Seiring dengan perkembangan dunia usaha yang semakin ketat memaksa para manajemen perusahaan agar bisa mengambil keputusan untuk mencapai laba bersih maksimal setiap tahunnya. Laba bersih maksimal menjadi jaminan bagi sebuah perusahaan untuk dapat beroperasi secara stabil. PT Gudang Garam Tbk yang bergerak di industri rokok juga memaksimalkan laba bersih pertahunya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Adapun sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah  studi literatur pada jurnal dan buku terkait. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji asusmsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi berganda, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji f. Penelitian ini di lakukan di PT Gudang Garam Tbk dengan tujuan mengetahuai pengaruh pendapatan usaha dan biaya operasional terhadap laba bersih pada pt. gudang garam, tbk.

This research is motivated by the condition of santri in Islamic boarding schools who still do not have good emotional intelligence. Some indicators such as not having high self-confidence, empathy for others and the environment, controlling emotions of sadness and anger. This is certainly contrary to the objectives of education in Islamic boarding schools which in fact have a noble character. The author wants to know the democratic leadership factors that are applied can affect the emotional intelligence of santri. The purpose of this study is to describe the democratic leadership of the kyai in developing the emotional intelligence of students at the Tahfidz Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Sukabumi Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of the research are that democratic leadership can develop the emotional intelligence of students at the Tahfidz Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School. Of course this doesn't work instantly, you need continuous mental training. For Kyai as caregivers of santri to always be role models and santri can develop their emotional intelligence even better.

The ability of children to recognize the letters of the Qur'an in Taam Darul Huda is still low. Almost all students know hijaiyyah letters, but have not been able to pronounce and write letters without seeing examples. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards in Ta'am Nurul Huda. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards carried out by teachers at Taam Nurul Huda can actually help students memorize hijaiyah letters. The learning approach designed by the teachers is carried out through four stages, namely the preparation, implementation, self-learning, and evaluation stages.
