2016, 2017 2018, and 2019. Financial report data is obtained through access to www.idx.co.id. The number of samples used in this study were 45 samples. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple regression in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable and another. This study uses of 5%. Based on the results of this study Free Cash Flow, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio and Economic Value added partially and simultaneously have no significant effect on stock returns with a significance value of 0.697, 0.744, 0.216 and 0.242, respectively, no significant effect on stock returns.

ABSTRACT A web-based futsal field reservation system was developed to help facilitate the process of booking or leasing a futsal field. The system uses PHP and HTML programming languages by using MySQL as data storage. The purpose of designing this system is to make it easier for users to rent futsal fields. With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

Puzzle game is a game that shifts numbers from a box consisting of nine boxes. Eight boxes must have values arranged in numerical order starting from numbers 1 to 8. Puzzle games can produce the correct sequence according to the initial state provided that they follow the rules established rules. Completion of this game using a heuristic method, using the Ascent hill Climbing algorithm. The working process of the Ascent hill Climbing method is a process of looking for several possible solutions in order to get the optimal value for solving the problem by arranging the values from the position of the smallest value to the position of the largest value. The problem that is often experienced in this case is a lack of user knowledge in the concept of puzzle game rules so that search results are difficult to find,with this method it can make it easier to solve puzzle game cases by following the game rules and done systematically so that Goals are quickly found. The Goal results obtained are in the form of steps in the process of finding a solution and calculating the time required in the search to find a solution.

Many companies require good employee performance in order to achieve company goals, business competition is a trigger for companies to improve the performance of their employees. The variables used to determine the effect of the company's employee performance are discipline, compensation, work environment and training. This research was conducted on employees of PT. XYZ involved 60 respondents. This study uses a saturated sampling technique and uses a Likert scale. The analysis used was multiple linear analysis, with the regression equation Y = 16.349 + 0.068X1 + 0.001X2 + 0.159X3 + 0.287X4. The conclusions of this study are, (1) employee performance is not significantly affected by discipline, (2) employee performance is not significantly affected by compensation, (3) employee performance is not significantly affected by the work environment, (4) employee performance is significantly influenced by training, (5) Employee performance is influenced simultaneously by discipline, compensation, work environment and training.

This study aims to develop a fuel inventory control system so that it can facilitate monitoring the volume of fuel stock from each bunker ship and can be reported at any time, so that the leadership can estimate the addition of fuel orders to PT. Pertamina for each bunker ship that is adjusted to the incoming fuel request order. If there is a sudden fuel order by the customer, the company can still serve the customer well, so that the fuel stock can be controlled and can be monitored properly at any time. The research method used in the information system monitoring the pump fabrication process is Research and Development (R&D) in this study only until the 6th (sixth) stage and produces the final product in the form of a prototype, so it does not reach the product implementation stage. The six steps are Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision and Main field testing. This application is made using Macromedia Dream Weaver and MySQL database.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disorder of the body's metabolism due to the hormone insulin in the body which cannot be used effectively in regulating blood sugar balance thereby increasing the concentration of sugar levels in the blood (hyperglycemia). The purpose of this study is to be able to understand diabetes mellitus and practice diabetic foot exercises in order to minimize tissue damage. Health education about diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot exercises can increase the knowledge of Karangjongkeng villagers to try their best to prevent more severe diabetes mellitus, namely tissue damage. Health education to residents can increase the knowledge and skills of diabetic foot exercises in preventing diabetes mellitus.

Motivation is the driving factor to achieve a quality services, especially in health. Work motivation is desirable in order to improve public health, it also can be expected to produce socially optimal production in accordance with the goals and ideals of the organization in the future. Research Purposes to determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance at Puskesmas Kairatu Method. This type of research used in this study was cross sectional. This research was conducted at the health center Kairatu West Seram regency. The population in this study were all employees of the health center Kairatu totaling 84 people. While the sample is done purposive sampling amounted to 69 people. The survey results revealed that respondents are less intensive relationship with the motivation to work as much (100%). For quite intensive relationship with the motivation does not support as many (10.8%) and motivational support as many (89.2%). known relationship with the working conditions are less motivation to work as much support categories (100%). For good working conditions to do with the motivation that does not support as many (11.4%) and support as many (88.6%). it is known that the relationship is less motivated colleagues support as many categories (100%). For a good relationship with co-workers motivation does not support as many (11.1%) sedangan motivational support as many (88.9%). Chi-square test results note that there is no significant relationship between the variables relationships with colleagues with the motivation which means p = 1.000 p> 0.05.

Health efforts are carried out with an emphasis on the wider community in order to achieve optimal levels of health, without neglecting the quality of service to individuals. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction felt by patients who come for treatment regarding comfort, staff service, service procedures and also service results at the Delitua Community Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. This research used a cross sectional study test design with a sample size of 33 people determined through saturated sampling by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that all the variables studied showed a significant relationship with patient satisfaction at the Delitua health center, namely comfort p(0.009)<a(0.05), staff service p(0.023)<a(0.05), service procedures p (0.015)<a(0.05) and service results p(0.023)(0.05), the community health center must further improve the quality of health services which include comfort, staff service, service procedures and service results, in order to provide satisfaction for patients who use them. health services at the Delitua community health center.    

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder caused by a lack of the hormone insulin. The hormone insulin is produced by a group of beta cells in the gland of the pancreas and plays an important role in glucose metabolism in body cells. According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2013) 80% of DM sufferers in the world come from developing countries, one of which is Indonesia. The prevalence of DM in Indonesia reaches 4.7% of the national population and is expected to reach 5.9% by 2030. In general, the prevalence of DM in Aceh province is 1.8%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Diabetes Mellitus Gymnastic Therapy on Decreased Blood Sugar Levels in the Elderly in Ceurih Village, Banda Aceh City. This study uses Quasi Experiment Design research design using one group pre test-post test design. The sampling technique uses total sampling by measuring blood sugar levels before and after diabetes exercises with a total sample of 16 people. Bivariate analysis uses paired t-test. The results showed that there was an Effect of Diabetes Mellitus Gymnastic Therapy on Decreased Blood Sugar Levels in the Elderly in Ceurih Village, Banda Aceh City with a statistical result of 0,000.

The biggest source of state income from taxes. Indonesian government keep continuously increase the national income through taxes. The research examines how profitability, leverage, independent commissioners and the influence of institusional ownership. The sample used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2020. The sampling method uses purposive sampling in order to obtain 58 manufacturing companie. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques with the help of the Eviews 10. This study shows that the independent variabel profitability has a significant positive effect on tax avoidance. While leverage, independent commissioners, and the influence of institusional ownership has no effect on tax avoidance,

Blood is an important component of the human body, therefore the supply of blood at the Indonesian Red Cross must be maintained. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, the amount of blood supply at the Indonesian Red Cross decreased. Seeing this condition, lecturers and students from the Management Program of the Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta initiated blood donation activities to the community with the aim of providing education and socialization of the importance of blood donation in the pandemic era, increasing the number of blood bags, humanitarian efforts to help others and a concrete manifestation of the implementation of community service as one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activity was held on October 14, 2020 at the Keluarahan Tipes, Serengan with health protocol and 3M principles. Participants who registered were 28 participants, who qualified as donors as many as 25 participants. The amount of blood that was collected was as many as 25 bags. The result, the event can run smoothly and orderly and it is hoped that this activity can be held regularly.

The elderly are a group of people who are vulnerable to degenerative diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and others. The causes include a lack of knowledge about healthy diet and the lack of health checks. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the quality of life of the elderly in Kelurahan Utama of South Cimahi by socializing healthy diets and conducting health checks. Media used for healthy diet counseling are power points, videos, and posters. Health examinations conducted include measurements of body mass index, blood pressure, blood glucose levels, triglycerides, total cholesterol, and uric acid. The results of the health examination showed quite a lot of elderly people who suffer from degenerative diseases. Through this activity, the elderly in Kelurahan Utama of South Cimahi gained knowledge about healthy diet in order to avoid various diseases and know the disease that is being experienced so that they can immediately undergo proper treatment.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. The implementation of tax autonomy by the central and regional governments separately provides the flexibility to be more independent in tax arrangements in order to increase the income of each region. The objective of this research is to determine whether the West Java provincial government's application of  vehicle tax collection  is effective in increasing Regional Original Income (ROI) in West Java. The methodology used in this research is qualitative. Analysis of the data used is analysis by calculating the effectiveness of tax collection. The results of data analysis show that the efficiency of  vehicle tax collection has an impact on increasing local revenue in West Java.

Permen ATR/BPN 9/2019 is a provision regarding the implementation of roya electronically so that registration and deletion of roya can be reached easily, quickly, simply and at low cost. Roya which is done manually is different from electronic. The difference is that the file from the applicant is scanned and registered through the website and is directly corrected by the roya executor, not through the land counter. So that the Notary/PPAT does not have to come to the Land Office. After obtaining the certificate of land rights then it is given back to the certificate holder in this case is the creditor. If the deletion and registration of roya electronically has not been carried out even though the debt has been paid off, the land title certificate still contains a barcode record of encumbrance of Mortgage Rights. Based on the above, how is the implementation of the elimination of Roya Mortgage Electronically at the Land Office of Batang Regency? The research method that will be used in this paper is a sociological juridical research method. The approach that the author uses in this study is a sociological juridical approach. The sociological juridical approach emphasizes research that aims to obtain legal knowledge empirically by going directly to the object. The implementation of the abolition of roya with the HT-el System at the Land Office of Batang City has not all been carried out in accordance with the procedures stated in the Technical Guidelines for HT-el. Application files that do not comply with procedures are known from the results of the inspection of the Land Office, if not checked, the HT-el certificate will be issued automatically on the seventh day. Issuance without any inspection from the Land Office if there is a procedural error, it is feared that it will become a problem in the future. This obstacle arises during the HT registration process, both technically and non-technically. The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. In 2018, Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data showed that the prevalence of wasting in children under five in Indonesia was 10.2%, while in the age group under two years (baduta) it was higher, namely 11.7%. Nutrition Status Monitoring Data for 2017 also shows that the prevalence of wasting in under-fives is higher, which is 12.8% when compared to the toddler group, which is 9.5% (Ministry of Health RI, 2018). Based on the WHO classification, wasting in the underdog group in Indonesia is categorized as a serious public health problem, with a prevalence in the range of 10-14%. Malnutrition that occurs in 1,000 HPK, besides being at risk of inhibiting physical growth (failure to thrive) and being susceptible to disease (metabolic disorders: DM. Hypertension, obesity), also inhibits cognitive development (motor cognitive impairment) which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future.
