The method used in this activity is the delivery of material and practice in making NIB using OSS. This activity can provide information on the importance of legality such as NIB and other permits so that MSMEs can move up in class and develop following the development of the times and information technology.

Most of the residents of RW 01 Gunung Anyar Tambak Village, Gunung Anyar District, Surabaya, make a living as fishermen. Shrimp paste is the main product for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the area, made from fish and shrimp. The sale of shrimp paste MSMEs in the area is limited to promotion through WhatsApp or simply word of mouth, so there is a need to develop MSMEs to improve the local economy. In the activity of the SDG’s KKNT Work Program for Group 1 of Gunung Anyar Tambak Village, MSMEs are developed by obtaining NIB (Business Identification Number) and PIRT (Food and Beverage Production Permit). By obtaining NIB, the business will be legally guaranteed to meet the requirements for Business and Commercial or Operational Permits. The function of PIRT itself is to increase customer confidence, as product safety and quality are ensured.

The national economy in Indonesia is currently increasing, especially in the Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. In the business process, obtaining a permit is considered very important. For micro business actors, having legality is a necessity and a necessity for the continuity of their business. There are approximately 10 MSMEs in Bulu Village, but these actors do not yet have an NIB (Business Identification Number). Apart from that, there are many business actors who have not branded their products with name labels. The implementation of service activities is divided into 4 stages, firstly conducting observations, secondly providing counseling about the importance of NIB and product rebranding, thirdly implementing activities, and finally evaluation. NIB's mentoring services and product rebranding for micro-entrepreneurs in Bulu Village provide positive benefits. This study aims to determine the implementation of the online single submission system risk based approach at Dimas investment integrated one door service of Tanjungpinang city, based on the type of data, this research includes quantitative research, data collection techniques used in the form of literature studies. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of the online single submission risk-based approach system has gone well. This can be seen from several aspects. First, in terms of organization, PTSP has prepared an implementation team whose task is to assist businesses in the process of inputting and verifying information when errors occur. Second, in terms of interpretation, the PTSP has succeeded in directing business actors to follow the stages in OSS-RBA.. Thus, the results of this study indicate that the implementation of the risk-based approach online single submission system has been successful in facilitating business actors in obtaining business licenses through OSS-RBA.

Technological developments to date have had a rapid impact on all aspects of life, including economic aspects and aspects of government administration; many things have arisen and have had positive impacts, such as ease of access to information and simplification of services by the government. So that technology-based services can be prepared and implemented based on a policy that cannot be separated from the legal theory that binds it. In order to support ease of investment services, the Government has initiated an Online Single Submission (OSS) system since October 2017 as an implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2017 concerning the Acceleration of Business Implementation and has conducted concept trials in three locations, namely: Purwakarta, Batam, and Palu. The design of this Information Technology-based system is basically by interconnecting and integrating the existing licensing service system at BKPM/Central PTSP (SPIPISE), a regional PTSP that uses the Ministry of Communication and Information's SiCantik system. In practice, the licensing implemented uses a one-door system, which makes it quicker for investors to process port permits. In this case, BP Batam provides services in the form of Indonesia Batam Online Single Submission or IBOSS. Licensing that previously used manual or conventional methods has switched to an electronic system connected directly to the national system. Port permits are now also handled directly by the BP Batam One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) Directorate, which impacts the speedy completion of port permit processing. However, in implementing technology-based services, it is essential to pay attention to regulatory or legal aspects so that implementation remains safe and does not cause material or non-material losses. To safeguard data, the application guarantees that the data recorded by Business Actors is only for Business Licensing services. However, even though there are guarantees or clauses, comprehensive research must still be carried out regarding technology-based services in order to support increased investment, considering that data security is an essential thing in running services.

Online Single Submission is an electronically integrated business permit issued by the OSS institution in order to accelerate the business permit process. In Indonesia, licensing is actually the main obstacle for business actors. Too much bureaucracy, a lot of time, costs and the addition of many unofficial fees, make business people think about registering their business. These problems make the licensing system unhealthy and continue to recur from year to year. The implementation of licensing services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system at the DPMPPTSP of North Sumatra Province can be considered less than satisfactory, as it still encounters issues. Specifically, business operators may not fully comprehend or utilize internet-based services. This research aims to assess the quality of public services provided through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system at DPMPTSP North Sumatra Province. The research employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that the quality of public services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system at the DPMPPTSP of North Sumatra Province is generally good but not yet optimal. It is recommended that the DPMPPTSP of North Sumatra Province should actively engage in outreach efforts to educate the public about the utilization of the Online Single Submission (OSS) system, allowing individuals to register their permits independently, without reliance on intermediaries or third parties.

The government is required to always adjust to what is needed by the community, one of which is the need for decent public services. Collaboration is a stage to give birth to a service innovation in the public sector, therefore collaboration in innovation seems endless to always be discussed by the government as well as organizations and other sectors. In the last ten years, the practice of collaboration and innovation in the administration of the government bureaucracy in Indonesia has been revealed in a number of literatures. One of them is in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. According to Government Regulation Number 17 of 2018 concerning sub-districts, it is stated that the task of the Perbekel is in the field of service in the working area. In accordance with the mandate of the government regulation, one form of service in Penatih Dangin Puri Village is business license services through Online Single Submission (OSS), land services, and non-licensing services. The purpose of this research is to find out the collaboration process in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District and to determine the achievement of collaboration results in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. Where data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and qualitative research results emphasize the meaning of generalization. Researchers have made direct observations to Penatih Dangin Puri Village. In addition, the authors also conducted observations and documentation studies on existing documents and policies, as well as in-depth interviews with all informants related to the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) permit service.  

The system (OSS RBA) is a platform for administering business licensing that is digital-based and has been issued for business actors who will carry out business activities assessed based on the level of risk of business activities. The purpose of this study is to find out the Application of the Policy Contents of Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 Concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Licensing Services for MSME Actors by the DPMPTSP of Bintan Regency. The related indicators in this study are: 1). Government Regulation, 2). Resources, 3). Communication, 4). Disposition or Attitude of Executors, 5). Assisted Services Clinic. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with 8 informants. The results of the research (1) In Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 the Bintan Regency Investment and One-Stop Services Service already has Standards, Goals and Targets in implementing the OSS RBA system. (2) Resources which include, Human resources that are adequate and have obtained BIMTEK in providing services to business actors, Financial Resources are still inadequate because DPMPTSP applies a budget priority scale for OSS RBA system policies, and Adequate Resources for Facilities and Infrastructure in the process implementation of OSS RBA system services. (3) Communication, DPMPTSP has collaborated with DKUPP Bintan Regency which has been granted derivative access rights for the OSS RBA system and socialization has been underway to business actors who are micro, small and medium enterprises

Legality has an important role for the progress of the business owned by all business actors, because legality is basically a form of granting permits granted by the authorities to every business actor in running their business. Legality itself is said to be important because it is used as evidence that the business being run or established is feasible and ongoing. People who do not understand the importance of business legality are a problem that causes many business actors who do not have business legality to support their business. The community service carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java aims to sensitize the community, especially business actors, especially in Ngrimbi Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency regarding the importance of business legality and provide assistance in making a business legality. The method of implementing community service carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java is divided into 3 (three) stages, the first step begins with providing understanding to business people about the importance of business legality through socialization that we held in the first week. Second, data collection of all Ngrimbi village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and registering NIB (Business Identification Number) which has been scheduled by the village. The third is business mentoring with the aim of improving and marketing the products they want to sell. The implementation of this activity was carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java consisting of 10 people. The result of this activity is the awareness of business actors in Ngrimbi Village about the importance of business legality for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and as many as 20 MSMEs that have been surveyed by group 10 in Ngrimbi Village, 19 MSMEs have carried out business legality in the form of NIB (Business Identification Number).

The government made a policy where MSME actors were expected to have complete and legal licensing documents. Of the 10 MSME actors listed by the UMKM coordinator in Sumurmati Village, all of them have not been registered and have a Business Identification Number (NIB). Therefore, with the KKN-T MBKM Group 62 UPN "Veteran" East Java in Sumurmati Village, as a form of service to the community, KKN-T MBKM Group 62 created a program where these students will help MSME actors in Sumurmati Village to have a Business Identification Number (NIB) by conducting socialization and also helping these MSME actors to register their businesses through Online Single Submission (OSS). By having complete and legal permits, MSME actors can be protected by law so as to prevent them from legal disputes that can be detrimental to their business, facilitate business development, provide opportunities for them to obtain business assistance or training from the government, and make it easier to obtain venture capital because their businesses already have complete and legal permits.

Therefore, the researchers assisted one of the UMKM in Gedog Village, namely Kedai Panji Laras, to legalize their business through Online Single Submissions (OSS). The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge to business owners and also the community about the importance of NIB for micro and small businesses and to obtain an NIB certificate. The learning method used with preparation, manufacture and submission. The results of this activity are increasing the knowledge of business owners about the introduction of OSS and NIB, the importance of businesses having an NIB, the benefits of NIB, the requirements and procedures for making an NIB and the steps for making an NIB through OSS. Learning from the monetary crisis that occurred in Indonesia in 1997-1998 which was marked by the decline in the joints of the economy caused by the rupiah exchange rate falling or dropping drastically against the dollar exchange rate. In 1998 many big entrepreneurs fell in Indonesia, but MSMEs were still able to survive and even increased in number. In this way, UMKM contribute to supporting the economy of a country so that the existence of UMKM is highly expected in the development and progress of the country's economy and is able to absorb the number of unemployed. In this background, MSMEs can be used as a part in expanding employment opportunities, play a role in the formation of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and increase foreign exchange earnings for the country of Indonesia because its market can reach national to international. Bareng Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency is an agricultural producing village in the form of rice, corn, sugar cane, soybeans, vegetables, chilies and others. The livelihoods of the majority of the population are farmers, self-employed, and partly in the government. UMKM problems often occur due to capital problems and licensing matters, the Business Identification Number (NIB) is the identity of a business license issued by the "Online Single Submission (OSS)" agency, helping to fulfill the legal and administrative aspects of UMKM and providing advantages in funding. Then the socialization and technical guidance was carried out by Group 1, then the output of the socialization was to help UMKM actors in the Village with the method of opening a post at the Village Hall/Village Office and the door to door method or direct permits to the homes of UMKM actors. At the same time creating a logo that is useful in brand equity as trustworthiness with the product name and symbol, providing additional value to a product. The direction of the arrow as a direction for the location has the aim of providing instructions for potential consumers and customers to find homes for UMKM actors to get products or order products.

The purpose of this community service activity is for Pakel Village MSMEs to know and understand how to make NIB independently through the Online Single Submission (OSS) application and assistance in submitting halal certification for free through SiHalal with the Sehati 2023 program using the business actor's statement mechanism. The method of implementing the KKNT 09 Desa Pakel group in this community service activity is to conduct socialization and mentoring on the importance of NIB ownership and halal certification with MSME Facilitators from the Ministry of Religion, Jombang Regency. The result of this community service activity is the issuance of NIB and halal certification for Pakel Village MSMEs  

Assistance in a community service program with an entrepreneurial and creative economy scheme by the East Java "Veteran" National Development University located in Bareng District, Bareng Village in the Merdeka Learning KKN-T program - Merdeka Campus which aims to assist the Joint Village MSMEs to make business legality main numbers endeavor (NIB) using the online single submission (OSS) application. Of the at least 45 MSMEs, only a few MSME actors have business legality, while the majority do not have business legality because they do not know the function of business legality and are also unable to use the internet. Currently, the central government and local governments offer a lot of assistance, in the form of cost reductions in trying to assist and train business behavior so that it is mandatory for business owners to have a Business Identification Number. NIB) uses an online single submission (OSS) application. The method used is to conduct a survey combined with interviews in addition to the Forum Group discussion (FGD). The method used consists of 3 stages, namely observation or survey, counseling or socialization related to NIB, and implementation of assistance and creation of NIB. UMKM that are willing and successful in being registered for making an NIB so that they can obtain a legality certificate

The method of implementing community service carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java is divided into 3 (three) stages, the first step begins with providing understanding to business people about the importance of business legality through socialization that we held in the first week. Second, data collection of all Ngrimbi village Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and registering NIB (Business Identification Number) which has been scheduled by the village. The third is business mentoring with the aim of improving and marketing the products they want to sell. The implementation of this activity was carried out by Group 10 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java consisting of 10 people. The result of this activity is the awareness of business actors in Ngrimbi Village about the importance of business legality for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and as many as 20 MSMEs that have been surveyed by group 10 in Ngrimbi Village, 19 MSMEs have carried out business legality in the form of NIB (Business Identification Number).
