So this research will focus on discussing contracts musyarakah mutanaqisah used in syndicated financing. Because This contract is a contract that needs to be socialized and more publicized the banking sector, because its existence is not widely known by the public common among other contracts which are also used for syndicated financing in sharia banking in Indonesia, after previously using contracts murabahah and ijarah mun tahiya bit tamlik.

Pre-training needs analysis helped the community service team understand the challenges faced by the partners and identify their primary needs. Survey data indicates that the majority of participants have been actively involved in various business sectors, with many already owning their businesses. Income analysis suggests income variation, with most participants falling into the middle and upper-middle-income categories. In the context of digital marketing, Shopee emerges as the primary platform chosen by participants, while diversification through WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram is also evident. This training provides a deep understanding and practical skills to MSME entrepreneurs, assisting them in developing effective marketing strategies and leveraging the full potential of online media for business growth

The design of the Web-Based Recap System is a strategic step in addressing issues related to data management and information efficiency that occur at the Samarinda Manpower Office. The focus of this service is centered on developing a system that facilitates the recapitulation process of labor-related data. The main purpose of this service is to provide technological solutions that facilitate the management of labor data and improve information transparency at the Samarinda City Manpower Office. The research method adopted involves a survey of user needs, an in-depth analysis of the recap process, as well as the application of the Laravel Framework to build a responsive and accessible web platform.

Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.

Religious moderation plays a crucial role in Indonesia, a society with diverse beliefs and religious backgrounds. Religious leaders, with government support, strive to prevent violence and intolerance in Indonesia. One approach used is interfaith moderation. The concept of moderate Islam becomes a significant religious perspective in addressing diversity in Indonesia. To strengthen the role of Islamic schools (madrasah) in combating radicalism and extremism, religious moderation needs to be incorporated into the madrasah curriculum. The aim of this approach is to mediate between two extreme poles while emphasizing the importance of internalizing religious teachings on one side and understanding the context of religious texts on the other side. To examine this issue, the research was conducted using qualitative methods, particularly a case study. This method aims to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain in-depth understanding of individuals, groups, or situations. In analyzing the data, the researcher applied an interactive model. Data analysis activities include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results indicate that religious moderation instilled in students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Khairat Kwandang, North Gorontalo Regency, not only occurs in formal settings but is also integrated into every learning session. One form of moderation practiced by students is providing advice to fellow students, fostering a sense of care among them.

Tandikek is a hilly area in Padang Pariaman district. Tradition cannot be separated from the traces of human travel, as a characteristic form found in a social group and formed naturally which continuously reproduces practices in the process of interaction. With a disaster or disaster occurring in the midst of the Tandikek Community, the Community will carry out the Ratik tradition of rejecting evil. Tandikek people believe in this tradition, because of the existence of supernatural powers. This is what makes them always carry out the tradition of 'resist evil'. The first problem in this article is the role of the Ratik tradition in repelling reinforcements for the Tandikek Community. The theory used in this problem is the Redcliffe-Brown functional structural theory, which states that aspects of social behavior do not develop for individual needs, but to maintain the social structure of society. The tradition of ratik rejecting reinforcements at tandikek is one of the local wisdoms. The ratik tradition of rejecting reinforcements has maintained and fostered social ties among the Tandikek community. Society realizes that there must be harmony between humans and supernatural beings.

This study aims to produce and test the feasibility of Training Materials Management of Household Financial Management in the Village Tasikmadu. This research method using Design-Based Research model. The results of the final evaluation showed that 93% -95% of the learners received excellent training evaluation results, 95% -100% of the study participants gave positive responses to the training model, 89% of the students were active in training, and 79% of the studying population had implemented financial Accounting. Based on these results, the development of teaching materials for household financial management training is ready to be implemented. This training development is easy to apply, effective and practical, as it is developed and designed in a contextual and flexible way that is modified according to the needs and circumstances of the field. In addition, the guidebook provided in this model of financial management training has been made as attractive as possible to facilitate training activities taking into account the characteristics of female fishermen as learning citizens. So when this resource is applied it will create a fun and interesting training atmosphere.

This study aims to explore the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems, as well as its implications for global financial reporting. The study was conducted for one month in January 2024 at STIE Ganesha, involving 20 college students. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The findings show that English proficiency has a significant impact on the use of accounting information systems and understanding of global financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing English language skills among accounting students and professionals to improve the quality of financial reporting accessed globally. This research is important because it fills a gap in understanding of the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems for global financial reporting. The implication is that a better understanding of the relationship between English proficiency and needs in the context of accounting information systems will help prepare accounting students for more success in their careers, especially in an increasingly connected global business environment. In addition, this research can also provide new insights for educational institutions and the world of work in designing curricula and training that are more relevant and effective in preparing accounting professionals to deal with future global challenges.

The aim of this community service is to help children's psychomotor development to control body movements through coordinated activities between the central nerve and muscles through games, hone children's abilities through coloring sketches, and provide reinforcement and motivation for children with special needs so that children do not inferior and able to compete in the world of education like other children. This activity was carried out at SLB Negeri Ende. The methods used in this service activity are game methods, socialization approaches and lectures. The results of the activity show that children are more enthusiastic about learning, because the material provided is material that is combined with games, so that lessons are more fun for children and not boring. The conclusion of this service is that the community service activities carried out are expected to improve the concentration and learning abilities of children with special needs at SLB. The inventory problem that still occurs at PT Indonesia Plafon Semesta is the accumulation of resin and calcium raw materials which results in considerable losses. PT Indofon began to experience a buildup of resin raw materials in August amounting to 16,100Kg and for calcium amounting to 15,200Kg so that each month it soared until its peak in October, namely a buildup of 23,500Kg of resin, and 23,200Kg of calcium. The use of the right method for inventory control problems is Just In Time , which is a management strategy used to optimize the production process and product delivery by buying and producing only when needed and at the right time. Silver Meal Heuristic, a heuristic approach used in inventory control to determine the optimal lot size. The quantity of raw material orders using JIT is relatively more than the silver meal, but with JIT the supplier only needs to send 4-5 times, meaning that the company can save costs. The quantity and frequency obtained from data processing using silver meal is more optimal. However, the cost of raw material inventory incurred is quite large. For a decrease in efficiency costs by implementing a policy of making purchases with Just In Time  (JIT) and is expected to save on raw material inventory costs. So that these cost savings can be allocated by the company to other costs.

One of the common vocations of Christians is to proclaim to all people of all ages. The age of the child is a golden age in development, it needs special attention in faith formation. Companions need to get enough training so that faith building in children will be right on target. Child assistance is usually carried out on Sundays so it is called Sunday school, Sunday School assistants are not professionals who get special education such as ECCE educators in schools. Many of these Sunday School faith companions are armed only to serve or guide this child's faith. This Community Service or PKM aims to equip Sunday School faith companions to be better in mentoring. With the right learning method or model, the faith materials given are in accordance with the child's reasoning and grasping power. The assistance was carried out by involving students to be directly involved in three rayon parishes in Semarang city and inviting all Semarang Rayon Sunday School Faith companions at Oak Tree Hotel on December 10, 2023, to share experiences and provide input to children's Faith Companions. As a result of this debriefing, Sunday School Faith Companions felt cared for and greatly helped in fostering faith in children.

Businesses who are aware of this are beginning to include environmental management components to the strategic roadmap in order to accommodate this programme, which needs funding in order to be carried out. As a result, many institutions are now beginning to use green budgeting techniques. A budgeting model known as "green budgeting" gives environmental considerations top priority during the planning, execution, monitoring, and assessment stages. Organisations can use budgets as a tool to promote the accomplishment of environmental goals by implementing green budgeting. The OECD-based green budgeting theory and idea is applied. The purpose of this study is to offer a framework for implementing the green budgeting idea in line with business needs. This study employs qualitative methodologies grounded in financial company case studies. The information used came from documents and interviews pertaining to the organisation's green corporate roadmap and budgeting procedure. The study's findings demonstrate that PT. Smart Finance has strategic goals for environmental management in its frame design, and these goals are guided by the company's long-term aims and its shareholders. The company has relevant policies, such as the Green Company Document Blueprint, to put this idea into practice. It also has media, such as management reports and sustainability reports, to report on its progress and provide information on programme realisation. If this idea is put into practice, the annual budget of the company will need to be prepared with a grading system for environmental management.

This research aims to aims to: 1) Knowing the meaning of self-acceptance in mothers who have children with special needs, 2) Describe the characteristics of self-acceptance in mothers who have children with special needs, 3) Understand the process of self-acceptance in mothers who have children with special needs. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. This study involved one subject and two informants. The subject of this research is a mother who has a child with special needs. Data collection methods in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. This research is expected to reveal the process of self-acceptance experienced by mothers who have children with special needs. Based on the results of the study, the researcher obtained findings in the form of the subject's self-acceptance process from before knowing the diagnosis to after knowing the diagnosis. In the process of achieving s elf-acceptance as a mother of a child with special needs, the subject is also faced with various life struggles that are not easy for him to get through. The struggle carried out by the subject to the support he got was a trigger for the subject to reach the stage of acceptance of himself as a mother of a child with special needs.

In the era of globalization, the views of Indonesian people towards the rise of the LGBT phenomenon have become complex, considering that Indonesia is thick with religious and cultural values. Although the country adheres to human rights principles, an understanding of religious norms is often a filter for views on sexual diversity. Especially among the younger generation, there is significant disagreement on whether the rise of LGBT is in accordance with the ideals of Pancasila as the basis of the state. On the one hand, there are groups that support LGBT rights as a form of respect for human rights, while on the other hand, there are concerns that this phenomenon is not in line with the values of Pancasila which emphasizes unity and unity in diversity. Further research needs to be done to understand more deeply how the views of Indonesian people, especially the younger generation, towards the LGBT phenomenon in the context of the globalization era.  The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply and describe the community's views on the current rise of LGBT which can trigger the destruction of the morals of the Indonesian nation. The theory used in this study is the theory of people's views through observations by interviewing several communities and conducting online surveys.

The fuzzy method is a method that makes it easy to find a value that is still vague and also linguistic, the use of the sample additive weighting (SAW) method is used to assist calculations in supporting decision making. The choice of using the SAW method is simpler in calculations, but the results of the calculations are accurate. From the results of calculations using the SAW method, it is calculated that between laptop 1 to laptop 7 with a price preference weight of 30, RAM 10, processor 10, hard disk capacity 10, screen size 5, VGA 3 (video graphic adapter), battery power 7, weight 5 , length of warranty 10, availability of spare parts 5, distance to service center 5, the highest order starts from laptop 1 with a total value of 18.4, laptop 7 with a value of 16.6, laptop 6 with a value of 13.6, laptop 5 with a value of 13.5, laptop 3 with a value of 13.2, laptop 4 with a value of 11.2, laptop 2 with a value of 8.9. The results of the assessment can change according to the needs of laptop buyers, who are more concerned with which criterion has the most important weight.

As one part of carrying out management functions, planning cannot be separated from control. The management control system itself has the aim of planning, evaluating and making decisions in order to develop and maintain the company's survival. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of data analysis show that the strategic planning process at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is good and budget preparation is carried out per division as well as to make it easier to detail the budget for activity needs. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the management system control function at PT Andalan Inti Indonesia is quite good and running well. The company has focused on increasing brand awareness as a step in achieving its sales target of 2 billion. Apart from marketing its products offline, the company also utilizes technology that supports the popularity of the online market. Employee placement is carried out appropriately to ensure the effectiveness and productivity of each division. Overall, PT Andalan Inti Indonesia has a structured and holistic approach to company management, with a focus on adapting to market changes, evaluating performance, and implementing short-term strategies that are in line with online market trends.

This research aims to elucidate the design of metaverse learning media with the goal of improving the quality of education. Metaverse is a virtual environment that enables interaction among users through 3D avatar representations. In the context of education, the use of metaverse offers a different learning experience, optimizing the current technology and educational media, and supporting the development of soft skills and building confidence through the simulations offered. This research also discusses the potential and limitations of metaverse educational applications, as well as the challenges and opportunities for their use in the education world. The research findings indicate that the use of metaverse in education can overcome existing limitations, such as classroom capacity, distance, and time constraints. However, the use of metaverse also poses some challenges, such as user security and privacy. Therefore, the design of metaverse learning media needs to consider these aspects to enhance the quality of education.

This research is motivated by business networks to expand professional networks, create opportunities and businesses or jobs. Achieving professional success relies heavily on having a network of quality contacts. Therefore, networking is key in work life. Breakfast in the morning has become a culture for Indonesian people. The breakfast culture has become an activity as evidenced by the diversity of sellers offering various types of food suitable for breakfast. Breakfast is an activity of eating and drinking between morning and 9 o'clock to meet nutritional needs. Based on the above, easy and practical rice innovation is needed. To respond to this, the author conducted marketing development strategy research on business networks carried out by the UMKM Nasi Gigit Candu. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing development strategy for the Nasi Gigit Candu business network. This research was conducted directly with the owner of Nasi Gigit Opium. This research looks for how the development of business network marketing is carried out by entrepreneurs of the Nasi Gigit Opium Business to decide on product marketing development starting from making breakfast products to products that are marketed into the hands of consumers. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods, namely by direct interviews with Nasi Gigit Opdu MSME owners and financial management.

This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

This research discusses educational facilities for children with special needs. Children with special needs are a group that requires special attention in education. They have different needs in accessing and participating in the learning process. In this article, we explore the importance of adequate educational facilities for children with special needs. Important aspects of such facilities include an adapted physical environment, technological support, the role of teachers and educational staff, as well as the benefits that children with special needs obtain from good educational facilities. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method where data collection is carried out by searching for articles from electronic journals, namely Google Scholar (Scholar), which can strengthen the results of the analysis. The data analysis technique in this research includes three stages, namely organize, synthesize and identify. The research results show that facilities for children with special needs have their own functions. Each facility provides its own benefits for children's growth and development. In this way, children with special needs receive maximum service.
